When i first checked in my room wasnt clean and shower was broken. Phone didn't work. I was only there for 2 nights and they didn't come until 2nd day to Clean and fix everything.air conditioner broke Duran when I was leaving.

La ubicación es perfecta. La habitación que me toca muy amplia y excelente en todo sentido.

El personal de recepcion es poco amigable y no colaboran en nada. El desayuno deberían mejorarlo bastante.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff gave us a very warm welcome and were friendly throughout our stay. The room was spacious and very pleasant, with a comfortable bed. It’s a perfect place to stay in Miami Beach, in a safe and family-friendly area. We would especially like to thank Rosaria and the entire valet team for their kindness. We would definitely stay here again.

Limpeza do quarto

Foi vendida como vista para o Mar e não tinha vista 2 andar. A recepção não falavam espanhol e só inglês. E não faziam questão de ajudar na tradução. A localização do lado da ponte com muito barulho. Não tinha serviço de alimentação para hóspede Já fui 2 vezes no outro hotel da rede e gostei, mas esse não gostei nem um pouco. Só não troquei de hotel porque não tinha tempo.

All the amenities and facilities were great and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We would recommend the hotel with our eyes closed.

The breakfast could have been better but other than that it was great.

Big rooms (I took the biggest suite) so we had 4 restrooms (2 of them were so dirty that we didn’t use them). Nice view (water view). Good beds (bad pillows)

Well…. The place is not clean. Had to pay an extra 100 dollars per day (fee) for facilities (very small swimming pool) and the worst breakfast I had in all the hotels I stayed at… Definitely not worth the money. Location is not that great. Well, basically 100% not going to recommend my friends. Good if you a big family and didn’t find anything else….

The property is very well located on Bay Harbor Islands just steps from Bal Harbour (across the bridge). The rooms have two bathrooms and our room had a nice balcony facing the canal and in the distance the Atlantic Ocean. The jacuzzi and pool were great.

Lovely, spacious, clean rooms and the hotel has a nice location. The gym and pool area are quite small but has everything you need. Beach is easy walking distance away.

Some of the staff members could have been a bit friendlier.

It’s a beautiful hotel in a lovely location. The front desk staff, cleaning crew and valets are exceptional.

Breakfast is pretty disappointing. There’s stuff to eat but that’s about all I could say. The cooked stuff is like a low mid market hotel. The baked goods are not good quality. The coffee is pretty terrible. I don’t think they’d have to invest much to make it a lot better. We rented two rooms with sofa beds and neither room had bed linens for the sofa beds or enough towels for the number of people we specified were staying in the room. We shouldn’t have to wait half an hour at 10pm to get bed linens. They should be standard in every room with a sofa beds just in case they are needed. And every person should have a towel.

Do not book here.. charged an extra 400 dollars with no bill provided upon check out. During our stay the rooms were not the cleanest the bedding was not changed at all during our 10day stay. Often saw staff sat in people's rooms chatting rather than cleaning. We also had a battery smoke alarm which was on low battery and kept us awake all night shouting low battery every minute this is no exaggeration! The front desk told us they couldn't change it until maintainance arrived at 0700. At 0900 nobody had arrived and I had to speak with front desk staff as she explained nobody told her at the arrival of her shift. We also had the air-conditioning fail and water poured in via the ceiling all over the side and covered our suitcases and clothing. Again maintenance arrived and said he didnt speak English and left myself to clean the water ! How can they then charge the room extra stay away from this hotel!

