The cleanliness wasn’t fantastic although good enough and the place smelled damp on arrival The entrance was difficult to find we had to ask people then there was no one on reception and when we rang the telephone number we had been given no one answered then we texted and were given another number to call who eventually answered and got someone to come to reception. After a certain time of night the lift doesn’t come all the way down to the first floor it stops at floor 2 which is ok but there’s a 1, 1a, 1b which was harder. The toilet didn’t flush every time and it was very difficult if it did flush

If apartment has fans maybe help when weather sometimes quite hot. Bed is uncomfortable a little.

It is close to a mall.

The room need some work. The beds are uncomfortable, the rug smells and the bathroom need an upgrade. The rug in the hallway is very dirty.

It was clean

I didn't have hot water in my room and paid a lot and they shared another room for hot water. I think the boiler heats up every two days and wasn't happy. I've always been happy with this apartment, but this year it was unacceptable because I had cold water in the apartment even though I reported it, and on the third day when I was leaving, there was hot water. I was so angry throughout my stay.

Clean, ideal location for us. Good sized rooms. Generally everything you needed was provided.

Apart from the security guard who checked us in we never saw another person in the 4 days we were there. The hot water is scalding, the thermostat needs lowering or warning signs put near the taps. Some signs of wear in property.

We chose this b/c it said that although there was no parking there is an NCP carpark within 100 yards of the property: which is true but it is derelict / abandoned / closed / unsafe. Given that was the main criteria for our choice, that was problematic for us. The information needs to be updated. The flat was also very hot -- not their fault with an unusually hot summer in the uk but the windows don't open much and there were no fans provided. Chairs and sofa very uncomfortable and the sofa needed replacing.

It was in a good location. Though it was very off putting to come out of the car park and it smelled heavily of urine. You could tell homeless people must be staying there. I arrived late at night so this made the area feel a bit unsafe. The staff were awesome.

It did not resemble the pictures. The furniture is aging and showing it's age. It was very hot and there was no ac or fans. You could not open the windows more than a crack as they had alarms on them. The heat was sweltering at night. Thankfully I was gone during the day.

Pedimos uma ventoinha para suportar a onda de calor e foi-nos dada uma. Cozinha bem equipada, com todos os elementos necessários para preparar uma refeição.

Não gostámos da cama, muito mole e um pouco desconfortável.

Excellent locations, spotless clean and such a comfortable bed. Staff were also so lovely!

Nothing! Maybe it would’ve been nice to be able to open the window a bit more in the extreme heat but I can see why they have a lock on them. We were high up.

The location of the apartment is central and a 20 minute walk from the station. Close to restaurants, shops and other amenities. The apartment was very clean and quiet.

The shower didn’t work but as l was only staying two nights it didn’t matter as l was able to have a bath. I was unable to turn the lock on the inside of the door which was a bit concerning as l was a single female staying in the apartment. Fortunately, l was on the third floor of the block.

Plenty of space, 2 bathrooms. Cooking facilities.

No hot water. Apparently boiler broke. For £230 a night that was not great. Minimal things in the apartment. Looked very basic. For the price I expected much more and hot water!!

The shower head is broken leaking, dirty Air circulation is not really nice, smell bad a bit Refrigerator is not cool like a normal one The room is exceptionally hot, during the heatwave maybe could provide a fan for other residents in the future.

There are alot of shops nearby, the people are nice and very helpful. The security men are very kind and joyous ,they helped me whenever I asked a question. The apartment is neat and clean you got everything you need. I knew this place because of my twinbrothers and I love the experience that I had in Belgrade Plaza Coventry. I really recommend it to anyone. I was a visiter from Belgium 🇧🇪 will definitely tell others about it

If you come from an European country need to keep in mind to have charger that they use and not the European ones.

The location

The apartment had a really bad smell for the 3 nights I was there as though it was ingrained in every corner of the apartment. Leaving all 3 windows open all day made no difference; the smell was as strong when I left as it was on arrival. The tableware was the most basic I have ever experienced; there were 2 dinner plates and no other crockery; 2 pieces of cutlery and 2 glasses. As a woman travelling alone I felt very vulnerable. The front door of the building does have security features but I only met 1 member of staff in 3 days. Most of the time the front desk was unmanned.

The apartment was as displayed on the pictures and location was perfect in the city centre

The apartment was very dusty which made my psoriasis very itchy and uncomfortable to stay in the apartment had to check out early

The flat was in a great location, it was clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable.Two bathrooms were definitely a bonus. The reception staff were extremely helpful and politer. It was a perfect flat for an overnight stay in the city.

Tiny nigglr - for 4 os us there were only 5 sachets of long life milk, and 4 of them were out of date! We went out for breakfast so it wasn't the end of the world, but a cuppa before we left would have been nice!

Only a short taxi ride to the Building Society Arena.

The location was brilliant, a 15 minute walk from station and able to walk around the whole of Coventry. Kenilworth, Warwick and Stratford upon Avon are all easily reached by train.The apartment was clean (apart from the kitchen equipment detailed below) and the bed comfortable with adequate wardrobe and cupboard space.

