Très bel hôtel avec accès direct à la plage, plusieurs piscines, chambres spacieuses bien équipées, bon restaurant mais un peu cher pour la qualité proposée

Excentré par rapport au centre animé d’Holbox, idéal si vous souhaitez plus de tranquilité. Nous avons loué des vélos en ville pour nous déplacer sur l’île (pas à l’hôtel car tarifs très élevés)

El lugar es muy bonito, cómodo y perfecto si buscas un lugar para descansar sin ruidos por las noches y poder caminar al centro por las mañanas, cuenta con Internet muy bueno, la piscina de arriba ofrece vistas maravillosas al mar, gran atención por parte de todo el personal y sin duda regresaría!!!

Los alimentos son ricos pero el costo es algo elevado a diferencia de otros lugares, el desayuno sin duda vale la pena por completo

La gentillesse du personnel. Le petit-déjeuner en bord de mer : le Motulenos est délicieux ! Les transats mis à disposition. Les différentes piscines. Vue sur les Pélicans et proximité de la plage Punta Cocos pour admirer les flamands roses. Absence de sargasses.

Chambre étroite avec peu de possibilité de rangement. Accès à la mer pas évident vu la présence de blocs béton / marches dans le fond.

The property was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. It’s right on the beach and we swam every day. I have to say, the staff are incredible and so helpful. They made us feel very welcome.

Not a lot tbh. The food was good but not amazing. There’s much better to be had in the Centro. It’s a short taxi ride to the Centro from the hotel and taxis are very frequent.

De kamers en de nabijheid van de oceaan, de vriendelijkheid van het personeel. Het rooftopzwembad. De bistro bij het hotel had lekker eten en vriendelijke bediening.

De ligging op het eiland (wat verder uit het centrum) is wel rustig, maar je moet ver wandelen of altijd en taxi of golfkar huren om naar het centrum te kunnen gaan.

הגענו בסוף הטיול ורצינו הפעם מלון מפנק. בחרנו במלון לפי התמונות אבל במציאות נראה הרבה פחות טוב. אי אפשר להגיד שהוא 4 כוכבים. הבריכה ממש קטנה ונמצאת ממש בכניסות לחדרים ולא מספיק נקייה. פעמים ביום הפסקות חשמל ארוכות (כי צריך להטעין את הגנרטור), קיבלנו חדרים קטנים מאוד והחלון שלהם פונה לקיר של מסדרון. החדרים ברמה של הוסטל ולא של מלון. ממש לא מתאים למי שרוצה להתפנק .

El personal, siempre estuverion atentos y facilitaron mucho mi estancia las intalaciones acogedoras.

Queda algo lejos del centro, pero a la vez es una ventaja pues es mas tranquilo sin ruido para el descanso y relax asi que quiza el que la escoge no considera importante que sea lejos del centro,

El staff fue muy muy amable, el hotel se mantiene muy limpio y la entrada a la playa prácticamente privada.

El wifi era un poco lento pero no considero que haya sido un problema grave.

Het is een prachtig hotel op een prachtig eiland. Het strand is heerlijk en de service is erg goed. Er wordt actief met je meegedacht om het beste te maken van je vakantie. Er was ook een fietsverhuuroptie en boottours, beide aan te raden! Restaurantjes genoeg in de omgeving, dus voor ontbijt, lunch en avondeten zit je altijd goed. Het personeel geeft ook aanbevelingen hierin als je daarnaar vraagt. Er was een erg vriendelijke meneer van de maintenance waarmee we graag een praatje maakten en die ons ook adviezen gaf over waar de flamingo's/zonsondergang het beste te bekijken.

De kamer was wat klein en de vloer werd snel vuil (wat overigens wel logisch is aangezien je aan het strand zit). De kamers waren ook ontzettend gehorig. Wij hebben helaas bijna niet kunnen slapen doordat er 1 of 2 kamers naast ons iedere nacht een baby aan het huilen was en wij daar alles van konden horen.

