Beds very comfy, breakfast lovely, staff polite and courteous, location fantastic
Proximity to train station makes it a bit noisy till late, but nothing that would prevent us booking again
From the staff to the rooms our stay was exceptional

The interior was lovely
Looking out the window and there was lot of police around
Oui super bien
Clean hotel, very friendly
Trains passing underneath and plug hole didn't work so couldn't have a bath
It is perfect location beside train station 10 mins to the town center , shops bars restaurants right beside it

Le seul point négatif c’est le déjeuner. Plus de 50$ cad pour un buffet c’est un peu trop mais pour le reste tout était très bien
Ideal handy location
Smelling the Lobby. Not the best area of town
Loved the hotel and the staff were very friendly. The bed was so comfortable. Definitely will stay again
Comfortable room. Reception staff very helpful Lovely hotel The restaurant was very good with excellent food
Breakfast - not good value for money. Many of my items were almost cold by the time I sat back down. The server/helper was surly and was using the space immediately behind my head to fetch and carry things, which was disturbing. I didn't like the area where the hotel is situated. I didn't feel safe.
Le fait de ne pas pouvoir payer en espèces
Staff so friendly
All was fine thank you
Great location for what we needed as attending concert at 3Arena.
Shower was cold and room backed straight onto the train tracks which we were unaware of on booking.
The staff were lovely, the receptionist that checked us in was lovely Made me wanna come back I haven’t stopped talking about this hotel I’ve booked again Rooms were beautiful In a good spot to
Staff were friendly and helpful
I loved everything about this hotel
Nothing as too many negatives
The smell of sewage ans practically having a train track in your bedroom. Rude unfriendly staff that don’t give you the correct info. The sewage smell is really bad and they try to cover it up with over powering air freshener. In a run down rough part of Dublin. Save your money and book elsewhere
Not too much, but the rooms were better than the lobby or the dining room.
The dining room where our breakfast was served was dark and uninviting, although the food was fine. The “upgrade” they offered us as a bonus when we had to pay an extra for early arrival, was ridiculous. No munchies, twice, when we went to see what was on offer in that club room, except a couple of apples past their best before. If we had realized the train station would almost shake the building, as they passed, we would not have stayed there. And the “scent” they used in the lobby was terrible, like they were trying to hide a bad odour. Overall disappointing. If we had thought we could find another hotel and get our money back, upon arrival at the hotel , we would not have stayed there.
Location was excellent, hotel itself was lovely, staff were very nice. Room was beautiful.
The breakfast was not good, breakfast buffet was cold. Cappuccino was cold and not frothy.
Our sincere thanks to a wonderful manager who looked after myself an my husband who had had an accident.
Nothing
Hotel location was great spotless clean decor beautiful
Seemed overwhelmed by crowds in bar/restaurant and reception... slowpaced reactions but still friendly
Quiet room, comfy bed and good room facilities. Lovely bar and great food served in the restaurant.
Some rooms could have been noisy as the train station was opposite and you could hear the trains overhead in the bar
Room.. alot of noise from outside
Noise from outside
Stylish and comfortable hotel in a great location. Very close to public transport and within walking distance of Croke Park, which was really convenient for us. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choice.
The room was a little on the small side for one adult and three children, especially with luggage, but it was still clean and comfortable.
Quirky and very clean. Lovely staff and very friendly.
It’s very noisy as right next to the Connolly rail station with trains running until after midnight and starting at 6 am. The building almost vibrates with the noise of them
Very clean, staff were friendly.
Very close to the station so some noise from the trains but we knew that when we booked so cannot complain
Very beautiful property. The lobby, cafe, and restaurant were great. Loved the gym, though the music was a bit loud. The room was great size, bed was fairly comfortable. Easy walk to bus to travel around the city, and walking distance to some places.
The air didn't work great, so the room was quite warm and did not cool down throughout the night. The door was also leaking oil. The hotel almost was a near a pretty rough/ not safe street (told by a local to avoid the street when walking), but had no issues otherwise.
Bed was comfortable.
Restaurant was expensive for quality of food.
Great location, food drinks and staff couldn’t be faulted.
Clean and modern
Area is a bit rough
Lovely friendly staff ,and great location if your traveling into Connelly train station, bar was lovely with great cocktails, would definitely recommend
Can be noisy with trains depending on room , but really don’t bother us
Room quality, breakfast and helpful staff
Nice comfy big bed. Good choice of breakfast, nice staff.
Toilet didn't flush properly, sink was loose, bathroom door banged on the shower tray. Dirty stained disgusting carpet. Patches of different paint on ceiling. Furniture looked very tired.

The plunge pool in the spa sauna in the spa Rooms were clean and tidy
When you arrive outside at the hotel, it looks a bit of a dump from the front but inside is lovely
I like how the property was nicely laid out and the interior
I didn’t know the train tracks were ontop of the property so I found it a little hard sleeping
Great accommodation and friendly staff
Location was good and room was cozy
Seems bit overpriced
Location
Noice
It was ok
Overpriced and overrated
Location was easy to get to from airport shuttle drop off. Very clean. Big rooms. Fluffy towels. Ability open large glass door in our first room.
Air conditioning did not work in the second room which was supposedly an upgrade and it didn’t have a window that could open to cool the room off.
Great location- across the road from Connolly station & a taxi rank, close to pubs & food places
The Location the Staff and the design
None
Great staff and gorgeous interiors.
The 25 euro surcharge to use the sauna. It was the reason I had chosen this hotel, but having to pay to use the facilities. 25 eur too is a lot for a sauna. Had planned to return in November 2026 but will not be returning after due to extra fee.
Friendly staff
Poor info re facilities. You have to wait for the tv to change slide show and still useless. Had to google menus. Never used the spa or extras due to this which is so annoying. Just put paper menus etc. in the rooms please. Felt like I paid for nothing extra..
Nice staff and it's clean
Prompt about no parking would be appreciated. It is noisy due to train track. Lots of noise from other rooms too.. walls must be thin
The location was fabulous and the staff couldn’t do enough for us!
I thought the lounge the offer was a tad disappointing at €50 BUT the morning the offered lovely pastries and fruit!
La amabilidad del personal
El ruido del tren
Location was ok
There was a lot of miss leading information the staff were not very helpful, lots of noise from other guests door slamming all night Very poor soundproofing
El personal muy amable y el Bar
El ruido del tren
Excellent location for train travellers in particular.
Cafe in the morning didnt have much of a selection of food to eat.
Perfect location for transport links and Dublin city centre. Staff were amazing and rooms were so comfortable.
In city centre so not much views and close to transport lines so can be noisy if you're a light sleeper
Location near train station and various amenities , Walking distance Trinity College and pubs .
My room temperature: 28-29 degrees despite window open at night , the noise, as the room was located above train rails. The A/C were quite smelly when on.
Room was lovely, I liked the modern technology for lights and curtains and WiFi was excellent. Facilities in room were good. Food and cocktails in the North were excellent.
Prices had been put up to over double for the concert I was attending and I don’t think the price matched the room. View out the window was of a brick wall and noise of trains going by right outside the window woke me very early. No individual toiletries leading to the hand lotion in our bathroom being more soap.
Good location
Noise all night from dart did not get much sleep
Staff were great - friendly and knowledgeable. The interior and decor of the hotel is unique and atmospheric. Facilities great - little spa is a bonus and good vfm. The bar is gorgeous.
