Kinderbetten waren nicht vorbereitet in beiden gebuchten Zimmern, Klimaanlage bei 1 Zimmer defekt, daher alles sehr feucht. Zimmer wurde dann in der Nacht gewechselt, dies hat einige Zeit gedauert, wieder wurde das Kinderbett nicht vorbereitet - somit war es schon spät als alle ins Bett kamen.

The hotel is lovely, with an amazing view, excellent facilities, and large, spacious rooms. There was an issue during my stay that really wasn’t acceptable, but the hotel staff understood the situation and handled it very well. They resolved the problem and made everything right, which completely changed my experience for the better. Because of the way they handled it, I decided to extend my stay and book a few more nights at the hotel.

The staff was very friendly, helpful, and understanding. A special mention to the guy at the front desk, whose name I unfortunately didn’t get. Every time we had an issue, he listened, understood the situation, and made sure we had the option to move to another room. We really appreciated his effort and attitude. The lobby and the area leading to the beach are also beautiful. However, that’s not what I came to the hotel for.

The biggest problem is the AC. In every room, the AC unit is located inside a cabinet directly across from the bed. We went through three different rooms, and in each one either the AC didn’t cool properly or it was so loud that it was impossible to sleep. We found ourselves constantly searching for a normal room where we could actually sleep and enjoy our vacation instead of simply enjoying the hotel. The rooftop pool was also closed for renovations, with no warning or mention of this before booking. Overall, despite the great service from the staff, the experience was very frustrating. I would not stay here again.

Problemas de limpieza, pieza sin hacer, alarmas de incendio en mal estado. Estuvimos un día entero sin aire acondicionado.

Le personnel était agréable, les chambres étaient grandes et l’hôtel dans sa globalité était joli.

La chambre que j’avais réservé et payé en plus avait une piscine mais de ce fait, la chambre était très sombre. Je devais demander tous les jours que le ménage soit effectué dans ma chambre jusqu’au point où un jour le ménage n’avait pas du tout été fait. J’avais quitté ma chambre à 10h et revenue à 19h30 donc il n y avait plus de personnel pour la faire. De plus il manquait tous les jours des choses lors du ménage (les mouchoirs ont été remis qu’à la fin du séjour, la body lotion et le soap for hand manquait tous les jours).

Había muchas familias mayormente religiosas que parecían dueñas de la propiedad, comían comida comprada afuera en espacio como el lobby o al lado de la piscina dejando suciedad, gritan en los pasillos, utilizan sala de reuniones como comedor a la vista de todos como si fuera la cocina de su casa, se creen dueños del hotel o que son los únicos allí, los niños jugando en la arena en los pasillos de entrada al hotel impidiendo el paso… una falta de respeto su manera de comportarse y nadie del hotel poniendo límites

Pratique abusive du manager Lavaris. Tout le séjour s’était parfaitement passé, nous avons demandé un check out tardif qui devait nous être facturé de 50 dollars par heure supplémentaire ( tarif annoncé par 2 employés). Au moment de descendre le manager nous appelle dans la chambre pour nous dire que le tarif avait changé, nous lui demandons d’attendre que nous descendions . À la réception il a été irrespectueux, humiliant et hautain, nous a limite traité de menteurs et a débité ma carte de crédit sans mon autorisation. Il nous a dit «  c’est comme ça et c’est tout. » . Cest dommage de laisser ainsi partir des clients jusque là satisfaits. Ce n’est même pas pour les dollars sur facturé mais pour le manque de respect total de ce manager. J’espère que la direction de l’hôtel prendra des mesures.

This place is a joke. Hidden costs everywhere. And they’ll charge you for stuff from the mini bar you didn’t consume. I was treated like a thief and a liar when I called to inquire about additional charges. Don’t stay here, this place will treat you like a fraudulent ex.

La ubicacion es muy buena ya q se encuentra a pocas cuadras la avenida donde hay oferta gastronomica, esta el super q tambien facilita mucho la comida dentro del hotel. En la zona de pileta te ofrecen toallas asi como tmb para la playa junto con reposeras y sombrilla incluido. La limpieza y prolijidad en el hotel es impecable asi como están atentos a cada detalle. La atencion recibida en cualquiera de las areas siempre con amabilidad.

Péssimo atendimento e cordialidade dos funcionários desde o check in. Chegamos no hotel as 15:40, o check in começava as 16:00, mesmo com um check in neste horario, as 16:00 o nosso quarto ainda não estava pronto e pediram para aguardarmos e iriam nos ligar quando o quarto estivesse disponível, estávamos exaustos, com criança e havíamos passado a noite no voo, já foi uma decepção. Reservei o quarto para 3 pessoas (casal+ filha 6 anos) quando chegamos no quarto o sofá cama não estava montado e arrumado para a nossa filha dormir, solicitei duas vezes que arrumassem a cama para ela dormir, a camareira chegou quase 21:00 para arrumar, ainda com má vontade. Por dois dias não limparam o quarto, sendo que no segundo dia eu me dirigi até a recepção do hotel, expliquei que o quarto não havia sido limpo no dia anterior e solicitei que não deixassem de limpar o quarto naquele dia. Para a minha surpresa, ao chegar no quarto a noite, o quarto estava sujo, banheiro úmido, toalhas molhadas, já que não tem ventilação nos banheiros. O hotel é bonito e a estrutura de praia e piscina é muito boa, mas os atendentes não fizeram a nossa estadia ser agradável.