Wir hatten unser Zimmer im Erdgeschoss - hier war es recht laut direkt in der Früh, weil die Türen nicht 100% schließen + das Frühstück, wenn man es selbst zahlt, ist vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht fair

Todo estaba super limpio y el personal fue muy amable. La playa y las albercas estaban limpias y bonitas.

Hau has a great beach area a ocean view. the beachfront restaurant served delicious breakfast, lunch and supper, excelent cooking and service. the bed was very comfortable, my partner and I both slept like babies....

the rooms are very simply appionted. no furniture persay, none the less the room provides what is needed considering that other than a place to sleep and change clothing we were onthe beach or touring the island.

Everything was stunning , we stayed in the pent house and couldn’t believe the view of the ocean. Also the bar had delicious drinks the restaurant had amazing tacos . But what I absolutely loved was the service . Every single person was friendly, super kind, helpful. I would 100% go back .

Séjour merveilleux dans cet hôtel ! Difficile de trouver des points négatifs. L’emplacement est certes un peu excentré mais d’une tranquillité incroyable. Hôtel les pieds dans l’eau, la piscine agréable et le restaurant propose ce qu’il faut. Les chambres sont suffisamment équipés et la literie est top.

Difficile de trouver des points négatifs. Les 2 suggestions que nous pourrions faire : - peut être un peu plus de choix pour le petit déjeuner (notamment niveau sucré) et proposer de vrai jus de fruits naturel. - prix du restaurant un peu cher

Schöne saubere Zimmer, tolle Lage, super Essen und leckere Drinks

Das Zimmer hat etwas nach Gulli gerochen, war aber nur unser Zimmer, Freunde von uns hatten das nicht. Leider waren ein paar Gäste sehr laut Nachts, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft ja nichts.

Huge bed and comfy bed was a big plus! Nice access to the beach unfortunately small beach. Cleaning service everyday, and drinking water available all the time.

Sofa bed was really uncomortable

La salle d’eau est un petit peu en dessous du standard de l’établissement, je dirai que c’est le seul bémol que nous avons trouvé.

La habitación era confortable pero no era 1 habitación para 4 pax sino 3 porque el sofa cama tenía una cama razonable y la otra mínima. Las fotos no se condicen ya que no tiene toda esa playa al mar. Si me hubiera quedado más de una noche, hubiera ido a otro hotel.

Que no tuviera, como figura en las fotos, la salida del hotel directo a una playa amplia guiando al mar. La playa la ganaron con club de mar para vender comida y bebida y le quitaron lo principal al hotel que es la salida directa del hotel a la playa y mar. La pileta de abajo es chica y casi no da el sol, pero en el Roof tienen dos amplias piletas con sol que si no fuera que pregunté no me enteraba que existían. No tiene secador de cabello.

The hotel is on the quieter side of the beach. The oceanview rooms were good. The beachfront bar was handy to have nearby. This was our 4th time in Holbox and the second time at the HAU.

The beach has eroded from past years. You cannot walk the beach. The staff was daily fixing sand sink holes from the erosion. They have merged with the adjoining hotel, both properties need a bit of a facelift. The staff at the beach bar were friendly but did not provide 10 star service.

- der Strand war Vergleichweise mäßig gut - die Preise zum Radverleih waren unverschämt (5meter weiter kostet es 50% weniger) - gewisse Teile des Hotels wie der der roooftoppool werden weder von Hotelpersonal erwähnt, noch sind dort Liegen oder Sitzplätze vorhanden.

Me encantó la ubicación, súper tranquilo Me hospedé tres noches viajando solo con mi hija y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia. La ubicación es excelente y el hotel, aunque pequeño, es súper cómodo y acogedor. La habitación estuvo muy bien: limpia, con buen aire acondicionado, agua caliente y muy buena presión. Además cuenta con televisión e internet, lo cual se agradece. Todo se mantuvo limpio durante nuestra estancia. Algo que me encantó fue la alberca en el rooftop, muy linda y perfecta para relajarse. También la comida del restaurante estuvo rica y la atención fue muy buena. Ángel y Quique fueron especialmente amables y atentos, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más agradable. En relación con lo que pagué, me pareció que todo estuvo muy bien y definitivamente sí volvería a hospedarme aquí. Lo recomiendo para quienes buscan un lugar cómodo, bien ubicado y con buen servicio en Holbox.

