The location is a bit far away from the center and the beach’s near the hotel aren’t the best

- not a lot of service (we asked for directions/help to get from the harbour to the hotel, answer: get a taxi) - there was a beautiful huge tub in the room - but not enough hot water to fill it; that was a bummer

La struttura è molto diversa dalle foto pubblicate, le piscine sono piccolissime e non utilizzabili. La struttura è vecchia e maltenuta. I servizi sono inesistenti, la colazione è in un’altra struttura e molto basica. Scopri lì che la spiaggia è in un altro hotel in una baietta molto chiusa e non bellissima.

L’hôtel appartient à un groupe de 3 hôtels réunis ce qui nous a fait bénéficier de l’ensemble des services ! Le personnel était vraiment au petit soin et très agréable avec de bonnes adresses! Merci encore !

Excellent séjour à l'hôtel Soho ! Nous avons apprécié le calme, l'excellente literie, la jolie décoration de la chambre, la proximité avec la plage, la piscine, les iguanes qui se promènent tranquillement. Merci à Angel le serveur du petit déjeuner sur la plage, adorable et très professionnel.

Ich bin unsicher, ob ich doppelt zahlen musste. Hatte die Abbuchung vor der Reise auf der Karte. Musste dort nochmal die Karten vorlegen. Warte nun auf die Abrechnung. Wird sich sicher alles regeln.

I loved how calm it was. Felt like my own tropical cabin. I was pleasantly surprised there was a small gym as well and being able to use the beach club was a big plus!

Our room was huge and the bathroom was big with an amazing shower. We loved the sea view! The hotel has it‘s own beach and parking lot. The pool was clean. Free beach beds! The staff was amazing! The guy at the reception was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It really made a difference and shoutout to the cleaning boys - you did a hell of a job! They‘d even put our clothes on hangers, put our luggage up from the floor on to some holders and even sorted out all my stuff in the bathroom. I was literally blown away how neat and clean our room was! Wow!!!!

Een nette ruime kamer, een groot bed. Leuke inrichting, fijn dat er 2 zwembaden zijn. Leuke sfeer, behulpzame medewerkers. Ook een voordeel dat je kan gebruik maken van een nabijgelegen beachclub, aangezien het hotel niet rechtstreeks aan het strand ligt.

Mas que nada es buen hotel para descansar. Hay algunos restaurantes y Beach club relativamente cerca que son tranquilos y tienen buena playa. El personal es amable, aunque en algunas ocasiones nos tocó que no había nadie en el lobby. Por el precio está OK

Las rocas de las duchas son muy incómodas. No hay cobertores para el frío, nunca nos rellenaron el agua purificada en las 5 noches que estuvimos. La piscina solía estar vacía, no es invitante, quizá algo de música ambiental en el lobby o área de piscina vendría bien. Las habitaciones tenían demasiados atrapasueños para nuestro gusto

Good and convenient, close to the beach and friendly staff. Awesome iguanas in the garden who seem to live there permanently.

The gym equipment is completely broken, so, don’t expect that you can do a workout there.

Un po’ distante dal centro e dalle spiagge. Non è ne carne ne pesce. Le piscine non sono gran che quella all ultimo piano anche senza luci.

Dezentrale Lage; bei An-/Abreise mit Gepäck steile Holztreppe (ca. 20 Stufen zum 1. Stock/unser Zimmer # 15, weitere 20 zum 2. OG) - kaum Servicepersonal zur Unterstützung; Boden im Zimmer wirkt ungepflegt; (Kosmetik- o. Ganzkörper-) Spiegel im Zimmer wäre schön & praktisch; auf Balkon keine Vorrichtung/Haken für Badesachen zum Trocknen; für 2 Pers. 4 Kleiderbügel (3 Ü) = Standard, aber auf Nachfrage erhielten wir prompt ausreichend mehr Bügel, ansonsten offener Schrankbereich, Meine Tochter nutzte Gym, wirkte etwas ungepflegt. DT-‚Restaurant‘ = ‚tot‘/unattraktiv. Baulärm von nebenan störte uns nicht, wir haben dort nur übernachtet, denn schönere Strände (als ggü im Partner-Hotel HAU) & mehr/bessere Lokale & Shops als in SOHO Umgebung gibt es eher Richtung ‚Zentrum‘. Bei Einbruch der Dunkelheit zu Fuß o. mit Leihrad aufpassen: ‚bumpy‘ Sand- (bei/nach Regen Schlamm-) Piste, zT stockduster Die schöne Holbox-Zeit scheint vorbei, schade - zuviel Bautätigkeit, teils Vermüllung; manche Strandabschnitte mit viel Algen (zB Punta Coco) … Wir haben zunächst 3 Tage ‚zentraler‘ gewohnt.

