Excellent Room and Superb Bathroom.

Only one free 500ml bottle of water provided. Every other hotel we stay in gives a bottle per Guest. At their pricing, it is very mean to only give one bottle between two Guests! Also, no drinking glasses were provided, except for wine glasses. Again, virtually all hotels have two drinking glasses in each room. The two tiny glasses in the bathroom were more like Shot glasses, totally useless for drinking the ONE bottle of water provided. These two small points resulted in a score of 8. Had these two minor issues been addressed, we would have scored the hotel 10 out of 10. For the price we paid, we would expect these minor issues to be resolved!

De locatie is midden in de stad op loopafstand van restaurant en winkels. Echter op de hoek zitten 2 cafetaria ‘s dat haalt wel een beetje het idyllische , Franse romantische gevoel weg.

Breakfast was mediocre , flooded the bathroom when showering as drainage wasn’t good.

Friendly and helpful staff allowing early check-in. Bar with large enclosed courtyard. Secure parking.

Bedside light and torrent shower setting did not work.

We stayed overnight at this popular hotel on our return journey to the UK from the South of France, and once again found the rooms to be of a very high standard. It is always a pleasure to stay here. Salomé on reception was extremely helpful and managed to arrange a table for us in the restaurant at 8:25 pm, despite it already being fully booked. Dinner was superb, with a varied menu, excellent food and a very good wine list, which helps explain why the restaurant is so popular. A special mention should also go to Clément, the voiturier/bagagiste. Seeing the difficulty we were having manoeuvring our right-hand-drive car into a tight parking space, he immediately offered to help and parked it perfectly. He also assisted with our luggage on arrival and, when we left, brought our luggage to the car and drove the car round to the front of the hotel. Clément was friendly, professional and extremely helpful throughout, and his excellent English made everything very easy for us.

Sehr gute Lage.

Sehr kleines Zimmer auch bei Deluxe-Kategorie. Wir hatten ein paar Tage zuvor ein Zimmer der niedrigeren Superior Klasse. Da uns das viel zu klein gewesen war, nahmen wir beim zweiten Aufenthalt Deluxe und stellten fest, dass das Zimmer zwei Stock höher genau identisch war. Den 50%höheren Preis erklärte die Rezeption mit dem (1 qm großen) Mini-Balkönchen. Da die Ausstattung zudem nicht mehr heutigen Anforderungen eines 5 Sterne Hauses entspricht und auch das Frühstück nur mäßige Qualität hatte, stimmte insgesamt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.

Stayed one night on road trip. Excellent location for exploring the city on foot with secure underground parking. Friendly staff, comfortable room and hotel very clean. Good breakfast.

Sauna was very small so didn't use, but did use pool which was OK for city centre location.

Frühstück war sehr gut, Lage ausgezeichnet. Kathedrale in gut 5min erreichbar, Fußgängerzone gleich daneben, viele gute Lokale. Straße des Hotels verkehrsberuhigt.

2 ziemlich kleine Zimmer statt 1 größeren war nicht ganz optimal. Das Doppelbett war mit 160cm klein für 2 Personen, 1 Decke für Beide nicht optimal.

A stylish hotel with a great bar. Staff were great. Spoke great English. The shower was amazing as were tge products. Location was good for seeing Reims on foot. Really good local cars and restaurants.

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé. Personnel de réception très sympathique. Excellent petit déjeuner, dans une cour intérieure. Dîner parfait au restaurant de l’hôtel, je recommande.

L’accueil glacial des différents personnels au bar et la musique trop forte le soir dans la cour intérieure jusqu’à minuit passé (musique qui s’entendait jusqu’au 4eme étage fenêtres fermées !).

Too big of a hotel for the people to be personal or extra nice. Don’t like it when the garage is there own and they charge you more that the paying public one just outside.

Highly recommend this hotel. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel has a nice bar on the ground floor where we could always find a table. The service was excellent.

