Reviewed Sep 14, 2026O quarto programado estava com o problema no banheiro, e como não podiam resolver por ser domingo, queriam que ficássemos nessa situação ate na segunda. Estávamos em três pessoas, um casal e um filho adulto, e somente depois de muita insistência nos deram um quarto de casal e nosso filho ficou no anterior nas condições que estava. Na segunda fizeram um reparo e nos obrigaram a retornar ao cômodo, mas vimos que ficou precário, como só tínhamos mais uma noite, tivemos que aceitar. Não recomendo.

Emme jääneet huoneeseen vaan jouduimme etsimään uuden hotellin myöhään illalla. Maksoin 3 yön hotellimajoittumisesta, jota en pystynyt koskaan käyttämään. En ole saanut rahojani takaisin.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Location is amazing. 4 minutes walk in either direction to two handy underground stations. 5 minutes walk to the beautiful Palmengarten. Small supermarket 5 min walk away. And a lot of different restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes. A leafy quiet neighbourhood only 2 stops from the inner city. A great base for our brief stay in Frankfurt. A small detail but I love the extra magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Very useful for doing make up etc.
Like most European hotels you get one duvet for the bed. In hot weather this can be uncomfortable if you dont like sleeping in aircon.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026This is a nice hotel in the pleasant Westend of Frankfurt. Great staff and close to the Palmengarten, Senckenberg Museum and the University.
The street outside (Bockenheimer Landstrasse) has been dug up by the city for some utility work, so access is only in one direction (Einbahnstrasse) at the moment. The works seems to have been going on for a long time, according to locals. Of course, this isn't a problem with the hotel, just the local government.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Die lage ist günstig, wenn man das Senckenberg-Museum oder den Palmengarten besuchen möchte. Das Frühstück war vielseitig. Die Klimaanlage war sehr hilfreich bei der Hitze und konnte individuell gut geregelt werden.
Die Kompetenz des Personals war sehr unterschiedlich. Insbesondere an der Rezeption gab es sehr freundliches und kompetentes Personal - aber es gab auch Situationen, in denen die Rezeption mehr als 20 min nicht besetzt war. Hier gab es auch Probleme mit der Kommunikation bei einer anderen Person, die sich nicht deutsch und nur sehr eingeschränkt auf englisch verständigen konnte. Auch im Frühstücksraum gab es z. T. sehr kompetentes Personal - aber auch einen Tag, an dem über einen langen Zeitraum niemand da war . Während des gesamten Aufenthalts gab es massive Einschränkungen durch Baulärm unmittelbar vor dem Hotel.

Purtroppo davanti all'hotel c'erano lavori. Avevo una camera che dava sulla strada e alle 6.30 del mattino sono stata svegliata dal camion che scaricava materiale. Se vi capita di andare in questo periodo chiedete una camera che affaccia sul cortile interno.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Great stay, the staff was very nice and flexible as we had booked space for 5 but they were able to adjust for a 6th person on the fly. We were able to check in a early as one of the two rooms was ready. The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Check-out at 12 was also nice. The rooms had AC which worked well. Great location with short walk to 2 different metro stops.
The other room we rented (2-person room) had a bit of a foul smell. The other room we booked smelled very good. The rooms had a wall-to-wall carpet and seems that sometimes they can catch a certain smell. It did not bother me too much but other people were more sensitive to it. There is also no parking possibility, although the staff was able to help finding a parking place nearby.

Das Zimmer ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat eine eher ungewöhnliche, für mich ungemütliche, Einrichtung: goldenes Metallbett, Glastisch, Plexiglasstuhl. Es ist nicht so perfekt aufgeräumt, wie man es von großen - auch günstigen - Hotelketten kennt. Im Bad waren mehrere Defekte, die dem Personal beim Saubermachen nicht entgangen sein können: z.B. konnte die Duschbrause nicht befestigt werden, so dass man die Brause die ganze Zeit in der Hand halten muss. Der Schminkspiegel hängt unnötigerweise hinter dem WC, so dass man ihn eigentlich nicht nutzen kann. Eigentlich nur Kleinigkeiten, aber halt unnötige.