Das Hotel sieht sehr gut aus. Mir hat auch der Stil der Häuser sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer mit den 2 Betten war o.k. Das Upgrade im 2. Stock mit einem schönen Balkon, mit schöner Aussicht, war super! Die Mitbenutzung der Strandbar war ebenfalls super! In der Nähe vom Hotel war eine kleine Restaurant Meile, in der man ausreichend Auswahl hatte. Es war auf jeden Fall ruhiger als in der Hotelmeile im Zentrum.

⚠️ Achtung ⚠️ Neben dem Hotel ist eine riesige Baustelle. Das einzige Zimmer mir 2 Einzelbetten liegt direkt an der Baustelle und ab morgens geht den ganzen Tag lang der Baulärm. Die Behauptung, dass die Arbeiter nur zwischen 10 und 17 Uhr arbeiten stimmte nicht. Am ersten Morgen fingen die Bagger und Presslufthammer sowie laute Musik gegen 9 Uhr an. Am zweiten Morgen schon gegen 8 Uhr und am dritten Morgen gegen 7:30 Uhr. Wer dort hinfährt, sollte nicht denken, dass die Baustelle bald fertig ist. Es handelt sich um eine Anlage mit vielen Häusern. Schade, denn das Hotel und die beiden Pools sind prima.

Trop cher pour la prestation offerte . Il n’y a aucun moyen de se restaurer ou de boire un verre ou café dans l’établissement . Dommage car l’hôtel est loin du centre ville. Personnel à l’écoute mais ne présente pas l’hôtel et n’explique rien . Il y a beaucoup de travaux autour de l’hôtel donc c’est très bruyant tôt le matin. L'hôtel est proche de la plage de Coco mais il y avait beaucoup d’algues donc désagréable idem sur la plage holbox . Il faut donc des vélos pour se rendre au centre ville ou à une plage sans algue .

Helaas waren ze aan de overkant aan t bouwen wat overdag veel overlast gaf. Een koffiezetapparaat was fijn geweest.

The hotel is very nice! The beds were comfortable and the stuff was friendly. It's a 20min walk to the center, but we didn't mind that but enjoyed getting to know the environment

We didn't know that we could refill our water bottles until the last day. This should have been mentioned during our check-in. The walls are more or less quite thin; we could hear our neighbour sneezing.

É sem dúvida uma boa relação qualidade-preço. Adorámos as duas piscinas, sobretudo a da cobertura de um dos edifícios, super privada e excelente para os finais de tarde. O pequeno almoço no hotel próximo em frente ao mar - acessível para os preços de holbox, bem servido e o local super agradável. O ginásio apesar de pequeno dá para fazer Treinos de manutenção e é um bom asset. Apesar de estar afastado do centro já há uma oferta boa de restaurantes próximos e o aluguer de bikes próximo torna a deslocação na ilha muito fácil.

A maior desvantagem do espaço é haver muitas obras atuais nos lotes à volta (de ficarem no fim de semana é melhor pois as obras param e há mais silêncio).

Nous avons aimé le personnel très sympathique, très réactif du fait que notre chambre la première nuit était mal exposé car travaux à proximité ils nous ont surclassé la chambre était magnifique

La distance par rapport au centre-ville, où nous avons passé le plus de temps compte tenu d'une mauvaise météo, plage et baignade impossible

Gröserer Pool von allen Zimmern aus sichtbar, man fühlt sich schnell beobachtet. Rooftop pool einfach mit kleinem Chill Bereich und nicht so einladend um lange zu verbleiben. Gesamt ist es ein schönes Hotel, das alles hat was man braucht aber nicht unbedingt eine Anlage, wo man den ganzen Tag verbringt.

