Overall more like homestay. Good to have Netflix to spend our spare time. Accommodation is spacious but bath cubicle is so small, can easily bang into the doors. Location is good.

We liked the comfortable beds,the tv with internet as a fun thing for kids tp do inside the apartment,and also the swimming pool which my kids loved...so overall the rooms were good and there was a lot of fun stuff for my kids to do.

Even though the facilities were good,the parking space was really terrible(our car was a Vellfire)our parking was at L7 so as we were going up the ejox pipe was rubbing with the concrit,so it would be good if it had a little bit changes and also the bidet in both toilets were leaking,thank you

Strategically located. No problem navigating around even for first timer.

With a washing machine would be better. Shower screen doesn’t really prevent water splashing out.

The location is perfect spot for Ipoh tourist sites, shops & eateries. The car space that came with property ( in the middle of town) is very handy. The security processes are reassuring. The property 2 bedder, identified as 8-16-5 is large & airy. Great views from 16th floor. For the above , I gave the property the 5/10. Lots of “buts” which include poorly maintained, inferior repairs & replacement parts; lack of understanding of what a homestay is by the management and absence of basic & hygiene necessities. Such a shame , there is potential to be a very desirable homestay .

Leak in the main ensuite bathroom from ceiling and we were told that water heater over boils. Their solution was to switch off heater when not in use. This shows lack of understanding by management/maintenance. The problem is likely to be a thermostat issue, which needs to be looked into properly, not for guests to operate and work round the defect. The toilet seats swivels in the second bathroom, so does the basin tap. There is no handwash liquid for both bathroom basins. Do people not use soap in bathroom wash basins ? There are no hand towels provided in the bathrooms. There are no bath mats for the bathrooms. Instead a small ( 18”x12”) thin, discoloured towelling cloth were provided. These are hygiene issues. All 4 bath towels are old ,thin, grey ( rather than white) and scratchy. There are no tea towels or kitchen roll paper provided, only a dish cloth & sponge. We had to request more toilet rolls to dry dishes & utensils. Only 4 mugs & 2 wine glasses for drinking crockery/utensils. No cooker. The dining chairs looked good in photos but not fit for purpose. When seated we felt every slat of the seat of every chair ( all 6 of them) . The upholstery cushion on these chairs fail. They need replacing. The owners, management & maintenance managers need to visit this property and not rely on the cleaners to report the condition of the property, furniture, and provision of basic necessities. When I talked to the cleaner/maintenance person who came to fix the the bidet hose leak, he was incapable of understanding of basic necessities asked of him. He kept telling me to talk to owner. Can’t seem to upload videos of the above described.

No place in the shower cubicle to put the bath gel and shampoo

The toilet and shower room left lots to be desired. The shower room was extremely small and my 86kg 6ft 1 inch husband have a hard time taking a shower. The sliding door at the shower doesn’t close entirely as the alignment is faulty. I really find the toilet quite dirty a big turn off. I don’t think I will come back to this Homestay again unless they have improved the condition of the toilet. Such a pity.

Aircon remote battery need replacement and bedroom was warm because not able to control temperature; insufficient towels and glasses. No dish detergent to clean dishes. No hand soap and appropriate soap for shower and bath.

It’s a shame the physical property is so basic because if they provided a better ambience people would be more than willing to pay for it. At the same time I can see why they do not offer anything other than basic at cheap price.

location is great. the room's cleanliness is well kept. the price tag is affordable. all things needed are all available.

the room is slight used, which i think time does make the room slight (very slightly) old. there are some decoration, like the flower pot is cracked. the tv is small and no TV1/2/3... the few windows can not close properly.

Expected to have some beverage ie coffee n tea but there was none. Also couldn't find the washing machine

The glass tray in toilet were loose, may fall anytime especially dangerous if got small children around. Also the pot available for the stove was not stainless steel hence cannot be used.. but the owner bring a new pan over..

The room is comfortable and clean. It's very spacious as well. There's plenty of tourist attractions near the hotel location as well.

The bathroom is quite small. Specifically the shower.

the security desk for the building was nice and friendly, there are restaurants within short walk distance such as "Foh San Dim Sum Ipoh"

the toilet is constantly wet. for a one night stay, i'm not sure if there is some water leakage underneath the bathroom floor or because the shower area door doesn't close fully but you might find very tiny black wiggling worms on the bathroom floor if you stare at the floor while sitting on toilet, I only saw it the next morning when I was about to check out, I didn't take a picture, i just used the hose next to the toilet to wash them down the drain.

We recieved the information by whats app about how to get there ,and where and how to access keys and car park ,and everything went so someth;y , the appartment wa sfine for us clean and everything we needed for a 4 day stay for two people . The location was exellent so close to shopping malls and the old center of Ipoh , The admin for booking in and out was the very best 110 % very good .There was a running track on the 8th floor and a good swimming pool , even you gid not have to wait for the lifs so quick and smooth .we will come again

Cleanliness is poor, the room has cockroach. The shower area is rather small (We are in Malaysia not Hong Kong?) The parking lot assigned was super narrow and difficult to park. The bed is sinking a little bit, not good for lower back pain. Not aware of deposit until the unit management reached out via WhatsApp to collect refundable deposit. My first thought was scammer?

I stated 5 pax during booking, but the additional set of blanket and pillow were not provided. Too late to request for 1st night. Limited toilet paper rolls provided. Water dripping from the over boiled water heater tank and it wet the toilet and things placed on the rack.

Water leaking in the master room and water clog in the second room. Drainage wasn't good. Management knows about these but no action has been taken.so far. No proper door in the master room toilet.

The place is spacious and complete kitchen. Got fridge. Good space for a family and very near to the tourist eatery spot.

The water pressure slow. And sometimes the water heater not functioning. Otherwise the rest is great.

The space of this room. Not so small and not so big. I like it. The bed is so comfortable.

TV line is not so good due to unstable connection of unifi. The water heater is make a sound when use it.

Room is as advertised, everything we needed was provided. Host was great and accommodating to changes in our room extension.

The building is noisy (other guests). Lots of doors banging and echo's. For the most part this isn't anything ongoing We stayed over a weekend so likely quieter during weekdays.
