Rapport qualité/ prix.

Great location, friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms.

Old, noisy, uncomfortable beds were a major drawback, and the breakfast was basic.

Lokalizacja super! Obiekt bardzo przyjemny. Piękny pokój. Miła obsługa, fajne śniadania. Jak dla mnie bardzo dobry hotel

Nie wiem.

Good location

Breakfast average.

The location was perfect, in front of the market, close to the promenade, lots of local restaurants and bars. The room was clean, beds comfortable, fridge in the room, Spacious

For the gym goes, the gym area could improve on additional workout machines

Location location location. Staff facilitated check in at 13:00 rather than 15:00 so I was lucky.

Very little. Main issue was parking car 400m away.

Location, too, staff and breakfast

The lift(s) are slow and take forever to arrive. As seniors on 7th floor we couldn’t avoid the need for them.

La atención y el desayuno

Un poco caro

Location excellent across road from C6 airport bus Very comfortable room with kettle and water provided

Nothing didn’t like

Excellent stay

Restaurant not open on an evening

Commodité et bon accueil

Location was great. Right in the centre for everything, and beach only 10 mins walk. Very Friendly staff . Hotel was lovely and clean. We loved everything about this hotel and definitely will be returning.

Nothing

Comido y espacioso.

Colazione fantastica e personale lavorativo eccellente

Dobra lokalizacja na krótkie zwiedzanie Alicante i okolic.

Słabo działające karty do pokoju

Przepyszne śniadania - produkty i dania były świeże i smaczne.

Veramente servizio top.

Excellent location, easy to get to all the main sights and beach. Check in was easy and check out was at 12 which was great. We were able to use the facilities even after checked out and were allowed to shower in the gym before traveling back home which was a nice touch as we were able to really enjoy our last day. Staff was friendly and value for money was great.

The elevators were extremely slow and being on the 7th floor was a bit frustrating at times.

It was as expected since I booked this hotel for the second time.

More diversity of the breakfast would be appreciated. After a few days you getting bored eatting the same food.

Allt! Luftigt. Rent. Trevlig personal. Centralt läge.

The location was great, the room was spacious and bright, good bed.

Soggiorno impeccabile!

Nulla andava tutto bene

No parking for the hotel we had to go far from the hotel to park our car

Gute Lage, Frühstück war echt gut

Alles schon etwas abgewohnt

Had a great stay and would highly recommend Eurostars Lucentum to anyone traveling to Alicante, whether it be for leisure or business. There’s a ton of restaurants, cafes and bars in the vicinity, the beach is about a 10 minute walk. Special thanks to the front desk staff Sara and Carla. They were very friendly and polite and gave very useful instructions when we needed them, we really had lots of questions. Also special mention to Julian (sorry if I got the name wrong!) he was extremely helpful and patient when I had tons of requests one after another. Clearly an experienced receptionist with outstanding patience and professionalism, he delivered excellent service even when I was being annoying with my requests, and always with a smile. If he is not already a front desk supervisor or manager, he should be! Also, thanks to Housekeeping, I didn’t get anyone’s names but they were also very polite and the service was impeccable. If I come to Alicante again, I don’t have to think twice about where to stay. Muchas gracias a todos!

No big deal but: the vending machine in the lobby was a little bit difficult to figure out. Well, the above mentioned Front Desk staff helped us with that too, so all good!

Posizione comodissima, camera e bagno spaziosi e confortevoli, colazione ottima e varia.

Location is great, that’s why it was our third visit

Zatem i córka i my mieliśmy zachowaną prywatność. Każdy pokój miał też swój telewizor i swoją łazienkę co dawało duży komfort. Pokoje codziennie sprzątane wraz z wymianą ręczników. Śniadania świeże i smaczne. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Obsługa bardzo miła. Polecam bardzo ten obiekt.

I would definitely recommend this hotel! The location was fantastic, close to everything and just a 10-minute walk from the beach. The staff were lovely and very welcoming. Our room was cleaned every day, with fresh towels provided daily. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily return!

Excelent location in the center, closed to old town, beach, castle. breakfast was amazing, helpful staff. I can really only recommend this hotel.

Zeer goed ontbijt

De javel geur in de gang

Location couldn't be more perfect, lovely view of the Mercado. We loved how clean it was, unfortunately this isn't given nowadays in many expensive Hotels. Friendly staff and overall a great stay.

The superior room has a lot of space that could be used a little more. Some additional towel racks would be great, especially since it's a beach destination and you need more possibilities to hang damp beach towels or clothes. Also two of the three power outlets in the bedroom didn't work.

Breakfast was amazing and the location was perfect with everything we needed within walking distance. Nice modern hotel with tea and coffee making along with a small fridge.

Parking difficult to find although close by and reasonably priced.

The room was a bit smelly when we got in. Had to leave the windows open while we went for dinner. Overall, it is a correct place, but it seems to need a small update.

Obsługa i lokalizacja

Brak basenu
