Reviewed Jun 8, 2026The rooms are cozy, especially the family room. Everything is clean. The location is just 5 min walk to the venue for Pearl of Borneo Marathon so it was a good choice.
The air conditioner in 1 of the rooms was not cold enough even though the temperature had been set to the lowest one. Feeling just like normal fan cooling off the room.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026I love this hotel! The process of check in and out was very smooth. The staffs were polite and nice. The room was very clean and spacious. I got a sea & city view and it was so stunning. Towel, slipper, other cleaning utensil such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel and shampoo were provided. The shower got bidet (VERY IMPORTANT 😂) and water heater. The hotel has lift service. Breakfast was delicious and varieties. Location was very strategic. It's a walking distance to Financial Park Mall and many shops around it. Easy access to Grab and Maxim.
Maybe can provide Iron and iron board.
