Vormieter hat offenbar geraucht, der Gestank war nach zwei Tagen immer noch nicht weg - aber dafür konnte das Hotel nichts.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026A localização é excelente: em 11 minutos à pé você chega da estação central ou em uma parada do metrô. Acesso ao centro histórico é fácil. Café da manhã farto e saboroso. Equipe gentil e cordial. Quarto espaçoso. Em setembro o clima está ameno e ar condicionado não foi necessário, talvez no verão teria feito falta.

Dachschrägen: Dusche war nur 1,20m hoch. Wärme hat sich im Raum gestaut. Es konnte nur ein Fenster mit Verriegelung geöffnet werden. Als alleinreisende Frau habe ich mich nicht getraut das Dachfenster ohne Riegel zu öffnen. Die Nacht war deshalb sehr warm (ca. 27-32 Grad).

Very convenient to walk to many Frankfurt eateries and attractions. Comfortable bed and clean, well-appointed bathroom with consistent water pressure and temperature.
Bit musty in the room, small room humidifier/fan not up to the challenge of Europe's new 40º summers, and bizarre choice of an end table placed in the middle of the room that you will inevitably slam your shin on when you try and get up to use the toilet in the middle of the night.

Cleaning was not the best, once I‘ve got towels with stains. The „communication“ (towels on the rack, I‘ll reuse them) was not understood and towels were changed every day. The ventilator in the bathroom was not working. The flush was leaking water. The general impression is that the hotel was once on the top, but the maintenance is not done anymore.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2026Gutes Frühstück mit viel Auswahl. Von Kuchen bis Pancakes war alles dabei. Es gab auch herzhaftes im Buffet. Apfel- oder Orangensaft, sowie Tees und ein Kaffeevollautomat standen zur Verfügung. Die Ausstattung war wie beschrieben, also voll in Ordnung.
Die Betten hatten Rollen die nicht blockierbar waren. Der Weg zur Haltestelle war relativ weit für kurzfristige Unternehmungen.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026La colazione è fantastica, hai una scelta ristretta ma al contempo variegata: spazi dal salato con alternative che vanno dell'insalata alle uova strapazzate, yogurt ra condire con vari semi e frutta secca, pancake e torte. Un po' per tutti i gusti. Molto comoda anche la posizione dell'hotel che rimane a 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata metro che porta in centro, in alternativa si hanno vicino anche i tram e i bus che collegano bene la città.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Хороший готел для дослідження Франкфурту - в пішій доступності центр міста і вокзал, ми не користувались жодим транспортом. Також поруч оранжерея і є непогані заклади поруч. Район дуже тихий і чистий, а от шумоізоляція в готелі трохи страджає - хоча особисто наш відпочинок це не портило. Номери чисті, сучасні , без кондиціонерів, але з потужними вентиляторами - ми були у спеку в +33, але було достатньо комфортно. Весь персонал, з яким двелось спілкуватись - на стійці реєстрації та в кафетерії був дуже привітним та пропонував допомогу. Сніданок такж хороший - скромний вибір, але всього вистачає і все що ми їли було смачно. + дякую за довгі години сніданку.
Можна трохи покращити шумоізоляцію, але це не критично

die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption kannte sich nicht aus und hat uns gesagt, dass unser Zimmer im EG ist. Wir hatten einen großen Koffer und nach dem Versuch, unser Zimmer im EG zu finden, haben wir herausgefunden, dass sich das Zimmer tatsächlich im UG befindet, wo der Aufzug nicht hingehen kann.

This time, we were truly disappointed with this hotel. At breakfast, I asked for yogurt. When I asked for another one, I was told they had run out. We chose this hotel for our family vacation with our five children because breakfast was included and was an important reason for our choice. They had entire kitchen only one yogurt for breakfast. We are extremely disappointed. The experience was terrible. The attitude of the kitchen staff was especially unacceptable and very unfriendly.

Das Zimmer war um den Aufzug herum gebaut und hatte nur ein kleines Fenster, lüften war daher schwierig. Es waren konstant 30 Grad im Zimmer (draußen war es schon wieder kühler), Ventilator hat nicht geholfen. Zusätzlich hat die Dusche nicht funktioniert.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Parken ist mit Glück kostenfrei vor der Türe möglich. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist aus meiner Sicht prima.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026The hotel is well located, close to the train station. Room had every thing we needed for one night stay. Personnel was very friendly and breakfast was good.
There were watter bottles in the room that were not for free. The hot water in the shower was tricky to set. The coffee machine in the breakfast room was not properly working.

Klospülung defekt im zimmer. Keine lösung, kein anderes zimmer bekommen, kein preisnachlass obwohl nach dem Aufenthalt an der rezeption darüber gesprochen wurde und ich eine email auch noch nachgesendet habe.

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Uns hat alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, alles war wirklich super. Besonders die Frühstücke waren ausgezeichnet – sehr lecker und mit guter Auswahl. Ein großes Dankeschön auch an das Personal im Frühstücksraum, dort war der Service ebenfalls einfach hervorragend. Wir haben bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet und werden auch in Zukunft, wenn wir in Frankfurt sind, sehr gerne wieder hier ein Zimmer buchen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Reviewed Jul 7, 2026Super, zentral gelegen. 3 min. bis zu U-Bahn. Frühstück sehr lecker und reichlich. Zimmer etwas klein, aber zweckmäßig und sauber. Parkplatzsituation eher schwierig. Für einen kurzen WE-Trip zu empfehlen, kommen gerne wieder.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Posizione ottima non molto lontano dal centro raggiungibile volendo anche a piedi ma più comodamente con la U-Bahn (U4) dalla vicina fermata (Festhalle Messe ).Una sola fermata e si è già alla stazione centrale (Haupthbanhof) e alla seconda già in centro a Will brand Platz.
Voglio pensare che i tedeschi non si sarebbero mai aspettato un caldo infernale come la scorsa settimana e quindi non preparati a fronteggiare temperature elevate.Però sarebbe stato certamente più efficace un condizionatore piuttosto che un semplice ventilatore di cui la camera era dotata che oltre al rumore non riusciva adeguatamente a rinfrescare la stanza.

Podstawowym problemem był brak klimatyzacji w pokoju, co przy temperaturze ok. 40°C na dworze nie dawało pożądanego wytchnienia.
