Excellent location. Not fair away from Beijing Capital International Airport. Beautiful promenade with small bars and restaurants. The hotel and service in the hotel was absolutely marvelous. An excellent international breakfast is served. The hotel also has a few other restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The child support measures seemed inadequate and unfriendly. It wasn't very convenient for traveling with young babies. First, the baby crib provided by the hotel was unusable for infants. Not only did it look worn and outdated, incompatible with the hotel's other facilities, but it also lacked a mattress, consisting only of a quilt about 10cm off the floor, while the bed itself was nearly 1 meter high – imagine the difference! Secondly, although the breakfast was highly praised, there were no children's meals available.

Quando chequi para o check in fui informado que o meu quarto escolhido não estava disponível e teria que ficar no quarto standard ou teria que pagar mais 400 rmb por noite para um upgrade. Não aceitei e a recepticionista disse que iria ver o que fazer. Foi me entrtegue um quarto e não gostei e nem parecia o mesmo que eu tinha reservado. Foi deceptionante. Para o nível do hotel foi péssimo.

早餐对于外国友人或喜欢西式早餐的人士很友好，中国胃不太能找到喜爱的食物。空调温度无法设定更低，怕热的人在房间里依旧出汗。

This hotel was just fantastic. The staff were incredibly helpful, and had a very good level of English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was exquisite. I also enjoyed dinner in the Chinese Dragon restaurant and lunch in Via Roma, and treated myself to a very good pastry from Kempinski Deli. Overall, a fantastic experience and I would recommend. Location was good too for getting to central area.

Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft, Kinderfreundlichkeit, Betten, Pool, Gym, Cafe, alles war sehr gut und da das gebuchte Zimmer noch nicht fertig war, gab es ein sehr gutes Upgrade in die nächste Kategorie. Die Fahrt in die Stadt dauert ca. 30 Minuten, ist aber sehr günstig mit den üblichen Taxis.

Einzig das Mittagsbuffet war deutlich über dem Preis, wenn man es denn nehmen wollte.

Unser Aufenthalt im Kempinski Yansha war von Beginn bis zum Ende sehr zufriedenstellend. Der Check In hat gut geklappt, die Lage ist toll. Unser Zimmer hatte den Blick auf einen Fluss. Man sieht das es kein neues Hotel ist, allerdings ist alles sehr gut gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war hervorragend, das Bett war sehr bequem. Die Badewanne hat zur Entspannung eingeladen. Am Abend gab es einen Turndown Service, das war ein schöner Bonus. Wir hatten kein Frühstück dazu gebucht, es gibt ein Deli, das um 7 öffnet. Wer den Pool nutzen möchte, muss eine Badekappe tragen, die man im Poolbereich Erwerb kann

Die Toiletten Räume in der Lobby waren wirklich der einzige Ort im Hotel an dem der Waschtisch nicht in gutem Zustand war.

High quality hotel, which is well located with excellent rooms, restaurants, and staff; next to subway stop (Liangmo) which only takes 25-30 mins to get to T/Men Square. Next to canal which is picturesque and has alot of restaurant options. Definitely would stay here again.

Wir leben seit 20 Jahren in China. Kempinski Yansha Hotel in Peking ist wie unsere Wohnung im Executive Floor in Peking. Wir sind mehrmals dort gewesen und gehen auch immer wieder gerne hin. Die Zimmer sind sehr funktional und komfortabel. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig. Es macht Spaß, dort zu frühstücken. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Die Metro-Station ist gleich vor der Haustür. Das Personal im Executive Floor und Concierge sowie beim Empfang sind äußerst freundlich und hilfreich.

Das Personal beim Frühstück sollte ein bißchen englisch können und mehr zu den Gästen lächeln.

Everything - one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I have stayed at thousands. Breakfast buffet is first class; bar and other restaurants of high quality. Rooms are spacious and modern. Staff is exceptional in handling queries - call out to Steven on concierge desk. Next to subway and a shopping mall. Picturesque location on the canal with a lot of restaurant choices. I doubt that there is a better hotel choice in Beijing for westerners.

I am a returning guest, and this time also had great experience staying here. Absolutely amazing room service team this hotel has. They changed the towels for our afternoon shower after we went out for dinner. And the stunning breakfast quality as always.

