Eurostars Centrum Alicante

Location and comfortable bed and good toiletries

No bath mat or handle to get into bath. No English tea selection. Bar only open from 8-11 pm. Car park very difficult to navigate due to limited size

The bed the room the restaurant

The bath / shower was difficuot to get in and out of due to small opening bath height and slippy surface

Centralt, nice Staff, Clean, good breakfast

De locatie, midden in het centrum

De kamers zijn verouderd en behoorlijk gehorig.

Tutto

Przepyszne i różnorodne śniadanie.

Big bed, beautiful AC, balcony area, big bathroom and lifts

Have to pay extra for anything additional like breakfast or onsite gym

So hört man alle Geräusche und Gespräche vom Gang her.

The staff are the stand out part of this hotel, Helpful, pleasant, give time for a talk, friendly and informative, We had a broken suitcase from a flight and two hours after checkout they let us transfer cases in a space they found for us, Also the room was spotless, big and bright, and very quiet. about a minutes walk from the hotel was a very pleasant park, where you could get a drink and bite to eat.

Only having the one night!!!!

Läget! Det ligger centralt.

Man kunde höra grannarna när de pratade. Restaurangen borde vara öppet alla dagar.

The property was central and clean .

No balcony.

The room was big and comfortable. The staff was excellent, especially the slim lady with long dark hair, I forgot her name. She worked in the morning breakfast, the bar and restaurant. Always smiling, look always happy to see us. Five star employee.

Very spacious and well equipped room. Reception, breakfast staff, restaurant and bar staff excellent and very good service and food

The location

...all the rest. I submitted an official complaint before checking out due to our terrible stay. The main negative points were: Smoking Odor: A strong smell of smoke came from the adjacent room, which was connected to ours by an adjoining door. After speaking with reception in person and following up by phone, it took nearly two hours to get a response—only to be told that the staff could do nothing to stop the guests from smoking inside their room. As a result, we had to sleep in a room filled with smoke all night. Hygiene Upon Arrival: The bathtub was dirty when we checked in. Maintenance had to clean it with chemical products so strong that we were forced to leave the room with our child to avoid inhaling dangerous fumes. (Please see a photo of the bathtub upon our arrival). Facilities: The property shows clear signs of neglect and decay, including outdated rooms, lack of air conditioning in the hallways, a loud and poorly functioning in-room AC unit, sound isolation between rooms and towards the exterior, and an insufficient number of working elevators. Additionally, communicating with the staff was extremely difficult for non-Spanish speakers, particularly at night. The night reception staff spoke no English at all, and the rest of the staff's English proficiency throughout our stay was highly inadequate, making clear communication nearly impossible. (Fortunately, my wife is fluent in Spanish; otherwise, it would have been unmanageable.)

Fabulous staff, from reception, to breakfast & cleaning! Always smile & greet 😊 Really clean and comfortable bed & room was nice and quiet

Need to change breakfast menu, stayed for six nights, same breakfast every morning, while lovely, need to have change now and again 😊 Shower over bath, not really ideal, much prefer walk in shower, especially if you have any mobility problem .

Central, very clean, staff were hospitable. A solid 9/10 for me. Stayed in the junior suite and it was very awesome.

Nothing to dislike. I recommend 100%

Čisté a vybavené pokoje, dobrá lokalita. Milý personál.

La ubicación

Los ruidos por los pasillos de madrugada

Posizione centrale, ma in quartiere tranquillo. Camere spaziosa, pulita e letti comodi

Las instalaciones son antiguas.

Relacion calidad/precio e instalaciones antiguas

Soggiorno davvero perfetto! Hotel pulito, organizzato e curato in ogni dettaglio.

Breakfast was very good, staff are accommodating, location is perfect, the room was big and near to the airport

nothing really

Assolutamente consigliato 👍👍👍

Loved the stay

Herşey cok güzel ve temizlik konusunda super kahvalti her çeşit mevcuttu eksiksiz herkes güler yüzlü cok teşekkür ederim

Otimo quarto

nothing!

Conforto do quarto e pequeno almoço

Emplacement et qualité du petit déjeuner

La literie et la SDB vieillotte

Chambre calme

The location, friendly and helpful staff, clean.

Walls paper thin, can hear everything in neighbouring rooms, corridor, no balcony.

The room was spacious and very clean with a nice breeze. Gracias por todo Alessandra for preparing the room for us. La señorita bonita at the reception was very polite and welcoming (can’t remember the name) and she allowed us to check- in early since the room was empty. AC is fab, with tea and coffee, a bottle of water and a mini fridge is a fantastic idea. I have a great time staying in this lovely hotel. Close to proximity to restaurants, fave landmarks, El Cortes shopping, Alicante Terminal, etc.

It’s not that I don’t like but would be nice if there’s an extra milk because 2mini milk pots for a couple who loves tea and coffee is not enough. 😊

The property was in a good location local to the beach and harbour The property was very clean The only thing was the breakfast was ok not much variety

The breakfast didn’t have much variety

Fajnie położony hotel, sympatyczne Panie w recepcji.

W nocy było słychać rozmowy z sąsiednich pokojów. Chyba słabe wyciszenie ścian. Wysoka cena, za wysoka...

We have room for three, and it had a big sofa and bed. The location is good, comfortable walking distance to the beach. Room was cleaned, and cleaning ladies are very nice

The doors close so loud, you can’t sleep if your neighbours are coming in/out, the walls are really thin, the ac is working loud that you can’t sleep

A nice experience, the room was big enough, the bathroom was very clean, the facilities were in place, they prepared many things for our hygiene and the air conditioner was working properly.

It’s a bit far from the beach.

Calidades

Cuarto de baño

Rooms were great, spacious, clean and comfortable. Location fine, short walk to Mushroom Street area but needs taxi to beach which was harder to get than you’d think!

Location in relation to beach as above

The room could be more cleaner some hair in the bathroom and smudges on the bathroom mirror when we arrived. The room needs some TLC and freshen up .

La colazione ottima, abbondante. Posizione centrale dell'hotel.

la habitacion es bastante grande

Struttura di catena centrale. Camere molto spaziose e silenziose. Perfetto per visitare Alicante.

Stanze un po' datate e molto buie.

Stanza pulita

The location is great, very central with secure parking. Clean hotel, friendly staff, nice rooms

The gym could have been bigger and maybe a bit of an update with the decor in the hallways

Location

No coffee machine was found in the room No slippers at the room The room, View wasn’t good

Everything was perfect: location, good quality breakfast, spacious room. The staff was very nice, and they even left me a piece of cake in the room on my birthday.

La tranquillità

Nulla

Easy location for seeing the tourist spots, nice restaurants and walkable to the tram and the beach.

Ci torno sicuramente.

La cama era muy cómoda. La gente de la recepción muy amable.

Nada.

It was a good hotel, well situated and comfortable
