Room a bit dark. ......staff couldn't name a sparkling wine similar to chardonnay, after they had run out of suavignon blanc. Front door opened, via reception onto dining room , so there were some cold drafts....perhaps double doors and a small foyer?

I can really not say that there was anything that i was displeased with, the rooms and bathrooms are spacious, nothing really to constructively crit on this venue. Maybe they can provide a bigger space to work off having all this space.

Limited breakfast options. My sliding door was off its track, which made it difficult to open & close.

The superior rooms were all full, so we ended up booking a standard room. The walls between the standard rooms are quite thin and you can hear your neighbours when they're talking, moving furniture and water when the shower is on.

There was no seating area as advertised on booking.com for the standard room. The bathroom needs serious maintenance. Most of the fittings and tge toilet seat were loose. There was mould on the ceiling. The blinds were broken and could not keep the light out. The service at our dinner was extremely poor and the dining room was very hot.
