Bar on the top floor was underwhelming. Bartender was good, but the vibes were off.

Muy lejos del metro. las habitaciones vale que son pequeñas pero es que no hay ningun espacio donde dejar la maleta que no sea por el suelo y corte el paso al wc, haria falta alguna banqueta plegable como hay en otros hoteles donde dejar la maleta. Tampoco hay colgadores para las toallas…

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026大浴場があったこと、部屋の窓が大きく明るかったこと、新しく、清潔感があったこと、エレベーターのカード使用など、セキュリティがしっかりしていること、レストランが併設されていること、最上階のラウンジで1杯だけど無料のレモネードを飲みながら景色が楽しめたこと。
風呂場のヘアドライヤーの吸い込み口にホコリが詰まっている、ベッドのかけ布団がベッドから剥がせず、（しっかりマットに巻き込んであって、力のない私には剥がせなかった）身体に添わず、しんどかった。

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Bellissima struttura in centro a Osaka. L hotel offre diversi vantaggi, tra cui una spa al 19simo piano e un rooftop bar al 20simo. La nostra camera aveva tutto il necessario ed era molto pulita. Tra le amenities offerte c’erano anche maschere per il viso e creme varie. Diversamente dalla maggior parte degli hotel giapponesi in cui siamo stati, qui c’è la doccia e non la vasca (per noi un punto a favore).

共有設備が、ちゃんと手入れされてないため、共有設備に期待しないほうがよいです。大浴場のロッカーの鍵が、閉まりにく開きにくい。絶望しながら裸のままガチャガチャやりつづけるはめになります。更衣室のコンセントは壊れていないものをみつけないとドライヤーが使えません。大浴場のウォーターサーバーは男風呂側にしかなく、外国人男性により不衛生な使われ方をしています。コインランドリーは故障しています。ブッフェは悪くはないですが2500円は強気な値段です。 オシャレデザインに魂を売ったせいか、室内設備は使いにくいです。洗面台のタオルをかける場所がわからないし、使いにくいです。連泊する場合は、申し出ないと替えのナイトウェアがもらえません。

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026Goed hotel, basic, schoon, klantvriendelijk en als je wilt goed ontbijt. Locatie goed, je loopt zo straat met winkels in die je uiteindelijk brengt naar de Dotonbori. Als je de andere kant op loopt is er aan einde van de straat een prima koffietentje, supermarkt en 7eleven. Prima voor een aantal nachten.
Inchecken om 15 uur, dat is ook echt om 15 uur en niet eerder. Kamer best klein.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026De kamer was schoon en hygiënisch. Het bed lag heerlijk en zorgde voor een fijne nachtrust. Ook de douche was erg prettig en maakte het verblijf extra comfortabel.
De kamer die wij hadden was erg klein. Gelukkig konden we onze koffers onder het bed kwijt, want zonder deze opbergruimte hadden we de deur waarschijnlijk niet eens volledig kunnen openen. Hierdoor was de ruimte erg beperkt en niet heel praktisch ingericht. Ook de locatie viel voor ons iets tegen. Het was minimaal 10 minuten lopen naar het dichtstbijzijnde metrostation en ongeveer 15 à 20 minuten naar het centrum. Hierdoor waren we steeds wat langer onderweg om de belangrijkste plekken te bereiken.

We hebben geen personeel gesproken, maar het inchecken en uitchecken kon je gemakkelijk zelf doen.

Kahden ihmisen isoille matkatavaroille voi olla liian ahdas. Hotelli oli ihanan hiljainen eikä huoneeseen kuulunut mitään meteliä muualta. Loistavat tuotteet amenity baarissa sekä suihkussa.

La salida del aire estaba sucia, no habían limpiado los filtros, en un hotel 4 estrellas deberían tener más en cuenta esos detalles. En dos noches no limpiaron la habitación, se limitaron a dejar toallas limpias colgadas en la puerta

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026We loved the hotel. The lobby area was welcoming and staff were really helpful. There is a great area just to relax. The rooms were wonderfully kitted out and the baths on the top floor were a real highlight.
A minor unhappiness but the rooms were quite small, even by Japanese standards. We could not really open both suitcases at once.

Für den Preis bekommt man ein sehr schönes, sauberes und gepflegtes Zimmer, an dem es aus meiner Sicht nichts auszusetzen gibt. Ich habe mich während meines gesamten Aufenthalts sehr wohl gefühlt. Der einzige kleine Punkt ist die Zimmergröße. Da ich recht groß bin, kam mir das Zimmer etwas klein vor. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Hotel was in a great location, 15 minutes walking in a straight line from the popular area Dotonbori. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Close to a metro station, (however, the station lacked escalators or elevators which made travelling with luggage difficult). Rooms were clean, air conditioned, there was no noise pollution at night. Hotel had a SPA with both a hot pool and a cold pool. It was very relaxing after travelling. Breakfast offered a lot to choose from. Great value overall.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es gab gratis Wasserflaschen und der Ausblick aus dem Fenster auf die Stadt war sehr schön. Ausserdem war die Frau an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026Huge praise to Yoshii on the front desk. An exceptional member of staff. Helped me getting reunited with some lost property for which I'm very grateful. Lovely hotel, requested a high floor with a view and this was accommodated. Great selection of amenities provided, clean and very welcoming. Would stay again.

Qualsiasi tipo di servizio (come utilizzo piscina o palestra) a pagamento, personale non eccessivamente cortese, ascensori nell’orario di punta ingestibili (si può aspettare anche 20 minuti), camere come la norma giapponese, ma quelle con vista non sono tutte belle, in quanto alcune danno su parti di Osaka meno belle di notte, fila chilometrica per lasciare i bagagli in custodia all’orario del check out. Struttura molto molto impersonale.

La habitación. Era muy pequeña, demasiado y aunque no es un precio descomunal es aproximadamente el mismo precio que pago en Europa por una noche y la habitación no tiene ni el tamaño ni los compartimentos para hacer la estancia cómoda. Sabiendo que vienen tantos turistas deberían poner un armario para que las personas organicen su ropa y la maleta eso mejoraría mucho la habitación y mejoraría el espacio

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026La chambre est propre, l’onsen est de taille correcte avec un bain froid et un bain chaud. Le personnel est sympathique et très serviable. L’hôtel n’est pas très loin de la gare et a quelques minutes de Dontonburi à pieds. Plusieurs restaurants sont à proximité. Le petit dej est bon et varié, le rooftop propose de bonnes pizzas et la vue est sympathique.
La chambre est vraiment minuscule pour 2 personnes, surtout lorsque l’on a plusieurs bagages et de grosses valises. On entend tout de même pas mal de bruit de l’extérieur, et notamment de voitures malgré la hauteur du building et des chambres. J’ai été surprise par le fait que le ménage ne soit fait que tous les 2 jours mais j’ai apprécié de recevoir de nouvelles serviettes chaque jour.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026El personal es súper amable, incluso dejamos las maletas unos días mientras viajamos a Okinawa y muy buena calidad precio. El bar en la terraza está muy bien también.
Creo que pueden incorporar una o dos lavadoras más porque solo habían 3 para todas las habitaciones, y no permite pago con tarjetas de extranjero.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The beds were amazing and comfortable, having two different types of fluffy pillows. It was a clean space with tons of amenities which was very appreciated. We loved the location due to its convenience to all of our listed activities in addition to the spa and rooftop bar in the hotel itself.
The rooms are very small and therefore hard to get around when you’re more than one person.