La gente es muy amable. La limpieza era impecable y, aunque el hotel no está cerca del centro, hay restaurantes cerca y las playas más vacías.

Lo único que le recomendaría a hotel es agregar un frigobar en la habitación. Entiendo que es para evitar que los huéspedes lleven comida a la habitación, pero sirve para mantener bebidas y el gel After Sun fríos.

Sa plage privée, les 4 piscines réparties dans l hôtel, le bar de plage qui proposent d excellents cocktails. Le restaurant était également très bien. Je recommande de louer des vélos car à 25 minutes du centre ville mais c est faisable à pied

Les chambres ne sont pas très grandes. Un peu loin du centre ville. Dommage que les chambres n aient pas de lits king size.

La habitación era muy pequeña y olía a humedad. Relación calidad precio baja. La sección de playa frente al beach club no es la mejor (muchas rocas en el agua)

Mare non meraviglioso davanti l’hotel. Con una passeggiata di 15 min si raggiunge però punta coco dove il mare è meraviglioso.

Very basic amenities. Nothing to do when raining. TV nit logged onto internet, no space fir comfortable seating. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room. Bathroom nit small but layout made it cramped. Couldn't reach the wardrobe area if someone was using the sink fir example.

The ocean view was stunning. Minimalist aesthetic to the room. Very clean. Beach Club staff were very friendly.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, welches schön war. Genau deswegen haben wir dieses Hotel gebucht. Es gab diverse Restaurants in der Nähe. Um 22 Uhr wurde pünktlich die Musik vom Beachclub ausgemacht und dann war es herrlich ruhig.

Die permanante Musik vom Beachclub. Die Balkonstühle waren nicht wirklich bequem. Happy Hour galt nur für gewisse Cocktails (auf Tequila-Basis). Frühstück war ausserhalb besser. Insgesamt ist es zwar ein schönes Hotel, war aber nicht das was wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Preis-Leistung war unseres Erachtens nicht stimmig.

The king room with sea view was amazing, with comfortable mattress and well decorated (however, ask to be at level 2 or 3 as the level 1 has the balcony straight in front of the restaurant tables so it doesn’t feel very private). Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is not on the best beach of Holbox. It’s a nice and quiet beach with sunbeds, but there was concrete blocks and lots of rocks in the water that made swimming not super enjoyable.

À nos amis français, fuyez ! - personnel désagréable au possible, arnaqueur, et au bar/resto ne prennent pas la commande en dessous de 10€. Obliger de venir les voir 3 ou 4 fois !! - chambre minuscule avec des odeurs d’égouts, béton sale et brut au sol, et lit extra dur. J’ai fait bcp d’hôtel au Mexique, et c’était sans doute le pire, et de loins. - nourriture exécrable, cher et mal cuisiné. J’ai été malade dès le second jour. - Hôtel loin du centre névralgique de l’île, quartier en travaux, la journée c’est le bruit des scies et des marteaux piqueur au programme ! Sympa non ? - l’eau de la piscine est trouble. La plage est bourré de sargasse, et des cubes de bétons enfouies sous l’eau. On s’y fait mal quand on y prend un bain. Quand je vous disais que rien n’allait . Bref, il y a bien mieux au même prix dans les environ.

Private rooftop patio with our penthouse suite was gorgeous. Friendly, helpful staff. Good location, 10 min stroll to town. Lots of nice restaurants right around the hotel, maximum 3 minutes walk. Clean beachfront, kept very clear of sargassum. Food and cocktails at the restaurant were excellent, but very expensive.