Muy contento con varios aspectos: - Posibilidad de reservar sin coste el traslado desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel el día de la llegada, esto es un punto muy bueno e importante porque llegas cansado del viaje y agiliza la llegada al hotel.10 - Gimnasio perfectamente habilitado con equipamiento TechnoGYm, mancuernas, máquienas de cardio, rack de peso libre,...Muy bien, limpio y ordenado. Sin duda el mejor en el que he estado de cualquier hotel hasta ahora.10 - Ubicación perfecta, al lado de Surfside con playa andando a 10 minutos y todo tipo de comercios, restaurantes y supermercados cerca que puedes ir andando. Vistas a la bahía. Fácil acceso en coche. Al lado está el centro comercial Bay Harbor Shops, muy grande con tiendas de lujo y muchos restaurantes increíbles. 10 - Habitación muy amplia con 2 baños, salón y dormitorio con cama kingsize perfecto. 2 televisiones disponibles de gran tamaño con meses de trabajo. 2 terrazas perfectas con mobiliario para sentarse a desayunar o a descansar - Personal de recepción el día de la llegada muy amable, así como el servicio de recogida de maletas. También el último día nos dejaron hacer el chek out 30 minutos despúes de lo establecido en la reserva, muy amables por su parte!!!! -Piscinas Exteriores (2) Pequeñas. Bien para relejarse con bonitas vistas a la bahía. Lo malo es que tienen el agua muy caliente

Desde luego hay varios aspectos que deben mejor, en los que he quedado decpecionado: - DESAYUNO. Muy pobre, basado en fritos y productos altamente calóricos bajos en nutrientes y proteína. De hecho excepto huevos revueltos (que ni siquiera estuvieron disponibles todos los días, no hubo el fin de semana según me dijeron porque no llegó el reparto) no se oferta nada de proteína. Creo que esto es inaceptable hoy en día habiendo opciones no muy caras para ofrecer que se pueden comprar baratas tipo jamón serrano, claras de huevo, yogures proteicos sin grasa ni carbohidratos, pechuga natural de pollo o pavo, atun claro al natural, queso de calidad...Solamente se salva la fruta del día (manzana, naranja, plátano, sandia, melón). Lo demás que se oferta es malo y de baja calidad (gofres preconcinados, patatatas fritas, cereales industriales altamente calóricos, pan que claramente no es del día, bagels industriales de baja calidad). El café horrible, no lo he tomado ningún día porque lo probé y estaba malísimo (aguado, claramente no es del momento, sin sabor ninguno). No se ofertan opciones tipo verduras para una ensalada ni huevos cocidos. Muy triste y claramente mejorable desde luego. - LIMPIEZA. Hotel en general y habitación muy limpio pero las terrazas claramente no las limpian, los muebles estaban sucios y tuvimos que llamar para que limpiaran. Servicio de toallas caótico, unos días dejaban muhcas y otros pocas. Tampoco reponían adecuadamente las muestras de champú y gel en el baño todos los días, algunos días no dejaban. - PERSONAL. El personal que atiende el desayuno mal, poco agradable y nada colaborador cuando se hace alguna sugerencia. El personal de mostrador de las mañanas trato normal, impresión de que no les importa mucho que el cliente esté contento con su estancia, parece que simplemente hacen su trabajo de gestiones sin más.

Check in was terrible. We arrived at 9pm, after delayed trip & very tired. Receptionist was very off hand, gave us no hotel information whatsoever. We saw Prosecco behind the desk & had to ask for the welcome drink. Very unfriendly. Day 2 much friendlier make member of staff kindly agreed for an hour later check out. We then had a call asking why we hadn’t left our room at 11am? Staff training would be a big suggestion - staff were not smiling or friendly!

No cafe da manha sempre faltava alguma coisa! Num hotel dessa qualidade, isso nao pode acontecer (exemplo: acabava o avo mexido e demorava cerca de 15 minutos para fazer outro, acabavam os talheres e ninguém recolocava….. tínhamos que sair atras de alguém para pedir, num dos dias acabou o iogurte e não tinha para reposição, tínhamos que pedir para repor os parafusos que tinham acabado a toda hora….. Resumindo, o cafe da manhã foi o ponto negativo da estadia!

Keine Hotelhochburg, dafür sehr schöne Hotelanlage direkt am Kanal gelegen. Top Frühstück. Toller Fitnessraum. Personal freundlich.