Lovely outside area and pool, very beautiful setting with the straw roofs. Bedrooms well decorated, comfortable and cool (when AC on) good clean shower with hot water. Late checkout time was really nice.

Our room was on the ground floor and the lock looked like it had been broken before as there was a gap. This only was an issue because the layout of the hotel is very open to the road/path so anyone could walk onto the property at any time including the night. The ac also stopped working in our last night. Feels a bit tired with bedsheets threadbare and towels sometimes marked. Holbox is expensive but there might be better value elsewhere

Der Beachclub gehörte zum Hotel und konnte ohne zusätzliche Kosten benutzt werden. Dort gibt es auch ein Restaurant mit akzeptablen Preisen

Lovely clean room and the staff were excellent, liked the fact we could use the facilities of the other hotel were they kept the beach clean . There was also some nice bars and restaurants nearby and nit far to our favourite beach playa coco

Building site right next to our room , no work at the weekend but come Monday was woken up with banging at 8am

- Grosses und schönes Zimmer - Toll dass auch die Anlagen der zugehörigen Hotels genutzt werden können - schöne grosse Badewanne (leider war zu wenig warmes Wasser für dir Nutzung vorhanden)

- momentane Baustellen runderhum und deswegen nicht so gute Strassen

El staff de recepción fue muy amable especialmente Paco y Luis , el Hotel es muy bonito y acogedor, las camas son bastante cómodas y esta a unos 15 mnts andando de playa coco. Tienen aparentemente dos piscinas( a mi no me dijeron nada acerca de esto) pero aparentemente hay otra piscina en el rooftop de uno de los edificios que tiene mas sol y mejores vistas…que no le pase como a mi y pregunte como se accede :/ Apartado de la zona de Fiesta de la isla perfecto para el relax pero a la misma vez lejos de los mejores sitios para tomar algo o comprar cualquier amenities. Si te gusta pasear como a mi esto no es ningún problema .

Necesitan toallas nuevas…es vergonzoso que las toallas estén llenas de manchas aparentemente de los productos con los que los limpian y rasgadas, no estaban en buen estado. Por las mañanas desde bien temprano los trabajadores están hablando entre ellos bastante alto , molestando el sueño de los que queremos levantarnos algo mas tarde al estar de vacaciones , supongo que esto se debe a que mi habitación estaba en el piso base y no mas alto, pero deberían ser mas cuidadosos. Para ducharte con agua caliente suerte aveces sale aveces no ,lo reporte a recepción y nadie hizo nada , tampoco tienen desayunos te aconsejan ir al hotel de enfrente ya que pertenece a la misma cadena de hoteles pero os precios son bastante caros….para el dinero que pagué que fue bastante esperaba otro tipo de experiencia mas tranquila , placentera , con toallas y n buenas condiciones y con desayuno incluido. Cuando vuelva a Holbox lamentablemente no volvería a quedarme en vuestro Boutique Hotel :/

It was hard to get into the beach inside the club.

Un très joli petit hôtel qui propose des chambres magnifiques, spacieuses, propres et bien équipées. Paco, le réceptionniste est très accueillant et attentif à vos besoins. La piscine est très agréable.

Le jumelage avec l’hôtel Hau. C’est chouette pour l’accès à la plage mais sur cette plage et dans l’eau il y a des blocs de bétons sur lesquels vous pouvez vous blesser. Les cocktails du bar de l’hôtel Hau sont juste imbuvables. Mis à part, Guillermo (qui parle français et est très sympa) le personnel de cet hôtel est hautain et désagréable. Éloignez vous sur la playa coco c’est plus sauvage et les petits bars sont très sympas et plus accessibles.

L’emplacement

Les chambres n’étaient pas propres, des traces sur les sommiers, des cheveux dans la salle de bain, nous avons dû demander à changer de chambre en pleine nuit. Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été accordé.