Ne retransmets pas assez l'esprit luxe. Aillant séjourné dans l'hôtel pendant le passé du président Trump dans le quartier, ils ont très mal géré le confort pour les gens de l'hôtel

Быстрое заселение, крутой персонал, идеальнейший номер. На наших этажах всё, как обычно - вкуснейшая еда и общее отличное настроение. И много еще прекрасных индивидуальных деталей. Кемпински держит свою марку долгое годы, это очень важно! Мы останавливались здесь много раз, но отметим еще: местоположение - супер! Обязательно гуляйте пешком направо вдоль реки: сначала под одном мостом, потом на другом налево, еще 15 минут через посольства - и вы на Санлитуне! Не ездите, а ходите, наслаждайтесь. В других направлениях тоже супер круто.

Когда Трамп приезжал, всё было оцеплено. Друзей не пустили, только проживающих. Это не проблема, просто прикол. Бывает. )

Местоположение отличное, завтраки хорошие

Обман. Расплатился при выезде, через два часа, когда я уже в аэропорту, сняли ещё 170 долларов с карты, на вопрос в чате молчат, поддержка booking сначала вроде пыталась помочь, но в итоге ничего не ответили вообще.

Lovely staff. Without having to ask, I was given a half-day discount when I was checking out and they learned that my flight was super early in the morning and I had to leave the hotel by 10 pm, rather than the following day, which is what I had booked for

Breakfast could have been better — options wise. Exec floor food in the mornings and evenings was also lackluster. No one greets u when you first arrive — was late night for me — to help bring luggage into the hotel.. I was eventually offered help by the front desk to get my bags up to my room but at that point I just wheeled them to the elevator and my room myself.

Lovely hotel that is in a great location. The hotel liaised with the airport staff to arrange my transfer and I was greeted as soon as I got off the plane which was incredible, the gentleman guided me through immigration, helped me collect my bag and then walked me to my driver outside, which was the first for any hotel I’ve ever stayed with. It made the arrival process seamless and effortless as the airport can be quite chaotic. The hotel room was very spacious and clean and the conceirge team were very helpful throughout. As a solo, female traveller I felt very safe staying at this hotel. Breakfast was nice and had a good variety. The hotel managed to arrange a late checkout for me which was very helpful.

WiFi connection wasn’t great during the first few days of the stay. Having stayed in many Kempinskis around the world, apart from the airport pick up, I didn’t feel like this branch went as above and beyond as the others.

Das Kempinski in Peking ist ein hervorragendes Hotel mit einer erstklassigen Ausstattung und Lage. Das Personal ist ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, die gesamte Anlage mit den angeschlossenen Restaurants ist sehr komfortabel. Wir haben insbesondere den Bereich der Executive Lounge genossen und unsere Suite waren absolut großzügig. Die fünf Sterne sind mehr als gerechtfertigt.

Ich kenne das Hotel schon sehr lange. Es ist von seiner Lage und die Auswahl an Restaurants einfach toll.

Das Internet ist alles andere wie „Highspeed“ Den Pool darf man ohne Badekappe nicht nutzen, selbst mit Glatze🫣

Das Frühstück war während meiner früheren Aufenthalte in den letzten 20 Jahren immer ein Highlight. Leider hat mich das dieses Mal doch sehr enttäuscht. Die vorbereiteten Speisen waren zwar in Warmhalteplatten, jedoch zum großen Teil nicht mehr frisch und fast kalt, wie man es in vielen Mittelklassehotel leider vorfindet. Das sollte nicht Standard bei Kempinski sein! Ich hoffe, das war nur eine Ausnahme.

Spacious rooms with bathrobes, slippers, and most of the necessary amenities. Nice beds and linens. Quality pillows. Complimentary water bottles every day. Kempi Deli was nice and convenient. Breakfast was okay, with multiple options in Western and Asian cuisine. Room service was quite good. Helpful personnel.

Mini bar was almost empty, only three different cans, no snacks. No spa.

We had a fantastic stay at the Kempinski Hotel and would absolutely return again. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel very welcome. The breakfast was a real highlight—there was a wide and delicious selection of food, catering to different tastes and preferences. It was the perfect way to start each day. Our room was amazing: spacious, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. The bed, was excellent—we slept wonderfully every night. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the city. A truly special touch was the sweet surprise prepared in our room, as this was the first stop of our honeymoon journey. That thoughtful gesture made our stay even more memorable. Overall, it was an exceptional experience, and we would definitely stay here again!

Gut gelegenes Hotel, nicht zu weit vom Flughafen entfernt (und daher auch gut für einen Ausflug zur grossen Mauer). Metro 2-3 Gehminuten entfernt. (Sehr) gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal.

Zimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und würden mal eine Renovation vertragen. Beleuchtung im Zimmer nicht ausreichend.
