Provider-sourced guest reviews.
Nice hotel in center of everything. Love the touch with the record players in the room and free records in the lobby to bring upstairs.
Needed AC to pump a bit stronger.
Great location
The bed was comfortable
The rooms were dirty and very small. The record players didn’t work
Great location. Nice old hotel.
I thought it was a little pricey.
Staff and lobby area were exceptional. More expensive than other options, but worth the price.
Parking can be challenging.
Liked the location, the live music in the downstairs bar, the instrument and vinyl loan scheme.
Nothing
Loved the location, the hotel was beautiful and clean and had a wonderful atmosphere.
The shower was flooding the bathroom everyday we had to use several towels each day to avoid this, I believe it’s a design fault? The shower curtains are short and do not stop the water from coming out of the shower.
Walking distant to shops and restaurants
Excellent location.
On arrival we had to request all new towels as they were all badly stained yellow and brown. Bed was not comfortable which caused back ache. Ridiculously noisy AC - had to turn it off. Accessible bathroom flooded completely as shower was extremely powerful and curtain did not completely cover the seating area. This was very dangerous as I have mobility issues and floor became very slippery.
Loved being able to walk around downtown, comfy room and great restaurant.
Lovely hotel, super friendly staff, fantastic location
Great location in Old Town. Nice hotel. Expensive, but not many quality options in Fort Collins - this is the best.
You must pay for parking with the vagrants in parking garage. They are usually there.
Location was good.
Very pricey for what is was but we needed a two bed room and this was the only option. Parking was difficult with luggage.
The bathroom was not clean. Someone's pill was on the floor and the corners of the bathroom had hair and were dirty.
I wanted a bathtub.. we had a shower.
The room was lovely, the bedding crisp and comfortable. Location of breakfast downstairs was convenient.
Breakfast at the Emporium was disappointing. Service was very slow and unresponsive until we complained. People who came in after us were served quickly. When the food came out though, food was okay.
The entire hotel is very pretty, charming, incredibly clean, and the service felt highly personalized. My absolute favorite feature was the record player in the guest room. It’s such a cool, unique touch, and I loved that you could go down to the lobby and rent vinyl records for free. It made the room feel so much more cozy and customized to my taste. The location is also unbeatable. Absolutely everything is within walking distance, making it so easy to get around and explore. Plus, the onsite restaurant was fantastic
My only minor critique would be the bath towels. While they looked great, perfectly white, and completely stain-free, some of them had a bit of a funny smell. It wasn't a dirty scent, but rather like they had been sitting in an old closet for too long, like musty.
Great service; good food.
Coffee was bland.
Location. Stylish.
Expensive. Additional paid parking should be included at this price. Homeless people in the parking garage. Parking garage gates / key card not working. Call box call to desk not answered.
Close to the action. Record player was fun
Love that you can borrow guitars and albums to take back to the room!
A little pricy
The location and the turntables.
The records were shite as my partner said.
Creative decor, friendly staff
Nothing
It was a clean, well kept, and unique facility
Parking was a slight difficulty
Location
Car parking was insufficient - even paid parking was limited ( poorly planned) Also staff told us no water is available because they hadn’t restocked! Poor management !
Clean and lovely decor
Really great restaurant! Pretty good wine list.
The gentleman who checked us in was warm and friendly. The room was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The room service was excellent and the coffee and muffins were fantastic. We wish we could have stayed longer, but we intend to come back and stay again.

Beautiful Hotel, Amazing restaurant and rooftop bar. This is so close to walking distance of everything in Old Town Fort Collins.
Location and amenities
Could not access the rooftop terrace.
We liked the location in Old Town.
The price for parking was exorbitant compared to the public parking, particularly since we checked in on a free day in the public garage and were charge $23 to park that day in the hotel area. The price for most things at the hotel exceeds the average for Ft Collins without necessarily improving on quality. Ft Collins is not a great destination deserving of premium hotel rates. We would not have stayed at The Elizabeth on their regular rates, but booked on a promo rate that happened to coincide with our visit.
The staff was helpful and it was perfect location. We got upgraded to a bigger room which was so helpful with a toddler.
Overall the place was great!
We really loved our hotel room. Room service was great. We loved the bar and everything was perfect on Christmas Eve
We were never told when we checked in that if we wanted to have brunch the next day we would have to have a reservation. So after we paid $380 for the room and fees and our amenities we went to the restaurant, we were told they could not accommodate us. It was unfortunate because it didn't look completely filled and we spoke to several people including the front desk and continued to be turned away. My significant other who's in the service industry worked late on Christmas Eve not turning people away so this really did not sit well with him . However eventually we were accommodated and the staff was very nice. The brunch for two people with drinks and tip was $250. Even though everything was delicious unfortunately it really ruined my significant other's time on Christmas Day. I didn't realize at the time he was as upset as he was so since he's mentioned it a few times since then I thought I would let you know that it was unfortunate and it definitely ruined his experience. We live close so to me I could have gone home and made an omelette but it really did seem to matter to him. The idea was even though we live in Firehouse alley that we would come there to have a special evening and day and in his mind that didn't happen.
Everything fabulous and the restaurant was outstanding
Loved the location
No valet
Cool personality to the hotel. Comfortable beds. Good shower and didn’t hear anyone else. Close to lots of shops and restaurants.
Kind of expensive.

