The hotel is well maintained. You get what you expect from Marriott. Across the road there is a big area with local eateries.

The hotel is a bit outdated. Rooms are in 90s style. Though very clean and well maintained. You need to wait for at least 5 minutes for hot water in the shower. Breakfast is fine, but not fancy for 5-stars.

Modern hotel with great amenities and at a great location. Enjoyed the gym too.

The shower-head pressure on the 18th floor was low.

Highlights - The breakfast buffet at 2nd floor was great with Chinese and Western cuisine. The supervisor Becky was extremely helpful and offered me services several times - The hotel gym is spacious and equipped with all major facilities with even new Technogym brand, the check in guy was polite and friendly - As Elite member I was offered a spacious Junior Suite without requesting from my side prior to check in. The small present (some sweet local cakes) delivered in the room was really nice Improvement potential - The room was a bit worn out and had a smoking and strange smell all the time , some carpet was broken in the corridor - The food offer in the M Lounge was very poor, only some vegetarian options as warm dishes in the happy hour session

I stayed a couple of nights in this hotel as I wanted a more Western hotel with presumably softer beds. Sayed on the 28th (top floor). Pros: 1) Best buffet I had in China/Korea with a great latte maker 2) Room on 28th floor had great views. 3) Starbucks adjacent to the lobby. 4) Beds were soft and pillows fluffy. Nuetral: 1) bathroom awesome, rest of room felt dated. 2) No good business channels on the TV.

Our stay at the Marriott Hotel Northeast Beijing was truly excellent from beginning to end. From the moment we arrived, the staff welcomed us warmly and were extremely professional, attentive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. You can clearly see that service quality is a top priority here. Our room on the 15th floor was very comfortable, modern, and offered a great view over the city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the room was spotless, and it was very quiet – perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring Beijing. The breakfast was another highlight. There was a wide variety of options, including both international and Asian dishes, and the overall quality of the food was excellent. The location is also very convenient, with good access to business areas, shopping districts, and several restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience in a well-managed hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Marriott Bonvoy World Elite MasterCards are supposed to be working at Marriott Hotels (!), and once checking into their executive lounge (which is great while staying ahead of the rest, to simply skip the queues), I had to unfortunately learn, even while logging onto my banking app and to share my location specifically to the spot, that only Alipay is being accepted. So this is what I did, I inked my Marriott Bonvoy World Elite Mastercard to Alipay and have been "scanned by the merchant instead". Unfortunately, this came with a drawback, additional banking charges from the third party platform. Their Executive afternoon was rather a fiasco, offering marshmallows and "cakes" in the size of a thumb. At least offer something salty, to those with diabetes (!). The rest was fine, room, grounds, the Executive lounge breakfast god, just their afternoon tea could seek room for improvement, but all neat and tidy, modern. and as I would have expected it. An international hotel is supposed to be handling the basics, offering rooms and let guests also pay for such, not only these that are holding local payment systems. Luckily, I share such details, others just walk away. How come I can use my Marriott Bonvoy World Elite Mastercard to tap in and out for the airport express, and purchase a sport drink in a supermarket, but I can't make use of a Marriott credit card in a Marriott hotel. The card worked also and perfectly fine (within the same hotel group) at the Beijing Capital Airport, as well as Chongqing and Shanghai properties ! Others may just walk away and don't even mention it, but hey: criticising leaves room for improvement. I like this hotel, and care about it, I care more or less and wanting to return, this time and next time rather without additional Alipay charges on my credit card!

В день заселения мы оплатили завтрак ,и не отходя от места,попросили отменить завтрак ,так как у нас был очень ранний вылет и мы бы не попали на завтрак по времени. Персонал отменил завтрак ,и обещал, что деньги вернутся только в течении 3-5 дней . Прошел уже 1 месяц ,веду переписку с ними ,они так и не вернули средства . Завтрак был оплачен за 3 человека .

One of the worst hotels in Beijing a disgrace for the Marriott brand. The room are very old and outdated the AC cannot go lower then 23 degrees the breakfast was terrible and the service the worst i have seen. I have stayed here a few times and every time it gets worse my recommendation is stay a at from this terrible hotel

일주일 베이징 체류 동안 여러 5성급 호텔에서 숙박했지만, 그곳들은 대체로 화려한 외관과 신세식 인테리어에 치중해 있었습니다. 그러나 정작 직원들의 태도나 응대는 어정쩡했고, 미국식 영어는 알아도 듣지못하며 무었보다 호스피탈리티의 전통을 모른다 라는 느낌을 지울 수 없었습니다. 반면 메리어트 노스이스트는 외관은 다소 낡고, 위치도 그리 뛰어나지 않았습니다. 그럼에도 프런트 데스크에 들어서는 순간, 프런트 직원들의 인자한 표정과 자연스러운 태도 속에서 “아, 이곳은 진짜 호텔이구나” 라는 확신을 얻었습니다. 모든 과정이 깔끔하고 순조로웠으며, 한국이나 미국에서 경험했던 전통적 호텔의 품격을 이곳에서도 느낄 수 있었습니다.