Das Personal war richtig nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben oder einfach mal nett geplaudert. Zimmer waren schön und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem.

IHotel muy bonito, comodo y tranquilo. Habitaciones confortables y grandes, con visitas a la piscina central. Mucha tranquilidad al no admitir niños.

Un poco lejos del centro de Holbox, unos 20 min caminando. Tuvimos mala suerte porque este enero 2026 hay un hotel en construcción a unos centímetros apenas del hotel, y nuestra habitación era la última, pegada a la obra, se escuchaba mucho ruido por la mañana

Great Location, staff was very friendly and approachable, rooms were clean and well prepared.

The only thing I would say it would the fact that they dont have their own breakfast. Not a problem for us since we always had breakfast in tehe center.

Todo estaba excelente a excepción de un masaje que reserve, fue el peor que he recibido, las camas son demasiado pequeñas y estrechas, no lo recomiendo.

the reception was exceptional, helped with any questions we had about to area. the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. location is in a quieter area which was lovely for the night life. very close to the beach.

Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig und hat einen sehr großen Balkon. Die Hotelanlage ist nett hat aber außer dem Pool wenig zu bieten. Dafür ist das Meer nicht weit entfernt und ist wunderschön! Das Zimmer hat auch ein separates WC mit Dusche, was sehr gut ist. Wir können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Die beiden Einzelbetten sind im Obergeschoss und dort gibt es leider keine Klimaanlage sondern nur Ventilatoren. Im Dezember weniger problematisch, im Sommer aber sicherlich unangenehm. Die Entfernung vom Zentrum ist nicht störend, allerdings ist man schon etwas unterwegs. Das sollte man einkalkulieren.

La camera. Avevo sì prenotato una stanza con due letti ma la pubblicità e le immagine sono completamente ingannevoli. La nostra era un tugurio! Piccola umida senza luce con una puzza di fogna perché di fronte alla camera c’era il pozzetto dello scarico dell intero albergo! Avevo chiesto la sera stessa di cambiare stanza ma niente. Mi hanno dato la possibilità mentre ero in spiaggia il giorno dopo alle 3, dovevo tornare poi subito! Non puliscono la camera quindi NO non è un albergo. Esperienza pessima

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön groß und das Bett war riesig. Gute Austattung und der Mitarbeiter Paco war extrem hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Etwas abgelegen.. für uns aber kein Problem, da wir gerne spazieren gehen. Zum Holbox Haupstrand geht man ca. 15-20 Min. Zum Mosquito Beach sind wir ca. 1 Std gegangen. :)) Rund um das Hotel sind viele Baustellen die nicht so einladend ausgesehen haben. Ansonsten hat uns alles gefallen.

Wszystko było idealnie. Hotel był bardzo ładny, kilka kroków od plaży, pokój i łóżko bardzo wygodne. Personel był bardzo miły i zawsze pomocny. Wróciłabym tu ponownie!

Style de l'hôtel et des chambres. Équipement complet et personnel super aimable. Super grand lit bien confortable. Pas le choix du petit-déjeuner, c'est le sucré d'office. Et c'était parfait pour nous 😀. Situation à l'écart du centre donc certainement plus calme ( malgré les travaux des nouvelles constructions tout autour ). Quelques iguanes dans le jardin 😀.

Pression de l'eau un peu faible ( une spécialité mexicaine ? ).

Very relaxing place, adults only, spacious rooms, comfy bed and they are part of other hotels across the street, so you can enjoy their facilities, restaurants and beach club, it kind of felt like a 3 for 1 deal. The Spa, by the way, was a very nice surprise, like a cave and the massages wow!

Es ist vom Zentrum ca 15-20 min mit dem Fußbus entfernt. Die Straßen sind aber nicht wie in Deutschland sondern super matschig etc. Also mit bedacht bedenken.

Cambiamos de habitación porque la doble no está muy buena, no la recomendamos. Pero con el upgrade super contentas.

que la habitación con dos camas no reflejaba lo que se ve en booking. Por suerte tienen opciones y esas sí estan super bien. De Holbox no me gustó que hay muchísimo sargazo. No sabía ni me imaginaba.
