Ramada by Wyndham Kelowna Hotel & Conference Center

Beds were comfortable

The pool access was difficult. Weird smell in room

Great location, clean rooms.

bon emplacement dans la ville et propreté

un peu vieillot, aurait besoin d'un rafraichissement

Beds are very soft. Entire hotel requires renovation

Liked the older style entrance and lobby. Looked like a high end effort

Missed the bar and patio dining. Glad drinks still available Would have been nice for some tables not part of restaurant

Great location Nice comfortable room

Homeless people hanging out in the parking lot made me nervous

Lovely courtyard at rear, easy to find and good restaurant attached.

Location and friendly staff

Dirty hallways. The beds were good, but the rest was very very so, so.

Large size of the room, convenient location, clean. a bit outdated. Staff pleasant and helpful. Easy parking.

The staff was very nice and the room was large.

It’s looking pretty run down with carpets torn and worn and grout cracking. Definitely needs updating. Also, parking is in the back and you need a key to get into the door (which we didn’t have prior to checking in). Had a long walk to get out not the lobby area.

Reception staff helpful.

Cleaners very noisy, calling out to each other in the hallways We stayed 4 nights. Woken up every morning 7am. Too early when you're on holiday.

The hotel suited my purposes well for a quick two-night visit to attend an event in Kelowna. Things I liked: the lobby was clean, spacious and well-appointed with a seating area. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and up to modern standards. Good shower with high pressure.

Things I didn't like: the a/c in the room and the parking. The a/c was loud and I couldn't sleep with it on, even on low setting. I ended up turning it off and it was fine. The parking is out in the open and some might worry about security. I have an older car so I wasn't so worried but if I had an expensive car I might be concerned. I had two breakfast at Mr. Mike's. The coffee was great but I would rate the food as fair.

No sauna or Pool

The outside court yard

Pool was closed and weather was hot so we would have liked to swim

The room was big. 2 queen beds, lovely for the 2 of us

Posizione, pulizia

Vriendelijk personeel

Beetje gedateerd aan de buitenzijde

The pool and whirl pool. The room was comfortable. The staff was very helpful.

There were lots off stains on the carpet in my room need to replace the floors beds were comfy tho

The convenience location, near public transit ,across from large shopping centre and food court Helpfulness and friendly staff Spacious comfortable room with AC and TV

Unfortunately the pool was closed.for repair.

Location Comfortable beds

The bathroom has significant pink mold around the tiles by the tub that needs to be cleaned or treated.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, service was excellent

The air conditioner is very loud. I am a very light sleeper and it woke me every time it came on. I was in Kelowna for surgery, so it would have been nicer to sleep better.

Location, parking availability

Noisy

The floor was very loud. It was not the hotel's fault The other vacationers were quite loud and inconsiderate

There was hair in the pool area.

Location was convenient

Aged but clean

Totally disappointed

Room service.Didnot reserved room as we requested.Provided room key for the room in which another couple was sleeping. We opened the room then we were embarrassed.😞

The location was good.. lots of amenities close by.

The pillows. The location Friendly staff

We’ve stayed in this hotel at least a couple of times in the past and they were good stays. This time is different. The room smelled so bad….and it DEFINITELY HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE FOREST FIRE SMOKE. It was either residual cigarette smoke or the carpet needs to be washed or better yet, replaced. The carpet is so dirty and smelly…not to mention the freezing cold shower on the second night after sweating outside all day in the 37 degree heat….because there was no hot water all night.

Friendly, decent price, central location using car. Rooms and beds standard, comfortable. I needed a stay for 1 night and it was fine.

It was an older building. Initially some noises (ventilation? Pipes?) But it ended up being fine

Like the size of the place, the cleanliness and ease to get around the location. Great view of the mountain behind the hotel.

Had a large king size bed that we both got sucked into the middle, jetted tub with not enough jets. No carts for luggage to take to the room. Had to carry everything.

Breakfast and staff were wonderful.

The tub was extremely slippery

The AC ran well. Like that it had a fan option for circulation and white noise. Nice shampoo/conditioner/body-wash and cream.

Showing its age. Furniture dirty in room, hallways dirty and furniture is also dated and dirty. Carpets torn in areas. Pillows are cheap so bring your own. No extra blanket.

