Decent enough hotel, but situated in what appears to ne a run-down area. I would not rate it as particularly a holiday hotel,,,seemed more akin to a business hotel. Shame no balconies, but then we over-looked a building site. Rooftop pool was inadequate for the size of hotel.

It was a fairly standard international hotel. Breakfast was good, but crowded. There was a small pool.

The room was dark, with little natural light. The air conditioning was very loud, even on the lowest setting. The door to the room was not sound-proof and there was a lot of corridor noise, especially the banging of room doors. Also, the noise of motorcycles was often audible even above the noise of the air-con.

Comfortable room and beds, services were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious.

The location is close enough to walk to the centre of Alicante. The staff are friendly & professional.

The pool is very small for the size of the hotel. There was only two parasols in the deck area, offering very little shade in the height of summer sun. Maybe this should be an adult only hotel.

Aircon brukte for mye på rommet. Hater hotell med glass dør uten lås på badet så får ikke være "alene" der. Ikke gøy når på romantisk tur å sitte på do med ulåst dør og hører alt inne på rommet 🤪

A very good location. Friendly staff. Great variety of breakfast. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Location was ok. There wasn't immediate shops/cafes but was an ok walk from the action. Location was quiet. Felt like a safe area, close to the bus and train station so could walk there easily. Bar area was good. Nice decor.

Bed was on wheels and made a bit of nose. Could do with extra hook for pool towels. Was good to have a pool but area was on the smaller side, get very busy. No shade.

El hotel aunque no está en el centro, puede llegarse hasta él en un paseo agradable. Desayuno variado. Camas cómodas. Personal atento.

Piscina pequeña que puede llegar a masificarse en función del día y la hora, con pocas tumbonas. Zona de jacuzzi y baño turco pequeña, por la que a veces hay que esperar para usar. El jacuzzi hubo un día que no nos funcionó. Iluminación en el hotel un poco escasa si tienes problemas de visión.

As instalações do hotel são impecáveis, tudo muito novo e bem preservado! o café da manhã é excelente! Está localizado a uns 1000 metros do centro da cidade. A piscina no rooftop proporciona uma bela vista do porto! Indico o hotel para quem não se incomoda de andar um pouco.

A equipe da recepção não é muito simpática!

Excelente fim de semana, num hotel fantástico, onde o conforto, a tranquilidade e a qualidade do serviço tornaram a estadia ainda mais especial. Uma experiência a repetir.

The swimming pool hardly qualifies as such, its very small. Overall the outdoor space around swimming pool is not enjoyable, lacking shading and comfortable chairs.

Die Gegend rund um das Hotel ist nicht besonders attraktiv. Man benötigt ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß um in das Altstadt Viertel zu gelangen. Wir sind nie mit den Öffis gefahren. Bei uns leider am Fuß-Weg dorthin viel Schmutz, Obdachlose,…

La habitación era enana. La ducha estaba rota ya que perdía agua por dos sitios echando agua a perder. La piscina es ridícula y el spa es un simple jacuzzi porque la sauna no funcionaba. El gimnasio tenía una máquina precintada. A todo esto, el precio de 198,00€/noche no corresponde con la calidad de nuestra estancia aunque sólo fuera para una noche.

Pool, staff in restaurant were lovely.Room was clean and had adaptor connectors already there for more charging..room was spacious and l love the choice of a bath or shower, mini fridge and safe also.A fabulous hotel and l wud stay there again as the prices are good compared to town centre.

It's 15 to 20 mins walk to center .As a solo traveller l was very conscious that l had to be back to hotel earlier than normal. More fish salads options and sandwiches would be nice on menu..Pool a little small and deck chairs were a disaster to get out of if you , so they should be changed.More umbrellas also as it gets very hot in the afternoon.

I want to say that the hotel is clean. Platja Postiguet was one of the nearest beaches, 25 minutes walk...

