The hosts were absolutely brilliant. Really accommodating and so friendly. Location was great and close to old town central part.

Really beautifully finished so the room was light but cool. The instructions to get in and the response rate of our hosts was so reassuring and much appreciated. The beds were the comfiest we’ve had in Greece! We’ll definitely be back! Having a lovely roof terrace was also such a nice touch - loved sitting up there.

Erg centraal gelegen maar net buiten de drukte van de oude stad, van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg attente gastheer is op de achtergrond, maar staat altijd klaar als je iets nodig hebt.

Het is wat krap allemaal, een klein koelkastje, een krappe parkeerplaats, weinig zitruimte. Maar heeft ons niet in de weg gezeten.

Het was een zeer aangenaam verblijf! De eigenaar en eigenaresse waren heel gastvrij en vriendelijk! Zeker een aanrader op een toplocatie!

Posizione perfetta, a due passi (di numero) dal centro storico, ma in zona estremamente tranquilla e silenziosa. Comodissimo il posto auto ad un prezzo molto onesto. Host gentilissimo, presente ogni mattina in struttura per eventuali necessità o consigli.

I liked how available the hosts were. There was once a day where they saw that we had our swimming clothes drying in the bathroom and they volunteered to hang it for us outside. It is in the center of old Chania, but you hear almost no commotion.

La chambre du rez de chaussée est plutôt petite mais très bien équipée. La salle de bain et la douche parfaite. On peut profiter de la terrasse commune du bas avec la petite piscine et de la terrasse ensoleillée du haut avec ses tables et transat

Muy bien ubicado, prácticamente a 10 minutos del puerto, cuidado y bien ambientado. La entrada es autónoma pero están muy pendientes de ti para aquello que puedas necesitar.

Lovely small boutique hotel in quiet area, a few minutes walk to the old harbour with restaurants. Tiny pool that gave the small courtyard a cool feel in the hot afternoon. Lovely hosts, very friendly and helpful. 😊🙏🏻

Great location, a little bit outside downtown, yet still in the old town, which was just perfect, as the heart of the old town can be a bit overwhelming and noisy, especially at night. 5 minutes walk to get to the harbour and maybe 10 to the heart of the old town. The standard of the place was very good in general, lovely amenities and a very nice room with an impeccable bathroom.

Este sitio está perfectamente ubicado, en todo el casco histórico , cerca del muelle y los mejores restaurantes, todo está a los alrededores . La habitación genial , muy acogedora, limpieza diaria , la verdad todo pensado para que estés cómodo y agradable . La verdad nos encantó, Michael y su esposa son maravillosos, nos sirvieron de guía para conocer sitios además de que poníamos comunicarnos tanto en inglés como español y eso fue una ventaja . Repetiremos sin duda ! Es para volver . Gracias por todo ! Inolvidable nuestra estadía , un 💯 🤗

The owners were very helpful and friendly, always available to support. The room was great and clean. The location is in the heart of the old town, close to restaurants and other facilities.

It's not a dislike rather than a suggestion. It will be more helpful to have a hanger for the hand towels near the sink.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Chania. L’alloggio era semplicemente perfetto: pulitissimo, curato in ogni dettaglio e situato in una posizione ideale per visitare la città e godersi tutto ciò che offre. Un ringraziamento speciale va ai proprietari, Michele e Roula, due persone davvero eccezionali. Sempre gentili, disponibili e pronti ad aiutarci per qualsiasi necessità, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. La loro ospitalità ha reso la nostra vacanza ancora più speciale. Consigliamo questo alloggio a chiunque voglia soggiornare a Chania. Per noi è stata un’esperienza fantastica e non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

La chambre était parfaite, très bien située dans la Canée. Le ménage était fait tous les jours. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et espérons pouvoir revenir !

Questo alloggio per noi è stata una piacevole sorpresa! A pochi passi dal vecchio porto Veneziano, ci ha permesso di goderci con tranquillità la splendida Chania. Arrivando nel primo pomeriggio per noi è stato semplice anche parcheggiare in un parcheggio pubblico gratuito. Il letto è comodissimo! Michele, il titolare, è una persona squisita, pronta a rispondere ad ogni richiesta! Consigliamo vivamente questo alloggio.

Tutto! La struttura, nuova, pulita e caratteristica! A pochissimi passi dal centro città e dal porto veneziano di Chania! La stanza è confortevole e viene rassettata e pulita tutti i giorni. Michele e sua moglie sono super disponibili ed accoglienti: danno tantissimi consigli e suggeriscono i posti migliori dove mangiare. Inoltre, su prenotazione, c'è possibilità di avere il parcheggio proprio sotto camera. Contenti di aver scelto questa struttura. La consiglierò senza dubbio e ci ritornerei volentieri!

Everything, the owners where very helpful and nice. From all the places that I have been this have by far been the best accomodation. Comfortable room, very close to the port, no noise at all, quite area.

