Hilton Munich Airport

Excellent breakfast. Friendly atafc

My air conditioner was very slow in cooling my room

Absolutely everything. Great atmosphere, kind & helpful staff at the bar (arrived late evening so no restaurant) and check-in desk, super comfortable room. One lady from reception saved me from missing my very early morning flight (and holiday!) because I didn’t hear all my alarms and call after a 3-hour sleep. Thank you!

Nothing. All perfect. My standards are high both at home and on holiday.

Great stay when flying out the next day. Clean, comfortable, and convenient.

Close to the airport good to laying before your trip

Location, comfortable room- bed, & pillows. Large bathroom.

Location is great for the airport.

Cost of a double room with a bed for a 2 year old child was very expensive and the booking.com website did not make it clear whether you could have a normal room with a cot (which were free).

Everything was amazing The reception and everyone else was amazing and extremely kind 💛💛💛 There is a Moroccan guy named Hassan at the Mountain Hub, what an incredible and a respectful guy!!!! Made our breakfast experience lovely special thanks to him, while we were moving around having no one approaching us to help with questions, he did incredible taking us through the whole breakfast menu, Hilton, this guy is amazing, thank you.

The baggage staff were actually asking me to take a roller and take and drop my baggage myself to the room. Thankfully I had my baggage already in a roller and took it myself to the room 😆. I don't mind doing that, its jus the first time on earth to have a hotel were they ask you to take your baggage yourself to your room. If i was coming with my own car to drop baggage, I would've had a huge trouble doing that.

Location is fantastic. If you do not have much time between flights, this is exactly what you need. Hotel is in 3 minutes walk from the airport terminal.

Not many choices in the restaurant.

Great location, large airy common areas and rooms. Clean, comfortable. Great breakfast. Excellent gym. Right next to the airport Terminal 2 and train station. Have stayed here multiple times over the years. Will do so again.

Pricey, but worth it.

Proximity to the airport for our early morning flight

The fact that we couldn’t check in an hour earlier without paying €39!

tolles großes Zimmer im Ostflügel, Betten super bequem

Awesome room with wonderful bedding and incredible location right at the airport—perfect!

Nothingture.

Kurze Wege zum Terminal.

Great for overnight stay when arriving or departing

Stayed twice- upon arrival and the day before our return flight. Both times the baby bed we requested was not in the room and we had to request it. In the first stay we arrived late with a baby and this was a really unnecessary delay. The room in the first time was very badly maintained- a leakage in the sink and the handle for the tap fell off...

Sehr gute Lage

A fantastic hotel! The room was a traveler's dream - had many little details that added cimfort - the way the lights are set up, awesome view from the window, bedroom slippers, roomy shower, pleasant interior design and the oh so comfortable mattress. Like sleeping on a cloud. I now want to buy one. And you can't beat the location. Super for getting to your early morning check-in. A truly superb hotel.

There was nothing I didn't like. Everything was an absolute delight.

Great location , excellent facilities and professional staff .

Nothing

Clean with a wonderful choice of dining.

Excellent location and facilities!

Checking in always takes ages! And is a disappointment to begin each and every stay! What is worst is the lack of leadership exposed in the restaurant!! And that is for dinner and especially breakfast!!! Should there be anyone in charge, I suggest to leave your desk at times and attend to the floor! Very inappropriate conditions for a hotel of that category and pricing!!! Zero stars!!

Restaurant was booked with large parties and we could not eat there.

Tutto fantastico

Niente

The location is perfect with a wuick access to all terminals

Too expensive, not always you have a time to spent to use all the facilities like the pool, you just need place to sleep before flight.

Nice room and bathroom. Breakfast was reasonable, but not fantastic

Lighting in the room was horribly dim. Bathroom lighting was good. A/C set at 18 degrees... too hot. Bedding too hot. Signage to hotel was not great.

Izcila atrašanās vieta agrajam reisam. Mazāk stresa. Man bija viss , kas nepieciešams nogurušam ceļotājam - lieliska kvalitatīva atpūta skaistās telpās un ērtā gultā. Bija iespēja iedzert tēju numuriņā.