The sofa was ripped with the stuffing visible and the seams on each cushion were split which made sitting on it uncomfortable. Fortunately there was a throw on the bed which I used on the sofa. The kitchen equipment was not fit for use. The saucepans and frying pans were badly damaged and scratched, one frying pan had the remains of a previous tenants food burnt on it. A kind member of staff removed this for me. There was no oven/grill tray normally found in oven. I had to purchase a saucepan and baking tray to be able to cook in this property and left it for future guests. I raised my concerns with the admin and housekeeping team who were lovely and very apologetic. As it was very hot, they provided a fan for which I was very grateful. Apparently management have been advised that kitchen equipment needs replacing but do not act on it. I have booked holidays with booking.com many times in the past and always been very happy with them.

We stayed here as a group of four ladies attending a concert at the Coventry Arena. The location is great the apartment is right in the centre of Coventry, and it took around 10 minutes by taxi to get to the arena. After the concert we walked back towards the city for about half an hour before grabbing a taxi, which cost roughly £10 each way. The apartment itself is basic but functional. It has everything you need for a short stay, but it is student accommodation, so don’t expect luxury. For us, it was perfectly fine as a place to rest our heads, and the price reflects that. If you’re looking for somewhere affordable, central, and convenient for events, it does the job.

It’s student housing, so the overall feel is plain and functional rather than cosy. A bit worn in places as expected with student style flats, some areas feel a little tired. Maybe not ideal for long stays but perfectly fine for a night or two - No atmosphere — it’s practical rather than homely, so don’t expect a hotel vibe.

Good space, 2 bathroom, enough crockery, cutlery etc for 4 people no tea bags but few sachets of coffee and milk - I would suggest taking milk Had a nice balcony for some air but no seats on it

Pillows are awful totally flat, beds small sofa uncomfortable no cushions or spare blankets

Took me a little while to find, could have been better signage. In the hot weather room was too hot even with window open. Outside was noisy with window open! Would have been nice to have had something to make coffee, only a kettle.

Very spacious apartment with all the main things you’d need for a stay.

It was worn in places and needs sprucing up and redecorating and repairs — it could be really good. In some places a lot of dust in the apartment but otherwise it was okay and good for a couple of nights

waited for a while before keys were handed to me. Maybe because i arrived on a public holiday/Easter period. No one at the reception during my arrival. Spent some time calling the property phone contact. A bottle of water as welcome pack would be appreciated

Great location - an ideal base to explore Coventry. Comfortable beds, great shower and a very spacious apartment.

The kitchen area was not perfectly clean - there were some crumbs.

Recht gute Lage nah an der Innenstadt. Das öffentliche Parkhaus ist gleich nebenan. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig. WLAN ist überall verfügbar und schnell. Grundsätzlich recht sauber.

Leider lassen sich die Fenster nur kippen und nicht ganz öffnen, was das Lüften etwas schwierig macht. Die Küche hat schon ein paar Verschleißerscheinungen, aber damit kann man leben. Der Fernsehempfang machte ein paar Zicken.

The apartment was really disappointing. The shower had black mould all over the silicone. The walls were stained and the kitchen plates still had food stuck to them. I asked to be moved but was told I couldn’t.

The apartment was spacious and in a fabulous location for our show at the HMV empire, plenty of restaurants nearby.

Very strong smell of smoke in the property carpets were marked and stained, one glass cracked. Very difficult to find from the directions and we were waiting outside whilst we rang to be let in for nearly 20 minutes

Very easy to check in. Apartment was spacious, clean and modern. Location was excellent.

Could have done with an extra chair or sofa as there was only a two seater, which wasn’t very comfortable. A TV in the bedroom would have been good.

Lots of space and at the time I booked it was cheaper than all the nearby hotels with the added bonus of your own kitchen which saved me a lot of money on food.

Not easy to spot the entrance - Google Maps sends you round in circles. The sign says Coventry Apartments not Belgrade Plaza apartments and I did eventually find an email which I received at the time of booking which told me that but worth reminding yourself. There is no atmosphere - ie no colour or pictures on the wall. These really are functional apartments so if you wanted to stay longer you might want to cheer the place up with some flowers!

Posizione eccellente puoi fare una bella passeggiata al centro vicino che circondano la struttura vicina a negozi e mezzi pubblici. In circa 15 minuti si raggiunge la stazione dei treni per raggiungere in meno di dieci minuti l'aeroporto. Zona universitaria molto viva e tranquilla, molte famiglie. Negozi e ristoranti di tutte le dimensioni e per tutte le tasche. Presenti anche centri commerciali per ogni necessità.

Nulla. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Se proprio devo essere pignola un po' staccato il sigillante intorno alla doccia andrebbe sistemato.

Could of done with more than one pillow each. Could do with a fresh coat of paint in the rooms. Part from that enjoyed the stay and will be coming back again.
