The room assigned to me 554 has a musty smell when I enter. The water in the shower is not great. The furnitures like table, chair look and feel jaded. Other than that, everything else was good

It’s very tired and run down. Carpets are worn, the lifts are dirty, my sink was cracked and there was a big stain on my armchair. The place used to be good but is in need of love.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026The location in day time was good - it's in town and amenities are within walking distance. The room was big. Housekeeping was good too in keeping the room cleaned every day.
I particularly don't like the noises from the pubs around the hotel and due to poor sound insulation - you can still hear the loud music until 2-3 am every single night. To make thing worse, the aircond was making loud noise if I turn the fan to high speed. The breakfast was acceptable but very limited in good choices of tasty food. Basically, if given a choice, I would rather go to the nearest kopitiam around the hotel.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025The location was excellent because it is surrounded by convenient store such as Orange, Paradise Spa just below and Live Band and Karaoke Lounges, all within five minutes walking distance. We stayed at the Lazenda Hotel Suite and there are two restaurants which stayed open until late morning and 24 hours. Parking for my rented car was safe and spacious just under the hotel. Massage at Paradise Spa was around RM 120 per hour depending on the package.
The cleanliness of the shower floor would have been cleaned further especially at the corners.

Reviewed Mar 12, 2025We were kindly upgraded to a very large corner room with a comfy settee. There was an iron and ironing board in the room to press clothes. The downstairs coffee shop was a lovely place to pass the time of day with good cakes and helpful staff. Labuan apart from the cheap duty free alcohol does not offer as much as we had hoped for in quality shopping. The hotel though does its best to offer guests good service at a reasonable price.
The breakfast seemed to be all left overs from the Ramadan evening buffet or the previous day’s breakfast, all cold and looking tired and unappetising. The carpeting in the communal areas on the bedroom floors was poor.

no staff to greet guests at the main lobby upon arrival. when at the check-in counter, the staff looked tired and exhausted and had a rather serious look on their faces. not good for business.

I didn't not like anything. But I have some suggestion/comment. For TV, we would like to access YouTube and Netflix. As for Booking.com, they charge me with tourism fee...even though I am local.