Bad reception during breakfast. Noone explained us what can we avail here, there is cofe machine and how do use it. Couldn find a member of staff untill amother guest explaind me about a cofee machene and also she said that she had the sane issue yesterday. Unfriendliness of the staff. When we requested extra item for our bathroom to be brought, we were told to go to the reception to handle it. One member of the accommodation staff, probable of Vietnamese nationality,(we stayed at room 606) was very rude and he even raised his voice over me! He said excuse me at the very end though. We ask for a toilet brush at the reception also but they ignored our request. That is the first point. The second point: when we went down for breakfast in the morning, we were not informed about where things were—where the coffee machine was, how we could sit—we were not shown to a table. That was also not very pleasant. The third point: in the evening, when we asked at the reception to call a taxi, since we were going to a restaurant, we were told that the taxi would arrive in 5 to 10 minutes. We waited 25 minutes. I went back to the reception, and I was told that your request was declined by the taxi driver. I asked why they hadn’t informed me and made a new request. This was ignored. Subsequently, they called again and started telling me that I could call the taxi myself. I explained that myphone does not receive calls in Spain on some technical reason, as there are some issues, so I asked them to call the taxi. The second guy who was at the reception was quite rude—not exactly rude, but rather impolite—and he started asking me for a number. I didn’t understand which numbe, phone No or Room No. In the end, they mixed up the room number and called a taxi for the wrong room. We waited again; this was also an issue. Luckily, a taxi driver came, and he clarified our order. Thus, we got there.

Hotel de alta categoría, limpio y muy cómodo. Con piscina en el ático (aunque no es muy grande) y con ubicación muy cerca de la playa y del centro

Me gusto la atencion del staff. Me ayudaron en varios ocasiones con taxis y informacion local. Mi habitacion era muy tranquila. La locacion a unos 10 min andando al estacion del tren estaba perfecta. Me gusto su jacuzzi con ventanas para ver el mar y su piscina en el tejado. El desayuno estaba completo y cenabamos ligera en el bar mirando el mundial de futbol.

Hotel is close to airport 15 mins in a taxi upon arrival staff were polite & helpful the whole hotel has air conditioning & is much needed with temperature in mid 30's the food & drink are good & swimming pool & bar area are great can't see why some are moaning about the pool size not every hotel has one in Alicante.The marina & town centre are 15 mins walk away with plenty of restaurants in this beautiful city the room cleaning is done to a top standard & we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the surrounding area and access local attractions. A particular highlight was the breakfast buffet, which offered a fantastic variety of fresh and delicious options to suit all tastes. Overall, a great hotel that we would happily recommend and look forward to visiting again.

En general todo. Limpieza correcta, perfectamente climatizado y tranquilo.

El baño de la habitación necesitaría una actualización ya que las bañeras no son prácticas en este tipo de estancias.

Ok hotel (comfy beds) but no sunbeds by the pool only deckchairs so incredibly uncomfortable. Guests resorted to lying on the decking on towels! Also pool not open until 10am.

We enjoyed the Spacious room with a comfortable king sized bed. We liked the cold water upon arrival and the delicious breakfast with gluten free bread!

No olía muy bien la habitación, y habían moscas cuando entramos. Nuestra ventana daba a un pasillo que te veía la gente. No podías tener la ventana abierta y no entraba la luz. La piscina es muy pequeña.

Pool, lovely but too small. Milk at breakfast was warm, would be nice to have cold milk on cereal. Almost impossible to get a cup of tea. Hot water dribbled out of the nespresso machine and took forever and cups were tiny. One rude member of staff (cleaner)

Lovely Hotel , room was clean and great facilities. Shame the Pool was not open till 10AM and only chairs (no sunbeds to lay on.) I also had the breakfast which i felt let the hotel down, No Omelettes offered, Felt it lacked a lot of hot food. Requested a late checkout which was not available but no shower room offered either.

The view from the room are non existent just looking at opposite buildings. The pool is very small I think 10 by 4 meters what makes it to small for the amount of guests.

Incredible customer service from Erika and the team. Honestly one of the best experiences i've had from hotel staff. Great food, quick room service, fully serviced gym equipment and an all round good vibe in the hotel. Recommended especially if you value great hotel staff.

Très bon emplacement, pas loin de l'avenue principale avec tout ses magasins. A env. 15 min à pied du port, Hôtel très propres, super petit-déjeuner, personnel très aimable et au petit soin.

Nice roof top pool and bar area to relax, decent location as long as you don't mind a good 20-25 minute walk in the Alicante heat to reach the main tourist areas - beach, marina, bars/restaurants etc...

The staff could have been a little more welcoming around around the lobby and downstairs bar / restaurant areas
