Le logement est très bien situé. Au cœur de la ville de La Cannée. Il est propre et tres bien agencé. Nous avons apprécié avoir une petite terrasse extérieure, une baignoire dans la chambre et un lit XXL!

Amazing service, very clean, perfect location and very comfortable.

I had a really pleasant stay here. The staff were incredibly sweet and welcoming, and the room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The pillows and mattress topper were especially comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The room had excellent blackout curtains, and despite expecting some noise, it was surprisingly quiet. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Very nice location and central. It was very centrally located which made it great for walking the area. The best coffee in the area was Monogram so it being less than 30 seconds walk from there was ideal. The sleep setup was good also! We had 3 kids 8,6 and 4 and it slept everyone comfortably! 2 full bathrooms are a plus also! Really lovely place. Would recommend for large groups!

It was a tad loud in the front room. Thankfully the master bedroom and two twin bedrooms were very quiet. If you slept on the pull out couch expert to deal with some city noise as there are many restaurants right outside your front door. My only other grievance was that the kitchen didn't smell right. The kitchen was very clean but there was a lingering smell. Not the end of the world but something to be aware of if you have a sensitive nose. The staff did a good job trying to get rid of the smell and took it seriously so that was appreciated!

A nice room with balcony facing the inner courtyard. Clean and comfortable, quiet at night during our stay. Excellent location right in the centre of Chania. Room cleaning takes place once every two days.

A few small points which didn’t affect us very much but could be improved. When I messaged the contact number provided they did not know which booking it’s related to. A few hours of delay in communication on arrival day. Coffee pods and tea were not replaced during housekeeping. Parking in Chania in peak season is a nightmare but that’s not hotel’s fault.

It’s central location in the heart of old town Chania is perfect for walking to all the shops, cafes, restaurants, port. It’s 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartments are a godsend for families of 4+. Washing machine in the apartment, need I say anymore?

Hard to find nearby parking during the summer months.

Posizione centralissima e molto comoda per raggiungere i mezzi pubblici. Staff disponibile con risposte immediate. Struttura molto pulita e confortevole curata nei piccoli dettagli.

Ottima posizione, abbiamo accidentalmente dimenticato le chiavi dietro la porta (non fatelo) ma per fortuna il personale ci ha risolto il problema facendocele ritrovare nella cassetta, molto gentili.

Bisogna girare un bel po' per il parcheggio

Checked in from late flight arriving at property around midnight. Booking.com sends a PIN code and I mistakenly thought this was for the key to open the door so I had to contact the host who responded immediately. Turns out I had not read the messages in the app which had correct code. Found a restaurant very close still serving delicious food. Can’t fault anything.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν ευρύχωρο, καθαρό και γενικά σε καλή κατάσταση, προσφέροντας άνετη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδιαίτερα βολική, καθώς βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό σημείο, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε καταστήματα, εστιατόρια και μετακινήσεις. Συνολικά αποτελεί μια πρακτική επιλογή για όσους θέλουν να κινούνται εύκολα μέσα στην πόλη.

Το μεγαλύτερο πρόβλημα ήταν ότι, ενώ η κράτηση αφορούσε 3 άτομα, φτάνοντας περίπου στη 1:00 τα ξημερώματα βρήκαμε το δωμάτιο προετοιμασμένο μόνο για 2. Αυτό που μας ενόχλησε περισσότερο δεν ήταν τόσο το λάθος, όσο η αρχική αντιμετώπιση όταν επικοινωνήσαμε με την υπεύθυνη, η οποία έδειξε ψυχρότητα και μας είπε απλώς ότι υπάρχουν σεντόνια κάτω από το κρεβάτι για να στρώσουμε μόνοι μας. Την επόμενη ημέρα, ωστόσο, φρόντισαν να διορθώσουν το πρόβλημα, ετοίμασαν κανονικά τον καναπέ, ανανέωσαν τις πετσέτες και μας άφησαν και ένα μπουκάλι κρασί ως ένδειξη καλής θέλησης, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε. Επίσης, στο δωμάτιο αλλά και γενικότερα στο κτίριο υπήρχε μια αίσθηση κλεισούρας και μυρωδιά υγρασίας, που θεωρώ ότι χρειάζεται βελτίωση. Όσον αφορά τον θόρυβο, το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε κεντρικό δρόμο, οπότε ακούγεται η κίνηση από έξω. Προσωπικά το θεωρώ αναμενόμενο λόγω της τοποθεσίας, αλλά αξίζει να το γνωρίζουν όσοι αναζητούν απόλυτη ησυχία. Συνολικά, εκτίμησα ότι προσπάθησαν να επανορθώσουν το αρχικό λάθος, όμως πιστεύω πως η πρώτη εικόνα και κυρίως ο τρόπος αντιμετώπισης ενός προβλήματος είναι εξίσου σημαντικά με την ίδια τη διαμονή.

