The hotel is fantastic.. excellente service
Don't have problem
very good
washroom is too small
The staff were very good, helpful and efficient, excellent buffet breakfast with lots of choice. Good location near station, shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel seems to be in two parts, and some of it is currently being renovated. We had a room in the older part which was comfortable enough but was very dated and in need of modernisation. The swimming pool and jacuzzi was also in need of updating, not the standard I would have expected from a Hilton Hotel.
Hilton Xi'an, located in one of China's ancient capitals, had left me with such an excellent impression that I insisted on staying at Hilton Beijing for my next trip. My friend, who holds Accor elite status, tried to persuade me otherwise. "Sofitel is available. Fairmont is actually even cheaper." I smiled and insisted. After all, this was the capital. Looking back, I wasn't wrong. It truly was a capital-worthy experience—just not in the way I had imagined. The surprises began at check-in. I never expected that, in an international hotel brand, English would turn out to be one of the rarest amenities. It almost felt as though the hotel had adopted an educational philosophy of encouraging guests to improve their Mandarin instead. When I entered my room, I found that the hotel had embraced the concept of "the passage of time" with remarkable dedication. The curtains, bedding, and fabric lampshades were decorated with stains that appeared to have accumulated over many years. The wallpaper had evolved into a form of modern art, peeling away with admirable artistic freedom. The dust itself was no ordinary dust—it seemed to represent layers of history and tradition. Upon a visit, the housekeeping kindly upgraded me to a suite. It was a valuable opportunity to reconsider the definition of the word "suite." While the room was larger, its overall condition remained remarkably consistent with the previous one. Still, the psychological comfort provided by the word "upgrade" was certainly appreciated. The most memorable event, however, took place on the morning of checkout. After breakfast, I returned to my room only to discover that my key card no longer worked. At the front desk, I was told that I needed to pay the security deposit again. I explained that the deposit had already been paid and that I would be checking out within a few hours, so being locked out of my room made very little sense. Shortly afterward, a supervisor, whom I will refer to as "B," joined the conversation. I shared my concerns in detail. During our discussion, she laughed at me twice and, on another occasion, turned her head away and laughed out. Whether this was intended as reassurance or something else remains a mystery to me. One moment, however, remains particularly vivid. I explained that the primary reason I had chosen Hilton was because I expected to communicate comfortably in English at an international hotel. Immediately afterward, she confidently continued speaking to me in Mandarin. When I returned to my room, I began noticing details that I had initially tried to ignore. I shared evetrthing with the front office manager. He offered me 5,000 Hilton Honors points as an apology. When I politely declined because compensation was not my primary concern, the offer was increased to 7,000 points. I declined again. Eventually, I requested a meeting with the General Manager. More than a refund or compensation, I wanted one thing: accountability. I wanted someone to acknowledge that the service attitude I had experienced fell short of the standards expected from an international luxury hotel. The General Manager explained that "B" had not been laughing at me. According to him, she had recently undergone wisdom tooth extraction, and that was simply the expression on her face. It was certainly one of the most memorable explanations I have ever received in my years of traveling. At that moment, I quietly realized that finding justice in this matter might prove more difficult than I had hoped. The management later offered to arrange a two-night stay at another Hilton property in Beijing. I told them I would consider it and later suggested a few hotels. They said they would explore the possibilities. To be fair, one employee, whom I will refer to as "V," genuinely listened, communicated professionally, and appeared to make sincere efforts to resolve the situation. I appreciate her professionalism. Several weeks passed without any meaningful update. Eventually, Hilton informed me that they would instead provide a refund. Money can reimburse a hotel bill. It cannot restore the time, anticipation, and memories invested in a journey that I had genuinely been looking forward to.
We had a great trip. Thanks to Jenny Cheng's help, we enjoyed a smooth check-in experience. We also had a pleasant stay at Beijing Hilton. Looking forward to being back next time. Thank you!
Harry at Concierge is incredibly warm and thorough. He patiently assisted with directions and planning requests with great dedication. His thoughtful service made my stay far more enjoyable.
Great location, great staff and excellent breakfast. Lots of western and Asian cuisine. Great pool.
That you have to pay a deposit at the beginning of your stay.
завтра не был предназначен для мусульман, я конечно понимаю что это светская страна, но хотелось бы чтобы тоже принимали во внимание что мы не можем есть свинину, побольше бы блюд из индейки или курицы
A very nice hotel wirh lovely people working there. The room was nice and clean. Check in worked well and check out the same. A big thank you to Lisa Zhao, she is a great Manager. I felt welcome. Great breakfast buffet and generous evening buffet.
Beijing Hilton Hotel is the oldest Hilton-branded hotel within the urban area of Beijing. Located at Liangmaqiao, it enjoys an extremely convenient geographical position. Cycling from the hotel to Sanyuanqiao takes only 5 to 10 minutes, and traveling to Capital Airport is also very easy. I chose to stay at this hotel for a concert, as Metro Line 10 provides easy access to Beitucheng Station, from which one can proceed to the Olympic Sports Center (Bird's Nest). Before arriving at the hotel, the system had automatically upgraded my room to an Executive King Room. After a brief communication with the hotel, they generously arranged a newly renovated boutique suite in the main building. The decoration style of the room is modern and refreshing, and the welcome amenities were abundant, including two bottles of Paris sparkling water and two bottles of Voss mineral water. In the afternoon, I visited the Executive Lounge, where fruits were stored in a refrigerator with excellent quality, although the refrigerator door was somewhat narrow, making access a bit inconvenient. Due to time constraints, I did not experience the Happy Hour. Breakfast was impressive, with the wontons being particularly delicious—cooked soft and tender. The staff member at the entrance who asked for my room number was very warm and attentive, proactively guiding me to a seat and explaining the food features of different areas as well as the options for coffee machines at various locations. Overall, this stay was highly satisfying, and I will choose this hotel as my top priority on my next visit to Beijing.

