I got a free upgrade for my birthday. Room was nice and clean. Housekeeping and all other staff were amazing.

Close to Downtown
Tub drained slow and ac didn’t work properly
Location and amenities
Bella, moderna, pulita, silenziosa. La camera era spaziosa e il letto comodo
Personale un pó freddo AC molto rumorosa in camera
I enjoyed the property so much
I loved everything
It was clean, front desk employees were really nice
Kinda of no direction regarding parking. They did not clean our room one night and I called to front desk to ask why and they told me because our door tag was on there to not disturb. I told the clerk that was not the case, and they did send someone up to clean room and give us fresh towels.
Clean and quiet.
I could hear my neighbor flush their toilet
Location.
Bar, too dark and dingy. Dripping water from air con
Great location near Bricktown
Excellent downtown location, spacious and comfortable rooms, very good cleanliness standards, and professional, friendly staff. The hotel provided a pleasant atmosphere and quality service throughout my stay. The facilities were well maintained and contributed to an enjoyable experience.
Dormir au sheraton pour ce prix est quelque chose de très rare. Superbe hôtel bien situé dans le centre ville d'OKC. Parking à 10 dollars la nuit.
Area for walking was nice
Staff! on the day we checked out, there was a $50 charge to our card. Asked the receptionist, his reply "the hotel had to charge a little extra for incidentals". I ask why wasn't it charged on the day of check-in, we had already been there 2 nights. He didn't have an answer, only that the $50 was on it's way back to the card..... After checking out, we played in a basketball tournament in Norman and realized my son forgot his basketball. After playing, I called back to the hotel to ask if the ball was still in the room. Described the ball and where it was, on the side of the bed close to the window. She placed me on hold, returned and said 2 staff members with housekeeping were looking and placed me on hold again. She returned to the phone and said it wasn't there, I asked if they looked beside the bed close to the window and she said yes, without double checking with the staff members. She said they were the only people to enter the room since we checked out. We checked out at 7 a.m... My son assured me he left it because the team was short a ball. I then did a report online with "ileftmystuff.com" and somehow the basketball just magically appeared. We were prepared to return to pick the basketball up but was told it wasn’t there and therefore had to spend $34 in shipping fees to have the basketball retuned. This could have been avoided if the staff members had done their job.
I enjoyed the patio tho it wasnt open for half the time I was there.
Let's start with checking in early which I thought was a great option the hotel gave us but the housekeeping thought differently. We walked in to our room with the thermostat set at 75°, it was extremely hot and stale in the room. The sheets on the beds were not fitted sheets so all throughout the night they just bunch up underneath you as you try to sleep. Sleeping was difficult, I've stayed downtown Chicago and got more sleep. You can hear people walking, and talking from inside the room. It wasn't cozy or peaceful in the slightest. The bathroom was tiny. Tiny doesn't articulate how little this bathroom was. You can't close the door while on the toilet unless you move near the bathtub past the toilet and close the door then move to the toilet. It was not comfortable or accommodating. I left here broke, because EVERYTHING there was extremely expensive. We order 2 margaritas for $35!!!!! The bartender charged us $2 a drink on top of the price of the margaritas for "preparation". What?!! Isn't that their job, to mix and prepare drinks? This hotel was a rip off. I spent $824 for room, 1 night of drinking and eating at hotel but they charged my card for $1,366. Now I'm waiting for some money to come back. It's ridiculous. I stayed because the breakfast is usually phenomenal, it was crap. It's like they cut corners now to save, the eggs were watery, the coffee was so strong or old it tasted like i chewed up the coffee beans myself and the bacon wasn't cooked all the way. Half of it was still raw. The entire hotel is hot unless you crank up the ac in your room. They don't ac the hotel in any area, not even in the restaurant, Aria. It was too hot to eat in there, and it was only a 85° day. I would hate to be there on our 100° days here in Oklahoma. This was such a disappointment. I feel like i wasted money, time and time off. The pool didnt even open til 10am and it closed at 9pm.
Free Coffee in lobby 1 day, but out of half/half
No ice - machine broken on 15th floor no umbrella at pool. No free coffee Monday