Praktiski visu uzturēšanās laiku gulēju ciešā miegā un agrā reisa dēļ nevarēju brokastis baudīt lēnām, ar prieku.

Fantastic location as we were transiting through. The Hotel is right beside the arrivals hall so only a very short walk

Everything was great

The location inside the airport is perfect, for travelers who spent many hours in the road, it is a perfect oasis to fuel your batteries before continuing the trip.

The perfect location, the excellent breakfast

Prima Ausgangslage

Great for early morning flight. Bed was super comfortable and staff very helpful storing our luggage before checking

Location, location, location! It is merely steps to terminal one and two of the airport and maybe a tiny more steps to get to the train station and the bus station! It’s also incredibly modern and beautiful and new, all of it.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. Very nice bed and beautiful lobby with the large windows. So nice that it was so handy to the food court and atrium.

The front desk person was not helpful when we were trying to figure out where to find our room. Also, when we were trying to figure out how to get to the airport from the hotel, the gentleman was very brief in his explanation. The employees need to remember that guests have never navigated the large hotel or getting to the airport from there. It would have been nice if someone would have perhaps walked us to the correct elevator, as they were not busy at that time.

Great location, state of the art!

No free water unless premium hilton member

It exceeded our expectations. We were surprised to enjoy our stay so much, given it was an airport hotel. Dinner at the hotel’s restaurant is highly recommended. Rich breakfast.

Rooms were comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The bathrooms were also very nice and clean.

The staff completely messed up my booking and caused myself and my family undo stress and discomfort. It was only due to my investigative nature and unwillingness to accept what they were telling me that we were able to get the rooms I had already paid for. This behavior was completely unacceptable and I still deserve at least a partial refund for this inconvenience. The runway view in the king suite was also only a view of a small strip. There was a huge building blocking most of it.

Lage

Very convenient to the airport terminals and the suburban train line.

No hairdryer in bathroom

Very convenient for a layover between flights.

This is a great location for an airport stopover, the hotel was just a few minutes walking distance from both terminals. Really modern feel to the hotel, lovely room, spacious and quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

Nothing.

Everything in the room Location

Our flight was early so we took the breakfast to go. It was the worst breakfast we have every paid for. One poor sandwich(bread, butter and ham), 2 fruits, one bottle of water and one candy for 20 euros. It was a joke! Just save your money and buy breakfast at the airport

The room was lovely, spacious and very clean. The staff were very friendly. There is a small "shop" to the left of the reception which is great if you need a snack or need some toiletries.

The water didn't drain very well from the bath.

Good hotel for airport based

Todo de primera

Check in / out too long.

beautiful, clean and modern

far from center

Everything! We were very impressed

Nothing

Right next to the Terminal. The room and bathroom were big and the bed was very comfortable. Dinner at the Mountain Hub restaurant was excellent.

We had rented a car - The signage to the hotel on the road and from the car-rental return area was unclear

Best option for next morning flight. Breakfast at 6am and very good. Stayed here multiple times

Excellent location, and great. breakfast

Terrible pillows!

So close to the airport and so easy to get to. We dropped our bag off the day before which made the day in Munich a lot easier. Huge breakfast buffet.

The pool isn’t as big as it looks in the pics but still a good size.

Decepcionante.

Beim Frühstück ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis schlecht.

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden und begeistert

It is my go to place when I fly in or out of Munich

Nothing

Great building - I enjoyed the bar. I liked the swimming pool but the older lady who worked there criticised my swimming costume because it didn’t look like a conventional one piece and apparently covered me up too much. The man at reception’Bastian’ was delightful!

I still have not received the requested invoice.

Clean, comfortable, well designed. Location, location, location!

Would love to have real coffee/Nespresso in the room rather than instant coffee packets - they just don’t match the “classy” feeling (and cost) of the rest of the hotel. Also, hotel restaurant was very lacking in actual gluten free dinner options.

Perfect location for our stopover. Very convenient, within walking distance.

Small room, insufficient tea & coffee in the room.
