Reviewed Jul 29, 2025It's in a strategic location, but I need to have my own transport or use Grab to go to the town center. The room is okay, and it's spacious.
I was expecting the room facing the main road, but my room window looked inside the building. And also, I only gave one pass key, and it's difficult for my spouse to go outside when I'm not in the room. because we need a pass key even to go down to the car park.

the hot water not functioning, i have flushing it more than five minutes the temperature is still the same. important to have hot water for take bath early in the morning while we sleeping in the aircondition room.

Reviewed Feb 26, 2022Hotel room is nice and clean. Came for a night stay, few eateries and supermarket nearby. However, i was shocked to learn that this is also a quarantine hotel. Sharing same check-in and same lift with those who are here to supposedly isolate themselves. During check in, i even saw quarantine guests came down to collect takeaway food at the lobby. I asked the front desk, is this hotel a quarantine hotel, and he said yes but they stayed at different floor. To me , it makes no difference if we are sharing same check in counter and sharing same lift. There should be some notification to non-quarantine guests when we place the booking so we are well aware of it.