Ben kahvaltı almadım o yüzden onun hakkında bir şey söyleyemeyeceğim. ulaşım noktasında da hiç zorlanmadım hem yürüyerek hem de metro ile ulaşım kolay.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Das Hotel befindet sich in einem älteren, sehr schönen Gebäude in guter Umgebung mit einem eleganten Eingangsbereich. In der Nähe befinden sich u.a. ein Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, eine Apotheke, mehrere Cafes und Restaurants und der Frankfurter Palmengarten. Zur U-Bahn Station "Westend" sind es 2 Minuten, zur U-Bahn Station und Tram Nr. 16 Haltepunkt "Bockenheimer Warte" fußläufig ca. 12 Minuten und zur Innenstadt (Alte Oper) ca. 1 km. Unser "Doppelzimmer Superior" befand sich - wie von uns gewünscht - im 1. Obergeschoss, war wie beschrieben sehr groß (ca. 34 qm) und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zudem hatten wir einen Balkon. Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Der Frühstücksraum befindet sich leider im Untergeschoss. Wir haben deshalb kein Frühstück gebucht.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Unser Zimmer war schön, gross, komfortabel und sauber. Die Lage ist super, man kann zu Fuss ins Zentrum, auch die Metro ist nahe und man ist gleich beim Bahnhof. Der Park Palmengarten nebenan ist sehr schön. Am Empfang war das Personal freundlich. Nur das Frühstück war keine sehr positive Erfahrung, die Bedienung war unfreundlich und schon 45min vor Schluss wurde vieles nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Aber gesamthaft bleibt die Bewertung durchaus positiv, wir werden einfach nicht mehr dort frühstücken.

Old hotel. From the outside it looks great, inside it just feels...old. If you are nostalgic of '80s style moquettes and velvet, you will find plenty. There were plenty of flyies enjoying the orange juice dispenser at breakfast.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Nous avons eu une chambre au premier étage (18). Elle était èparticulièrement spacieuse et avait un très agréable balcon. Il n'y a eu aucun bruit pendant les nuits et le personnel d'une manière générale était très agréable.

Reviewed May 30, 2026Die Lage, die Einrichtung, ordentlich sauber. Alles da, was für Übernachtung benötigt wird.
Wenn man bei Ruhe schlafen möchte, dann könnte ein Zimmer zur Straße raus hinderlich sein. Für mich aber in Ordnung.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Ich komme immer wieder gern in dieses Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und im Vorfeld schon sehr gut zu erreichen. Für mich besonders wichtig, ein Pkw-Stellplatz verlässlich direkt am Haus.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Zimmer zur Straße war trotzdem sehr leise. Die Lage ist sehr gut zur Autobahn und zur U-Bahn. Bett im Einzelzimmer schmal aber bequem.
Parkplatz für 20 Euro pro Nacht teuer,aber alternativlos in der Gegend. Zimmer hat sich nur zum schlafen geeignet, aufhalten kann man sich nicht darin,dafür ist es zu klein. Einen Morgen gab es maximal lauwarmes Wasser.

Reviewed May 22, 2026Para ir al centro de congresos donde se celebra la feria IMEX, esta muy bien ubicado a unos 15 minutos caminando , no hay mucha cosa cerce de tiendas ni de restaurantes ya que esta situado como en un barrio residencial, el desayuno del hotel es variado y con gran variedad de alimentos, la cama y los almohadones normal, el baño si que esta nuevo totalmente y muy amplio tanto la habitación como el baño
La decoloración de la habitación muy antigua y la llave de la habitación que es de las antiguas y ocupa mucho espacio, y que había obras y el ruido enseguida te despertaba por la mañana