Wij verbleven 5 dagen in Antica Canea Luxury rooms. Met zijn ligging midden old town is dit de ideale uitvalsbasis om Chania en Kreta te ontdekken. De kamers zijn heel netjes en beschikken over airco, frigo, koffiezet. De eigenaars bieden bovendien een hele goeie service: dagelijks kamer gepoetst, regelmatig wisselen linnen, info voor toeristische uitjes, taxi bestellen. Het kleine doch unieke zwempool biedt een welkome verfrissing. Het dakterras is ruim en de ideale plek om uit te rusten op de ligbedden. Dit verblijf is zeker de moeite om te boeken.

A localização é perfeita! Está no centro histórico, pertinho do farol. A limpeza é impecável! Quarto bonito, espaçoso e extremamente silencioso. Cama, roupa de cama e banho, tudo de alta qualidade. As instruções de como chegar ao local são perfeitas, bem explicativas. Check-in, mesmo tarde da noite, sem problemas. A vaga de estacionamento também é boa e fácil de achar. Além disso, Michele e sua esposa são muito gentis e estão sempre à disposição. Recomendo o lugar.

O banheiro molha um pouco na hora de tomar banho, pois não há porta completa, apenas um pedaço fechado. Mas ao mesmo tempo o chuveiro e a vazão de água são ótimos. No fim, é só pedir para que o anfitrião deixe tapete extra (ou pano para secagem), que resolve.

Las instrucciones del check in super claras. La habitación más amplia de lo que esperaba. La cama super cómoda. La ropa de cama y las toallas de buena calidad. Te dejan shampoo, crema corporal, secador de pelo, agua. El mini refrigerador enfría muy bien. Hay una terraza con mesas, sillas y reposeras, donde también se puede colgar la ropa. Limpieza excelente. Hay disponibilidad sombrillas de playa, plancha y tabla de planchar. La ubicación excelente, cerca de todo. Para destacar, el buen trato de los dueños. Super recomendable, sin duda volvería.

La escalera es un poco estrecha. La ducha también es un poco estrecha.

Super handige locatie, werkt allemaal soepel met inchecken. Het bed sliep heerlijk en de douche was lekker!

Parkeren is beperkt maar er wordt meegedacht voor goede alternatieven dus alsnog prettig verlopen!

I only booked for one night but I had a great stay. Location is perfect, right in old town but I did not hear any noise. The host gave me extremely clear instructions for check in via WhatsApp. All went smoothly. My room was modern but the charm of an old building. I would definitely book again

Stanza nuovissima, pulitissima e fornita di vari accessori utili. Abbiamo apprezzato molto il parcheggio prenotabile e la vicinanza al porto. Super apprezzata anche la tranquillità e soprattutto la cortesia di Michele e sua moglie. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottima. Super consigliato!

Die Lage war sehr ruhig und doch zentral in der Altstadt. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet und das Altstadtambiente spiegelte sich im Flur und im Zimmer durch geschickt angebrachte Steine und Putz wieder, als wäre ein Künstler am Werk gewesen. Das große Bett war sehr bequem. Zudem gab es eine Dachterrasse mit Liegen. Der Gastgeber war ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend. Er konnte deutsch sprechen.

Très bien situé au cœur de la Canée. On peut tout faire à pied. Proche de la mer, des restaurants… et en même temps très très calme. Literie extra confortable. Nous étions au 2 eme étage et avons bien apprécié la jolie terrasse sur le toit. Penser à réserver une place de parking si nécessaire. Nous avions oublié de le faire. Nous avons trouvé sauf pour le samedi, jour de marché. Michel et sa femme sont très accueillants!

Location très bien placée dans la vieille ville et juste derrière les quais avec de nombreux restaurants et boutiques . parking à proximité proposé par le propriétaire.

We were room only, the location was good and quiet, although fairly central. Staff were very helpful and the rooms were very clean.

shower was very nice but the doors were hard to close and the floor got wet.

The location was perfect for us. Close to the waterfront but away from any noise. Our host was most obliging and responded quickly to my queries. The bed was super comfy and huge, we had the top floor room which suited us as it was close to the roof terrace, which was a big plus for us. In the afternoon we were able to sit and drink some wine and watch the swallows. There is a fridge and coffee/tea making facilities provided.

The shower cubicle doors took a little while to learn how to adjust to keep the water from leaking onto the floor. The shower head unit was a little bit too large for the cubicle. But it was very powerful and the water was hot. Big people may find the shower too small. For the location and price the room was very pleasant and comfortable. We would stay there again when visiting Chania. For some people the stairs may be challenging but ok for us at this time.

Beautiful property just steps away from many interesting sites and restaurants. First rate hosts. I got lost on arrival, and Michele actually came out to escort me back to the property! Michele and/or Roula were at the property every morning to ensure we were satisfied with all details, and they sent us numerous links to useful places to go in the area.

