I had a quick overnight stay to tend to business in the city. Am comfortable with the East side of Regina so know what amenities are where. For anyone who is not, anything you could want is only minutes away! Easy access to and from major roadways without all the traffic noise. Would stay here again
Only thing is the brand of coffee used in the rooms. Tasted burnt, but you have a Tim's a few steps away to fix that
I liked that they gave complimentary coffee at all hours which was great. The location was perfect, with everything we needed right around us.
I didn’t like that the first night we had kids running above our room non stop all evening. That got annoying after a while, as it was all we could hear all evening. But thankfully it was only for the first night of our stay.
The location and breakfast was as expected
The couch and chair were seriously filthy
The room was clean.
The cards didn’t work to enter the room multiple times. Someone tried to get into our hotel room at night , minutes later the front desk called me to say I had the wrong room, date and reservation - they handed out the wrong key cards. Then the manager next day said I was wrong.
Positive experience in every way. The front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to use the conference room for a family gathering. This was very very important to us as we could not secure another location. The staff was great!
Only negative was the water pressure in the shower and shower rod needs replacing.
The staff was amazing, from front desk to housekeeping! The pool is shallow but heated and the water slide was fun!
Couldn’t close the curtains. There was no rod across to completely close them and I can’t sleep with light.
The location was ideal for what I was doing in Regina. I'm familiar with this hotel. They donated a prize for a fundraiser I was involved with last summer, so I was more than happy to stay at The Holiday Inn when I needed a hotel in Regina.
I did not receive my e-mailed receipt/folio as I had been told I would. The one complaint about the room is that the bathroom door was difficult to close, likely due to building shifting over time. Not a big deal, though.
Great hotel in Regina! Clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a convenient location. Would definitely recommend.
Stayed 1 night to rest and in general i liked Comfy beds , spacious bedrooms and staff was friendly
Being tidy and clean.
There was no blinds in the room. The curtains wouldn't close so in the morning it would be too bright too early.
Friendly and helpful
Clean
酒店比较破旧且不太干净。
Location just off the highway. It was clean, bed was comfy but not the pillows. Our A/C was bit noisy but all in all good stay. We went to town, 5 minutes for dinner.
After a long day of travel it was clean, comfy and welcoming
Little far From the airport but worth it
Location, tidy, pool
Breakfast, not gluten friendly unless you want to eat the same thing all week
The bedsheets and pillows looked clean, but they had a strong unpleasant odor. Because of the smell, it was difficult to sleep comfortably. I hope the hotel checks the linens more carefully to ensure they smell fresh as well as look clean.
Nice clean hotel, convenient location on main road. Facilities for family or business travellers, pleasant staff.
No issues.
Location close to the highway and easy access Comfortable beds.
The price. Regina hotels are expensive.
Location and water got really hot
Old, run down, rooms were small and bathroom had visible water damage. The pool is too small for people to swim and slide at the same time.
The rooms is what we nees for my family
No breakfast buffet
We loved this hotel! Nice big, clean room. Walking distance to a number of fun eating and drinking establishments. And the front desk staff were great! Very reasonably priced too!
Loved the suite .
They wouldn’t let us drink our orange juice at pool area and it was warm
Beds were pretty comfortable.
Hotel very old and run down looking inside and outside.
Excellent service specially the réceptionniste
Was great - breakfast could have been better - the waitress vas really goood ! Tho
I enjoyed my confortable bed and jacuzzi tub!!

Le confort de la chambre et des équipements de l’hôtel. Le petit déjeuner est très bon
The hotel service was very good, and our stay was so relaxing. Friendly staff always greeting us. My kids had a wonderful experience with the waterslide.
We had a wonderful experience here. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They anticipated our needs and handled every request with a smile. The amenities truly elevated our stay; the spacious rooms, luxurious spa, and delicious breakfast spread were all highlights. We'll definitely be back!
The room was very comfortable, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was exceptional—delicious and plentiful.
The pool could use some modernization, but it was still very enjoyable and very clean.
Friendly n clean
Nothing it was good
Love the location
Parking not the greatest
Extremely friendly staff.
Price
How close it was to edge of the city and to restaurants
The air conditioner had a smell and so did the room in general. The bathroom door didn't didn't close.
The beds were super nice and everything was awesome!
The staff were attentive, friendly and happy to respond to all of our needs/requests. Service agent, Sajid, was wonderful to deal with. The swimming pool was clean with towels always available.
We felt that the air conditioner was quite loud.
No breakfast
Facility is good
Worse ever Holliday inn
Very comfortable, clean and convenient.
We had a little trouble with the thermostat. The room was too warm and we wanted to cool it down a little.
The water slide
No breakfast
We stayed in a two king suite the last week of November for 3 nights. To be honest this is the worst Holiday Inn I've ever stayed. The room was spacious but was in desperate need of maintenance and serious repairs. Stains on the carpet, a clip to keep the blinds closed as they were broken, mold and staining on the carpet by the fridge from previous leaks, broken tiles in the tub, loose taps and overall poor lighting. The only housekeeping we received was some new towels, nothing else was cleaned. The pool, hot tub (which was working sporadically) and slide, again showing its age with little upkeep. We just happened to be in town during agribition, if we could have found a different hotel we would have moved
The standards of this property are very low due to unprofessional management. If the foundation of a place is poor, guests shouldn’t be distracted by pretty details. The petals may look nice, but they can’t hide the fact that the staff doesn’t care.