Lage direkt an der Straße. Für Ausflüge nach Miami/ Miami Beach benötigt man das Auto. Keine guten Möglichkeiten zum Abendessen in der unmittelbaren Nähe des Hotels.

It was a beautiful hotel. The room was huge and actually had 2 bathrooms. Beautiful grounds around the pool! Decent breakfast.

The only problem was that the lights around the bathroom mirrors were burned out. There was still an overhead light but lack of bathroom mirror light made it difficult to put on make up.

Room is very nice, spacious and good value for money.

The breakfast selection was pretty basic. There was no staff available to request the breakfast options (additional cooked breakfast items). It wasn't clear where you should leave plates when finished.

Beautiful place, but not for the price

Breakfast is disappointing at best - for the price, I have had better breakfasts at $100 hotels than the ‘continental’ breakfast served here. For the price you would expect a full buffet style, refined (not american cheese and ham like this place) and more variety. Parking also wasn’t available which is shocking for the amount we paid, yes parking is available across the road, but again for the price you would expect there to be enough spaces for your car to be secure. Charging 10 DOLLARS (!!!) just for one bottle of water in the room. That is not even the minimum complimentary offering that should be included in a hotel of this price. Extremely stingy.

Quite close to beach so good location

Deceitful practices , we were sold sea view rooms with parking and breakfasts included but in the last moment they changed to garage type AC ventilation view onto the backyard. Breakfast was not included and we were charged 80 usd for „valet” parking in the basement. We came from UAE so this level of disappointment was really extreme. We asked for at least partial refund but hotel management refused without stating any reason. I didn’t file for the court case only because I am here just for holidays and didn’t want to spoil rest of my stay. Look at sea view they show before you pay and „sea view „ you get after

The room was very clean

When we went down for breakfast at 9, there were no eggs, potatoes, utensils, or plates. There was only one woman cleaning tables, and there was no other help.

I have repeatedly stayed at the Grand Beach Bay Harbor for the past few years. I am here now and coming back in June. The staff are incredible from Rosario, who I have only the best of things to say about her, to the incredible Arleen who I cannot say enough good things about. She truly takes good care of you and makes sure your stay is as wonderful as can be. Daniel makes sure his ship runs smoothly and it shows.

Saqué una habitación “vista al atardecer”. En las fotos mostraban que era vista al agua. Resulta que las vistas al atardecer eran a la calle de atrás. Ósea ninguna vista. El personal bastante poco amable. La noche que llegué emití una queja y nadie se comunicó conmigo. El desayuno de la mañana te sirven café y bebidas e. Vasos descartables. Te cobran el parking 45 usd la noche y sino no tenes donde estacionar.

Todo fue terrible llegamos y no tenían parqueadero, el aire acondicionado hacía un sonido horrible y no pude descansar bien no lo recomiendo en lo más mínimo

The breakfast food was ok. The potatoes were not fully cooked. The orange juice was watered down. The bagels were good along with the yogurt. The atmosphere was good in the lobby. The terrace and water view was nice in the room.

Called ahead of time to front desk and asked for linens and pillows for the pullout sofa. Checked in and this was not done. Went down to front desk and politely asked for these items. Front desk female employee with a strong accent became confrontational. She was so much in her feelings that she did not hear my request. One pillow was delivered to my room instead of the two that I politely asked her for. Once I figured out how to use the phones in the room. I called the front desk and asked for another pillow. 20 minutes passed and a pillow had not been delivered. I went back down to the front desk and asked for a pillow. The pillow was delivered after that. After a long day of traveling and hunting for food. I did not expect a simple situation to become so difficult. I did not expect this kind of behavior from hospitality staff. Housekeeping cleaned the room and only left one washcloth when we needed four. Once again, I had to go to the front desk and retrieve what should have been provided in the room. I was not pleased with the valet only parking at $42/night. The hotel should list valet only parking in the description.