The hotel was clean, comfortable and conveniently located. We appreciated the comfortable room, friendly staff and easy access to restaurants.

It was a little dated.

Location across from mall was convenient. Room was good sized.

No breakfast included. No microwave in room.

perfect location - great staff

Location and reasonable price

Interior looks a bit tired, especially hallways.

very clean and comfy beds

Easy to find

Breakfast was not included

The staff, the pool, the ac and the availability of parking,it was clean,

The room itself was a bit bit with natural light

Location

Cleaned and ready for us. Front desk staff was great and helpful. Super friendly.

Room, parking spot , location everything is on point. We loved it.

All is good

It’s close to the shopping mall, Costco, it has covered parking

A lot of dark hair in the suite, a/c barely worked, the pool was closed during all 4 days of our stay.

Location was good. Pool inoperable. Stains on the carpet in our room.

The pool was inoperable and there was no consideration for price. We did receive some points but a minimum amount.

The hotel was in the perfect location for what we needed. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Our room was comfortable. I’d stay here again.

N/A

Room was quiet. Beds comfy. Staff were very friendly. Indoor pool and hotub. Close easy walking distance to mall and many restaurants

Pool in need of sprucing up. They were shutting it for that just after our stay. Stairwell carpet dangerous - split and worn. Tripping hazard

Clean room, good AC

The pool was closed, and the coffee machine in the room malfunctioned, cutting the breaker, losing power to the room, which took 30 minutes to return.

Lage, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Parkplätze, Restaurant im Haus

Teppichboden im Zimmer, verschmutzte Klimaanlage im Flur

Value for money. Great room comfy bed, shower great. Easy bus routes into town. Huge mall directly opposite with food hall and great shopping. We had the Rib eye steak at Micky's restaurant in the hotel it was amazing

Coffee machine. Don't drink coffee. Should have probably asked for kettle

there was an indoor pool which my kid really loved.

none

the front desk staff was great

the housekeeping needs some help in cleaning rooms

Good location.

Room and hallways need to be cleaner.

Really enjoyed the location

Location & large room

Lovely room of a very decent size, two good sized beds, comfortable stay. Hotel facilities appeared good. Location is decent and surrounded by decent restaurants and diners.

Room was hotel appeared a little tired perhaps? A single elevator was sometimes very busy.

De ligging in de stad. Makkelijk bereikbaar. Dat ons verzoek gehoord werd.

Douchegordijnen. Bah!

Great location, friendly staff

Noisy pipework, Lounge chair in room was filthy

Did nat have breakfast

Very good location & comfortable

Why are they asking for pre-check in? I just did check in at the front desk and it was easy & quick

Breakfast was good. Location central to malls & easy commute to Rotary Centre for the Arts.

Great location. Very convenient to all amenities. Staff were extremely friendly. Hotel was clean and well kept. Very comfortable stay for a family.

The gym is terrible. No free weights. Treadmill was not safe to use

The property is in a great location. It was quiet, clean & spacious.

Staff is always friendly and a clean facility. Pool and gym are easy access

Mr. Mike’s failed on every dish the last dinner we had with my kids. But the waitress was excellent.

Clean and convenient as always

Close to all my needs

Weird layout but we managed

Very comfy and clean.

Nothing to dislike.

Nice pool, comfy rooms

Rooms were noisy, you could hear people in the hallway talking and movement from the floor above

Staff were very helpful. The location was good ie near to Shopping Mall and easy bus ride into town. The hot pool and swimming pool facility.

The room allocated looked directly out at a massive air conditioning unit that droned constantly and was just feet away.

Check in and checkout were easy, decent location, that’s about it.

Hair on the bathroom counter and toilet, and hotel is pretty old. We wanted to take the stairs one time but the door to the stairwell was jammed shut? Even my husband tried to get it open but it wouldn’t budge. Carpet stains in room, and everything in the rooms just look old and outdated. If the price had been reasonable I wouldn’t have cared, but $178 for an old and run down hotel is a lot, plus we had to pay extra for a late checkout. Even though we paid for the late checkout for 1:00pm we still had housekeeping knocking at the door at 11:30 the next morning. Wouldn’t stay again.