Severe lack of kitchen utensils, cutlery, plates in the penthouse. If you're someone who likes to cook, like me, you'll be disappointed. Garbage quality pots and pans and utensils. ONLY 4 DINNER PLATES. ONLY 2 BOWLS. NO MIXING BOWLS, NO SERVING BOWL OR SERVING PLATES. NO STORAGE CONTAINERS. My family and I travel the world, staying in hotels/air BnB's, this is easily the worst appointed kitchen I've encountered in 15 years. We were given ONE dish towel for our 2 week stay. The cleaning staff never replaced it. It smelled disgusting. The unit has 4 bathrooms (2 ensuites, 1 powder room, 1 full bathroom on rooftop) - the cleaning staff ONLY put towels in the 2 ensuites. In 2 weeks, we had neither bath towels nor hand towels in 2 of our bathrooms. The cleaning staff rarely provided toilet tissue - we had to go to the front desk and ask for it. There are overhead lights in the open concept kitchen/living room - 3 out of 4 of them were burnt out. The kitchen sink was constantly clogged. Each time we washed dishes there was a disgusting, smelly back-log of water in the sink. The water in the showers heated up quickly, but did not last more than 5 minutes. As long as you're quick, not a problem. But if you're someone who likes a long, relaxing hot shower, beware. The wifi in the unit was spotty (not the hotel's fault, I understand). The front desk staff were very kind, but several of them did not have great communication skills beyond Spanish, contrary to Hau's website claims. In the evenings, we had great difficulty finding staff to assist us with anything. We would walk to the front desk, find the office empty, and sit there for anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes until someone appeared. Timely communication is severely lacking at this property. The included breakfast is fresh fruit, a very small portion of plain yogurt and granola, a small cookie/pastry which changes daily, and coffee or tea which was typically cold.

La réceptionniste très agréable le personnel du du bar souriant et serviable, la chambre simple et propre spacieuse.

Un peu excentree du centre, le fait qu’il ne propose du all inclusive ou demi pension et petit déjeuner imposé pas le choix sur un buffet même mini ou un menu.

Great location right on the beach and the beach club was a great place to hang out for early evening margueritas, or very tasty breakfasts. Loved the quesadillas made on the beach. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Es ist wie in den anderen Bewertungen, es gibt immer gratis Wasser zum nachfüllen. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber. Man kann alle Pools auch vom Spirit Hotel nebenan nutzen, also gibt es somit 4 Pools, 2 unten und 2 Rooftop Pools.

Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral, zur Fuß ist es über eine halbe Stunde in die stadt. Es gibt Fahrräder zum ausborgen, die sind aber sehr teuer. Der Strand ist sehr klein aber für das Hotel ausreichend

La playa estuvo muy bien, pero tuvimos varios problemas de mantenimiento como el aire tiraba agua, el inodoro y lo peor fue que se metió una rata a la habitación el personal de recepción fue muy amable igual las chicas de limpieza . Solamente que al momento de ir a los camastro te mueven y no puedes consumir nada que no sea de los restaurantes del hotel, eso no nos lo especificaron. Tratamos de no dar problemas así que ignoramos los problemas ya que fuimos a disfrutar. Las vistas eran hermosas pero no volvería la verdad.

Der Pool, die Happy Hour, die Liegen und die Aussicht auf das Meer waren toll. Das Personal hat sich bemüht, uns zu helfen. Unsere Klimaanlage ist kaputt gegangen und wir mussten das Zimmer in das benachbarte Hotel Spirit wechseln. Man bekam kostenloses Trinkwasser. Es wurde jeden Morgen Seegras entfernt.

Der Strand vor dem Hotel ist sehr schmal und man kann durch Betonklötze und scharfkantige Steine im Meer eigentlich nicht schwimmen. Verglichen mit dem Strand Richtung Punta Mosquito ist dieser Strand nicht empfehlenswert.

Emplacement top, petit déjeuner les pieds dans le sable 😍

Das Personal war super freundlich. Die Lage ist super, da der Strandabschnitt sehr klein ist, ist es nicht so überlaufen. Man kann dort Frühstücken wenn man möchte oder von dort einfach in die Stadt laufen.

Leider hat das Zimmer sehr unangenehm gerochen.
