★★★★★ An Exceptional Three Weeks at Holiday Inn Resort Patong We have just returned from another fantastic holiday at the Holiday Inn Resort Patong, where we spent three wonderful weeks staying in Room 2109 in the Busakorn Wing. From the moment we arrived, the service and hospitality were exceptional. A huge and very special thank you must go to MP and Oreo, who worked tirelessly to ensure our stay was everything we wanted. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their friendliness, professionalism and genuine care made our holiday even more enjoyable. A very special mention must also go to the Resort Manager, Raffaele. Quite simply, Raffaele is the best. His professionalism, attention to detail and genuine commitment to his guests are second to none. He leads an outstanding team, and the high standard of service throughout the resort is a credit to him. We would also like to thank all the other staff and management who looked after us so extremely well. Everywhere we went throughout the resort, we were greeted with friendly smiles and wonderful service. We have stayed at the Holiday Inn Resort Patong many times, and there is a reason we continue to return. It is not just a resort to us anymore — it truly feels like our home away from home. This visit was particularly special as I celebrated my 70th birthday with family and friends, and the team went above and beyond to help make it an occasion we will never forget. I had such a wonderful time during my recent stay! The accommodations were incredibly comfortable, and I truly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere. Every staff member I encountered was so kind and helpful, thank you oilly our breakfast waitress always very welcoming and thank you for our coffee each morning 😊It really made my visit feel special. Location perfect! Close to everything. I'm already looking forward to returning!

Service was amazing - MP and Oreo went above and beyond to make our stay well worth while. Anything we needed they would both do their best to provide it. They were both friendly and polite at all times. Rooms were beautifully maintained and cleaners did a wonderful job. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time staying at this hotel and would recommend staying here.

The Kids Club at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket is honestly amazing and a massive bonus if you’re staying at the hotel with children. It’s really well equipped, with around 3 PlayStation 5s with their own TVs, interactive screens, games and loads of activities to keep the kids entertained. There were also about four attentive staff members around, actively engaging with and helping the children rather than just supervising. What really surprised us was the complimentary food and snacks for the kids – pizzas, desserts, snacks and other treats throughout their time there. The kids attendants during our stay are amazing, thank you Nana, Nam, Kafiw and Pear! It feels modern, clean, safe and genuinely designed for kids to have fun. Parents can actually relax knowing the children are being well looked after and entertained. Definitely one of the highlights of staying at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket and a big plus for families! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The pool, the breakfast and the location

The standard room that fits two adults and two children is tiny and no way can it fit two children with the adults. When i brought this up with reception after checking in they told me that the room description on booking is incorrect and that it cant fit 2 adults and two children and the only alternative they offered me was to book a 2nd room that wasnt even connected so with two young children that was the only solution they were able to offer me. Additionally i didnt find the rooms clean enough especially in the balcony and bathrooms.

we had excellent experience at the kids club and funlab. The staff were incredible especially Pear Jiji Nam Rainy Nana AND and also the pool staff Ozi Mario Nat Lan Farid.

Loved it. Everything was great, the kids loved it, good value for money for resort style holiday. Convenient. Our rooms were huge ! We stayed in the family share rooms with the turtle beds, our kids were in heaven and we had enough space for two toddlers and a 5 year old to play and stretch themselves out a bit. The breakfast was epic, so much variety and plenty of everything, wish they offered the same options for lunch and dinner !

Best hotel in Phuket. This family geared gem is doing everything to make your stay as joyful as could. The reception are very helpful - MJ & Remy, Joanne who went the extra mile tea mile for us and we’ll come back only for her! Rooms are wide beds are super comfy beach is nearby breakfast is delicious and nutritious kids cclub runs by Ning is great with lots of activities for young and adults. Loved it.

uneven walkways. there are many short ramp. I tripped on one and fell hard onto the cement. The staff was quick to clean all my wounds. The transition area of the ramps are marked with a stripe on the cement by they are faded and need repainting. The resort is centered around water activities and because of the severity of my wounds I was not comfortable going into the water. So I requested to check out early and get a refund but management denied my request citing the nonrefundable clause in my reservation.

Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Reinigungspersonal. Die Mitarbeiterinnen waren ausnahmslos sehr freundlich, herzlich und zuvorkommend. Der Boden wurde jeden Tag gründlich nass gewischt, und man hat gemerkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit viel Sorgfalt erledigen. Das Frühstück war einfach hervorragend. Es gab eine riesige Auswahl an qualitativ hochwertigen Speisen, alles war frisch und sehr lecker. Hier war wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Unsere Kinder waren vom Kids Club total begeistert. Es wurden jeden Tag abwechslungsreiche und kreative Aktivitäten angeboten, sodass nie Langeweile aufkam. Die Mitarbeiter haben sich große Mühe gegeben und unsere Kinder hatten jedes Mal viel Spaß. Ein weiteres Highlight war das Fan Lab. Dieses konnten die Kinder teilweise über den Kids Club besuchen oder gegen eine kleine Gebühr zusätzlich nutzen. Der Preis war absolut fair und angesichts dessen, wie viel Freude die Kinder dort hatten, war jeder Baht gut investiert. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend. Man ist mitten im Geschehen und erreicht Restaurants, Geschäfte, den Strand und viele weitere Möglichkeiten bequem zu Fuß. Besser könnte die Lage kaum sein.

Die Zimmer sind für eine Familie beziehungsweise zwei Erwachsene sehr klein. Besonders problematisch waren die Betten. Diese waren lediglich etwa 1,40 m breit, was für zwei Erwachsene auf Dauer einfach zu wenig ist. Erholsamer Schlaf war dadurch kaum möglich, da es sehr eng war. Gegen Ende des Urlaubs waren wir durch die schlechten Nächte wirklich erschöpft. Außerdem hatten wir Ameisen im Zimmer. Zwar waren es keine riesigen Mengen, dennoch war es störend und nicht das, was man von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie erwartet. Beim Frühstück war leider nicht das gesamte Personal so freundlich wie der Rest des Hotelteams. Einige Mitarbeitende wirkten eher unfreundlich und wenig motiviert. Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war der Frühstücksbereich. Dort war es sehr heiß, sodass man sein Frühstück kaum in Ruhe genießen konnte. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit lief einem der Schweiß herunter, was den ansonsten hervorragenden Eindruck des Frühstücks leider etwas getrübt hat.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn Phuket Patong for 4 nights, and it was a wonderful experience. What made our stay truly special was the incredible service. I'd like to personally thank Jatsada, a restaurant supervisor. He was so friendly and proactive. When I accidentally hurt my foot at the pool, he kindly helped me find Band-Aids and medicine. Every morning at breakfast, he greeted us warmly and even remembered my coffee preference! Another acknowledgment goes to Supong Pond at the concierge. He greeted us with a big smile every single day. On our check-out day, it was pouring rain, and he went out of his way to help us secure a car to the airport.

My wife and I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Resort Phuket for our honeymoon, and our two-night stay was nothing short of wonderful. What truly made our experience memorable was the genuine hospitality shown by the team throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by Front Office colleague Moo, who welcomed us with a smile before escorting us to the reception at the new building. We were then attended by Duty Manager Sak and his team, and the check-in process was seamless and efficient. What impressed us most was Sak's personal touch. He personally escorted my wife and me to our room and made us feel incredibly welcome from the very beginning. To our surprise, he spoke Malay and shared that he had previously stayed at InterContinental Kuala Lumpur, which made for a lovely and memorable conversation. He was exceptionally friendly, professional, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. His warm hospitality immediately set the tone for our honeymoon stay. We were also delighted to find a complimentary honeymoon room setup prepared for us upon arrival. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made our special occasion even more meaningful, and we sincerely appreciate the team's effort. A special thank you also goes to Bellman Deer, who was consistently helpful with our luggage and transportation throughout our stay. During our conversation, we learned that he has been serving the resort for 15 years. That level of dedication and loyalty to the hotel and the IHG brand is truly admirable and deserves recognition. His friendly attitude and willingness to help certainly enhanced our overall experience. Our entire two-night stay was relaxing and comfortable, exactly what we hoped for during our honeymoon.