I stayed in room 1701 at Hilton Beijing from May 12 to May 18, 2026. On May 17 morning, I discovered 200 missing from my wallet. I assumed I had lost it myself and did not report it. That same day, the hotel later confirmed via security camera footage that staff entered my room twice while I was away – at 16:19 (duration 1 minute) and at 18:20 (duration 30 seconds). On May 18 morning, I discovered another 200 missing from my wallet. That is when I understood the first 200 was also stolen. Total loss: 400 USD. The hotel manager told my partner: "No cameras inside the room, so we cannot track what staff did — but they did not take the money." Hilton admits staff had access to my room twice on the same day, but refuses any responsibility. Two staff entries = two separate cash losses. Be very careful with your valuables if you stay here.

Breakfast was good with a decent variety of options.
I stayed at Hilton Beijing from March 31 to April 5 with two children, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing and far below expectations. I informed the hotel in advance that I would arrive late in the evening, and they confirmed it would not be a problem. However, while I was already traveling, they sent messages saying the hotel was overbooked and asked me to confirm my arrival. When I arrived late at night after a long trip from the airport, I was not given the room I had booked. I reserved a 34 m² room suitable for two children with an extra bed. Instead, I was placed in the old wing in a very small room (around 15–16 m²). The room was outdated, had an unpleasant smell, and once the extra bed was added there was almost no space to move — less than 20 cm between beds. When I asked to be moved to the booked category, I was told there were no options. I was also told I might be charged penalties if I decided to leave, even though the hotel did not provide the room I paid for. The next morning I was told I would be moved to the new wing, but later I was again placed in the old wing. The second room was slightly larger (around 20–22 m²) but still old, worn, and not matching the booked category. I chose this hotel based on the photos showing renovated rooms, but in reality I was accommodated in the old wing with smaller rooms. This felt misleading. Communication at the reception was very poor. Staff changed daily, and each time I had to explain everything again. Promises were not followed through, and no one took responsibility. Housekeeping was unacceptable. During my entire 5-day stay: • the room was not properly cleaned • no vacuuming or wet cleaning • bedding was never changed • dust accumulated in the room • trash was left in the bathroom On the fifth day I had to go to reception and ask whether rooms are cleaned at all.

I have stayed at Hilton Beijing once again this year, and every time I visit, I feel nothing but joy and comfort. The team here is incredibly warm and welcoming, and their help is always delivered to an exceptional standard, making me feel right at home. I want to give special thanks to Harry from the Concierge team for his thoughtful, patient, and attentive support throughout my stay. His professionalism and kindness made my experience truly memorable. This hotel is simply outstanding, and it has become my only choice whenever I am in Beijing. I truly appreciate the heartfelt care and high-quality service from staff like Harry.
Worst experience so far. After a long flight ✈️ from Bangalore, India 🇮🇳 to Beijing, China 🇨🇳 arrived at the hotel at 16.00 hours (Check in time was supposed to be 15.00 hours) the room was not ready till 17.30 hours 🥲🙃
Not too bad, not too great, normal experience. An OLD design builsing, not too impressive. Service was below the expectation maybe because the expectation for a five stars hotel was too high.