The hotel has a modern and calm feel from the moment you arrive. It’s a beautiful place built for guests to enjoy in comfort.
King bed was comfortable
Thought it was a bit pricey.
No breakfast, no tokens or snack in room. Just nothing beneficial after spending all that funds
One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had, and shocking that it’s under the IHG brand. We were told breakfast was included, but upon arrival were informed it wasn’t, just a $10 option at the attached restaurant. Completely misleading and unacceptable. The room design was terrible; thin blinds that let in light from every direction, making it nearly impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, we had a serious water leak. When we reported it, the front desk staff Ma May was rude and dismissive. Maintenance arrived after some time but only shut off the water, exposing obvious previous damage that clearly hadn’t been repaired properly. After a lot of hassle, they offered to move us, but by then it was too late to make a difference. Between the false information, unprofessional staff, and unsafe room conditions, this property is a complete disgrace to the IHG brand. Bottom line: Stay far away from this hotel.
Courteous staff.
A little tight for parking.
The room was really nice with a jacuzzi tub
They wouldn’t let us sleep. Both mornings they woke us up with text messages
I stayed at the Holiday Inn Regina East on Saturday, September 27th, and it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. At around 3:45 a.m., I woke up covered in huge bite marks all over my neck, hands, and arms. When we turned on the lights, we discovered the bed was infested with bed bugs (we have both photos and video proof). I went down to the front desk to report it and had to wake up the front desk agent. I showed him the bites and explained the situation, but he offered no real help. We immediately packed up, left some of our personal items behind (including our own pillows), and drove back to Saskatoon at around 4:30 a.m. When we got home, we had to empty our entire vehicle into the garage and wash every single item we brought with us. The bites and severe itching lasted for four days. The hotel’s response was beyond disappointing. They initially offered to reimburse me for just the one night, and only after I complained further did they add a so-called “gesture” of one free night stay at their hotel. After everything we went through, that was an insult, not compensation. I’ve tried reaching out to the GM and even head office, but everything keeps getting directed back to the hotel—and the GM won’t respond. I find it unacceptable that a major chain like Holiday Inn would treat a serious health and sanitation issue this way. Bed bugs are not only disgusting but also cause physical and emotional stress, and the way this hotel handled the situation was completely unprofessional. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
Spacious rooms.
Group stayed for work and facility was accommodating
Great front desk staff! They were very accommodating when we made a booking error online. The family suite was very roomy.
Excellent location easy access and plenty of restaurants nearby and at the hotel. Very nice customer service from front desk even though she was in training, good job.
Carpet was gross, bathroom was dated.. it did not live up to the quality expected of a Holiday Inn Express - like the one on College Drive in Saskatoon.. that is what we expect.
Very nice
This was our first stay at Holiday Inn in Regina. The staff were very kind and helpful. The first room did not have working AC, so we were moved to another home. However that one had a leaking toilet that dripped constantly.
old property which is not as well kept as it should be
attached restaurant
Loved the jetted tub!
Nice room clean. All shopping close by
The proximity to Restaurants and Stores
Crappy shower Handle, no freezer in fridge, Crappy television channels
Always good here. Great value. Great location. Great rooms.
Nice waterslide/pool/hot tub area. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very nice and friendly staff.
I would stay here again, great for families
No breakfast, a lot of smokers at entrance through out stay, even the day shift attendant/front desk went out for a smoke. Very unprofessional and ignorant. Never going back.
We got in late so unfortunately for us we didnt get to use the pool but it did look fun. Our room alone was decent but one of the bed felt tilted was extremely noisy and uncomfortable. Doable for 1 night but definitely wouldnt have been comfortable for more than 1. Overall the hotel was great, friendly service. Rooms are big as well.
I’ve been an IHG member for several years, and one of the reasons we chose this hotel was due to my loyalty to the brand. While the location was convenient, the overall experience fell short of IHG standards. One key issue was that the hotel does not have its own official restaurant — the restaurant attached to the building is owned and operated by a third party, which limits the service integration you can expect from an IHG property. We also experienced late-night hallway noise from unsupervised children, with no action taken despite reporting it. The next morning, we had a clogged bathroom sink. I reported the issue multiple times but nobody showed up to fix it. Went to complaint at the front desk, but a staff member, Ma May, responded indifferently, showing little urgency or care. Housekeeping was also inconsistent, with bedding not changed for few days until specifically requested. Due to these ongoing issues, we cut our stay short and moved to another hotel. At checkout, after voicing concerns to Ma May again, I suspect that she may have removed my IHG membership from the system, as I did not receive the usual post-stay survey. This property does not reflect the quality or standards I have come to expect from IHG. I would strongly recommend exploring alternative accommodations if you're looking for a more consistent and restful stay.
The stay was great and the room was clean. I would stay there again
The location is great, easily accessible to everything you mind need during your stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. They offered breakfast for $10 per person which i foind reasonable but opted out of. We didnt use the pool or other facilities but they all looked well kept as well.
