Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was great.

The laundry room, the machine took lots of time to dry and some clothes were still damp.

Welcoming staff and the free breakfast was amazing. The location was within walking distance of most of the places I wanted to visit and close to the trains.

I wasn't sure if the built-in air conditioner was working but they had another one in the room, which helped with the hot and humid weather.

Close to subway, cafes, restaurants and shops. Convenience stores very close by. Very nice room and quite large for a Japanese hotel. Very nice hotel staff and really liked the signature perfume you could smell in the communal areas!

No issues. I thought it might be noisy but surprisingly quiet of the street noise and the blackout blind really helped.

Отличный и вкусный завтрак. Подают японскую кухню, очень вкусные такояки, есть даже пробиотик. Шикарное месторасположение. С женой попросили утюг и плойку, все быстро принесли. Помогли отправить чемодан в аэропорт. Отель эко-френдли: если не просишь убраться, то вносишь вклад в посадку деревьев. В номере стоит очиститель воздуха

Внутри нужно сначала подниматься на 16й этаж, а потом идти к другому лифту, чтобы попасть в номер. Зеркало было грязным при заселении

シャワーの位置の下の段をもう少し下げて欲しいです。顔、タオルとか洗い難いです。 風呂場がガラスでは丸見えで、他の人がトイレに入れません。夜ラウンジの食のメニューおつまみを力入れてはと思いました。

We liked everything!

Huge room, biggest I've stayed in while in Japan. Has 2 coin operated laundry rooms; there's a queue in the evening, but this is a great thing to have. Breakfast was pretty good. Great view from the room, clean and well decorated, lovely huge bath/shower room with separate toilet. Convenient location, very close to a metro stop and a few restaurants nearby. Nice aircon, essential in the summer.

The wifi was so bad as to be basically unusable at times (as in, it quite literally could not be used). It just slowed to a crawl a few seconds after you did anything, seemed like some kind of hyper aggressive throttling. In other reviews no one else seems to mention this so maybe I just got unlucky and they were having temporary issues while I was there. I wasn't doing anything out of the ordinary with it, just watching Youtube and chatting. Also, this place is a little expensive, it may or may not be worth it to you for the bigger room and nicer fixtures. If the wifi works usually then it's probably worth it, but there are certainly cheaper and better located hotels in Osaka.

Room size and hotel location was what I expected. Staff was friendly and helpful.

1) Towels could have been newer and fluffier, 2) Odd shaped sofa bed in the room was not useful. 3) Having to go up to the 16th F and then down to my room on another elevator was a bit inconvenient.

Osaka Excel Hotel Tokyu is one of the nicest hotel I have ever stayed in and one of the cleanest. The hotel is on one of the main streets, only 300 meters from the hotel you can find luxury stores like Prada, Dior, etc. Also, parallel to it is a traditiona street with lots of smaller shops and restaurants. 3 minutes walking is the metro station. Just be aware of the fact that not all of the exits have an elevator or an escalator. Therefore, I would advise you not to use exit 9, but the one next to AVA hotel (I believe it is exit 13). From the hotel is easy to reach all of places tourists might be interested in. My room was very big and comfortable, with so many amenities, including sleeping wear. The bathroom has both - a bathtub and a separated space for a shower. Across the hotel are 2-3 convenience stores. I did not book breakfast, but i had lunch in the hotel's restaurant, and it was delicious. Also, the bar has a great view of Osaka. In the lobby is an exchange machine (for exchanging cash), which is also very convenient. All in all - an excellent experience.

Muy cerca de Dotonbori a pie y parada de metro justo al lado. Buffet de desayuno con buenas vistas y muy completo. El personal es amable en especial a Ikeda, nos has dado mucho cariño. Las habitaciones amplias y limpias. Lo recomiendo sin duda !