Sempre ficamos hospedados neste hotel, a comida muito boa, a sala de ginástica perfeita e completa,limpeza na parte de recepção e acessos perfeita.

Serviço de quarto péssimo, limpeza do apartamento péssima.

Amazing room and staff and amazing location

The hotel is outdated and in urgent need of renovation. The rooms suffer from issues such as leaking ceilings and excessive noise, making the guest experience quite disappointing. More concerning, however, is that the hotel's management simply does not function properly. Attempts to contact the property by phone or email go unanswered, and it is extremely difficult to obtain any assistance or response from the staff. Overall, the operation appears chaotic and highly disorganized. The hotel urgently needs significant improvements in its management and customer service standards. It is a real shame, as this used to be a very good hotel.

El hotel ya lo conocía y si bien leí varias criticas negativas decidí volver. Es un hotel comodo y con acceso a la playa.

Tuvimos varios problemas con 2 habitaciones diferentes donde tardaron horrores en resolverlos y nos hicieron perder muchisimo tiempo. El gerente jamas pudo resolver nada. En un hotel 2 estrellas tienen mucho mejor servicio.

Stayed at the Grand Beach with my family. Had the best relaxing time. From the moment we checked in, to the time we checked out , the staff in all departments and areas were so accommodating and made our stay perfect. Loved spending time at the lobby bar and grabbing a coffee at their coffee shop. Had a delicious breakfast with views of the ocean. Our room was clean and the beds and pillows were very comfy. The ocean views from our the balcony were breathtaking. Highly recommend staying here. A fun bonus for us was renting bikes and biking on the the bike/ walking trail . Can’t wait to book another stay in the future

I liked the location and amenities.

I did not like how the concierge treated me. I ordered food on uber eats and upon delivery instead of just putting it in my room they cast it away. When I was asking them about it they seemed dishonest about it.

The rooftop pool and hot tub.The view was amazing from up top.

Great first day! Reception was very welcoming. They let me check in early and it was wonderful because I had been traveling since 3 o'clock the previous morning. The provided beach chairs and towels were great. The adult pool was refreshing. All and all a beautiful first day here! The bartender also made a great whiskey sour

Service was good. But the 2 hot tubs stopped working on Saturday and someone said they won’t be fixed until next week.

The pool/ beach food girl. She was very passive aggressive. I canceled my order because our drinks were just sitting there for 30 minutes and she never delivered them. We thought she was going to hit us.

The grand beach hotel in surfside is fabulous. It’s on the beach front. We got an ocean view room The valet is great. The service is great the supervisor Lumins was kind and very helpful. . The pool is wonderful. And the bar and cafe beautiful. Our room came with 2 bathrooms and 2 showers which is great because both myself and my husband had our own bathroom. The beach is gorgeous. And they set up the chairs and umbrellas for you. There is a coffee maker in the room.

O ar condicionado faz muito barulho, tinha que desligar para conseguir dormir. A limpeza parecia que tinha que implorar, várias vezes fiquei fora o dia todo e o quarto ainda não havia sido arrumado.

Great stay. Check-in went smooth, the rooms were clean, and service was quick. The food was delicious. I especially liked the beach crew. They were very accommodating.

It’s a four star hotel. I’m not sure what makes it a four star hotel. I checked in on a busy Sunday. I’m a human being, so I can understand that. When I got to my room however, it looked nice and modern, but then I noticed there were crumbs all around the bed and it looked like the room had not been swept. I called the front desk to ask for a room change. They said they are at capacity and cannot but they will have house keeping come clean it. I explained that I chose the hotel for cleanliness and this was disappointing. They said they are calling housekeeping and someone should ‘be there soon’. I then went down to the front desk to see if I could get a more timely resolution to the issue. Again, I was told they are going to contact housekeeping - to which I said, someone called for me five minutes ago. The concierge proceeded to call housekeeping and it didn’t seem like they knew anything about the issue. A half hour passed and no one came so I went to the pool. When I got back, I called the front desk and spoke to the manager who said that they are REALLY busy and someone will come. I said, listen, I just want it clean, I’m happy to clean it myself if someone gives me a bro - if it were my house, it would be clean. Finally about two hours later a housekeeper came and swept up all the crumbs. Later that night I realized that I had forgotten toothpaste. At a four star hotel I would have expected there to be complimentary tooth paste, but there wasn’t. So I called the reception and was told: sorry we were super busy and ran out. Normally I would have run out to get my own. But I had already made a trip to cvs to purchase adequate shampoo and body wash. The next morning - magically they had toothpaste again and the team was confused why I was told there wasn’t any the previous night.

Being a very friendly and positive person who travels a lot I have never come across such rude customer service … if you want a nice stay in Miami do not stay in this hotel !!

