Reviewed Sep 14, 2026The hotel is in a great location at the bottom end of the main North-South road in Patong (Rat Uthit Song Roi Pi Road). It is a very short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants nearby. My room was lovely - large and bright and very clean. The staff were very helpful.
My room was not ready when I arrived at 3.35pm even though check in is from 3.00pm. I was given a complimentary drink voucher to use at the pool bar while I waited for my room to be ready, but there was no one working at the bar so I couldn't use it! Bah!! The TV in my room was also not working at all (I think it needed to be set up again), although this was not really much of an inconvenience since I don't go to Thailand to watch TV. My only other comment is that I was in a room at the front of the hotel overlooking the main road. It can get very loud at night with music playing and the Bangla Stadium tuk tuks going past blaring their constant advertising for Muay Thai tournaments. But all good fun.

The hotel was honestly terrible. The room had a disgusting smell, and there were cockroaches crawling around inside the room. The cleanliness was completely unacceptable and this is absolutely not something a guest should have to deal with. My friend who stayed in the room was also affected by the cockroaches and had an allergic reaction, with his body breaking out in a severe rash and red bumps. This made the situation even more serious and extremely uncomfortable. We were genuinely shocked by the poor hygiene and condition of the room. I strongly believe the hotel needs to take this matter seriously and improve its cleanliness and pest control immediately.

The room is small and sterile, a bit depressing to spend time in. At check-in I had to sign a joiner-fee agreement charging 500 THB for a second guest, despite having booked and paid for a double room. This condition is not disclosed anywhere in the listing.

كنت متضايق من بعض الزبائن يدخنون الحشيش فالغرف الخاصة فيهم وكانت الرائحة كريهة مما ازعجني حتى ذهبت للاستقبال لاخبرهم حتى وجدت الموظف فرد على برد غير لائق وغير مهذب فتمالكت اعصابي واخبرته بحل المشكلة فذهبت وعدت فاخبرني بأنه حل المشكلة الموظف لم يكن لبق فالرد حتى فاليوم الثاني رأيته ينفعل على بعض الزبائن مثل ما فعل معي للأسف لم أعرف اسمه وأيضا الحمام لم يكن نظيفا مما قمنا بتنظيفه بأنفسنا

The staff experience was inconsistent—some were very friendly and helpful, while others were not. Overall, it’s a decent place to stay if location is your priority, but don’t expect many amenities or exceptional service.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026מיקום מרכזי ונח, 7/11 חצי דקה מהמלון. לקחנו 3 חדרים עם גישה לבריכה והיה מאוד נח. בבריכה למטה יש כמה גבהים שמתאימים גם למבוגרים וגם לילדים. הבריכה השנייה על הגג ממש יפה ונוחה. הצוות תמיד עזר.
הזמנו 3 חדרים עם גישה לבריכה וכשקיבלנו את החדרים אמרו לנו שיש רק אחד עם גישה לבריכה ועוד 2 שעדיין לא עשו צ׳ק אאוט למרות שהשעה היתה אחרי 15:00. אמרו לנו שמי שאמור לצאת מהחדרים לא זמין ולא משיגים אותו. הציעו לי חדר ל-4 בקומה 6 אבל הילדים רצו להיות קרובים אלינו אז התעקשנו לקבל את החדרים עם הגישה לבריכה כמו שהזמנו. רק בשעה 19:30 קיבלנו את שני החדרים הנוספים. נתנו לנו פיצוי של 6 קוקטיילים בבר של הבריכה.

Le bruit dans les couloirs des guest, ma chambre donne côté rue et il y avait un bar qui mettait de la musique à fond jusqu’à 3h00 du matin.

تعامل غير مهني . لايستحق اربع نجوم وانما حقه نجمتين فقط . لم يتم تلبية طلبنا في البوكينق . تم رفض الدخول اامبكر بينما سمح لاخرين بالدخول المبكر امامنا . مبنى واثاث متهالك لايوجد اطلالات .رسبشن مفتوح على الشارع مباشره لايوجد تكييف.

The location is excellent—just a walk to Patong Beach, Bangla Road, shopping, restaurants, and convenience stores. The staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was quiet, well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The amenities were also excellent, including the swimming pool, comfortable beds, reliable Wi-Fi, good air conditioning.Great value for money, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Phuket. Looking forward to staying here again.

The picture on booking.com was nothing like the resort, the rooms were basic and noisy. We were suppose to have a rooftop pool and bar but were not advised it was under construction at any time during our stay.

I booked a room explicitly for two people, only to discover their laughable, extortionate "hospitality" policy: they will happily hijack your wallet for an extra 1,000 THB in high season (and 500 THB in low season) just to let a guest step foot inside. It is an absolute, shameless cash grab. Don't just take my word for it—the mountain of scathing, one-star reviews says it all. Even the hotel’s own staff openly admitted to me that this toxic policy is actively driving customers away in droves. They are bleeding guests, due to their UNFRIENLDLY GUEST POLICY. Do not flush your hard-earned time and money down the toilet at this actively hostile establishment. This place isn't just "not guest-friendly"—it’s practically running a highway robbery operation. Look at the attached picture and see the scam for yourself. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