Η τοποθεσία, όλα ήταν κοντά.

Το σπίτι μέτριο σαν οίκημα. Παλιό και υπερεκτιμημένο, η τιμή θα έπρεπε να είναι πολύ χαμηλότερη. Δεν είναι διαμπερές και έχει υγρασία. Το πίσω δωμάτιο δεν έχει καν κάποιο παράθυρο και η πολύ στενή τουαλέτα πολλές φορές μύριζε άσχημα από τον υπόνομο.

Loved the location, ambiance and modern look of the room. It had a nice balcony and was set in a perfect area for walking to the main areas of the city. It made you feel comfortable and was affordable. Definitely recommend.

I did not understand the breakfast situation and did not eat because I did not know where to go. I wish they had reception past 3pm. We had bags we needed to hold until the evening and could not do so at the hotel. I had to ask the hotel across the path to hold my luggage after check-out.

אם באים עם רכב, קצת קשה למצוא חניה, מצאנו חניה חינמית קצת רחוק, והחדר מאד מינימליסטי, יש מיטה מקלחת פיצית קומקום ומקרר קטן בלי מקפיא.

Hôtel très bien placé dans une rue vivante avec de bons restaurants et près de bars pour le soir. Idéal pour visiter Chania. Chambre moderne, design et super confortable. La meilleure que j’ai eu pour ce budget.

Great location from port, restaurants and shopping. Comfy bed, good size shower with shower door so no water leaking onto floor. We had a room on backside and it was quiet. Staff communicated promptly, were very helpful and made it easy to store our luggage.

Being in the heart of the old town, this is the perfect location for anyone that wants to ditch their car and walk with plenty to do, eat and drink within a short walk. The room was modern, clean and had a beautiful balcony to enjoy the city. Contactless check in was a breeze. Loved that there was a coded lockbox so we could just leave the keys while we were out.

We had a rental car so the lack of parking around the area was a bit of a pain but we found a free parking lot within a small walk.

Clear instructions for checking in and great breakfast.

Die kleine Terrasse und die ruhige Lage, dennoch sehr zentral

The location is super convenient to the old town . A very quick walk down to the square on the water with all the eateries and shopping. The street the hotel is on is pleasantly lively in the evening with bustling restaurants and shops. Breakfast is served down the street at a nice spot. I had the yogurt and fruit which was delicious (and beautifully presented). There is a self serve laundromat right at the head of the street, so convenient. The room was clean, well organized, had a balcony where we could sit outside.

This is not a complaint. It is information. Do not try to drive yourself here. Use a cab. Parking is impossible. Save yourself that aggravation! Also if you have physical limitations be sure to secure a first floor room. The stairs are steep and tall! Again, not a complaint, just info.

Great location close to old port and restaurants

Very noisy at night until midnight even with all windows closed which made it very stuffy. Limited television programs.

Breakfast was good and the location is great. Room was nice with comfortable beds and quite well sound-insulated. Welcome-raki was nice surprise.

If you prefer quiet then it would be good to know that there is restaurant terrace almost at the balcony and they had live music on both nights. It didn't bother us much and we had ear-plugs so we were able to sleep well enough. Also the smell in the room is bit musty (as it was in all our 3 locations where we stayed in Crete, so I guess its just normal).