Alle Mitarbeiter waren unwahrscheinlich freundlich. Vor allem die Dame, die uns im Restaurant bedient hat, mit so viel Humor und Esprit. Dieser guten Laune war nicht zu widerstehen.

The room was excellent and the bed was very comfortable. The shower was seriously good and the bathroom as a whole was very good.

There was no milk available in the room for tea or coffee although the other things like the coffee machine was great

Zeer lekker uitgebreid ontbijt, veel variatie. Zeer proper. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel. Ideale locatie voor een bezoek aan de stad en bezienswaardigheden/shopping/restaurants. Alles was aanwezig!

Het hotel was prima en de kamer was super. Ontbijt was heel goed en fijn om buiten te eten. Alles was heel netjes.

Onze kamer lag vlak naast de lift zodat we veel last hadden van lawaai vanaf 6u smorgens en tot laat in de avond

Heel gemakkelijk dat je de wagen in de privé garage kunt parkeren , let wel kleine plaatsen. Te voet kun je overal naar toe ttz de vele restaurants en shoppingmogelijkheden. Ook de bar in dit hotel is meer dan leuk voor een laatste drankje. Vanuit Reims kun je dan gemakkelijk de champagnestreek ontdekken en s'avonds vanuit dit hotel op stap en mag je gerust vele glaasjes champagne drinken ; er is zelfs een restaurant die " Castellane " schenkt aan 30 euro per fles !!!

Ontbijt is wel ok maar toch niet zo uitgebreid ; weeral vergeet men dat heel wat mensen diabeet zijn , deze producten waren helaas niet te vinden ttz suikerarm

Ein sehr gutes, auch optisch schönes Hotel, mitten in Reims. Das Parkhaus ist direkt gegenüber - oder das Parkhaus Cathedral in drei Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und vielfältig - es müsste eigentlich jeder etwas finden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Die Zimmerdecke scheint etwas hellhörig zu sein, da das Trapsen des Vierbeiners oberhalb uns noch wahrnehmbar war.

The best hotel in Reims. Gelegen midden in het centrum met een parking onder het hotel of je kunt parkeren in een openbare parkeergarage aan de overkant. De kamers zijn comfortabel en mooi. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en je hebt er een gezellige bar.

Fijn hotel met parking in het centrum. Mooie kamer en faciliteiten. Alles op wandelafstand. Goed ontbijtbuffet buiten of binnen. Voordelig dineren in hotel met dagmenu, buiten in tuintje.

De krappe parkeerplaatsen in de parking, waardoor je auto geblokkeerd staat. Daarom vragen ze je autosleutels bij de receptie. Eigenaardig. Maar zo verzekeren ze je dat je kan weg rijden..

Extractor fans not working in bathroom or WC (function hadn't been checked prior to check-in). No instructions re bedroom air-con auto/manual operation. Substitute room had no extractors in bathroom/WC. No milk and inadequate supply of tea for 2 people. Only 1 bottle of complimentary water between 2 people?? Bedside USB ports didn't work. Car park price advertised online net of TVA, so unplanned extra cost at check out.

Fijn hotel op goede lokatie in het centrum. Een gezellige bar, ruim buitenterras en het restaurant heeft een prima menukaart. Ook een uitgebreid ontbijt. Parkeren onder het hotel waar tevens laadpalen beschikbaar zijn. Het personeel is erg behulpzaam en vriendelijk.

Really liked the room with the balcony looking out to the cathedral. Room was stylish, more so that we remembered from our last stay. Staff responded to request for quiet room.

Swimming pool could open earlier in the morning. we had an early start and I would have liked a swim beforehand. we couldn't get a table in the restaurant for dinner. Thought the price of the room was expensive and hotels are money making to charge 20E for parking.

Très bel hôtel, très cosy, personnel super gentil. Chambre spacieuse, bien décorée, bel éclairage. Salle de bain moderne et bien fonctionnelle. Petite dejeuner top, bien complet. Situation géographique idéale, à 2 pas du centre ville, et parking privé appréciable!