Abbiamo avuto qualche difficoltà a trovare la via. La camera era un pochino buia poiché la finestra era piccola e l'affaccio dava all interno di un cortile .

La chambre correspond parfaitement à la description. Emplacement parfait, à deux pas du port et des lieux touristiques tout en étant au calme. Terrasse au calme sur le toit avec transats. Accueil en français. Je recommande vivement 🤩

Die Lage und die Ausstattung des Appartements sind für die Erkundung der Stadt perfekt. Nicht zu vergessen sind die freundlichen Gastgeber Michele und Ruola. Wir haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

The location is very closed to harbor, I have seen some brochures on the shelf on the wall, but in Greek language. it would be good if there are some other language, such as English, German or Chinese even better. The owner were very friendly and very helpful, they can be reached anytime when we need help.

It would be better if the room were drier. If possible, please add another chair to the room. otherwise I cannot say anything else which is not good.

Accomodation were amazing as was location.

There is no front desk, it is all via whatsapp. Concierge called me to get passport scan, and left me voice notes about logistics. It felt like too much for my comfort. Also when I asked several times in different ways about parking I did not get a clear answer. They offer paid parking for 8 euro. I would have appreciated a clear answer on the nearby free lot with ample space.

Les hôtes sont d’une extrême gentillesse. Nous avions à disposition des capsules de café, du thé et des produits de toilettes offert. La literie est très confortable et la chambre est très propre également. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la Canée à pied. Nous avions réserver la place de parking et nous avions bien fait car il est rare de trouver une place aux alentours

Seul petit bémol c’est que nous logions dans la toute première chambre face a l’entrée principale, et nous avions un peu de passage devant notre chambre.

Der Inhaber ist äußerst zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind makellos sauber und funktional ausgestattet. Die Kommunikation verlief hervorragend, und der Self-Check-in war reibungslos. Die Lage in der Altstadt ist erstklassig, mit allen Annehmlichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Parkplatz vorhanden.

Es ist kein Aufzug vorhanden, was jedoch als unproblematisch erachtet wird. Die Treppen sind jedoch sehr schmal, was bei Anreise mit umfangreichem Gepäck eine logistische Herausforderung darstellen kann. Es sind lediglich zwei Parkplätze verfügbar, deren Zugänglichkeit optimierungsbedürftig ist. Die Duschkabine weist Undichtigkeiten auf.

Die Lage ist toll. Mitten im Zentrum! Das Apartment ist modern eingerichtet, hell und sehr freundlich.

Es gibt nichts Negatives zu berichten. Alles war bestens :)!!

It was super close to the Chania old harbor and was tucked away in web of alleys. The hosts were amazing, friendly and so helpful. They provide beach umbrellas for swimming. They were so helpful with giving resources for farmacia, local market, etc when we needed some medications and supplies for something.

Being so ticked away in the alleys it can be tricky fpr people to find the first time but Google led us right there with no problems. Parking is close by but it’s first come first serve so as long as you are arriving not during peak evening hours you are fine. BE A GOOD PARALLEL PARKER!!!’

Struttura in pieno centro a Chania ideale per vivere e visitare il porto veneziano. Stanza bella e pulita. Personale gentilissimo. Il parcheggio privato di grande aiuto permette di lasciare l auto sotto la stanza. Cosa che poche altre strutture hanno. Prezzo basso e qualità alta, perfetta.

Περιποιημένος χώρος ακριβώς όπως τις φωτογραφίες πολύ ήσυχο, ευρύχωρο και καθαρό δωμάτιο πολύ κοντά στο παλιό λιμάνι με πολλή εύκολη πρόσβαση στην παλιά πόλη των χανίων. Ευχάριστο το προσωπικό πάντα δίπλα μας σε ότι ζητήσαμε.

Αν και εμείς λόγω εποχής δεν είχαμε κανένα πρόβλημα με το πάρκινγκ πιστεύω ότι την περίοδο αιχμής θα πρέπει κάποιος να έχει λύσει το θέμα πάρκινγκ εφόσον φυσικά υπάρχει αυτοκίνητο γιατί η περιοχή δικαιολογημένα σαν παλιά πόλη έχει πολύ λίγες θέσεις. Τίποτα αρνητικό.

City centre parking has it's issues but once downloaded i-park chania was able to sort but be careful as most parking has a fee and some time limits.

Ma chambre était spacieuse avec une bonne literie, un frigo, et une belle salle de bain avec douche à jets. J’ai adoré les serviettes pliés en forme d’animal, chaque jour différent. Michèle et sa femme ont été adorables et m’ont aidé pendant mon séjour pour trouver un taxi ou autre. Il y a un rooftop dans la résidence qui est super sympa et un bassin pour se tremper quand il fait chaud. L’endroit est chaleureux et extrêmement bien placé à 5 min du port à pieds. C’est idéal. J’ai adoré mon séjour 💖.