The location was good, the beds were comfortable, it was very clean. Excellent bathrooms.

It was very monochrome, everything in grey. For friends sharing a couple had to walk through the others bedroom to get to theirs ! Tiny terrace outside. Very noisy at the back in the middle of the night. No milk for coffee - not even the small longlife noy sachets.

Excellent location, many good restaurants and cafes nearby.Situated in a quiet courtyard. Comfortable bed, decent sized room, good shower so no problems at all. Communication was good but we didn't meet the hosts. Thanks for the free Raki and biscuits!

Aufgrund der Lage in der Altstadt in der Nacht sehr laut. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt aber top.

Chambre spacieuse et très confortable, proche du centre-ville tout en étant dans un endroit calme et très bien situé. La proximité d'un parking était un plus.

Great location, communication with staff was excellent, facilities were great for what we needed, place was clean and had everything. Kids enjoyed it too.

Central location, a laundromat 50 m up road , great weekend balcony, very clean apartment, extra blanket provided as was chilly. . Very secure.

Perfect location and truly amazing breakfast included at the cafe next door. Very hot water. Surprisingly quiet. Comfortable beds. Very fast and easy communication with the staff. Worked well for my family of four including two teenagers. Very good WiFi.

Every hotel in the old quarter seems to be a perfect location, so I am not sure paying a premium for any place is really worth it. The room was described as two beds with a pull out couch, but the staff seemed surprised we planned on having one of the kids sleep on the pull out couch, although they quickly got us linens when we asked. Parking is truly a giant pain, even in the cold rainy season.

Η διαμονή μας στο διαμέρισμα ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Ο χώρος ήταν πεντακάθαρος και πολύ προσεγμένος. Η τοποθεσία του είναι ιδανική, καθώς βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά τόσο στο κέντρο όσο και σε χώρο στάθμευσης, γεγονός που διευκόλυνε ιδιαίτερα τις μετακινήσεις μας. Η οικοδέσποινα ήταν ευγενική, εξυπηρετική και πάντα διαθέσιμη να μας βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε.

L'emplacement est vraiment très pratique . Le logement est propre et fonctionnel.

Attention à la baignoire d'angle ..elle est vraiment tout petite , même pour une personne on ne peut que s'asseoir en tailleur !

Everything was very clean! I needed to get a dhl package on the reception for my work and the manager helped me, I got to my room and it was already there. When I needed something they were very quick in response. I appreciate it a lot!

Emplacement top au cœur du centre historique

The perfect location to stay - near the action, but quiet inside for those who turn in early. The hosts were great and it was a perfect stay for four adults. Free overnight parking is close by and was easy for us to find.

Comfortable bed, clean room and close to amenities. Cleaner let us in and very helpful. Otherwise no key and no reception so don't know how we would have got in.

The TV turned on at 4.50am for no reason and couldn't be turned off so had to unplug, which made for a disturbed sleep. We had an early morning start but had to ring to find out where to leave the key. The first number rang did not answer.

Apartamento muy frío para el invierno.

Όλα ήταν καταπληκτικά πάρα πολυ ευχαριστημένοι με όλα, χίλια ευχαριστούμε περάσαμε τέλεια θα ξαναπάμε σύντομα! Και οι ιδιοκτήτες και το διαμέρισμα τέλεια! Πολύ καθαρό, άνετο ζεστό, οι παροχές ικανοποιητηκες, ολα καθαρά κρεβάτια πετσέτες τα πάντα! Κεράσματα! ! Η ιδιοκτήτρια η κυρία Χρύσα οταν την θέλαμε παντα εκει την ευχαριστούμε τα παιδια μας στεναχωρηθηκαν που φύγαμε! Και τα χανια τέλεια και καθαρά πανεμορφα!! Είμασταν απο το διαμέρισμα 5 λεπτά σε όλα δεν χρειαστηκαμε το αυτοκίνητο καθόλου! Ευχαριστούμε πάρα πολύ! Πρέπει να πάτε σίγουρα! 5 άτομα και μείναμε οι οικογενεια μου πάρα πολυ ευχαριστημένοι!