Da fällt mir gar nichts als Antwort ein.

Das Zimmer war schön und groß. Die Lage war perfekt, das Frühstück sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Saubere, große und modern eingerichtete Räume.

Fitnessraum faktisch nicht vorhanden, 3 Geräte im Raum zusammen mit einer Sauna. Pool ebenso recht klein, im Anschluss an die Terasse. Zum Abkühlen hat es aber gereicht.

Vriendelijk onthaal, ruime kamers, uitgebreid ontbijt en pal in centrum.

Perfect gelegen in het hart van Reims, maar toch heerlijk rustig. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt, met de mogelijkheid om buiten te ontbijten. Het personeel is bijzonder vriendelijk. De kamer en badkamer zijn zeer ruim en de badkamer beschikt zelfs over een Japans toilet. Ook erg handig is de veilige fietsenstalling in de ondergrondse garage.

We hebben bij het ontbijt geen champagne gezien. We hebben er eerlijk gezegd ook niet specifiek naar gezocht, dus het kan best dat we het gemist hebben. Maar in een champagnestad als Reims zou het natuurlijk wel een leuke extra zijn.

The location was decent.

Beds are rock hard. The Disabled Lift was out of action. There is mould and limescale in the bathroom. The shower is so weak you can barely wash the shampoo out of your hair! If you are a 3, you are placed right next to the lift and all you hear all night is the lift going up and down as the shaft is in your room and people talking outside the lift… you get a slight break between the hours of 1am and 5am so 4 hours sleep! Two of the worst nights sleep we have ever had, I went to reception to try and change rooms and he said we were a three so they are all by the lift, asked for a refund to I could move to a different hotel and they said no! A crying 3 year old every night isn’t the best way to spend a weekend away! On check out I was asked how my stay was to which I replied ‘it was horrendous’ the receptionist replied oh that’s lovely to hear, so their english isn’t great either!

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Well mannered, courteous and patient staff. Room and overall premises were well kept and very clean. Breakfast and restaurant food were good and good value-for-money. Perfect location.

Tout était parfait dans cet hôtel : le personnel, la propreté, la taille de la chambre, les équipements, le restaurant et le bar. Il est en plus parfaitement localisé, en plein centre de la ville.

Les places dans le parking sont un peu justes niveau taille et donc, si une voiture est mal stationnée, ça peut être compliqué de sortir de sa voiture. Par contre, ça ne coûte que 20€ la nuit donc ça, c'est top !

The location of the hotel is very good and very central. Parking the car at Erlon is easy and not to far of a walk from the hotel. The room was nice and big.

The airco was set to by the staff to not go below 20 degrees Celsius and turns off after 3 hours. Therefore, the nights were to warm. Requesting the airco being set at 18 degrees Celsius was very difficult. Staff kept saying yes we will do it, but it never happened. The communication on this was not good with the manager saying that we need to expect this in every hotel and should prepare for in advance. Yet, no where do they state that the airco settings cannot be changed. After 3 days, a night shift employee was able to set it to 18 degrees celsius without any issue or problems. We were very frustrated that this could not have happened earlier.

Hotel bellissimo in pieno centro di Reims con parcheggio sotterraneo a pagamento. Parcheggiata l’auto vanno lasciate le chiavi alla reception ma si è sempre liberi di uscire in autonomia e rientrare in quanto sono disponibili h24 La nostra camera era meravigliosa, curata in ogni dettaglio; colazione a buffet ricchissima. Personale gentilissimo. Trattamento e cura dei dettagli da vero 4 stelle.

Location was great. Parking was a bit tight but it’s a fantastic addition to a central hotel in a busy city.

The sofa bed was AWFUL, it wasn’t a bed, it was literally a sofa with a cover in it and it was too hard. My daughter needed up sleeping in my bed and I took the sofa meaning I didn’t have a good sleep for two nights.