Rooms are dirty, mirrors not cleaned. Showers not wiped down floors not swept, light switches dirty. Multiple things in room needing simple repairs from tightening of faucets, replacement/tightening of screws on armoire and mini fridge, and the phone next to our bed beeping every 10 minutes. Stayed here 3 nights, did not get cleaned the first night. Ended up taking out our own garbage and making our own bed. Had to beg for new towels, TWICE before they were brought to our room, with attitude. We were not given a welcome talk or told about the property. We had to lean from another guest that there was an adults only pool on the roof. Other pools were mildly dirty, not a single hot tub worked. There were apparently employees who were supposed to hold the doors open but we're always in conversation with each other and opened a door I was already though. We contacted our travel agent about most of these concerns, while she was in conversation with the manager (Lavars), they denied everything being said. If you are coming here to relax and hoping for a worry free time, this is not the H̶o̶t̶e̶l̶ motel for you.

Quartos amplos, bem limpos, com sofá e dois banheiros ( essa parte eu achei maravilhoso ) varanda com vista para a praia. O hotel todo é muito bonito, organizado e os funcionários bem educados e receptivos.

A maquina do Ar condicionado parece estar dentro do quarto, quando liga, o barulho fica muito alto. Então tive que desligar o ar todos os dias para conseguir dormir.

Etty at the restaurant was the best part of our stay. She was so helpful and happy the whole time. Will definitely be coming back because of her!!

We had a really enjoyable stay at Grand Beach Surfside and overall it was a great experience. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy beach access and beautiful views that made our trip feel special. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The pool and beach areas were especially relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was calm and welcoming. The only reason for four stars instead of five is that there were a few small areas where service or facilities could have been a little more consistent. That said, we had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended for a relaxing beach getaway.

The place and services are excellent, including the special treatment from Ms. Noelia at the front desk, recommending the places to enjoy and have a good time.

First impression and arrival experience was rather disappointing. Lobby bare of any furniture to linger, an empty wide hall with no ambience at all. Bar on main corridor of passing by traffic to beach and restaurant. Waited 30 minutes in queue to get check in. Staff kept repeating during each check in process that cooking is not allowed in the rooms and is punishable. Gave impression to us all, we had arrived at a notoriuos 2- 3 star property with other guests not adhering to the most basic rules of good behaviour. Service staffing at bar, restaurant, 2 pools were at a minimum and not forthcoming, creating an ambiance or atmosphere to add an experience to the stay.

Atendimento no check in Estacionando valor abusivo já que na região não tem estacionamento privativo fora do hotel, e a política de não poder consumir nada que não seja comprado no hotel em áreas comuns como o jardim externo eh muito repressiva.

Let’s start at check in.When pulling in the Valet parking attendant hurry’s up and jumps in your car before you can even go in and check in.Literally had to ask him to wait til I was able to ensure I was able to check in since I had arrived early even tho I requested an early check in.Got to the front desk the worker was rude and my room wast ready was told I would be give a call once the room was ready.I had arrived at 11:39a.m I received a call the room was ready at 3:45pm when check in is at 4 anyway.I returned to the hotel to check in around 4:05 at that time i was working with a different front desk staff who was also rude.I explained to her that I added an extra day.I was charged an holding fee two times into once case i had to check in and check out for the extra day.They do not provide breakfast at all witch is insane cause I paid 1693 for 3 nights way to much to not provide breakfast.Parking is also an not included in the room stay and for these rates parking should be free as well.Housekeeping was a nightmare each day i had to call and ask why my room was not cleaned and ask for clean towels and washrags.My last night i waited four hours before someone showed up with clean towels and rags.I AC unit is in the room and load as can be hard to sleep over.There is no ice machine on floor 12 so i had to go down floor 11 witch theres was out of service so i had to go down to floor 10 the whole staff for ice.I can go on and on about why i will NEVER stay here again.Not worth the price at all.

La chambre était sale à notre arrivée, Les serviettes de bain n’étaient pas changées régulièrement, ce qui est inacceptable pour ce type d’établissement, le lit était refait avec des draps tachés La climatisation est extrêmement bruyante, avec une unité centrale directement dans un placard de la chambre, rendant les nuits difficiles, même à l’arrêt la climatisation fait un bruit effroyable Nous avons signalé ces problèmes à la réception dès le début de notre séjour, mais le personnel s’en fiche clairement et n’a montré aucun réel intérêt à résoudre la situation. Il a fallu attendre trois jours pour obtenir un changement de chambre… qui présentait exactement les mêmes défauts. Le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais. Seule la localisation est un point positif. Pour le reste, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.

Gostei da localização do hotel e da área de lazer, piscina e praia. Tudo muito bem equipado para os hóspedes. A academia também muito boa.

A limpeza dos quartos não era das melhores e as camareiras sempre deixavam de repor shampoo e sabonete e toalhas nos quartos. As vezes se eu saía tarde do quarto, elas não iam mais para limpar, apenas de eu ter pedido para ir mais tarde. Outro fator não tão agradável, é não servir café da manhã sem ser a la carte.