Great hotel experience. Wonderful service, great facilities, specially Nina Ma from Health and Leisure had a really kind service.
Nice Hotel, rooms are quite well equipped and with a great view of the city. I liked the gym and the pool as well and want to extend my especial thanks to NINA MA, who assisted us and was super helpful during our visit and gave us great recommendations as well!!! Hotel is close to many city attractions as well as to the SOLANA Mall where you can find great restaurants and lot of stores and places to enjoy with your kids, so, on a vast city like Beijing I would said I will recommend this place.

Location is good and convenient. Good hygene room is clean. Breakfast okay but you have plenty of choices near the hotel. Service good. Staff nice and friendly. They upgraded me to a larger room
Good hotel, clean room, daily housekeeping, kind and respectful staff. Also, location feels quite safe and walking distance to a few good restaurants and a supermarket.
The central air conditioning makes the room temperature quite uncomfortable. As it was winters so they had the heaters on and made it quite hot. Not everyone prefers the same sorta room temperature for a comfortable sleep. The only solution was to open the window but then it got noisy due to passing vehicles on the highway. Staff were kind enough to give me a fan to make it better which kinda worked. Though, I would have preferred to be able to set the room temperature as per my own comfort.
Great location for the embassy visit. Walking distance to tons of embassies. Breakfast has lots of varieties, which is definitely better than the average. Lounge is just okay for me. Most importantly, stuffs are super nice and kind. Definitely will visit again for any future embassy trip.
I had an excellent experience thanks to Beth at the front desk. She was incredibly welcoming, patient, and attentive from the moment I arrived. Beth went out of her way to make everything smooth and stress-free, and her professionalism truly stood out. She answered all my questions clearly and made sure every detail was taken care of. It’s rare to meet someone who combines efficiency with such genuine kindness. Because of Beth, my visit was much more pleasant and memorable. I truly appreciate her outstanding service and would highly recommend this place to others. Thank you, Beth!
Great service and great location. It’s near from business center restaurants and embassies. Harry helped me a lot from lobby, printing and mailing. Best experience!
Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. A special mention must go to Beth Chen at the front desk, who provided the warmest welcome. She was incredibly friendly, efficient, and offered helpful local dining tips. Her exceptional service truly set a positive tone for our entire visit. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. The bed ensured a great night's sleep, and the breakfast had a fantastic variety. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning, especially hoping to encounter Beth's wonderful hospitality again.
My family and I had an amazing stay at this Beijing hotel! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with friendly staff whose name was Yana Hans made us feel right at home. Every corner of the room was spotlessly clean—bedding, bathroom, and common areas were well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after long days of sightseeing. The thoughtful amenities and quiet environment added to our pleasant experience. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Beijing and will definitely choose it again on our next trip
Very nice staff with great English. Rented a meeting room which was very good. Very good location.
Good hotel and good staff. Special Concierge and Front Desk staff were warm and friendly. Good stay and thank you. Five star hotel.
Nice accommodation and clean room. The location is very convenient. Harry at the front desk is friendly and helpful. Will come again.
During my stay (October 16 – October 28, 2025), I spent time at the Executive Lounge almost every day, and each visit was a pleasure thanks to Bryce Yang, one of the most outstanding members of the Executive Lounge team. Bryce’s warm welcome, genuine kindness, and professional manner truly set him apart. From the very first day, he remembered my name and my preferences — from how I liked my tea to which seat I usually chose — and always made sure everything was just right. He was attentive without ever being intrusive, a rare balance that made me feel completely at ease. What impressed me most was Bryce’s genuine care for each guest. He didn’t just serve food or drinks — he created a welcoming atmosphere where everyone felt valued. Every conversation with him was pleasant, and his positive energy set a wonderful tone for the entire day. Bryce is a true example of what exceptional hospitality means. His thoughtfulness, warm smile, and professional dedication represent the best of this hotel’s spirit. Because of him, my stay was not only comfortable but truly memorable — it felt like a home away from home. I am deeply grateful for Bryce Yang’s outstanding service and heartfelt hospitality. He is a shining example of why this hotel deserves a solid five-star review. Thank you, Bryce, for making my stay so special! — Wendy Ding