The jacuzzi with the swimming pool. Room was very confortable and spacious.

персонал отзывчивый, без проблем на английском. Завтраки скудноваты, но поесть можно найти. Расположение - от метро минут 10-15 неспеша. Через дорогу много заведений с едой. Бассейн есть, но он в помещении.

Название номера "Номер Делюкс бизнес-класса с 2 двуспальными кроватями" не имеет отношение к двум двуспальным кроватям. В номере 2 максимум полуторки шириной 130 см. Семья из 3 человек уже не комфортно размещается.

Location is convenient in terms of dining. Subway and grocery stores are within walking distance although not super close by. Facility needs an update. Service is superb. One can smell cigarettes even in a non-smoke room.

there are a lot to improve: Breakfast: - whole area was not as clean as should be - no frequent table cleaning - limited verity of foods. no omelet no proper egg either. it is very Chinese oriented breakfast but even not high quality. - bread verity was very limited - no cheese and butter verity Location: - it is not that recommended for those who like night life or activities around at evenings

Hotel was good but lighting was too dim, needs improvement

Area is near the embassies so it’s extremely safe with lots of things around that cater to foreigners. Maid service and staff are quite helpful, maid even folded my clothes which was a nice touch. Starbucks in the hotel is convenient although it opens at 930am. Only thing I don’t like is the room is a little dated with carpet instead of laminate. At least they have plugs everywhere and the plugs accommodate American plugs.

Went there for half a week. They took more than $500 as deposit, and in the end decided to not release the deposit but to subtract the breakfast we had on our last day from the deposit amount they owed us. Instead of refunding the difference between the deposit and the breakfast cost, they refunded the breakfast cost. So we lost $500. They refused to refund the correct amount. Don't go there, service is clearly not one you could expect from a 5*.

Had a weekend stay in Marriott Northeast which was quite comfortable.Room is what is expected from a Marriott chain hotel although in a little need for a refurbishment, but clean and with the suitable room amenities.Breakfast was generous with many options to choose from, though you should consider going slightly late as it might get crowded.Lounge bar was also nice with the staff being attentive.With taxi you are near most of Beijing's downtown best places

The hotel staff was very hospitable. Mayi, checked us in and welcomed us and the hostess Becky made the breakfast dining a truly wonderful meal. The room had a fantastic view

The breakfast was lovely . Staff extremely nice and helpful which of course makes the stay nicer in a hotel . Only issue is the hotel is very dated and for the price we could of went up the road beside the tube to a more modern hotel.

Hotel staff are well trained, friendly and professional. Breakfast is excellent with so many items to choose from.

The executive lounge was good and the food was tasty. The decor in the foyer was nice. The free-standing bath was a good addition to the room.

The organisation of our room was bad - we were given a different room twice before we were offered the room on our booking. There was also no A/C in our room as they had not turned it on yet in some of the rooms so it was very hot. Also the spa closed a long time ago so it was falsely advertised.

Very comfortable, clean, loved the bed!! Fab views from any floor and great facilities. Special shoutout to Reno at reception, very good English skills and made the check in a lot swifter and more comfortable for us. Loved the Starbucks in the hotel.

Stayed 11 nights in this hotel. Upgraded room. Staff prepared nice birthday cake for my hubby. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Thanks to Amos, Uncle Polo, Christina, Coco & bellboy elderly uncle. They are always ready to help. Many eateries opposties hotel. Need didi/ taxi to nearest subway Sangyuanqiao.Easy access to Airport express CNY 25/Pax.

Easy, friendly and convenient, used to get there just for buffets and drinks, but decided to stay there as well. Overall, lounge was fine and so was the breakfast and the rooms, pool and gym was well equipped, will definitely stay again, that's for sure.

The desk in front, where Chloe sits, is super helpful and informative. They speak two languages fluently, which is hard to find in China. The location is good.

It would be beneficial to have three air purifiers in the room to maintain humidity levels. The room felt a bit dry.