Location is good. Staff was great.
Everything was fine.
I love staying here. Its my hotel of choice when I visit my daughter who is at college there.
Somehow we were placed in a handicap room and we didnt like that. The bathroom had a tub which is okay but a really small sink area.
Was not continental but they did work with me and what I was given was great
I enjoyed it all i had 0 complaints at all
From the town I arrived on the premises to the time I left it was all good
Nothing at all
Excellent
Bathroom was small. Couldn’t get out of the shower without touching the toilet.
Location nearby Bricktown and VAST is fantastic.
Rooms bathrooms a bit small and plumbing and mechanicals can be noisy.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The restaurant was very good. Location was great.
The pillows were terrible.
Location
Scratched up headboard, no microwave,
Location was perfect for us.
Nothing
Staff. Location. Food options. Bar. Bed. Valet parking 10th floor renovation. Short walk to everything Bricktown. 2 miles to Fair Grounds
Small bathroom. Breakfast sausage links (I prefer patties). No free coffee in lobby (they have a Starbucks).
Location
Bed size Old shower
The only positive point is the location.
The hotel does not meet the standards one would expect from a 4-star property, and it is clearly not on the same level as other hotels in the Sheraton brand. The room was old and very small. The bed was extremely narrow and not comfortable for two adults at all. The bathroom was also outdated, and the shower was unusually low and small. You have to bend down just to fit under it. The room heater was so old and loud that it sounded like a turbine every time it turned on, which seriously affected our sleep. The noise was bad enough that a technician had to come to the room to try to fix it. Breakfast was another disappointment: very limited options and overpriced for the quality offered. It simply wasn’t worth the price. The hotel restaurant was also poorly managed. On New Year’s Eve, we arrived to ask for the New Year’s menu and what time the restaurant would close. The staff showed us one menu, but when we later went down to have dinner, the menu had completely changed, with very few options available. To make matters worse, we asked for wine glasses for a bottle we had in the room. Although proper wine glasses were clearly visible behind the bar, the staff said they were only for guests ordering wine from the hotel restaurant. I have never seen a hotel of this level refuse to provide a simple wine glass. Absolutely ridiculous. Overall, this hotel does not deliver what is expected from a 4-star and ultimately damages the brand’s reputation. I have stayed at other Sheraton properties and had very good experiences, which is why I booked this hotel without carefully checking the reviews. I trusted the name. Unfortunately, this stay significantly undermined that trust, and I will be much more cautious with the brand in the future.
Convenient, liked location

good location
Location was great!
The parking and getting to the lobby for check in. Also had manager come to room at 1am saying there was loud banging coming from my room and then again phone calls at 4am saying there was banging and complaints, and I was the only one there and I was sleeping. Was told any more complaints and I had to leave. I ended up going to parking garage and sleeping in my backseat so I didn’t have to be interrupted anymore.
Everything!
All great!
Staff were super friendly
Doors made a lot of noise to all rooms
Most of it has been redone and is very nice.
The room, besides the bathroom seemed dated and the mattress was very worn.
The staff was excellent! Everyone was personable, professional, friendly, willing to go the extra mile to make guests' stay great. Location was excellent as within walking distance to major downtown activities.
Lack of proper dinner restaurant---only pub food in a bar setting.
everyone was friendly. the parking was great!
the restroom was to small
The staff
The view
Sound proof with little noise from other hotel guests
Confusion on meal plan offered by third party platform. I was also told that despite a Marriott Bonvoy gold member, my stay would not be registered as an eligible stay as it was booked from 3rd party platform. At one point I was even charged a fee for hotel internet service which it was later waived after I talked to the front desk.
Very good value-for-money hotel in the heart of the city center, with everything nearby. The bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is perfectly adequate, with daily variations — several types of egg dishes, pancake etc.

The downtown view and how the rooms are presented and the lobbies and coffee area were nice
Location was great! Staff was outstanding especially Jordan at the front desk, Gary at the valet and the nice young woman at the Library coffee service.
Bathroom was very small but other than that everything was wonderful!
The room was in good condition. The bathroom was really small and the coffee was in the closet on top of small fridge which was odd. The walls were thin as we heard our neighbors every move including tv and the people walking on your head, it was ok but I would likely make a different choice next time. I expected more for a 4star hotel.
Food options were limited during our stay but ok for the most part. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
Everything was great
I got billed and didn’t stay there
A személyzet nagyon segítőkész volt mindenben! Az elhelyezkedés a városban közel volt minden. Szép a szálloda beltere és nagyon finom a reggeli.

We found the Breakfast was fair most of the food was over cooked or stiff from setting too long. Fruit and oatmeal were expectable and coffee was fair. Staff was friendly at both front desk and restaurant. The biggest and most important issue was the room wasn't much better than a Motel 6, run down, in poor condition especially for the price which was twice as much as others. The amenities were lacking at best. Our room had no microwave or an easy chair even. Although not of any fault by the hotel itself, but they could shared the information that the hotel across from the hotel was in the process of a complete tear down and the noise and equipment began very early in the morning. Overall this vacation turned out to be expensive for what you receive, noise, loud, stressful and unsatisfactory in a whole.
Great place to stay
Clean comfortable room, great atmosphere!
Very nice and clean in/out. Just the size of bathroom was a little tight, wish there was a microwave in room, could not heat up our food. Overall I would stay again.
The room needed TLC, especially the bathroom
Staff was courteous, efficient & friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Coffee shop and numerous restaurants within easy walking distance.
Clean
No in room safe. No plug outlets in convenient places
Was in town for a concert. Great location, could walk everywhere. Clean room. Great staff. Zero complaints.
Great stay.
The room was clean and comfortable . The location is good for walking to restaurants and events. The parking ramp is very convenient with inside access from hotel.
the bathroom is tiny! The room smelled like pot and the entire hallway also, even the curtains and sheets smelled like dope. The bar was not open during football games on Saturday. The coffee shop is not open all day.
Our stay was quiet and everything we needed was available in the room, including boutique soap products. While there was a $10 fee, parking was easy in the parking garage located directly adjacent to the hotel. There are many dining options in the area, including in BrickTown, which is a walkable distance. We arrived later than planned and had a quick dinner in the hotel dining room, which was excellent. We also had a lovely and abundant breakfast in the hotel dining room the next morning.
The PILLOWS!!!! Accommodating staff and water pressure.
Air conditioner was extremely loud.
