Oh my! pls get new pillows for all rooms. All of us woke up with neck ache. The pillows were as if invisible! Like not sleeping on pillows at all! Pls also provide more trash bags. There were no extra except for the ones in the bins. Also host should have been more upfront. Instead of me having to text for the code & how to collect the keys many times, at least get in touch with us 1 day in advance to advise.

Apartment is well kept and clean. Spacious enough for 6 pax.

No hand towels and no floor mat in both toilets. Slippery floor aft shower. Additional blankets were not clean. Additional towels were stained or discolored with white patches. One of the single bed gives out creeky sound when the person turns position & very noisy esp during night time.

The living room could be replaced with cloth curtains rather than the blades type. It’s so hot during daytime 3. Better to provide with 2 set of access card. It’s very troublesome if part of the guest wanted to go out/ get in

The condo was so dirty. Bedsheets were not clean and pillow cases were smelly, stained and dusty. Floor not mop ! I requested for the cleaning refund ($70.00). No reply

No big mirrors in the bedrooms only available mirrors is a small one in the bathroom.

On arrival the security at the reception were of no help whatsoever. After travelling many hours and arriving tired and late in the day, they would not assist with anything or answer any queries. Their attitude was "we only do security here" . I would best describe them as very polite and very useless. Future arrivals beware, have everything you need to know with you because these people will not assist you with anything.

the security deposit of rm300 quite high, returnable witin 3 days upon checkout. no mirror for make up setting ..just decorative mirror in the washroom

All Pillows are too soft, lack of pillow per room,only one parking lot,lack of cutlery, no salt & pepper, had problems with door access to car park for 2nd car. No info on exhaust fan switch. No water purifier.

The beds were not comfortable and the one in the master felt like it tipped downward at the head. There also felt like a wooden beam in it or something that dug into my hip all night.

千萬別住，非常遭糕，床有一片片的黃跡和鞋印，根本不敢睡。停車場的設計更摻是刮着車底上的。厠所墻是發霉的。馬桶蓋是坏的。沙發坐椅整片污漬。墻壁都是漏水的水印。

Great location. Good response from staff when complaints made. The living room was well decorated and comfortable.

There was moss and mould in one of the shower rooms. Kyan responded quickly and organised for deep cleaning to be done. It was a temporary measure but in all honesty the room needed to be refurbished. Decent mugs were replaced in the kitchen. Dissapointed there was no microwave as no cooking was allowed. We were informed of this after we had paid up.

Check in was straightforward

The property was not in an acceptable condition for the cost. The walls were visibly dirty and scratched and the towels provided were stained. The furniture was extremely minimal giving the space a sparse and poorly equipped feel. While some basic cutlery, dishes and cups were available there was almost nothing suitable for cooking despite the property being advertised as having a kitchen. In addition I did not realise that the iron that was provided was rusty and dirty, and it damaged one of my shirts when I used it. Overall the lack of cleanliness, inadequate facilities, and misleading description made the stay disappointing. I would not recommend this property.

Never agreed to the unit 8-22-8 penthouse and recommend you not to not use this service provider. 1. bad up kept of the unit with significant cleanliness issue. the room was dirty, with dust and visible stains on the bedding, walls and ceiling. Ants in the unit, which made for a very uncomfortable night. Aircond is not working for some of the rooms. 2.Unhelpful service provided by telling us to take it as it is. - regarding to the 'extra bed' they arrange for the unit capacity of 12 persons , where the mattress is as thin as a picnic mat and were place on floor without any structure to hold the so call mattress and putting it near the mold wall is u acceptable 3. 90% of the standard amenities was not provided and was not informed prior. Basic expected amenities such as drinking water, tissue, toothbrush and tooth paste to name a few was not provided and was not clearly stated anywhere. The unit is for 12 people but only have 6 chairs (1 broken chair) and 1 table that fit 6 . Also there are restrictions that was not communicated prior us such as not allowing us to use the jacuzzi and no cooking allowed

雖然是服務式住宅，但設備欠奉 。如洗衣机，煮食設備，碗碟义通通欠奉。 枕頭套及被套好似沒有更換，當上一批客人離開後。因还隱約 聞到一股氣味， 感覺得不舒服。

没有不满意

Firstly it was super easy to check in. We were given permission to check in earlier as we requested but due to the traffic and other unexpected things during our journey to Ipoh, we arrived late. Nevertheless we feel grateful for the privilege allowing us to check in before time. This 2 bedroom appartment definitely big enough for us, people of three. Very spacious, the unit has fully air-conditioning which is very cold till we don't need to on the air-conditioning in the master bedroom., enough by using the air-conditioning in the living room. The parking lot was good just next to the door to the lift entrance. Feel safer and fast excess to the unit. The location was great, a lot of food eatery restaurant or shop choices nearby..just a walking distance. If you want to order grab food also shouldn't have any problem because most restaurant that suit with our preference all around 5-10 minutes delivery in radius distance. There are KK mart as well 7-11 just opposite the building. At night we just walked to the "Gerbang Malam", local night market which was 5 minutes away. This night market is opened every night. Lastly the check out also super easy.

Maybe the owner of this property needs to supply or provide few floor towel to put in the bathroom because the floor can be slippery when its wet. No doubt there is a 'rug' out side the bathroom but its no harm to provide a floor towel inside after the bathroom/toilet door. One more thing , please do something to the living room furniture set. The sofa head rest is broken and only tied with a plastic back. The chairs also, especially the back rest is kind if loose and not stable .

WE are a group of 10 seniors on a jalan-jalan makan-makan trip. Ipoh did not disappoint. The property is well located, within walking of most places we wanted to go. On booking, the description of the unit was a penthouse with 5 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised, the unit we got had 5 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms.

Just one small item. There is a door on the upper floor that leads to the outside corridor. It would be better security if there is an additional latch on the inside.

Key collection was hard as it was difficult to see the numbers on the dial because the lobby was dimly lit. But once that was sorted out, it was a breeze. Wifi was great.

Place needed a microwave and a water dispenser.

There are some bad smell... On the day,i got bad luck because there are some religous function happening and we experience the road closure... the rela not alert, blocking the entrance...

- Overall cleanliness was so so. The black sofa had visible white stains, making it unhygienic and unpleasant to sit on. The sofa pillows also had a strong musty smell. BUSUK. Definitely not something you’d want to relax on after a long day. - The glade scented gel air freshener was completely dried out lol so it wasn’t doing anything at all. - Noise was also a major issue. A restaurant downstairs was blasting loud music and karaoke at 3 AM, forcing us to move to a smaller room just to escape the noise. Very unpleasant. - There was also no plastic bag for trash bin provided in the apartment. This is a basic necessity that should’ve been included. - Communication and after stay service could be better too. Overall, 2 stars.

我订的是6位成人入住 只有准备床 没有多准备枕头和被子，枕头也过于柔软 睡了非常不舒服 隔音会较差 厕所的门应该是轮子移位了有点难上锁

The unit was super spacious and comfortable! It has 2 bedrooms and an extra bed in the living hall — perfect for families or groups. The location is also great, close to Gerbang Malam, 7-Eleven, Speedmart, and KK Mart. Really satisfied with the stay!

The property is with nice design and with matching fittings & furnitures.

The bathroom and kitchen basin have very strong sewerage smell which we felt very uncomfortable. The sofa bed in the living hall, only can be a sofa. When open it to make it as bed, it is imbalance & kid will easily fall from another side which do not have leg.