centrally located
I was genuinely surprised by how poor the stay was given the hotel’s high ratings. Our first room had a severely worn-out mattress that sagged in the middle, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. After reporting it, we were moved to another room with the same issue. The final “solution” was relocating us to a less desirable room right next to a loud elevator because its mattress was supposedly less used. Staff even acknowledged that the hotel is overdue to replace all of its mattresses. On top of that, every room we stayed in had an incredibly loud HVAC unit positioned right beside the bed—more like what you'd expect in a budget motel, not a higher-end property. It's unfortunate, because the building itself is beautiful and the location is excellent. After four sleepless nights, we’ll be choosing a different hotel next time.
We were very impressed with your front desk staff being so professional and courteous. We were not aware of the records for borrowing and were pleasantly surprised to learn about this. We played several records and enjoyed them greatly! The only thing is that the selection of artists was surprisingly limited-please have a look at your inventory and add more artists. The room was spectacular-loved the windows and curtains, the bathroom, and nice touches like real glass glasses!! Thank you for the wonderful experience!
record selection
The hotel is clean and close to downtown. Excellent restaurant and lounge.
A free coffee station was set up right at the elevators every morning, with grab and go cups. Very nice!
All of the music tied in. Rooms are great.
I loved the property
Absolutely wonderful
Very friendly, responsive staff. Clean, comfortable facilities, located in the heart of old town Fort Collins. We had an issue with a slow draining sink, and it was immediately taken care of when we alerted the hotel staff.
In the morning, besides the complementary coffee, it would be nice to offer hot water and tea bags for those who don't drink coffee.
Very clean. Nice bedding and amenities. Nice atmosphere.
Very well appointed hotel with comfortable rooms and nice decor. Very cool music theme with record players in the rooms and vinyl in the lobby that you can bring up to the room and listen to.
Staff was hard to reach after checkout, but did eventually fix a minor billing issue we had.
The hotel was excellent! Room very nice, clean & spacious. We tried all 3 bars on site & ate breakfast & dinner at The Emporium. We were extremely pleased with our whole experience!
Amazing location. Can’t beat it.
The location is prime. We have stayed here a few times and we enjoy all the amenities, comfort and aesthetics. The staff is friendly and welcoming. There is on-site live music a few nights a week, a generous indoor bar with a broad patio outside, as well as varied and cozy seating inside.
The location of this hotel is amazing. So close to everything downtown fort colins. Also, having record players in the room, that’s cool.
The AC unit in the room is very loud. As a light sleeper, that was not fun to have.
The hotel staff is very accommodating the best that I’ve ever encountered. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. The restaurants, entertainment, and fitness room provided outstanding service. There were a few things that I found surprising for a hotel of this price point. In the first room that I was given, the closet door was not operable. I was immediately given another room, which I appreciate it very much. In the second room, the outlets next to the beds to plug chargers in were too loose, and I had to charge my phone elsewhere in the room. It was very difficult to figure out how to turn on the bedside lamps. One of the lampshades where the seam is was ripped open. The closet design did not work for a short person. It’s about 2 feet square running from floor to ceiling and contained shelves, one of which holds the iron and mini ironing board. there were two rods, one at the very top which was just about at the ceiling and there was absolutely no way I could reach that. This rod had a long enough area in which to hang shirts and jackets and so forth.. the lower rod was in a space that’s only tall enough for baby clothes. I’m only 5 foot two and my shirts had one third laying on the shelf below it so I used the hook by the door that was meant for coats to hang my things.
The hotel was just amazing! The lobby area and other public spaces on the first floor are beautifully designed and comfortable. We loved our room! It has everything you need for a great stay. The hotel restaurant was wonderful as well. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts and dinners here. The staff were super helpful and very nice! Overall a really fun place in a great location.
Perfect place to stay for your Old Town Colorado adventure!
Great location in downtown Ft. Collins. Everything you want is walkable. Unique hotel.
Very wonderful place to stay
Good vibe. Nice decor, friendly and helpful staff, live music in the bar, comfortable bed. Loved the music theme - every room had a Victrola and there were countless vinyl records to take up to your room to play. Even guitars to sign out! After arriving in the early evening, a spring outside on the roof deck at The Sunset Lounge to watch the sun set over the foothills and town was a great way to start our stay in FoCo!
Liked almost everything. Some rooms have a view looking out over the parking garage, so ask for a different siding that matters to you. The second floor courtyard patio seemed great but wasn’t very practical - padded furniture is not protected from rain so stayed wet, and the wet floor was slippery. We tried to use it on a sunny morning but there was loud construction at street level directly below. Those are minor complaints!

Very comfortable beds! Friendly staff
Great location. Clean
The staff were welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean and gorgeous. It was comfortable.
We were visiting for two days while moving our daughter into CSU. The hotel was very welcoming for any & all RAMS! The staff was very understanding of the extra cars & luggage. The Sunset Bar on the 5th floor was PERFECT and our bartender made outstanding cocktails as well as played Pokemon GO!
Great stay, record players and vinyl collection were a nice bonus!