Stor dejlig morgenmad, absolut noget for enhver smag. Velsmagende og meget indbydende. Værelserne rummelige og store, alt muligt ekstra, hvis man nu har glemt tandbørste eller andet. Super fint ting. Mulighed for at vaske tøj på to etager. Lidt kringlet at finde ind på hotellet første gang man er det, op med en elevator, så kommer du op i receptionen, så hen i den anden ende og ned med en helt anden elevator for at komme ud på den gang hvorpå værelset ligger. Lidt sjovt, og absolut intet problem at finde rundt i. Personalet er fantastisk. Smilende meget serviceminded og hjælpsomme. Det synes vi er klasse. Blev altid mødt af venlighed. Meget nemt og hurtig indtjekning og udtjekning. Det er også rart at sådan noget bare fungere problemfrit. Loungen er super fin. Sidder fantastisk med udsigt over Osakas skyline. Super hyggeligt. Beliggenheden er super, der er vel 15-20 minutters rolig gang til Dotonbori, og kortere til undergrunden. Virkelig nemt. Kan varmt anbefales.

Der var faktisk ikke rigtig noget, alt var som det skulle være. Og tak for det, og tak til personalet.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, quite spacious, and cleaned regularly. The housekeeping team did an excellent job. The quality of the food was outstanding. The location is excellent, with the metro station only a 5-minute walk away. Overall, it is an excellent hotel in every respect.

I wish there is some attachments that holding 2 twin bed together so beds will not be separated when you go to middle part.

Die Lage. Trotz zentraler Lage an einer großen Straße vergleichsweise ruhig in den Zimmern. Es ist empfehlenswert, die etwas größeren Twin Rooms zu wählen, wenn man nicht alleine reist. Die sind deutlich größer und die Betten im Double sind eher knapp für zwei.

Bedding had hairs on it. When i am little away from my breakfast table to take some bread, they took the remaining foods to trash although there was “occupied” tag on the table.

Great location, close to Hommachi station which has good transport links. Good shops and food options nearby. It has washing machines for guests to use at a very reasonable price. Rooms were very comfortable. Yummy breakfast.

Nit picking here but there could’ve had more clothes hangers and there could be better storage space for putting suitcases / clothes.

I liked everything! The staff was great and the room size was big, very pleased by this hotel.

Eigentlich alles. Top Lage, nettes Personal, sauber und modern. Die Betten sind gemütlich und die Zimmer geräumig, wie in Europa. U-Bahn ist ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuss und dontonbori ca. 2 Minuten entfernt. Das Personal war kompetent und konnte Englisch. Frühstücksoption hatten wir nicht, deshalb keine Bewertung. Es gibt viele konbinis in der Nähe....

Già dalla reception al sedicesimo piano respiri un'atmosfera incredibile, la colazione deliziosa al piano superiore con panorama tra i grattacieli di Osaka è a dir poco spettacolare. Tutto pulitissimo, staff squisito, a pochi passi dalla metro e da un bella via di shopping pedonale.

朝食で通された席が、入り口ギリギリで、並ぶお客さんがすぐそばでそわそわしました。ソファもテーブル半分までしかないような場所で、満席ならしかたないですが、奥のふたり掛けがいくつかあいていたので、ざんねんでした。 スタッフの方も札の案内とこちらでお願いしますいって、すぐ去ってししまいました。簡単な料理の配置場所や、席こちらでいいですか❔など確認してもらえるとうれしいですね。和食があるの気づかなくてたべれませんでした。 短い時間の滞在でしたので、朝食を楽しみにうかがいました。和食なしでも種類も豊富で楽しめましたしおいしかったです。 フロントの方々もとても親切でした。 ここにしてよかったです。ありがとうございました。

お風呂とトイレが独立 本町駅から近くてロケーションがいい スタッフさん感じがよかった シャンプー類、化粧品類、タオル類への気遣いが感じられた。

コップやスプーンが置いてあるところ、よく見てください。照明があたるので、気になりました。 ベッドヘッドに沿った照明が何もしなくても瞬きがあり、気になりました。
