Great all inclusive family hotel. The kids loved it and were free to roam the safe complex and we had some time to relax.

Dear Ikos Andalusia Team, As our wonderful holiday has come to an end, we would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to everyone who made our stay so truly exceptional. Thank you for your outstanding hospitality, genuine care, and constant willingness to help. We are especially grateful for all the support and kindness you showed when my wife’s luggage was delayed. Your assistance during that stressful time meant a great deal to our family. Thank you as well for the beautiful surprise of the champagne celebrating our 15th wedding anniversary. It was a thoughtful gesture that made this special occasion even more memorable. We would also like to thank all of your restaurant teams for the outstanding culinary experiences. Every meal was beautifully prepared, and every restaurant exceeded our expectations. Throughout the resort, every member of staff was friendly, professional, dedicated, and always smiling despite the very high summer temperatures. Their warmth and commitment made us feel truly welcome. Thank you for the beautiful room with its stunning sea view. It made our holiday even more relaxing and unforgettable. We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the entire VIP Relations Team and the entire Guest Relations Team, with special thanks to Yiota for the exceptional care and attention we received. A very special thank you also goes to the entire Beach Club Restaurant team, where we truly felt at home every single day. Their kindness, attentiveness, and warm atmosphere made this restaurant one of the highlights of our stay. We are also deeply grateful to the housekeeping team, especially Miriam, whose excellent work and kindness were greatly appreciated throughout our stay. Finally, we would like to thank the Security Team for their professionalism and presence, which made us feel safe and comfortable at all times. Next year we are planning to visit Ikos Crete, but we are certain that we will return to Ikos Andalusia again in the future. This resort has given our family memories that we will treasure for many years. Thank you once again for everything. Please share our gratitude with everyone who contributed to making our stay so special. With our warmest regards, Andrzej Żebrowski and Family
We loved it. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff and it made it the easiest family holiday we’ve had. Our girls are nearly 2 and nearly 4 and they loved it. We loved the flexibility of being able to order food to the room and took advantage for breakfast as well as dinner once. We had milk delivered to our mini bar daily for our little one. Our kids loved the pools, the kids club and the shows. The variety was great. And we appreciate the chilled drinks for the parents while we watch the shows. The quality and variety of food was fabulous. The staff were fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble. The one thing I’d change is I think they need to construct shade over the kids playground. Not only was it in full sun but the equipment has metal rivets and slides and is literally too hot to touch so we couldn’t use it. Would have been great if it was in the shade.
Great week in June , first time at an Ikos ( unusual when talking to people ) Only booked a couple of weeks before so not much choice in rooms , not much outlook but room ok , spotless . Great service and food , poor meal at ouzo but everything else was good . Highlight were lunches at Chiringuito …. Every day ! The food and service were wonderful especially the fish and Darco (?) friendly nothing too much trouble . We will definitely go back to Ikos
This was our fourth stay at Ikos and once again it exceeded every expectation. The price is a big consideration, but for me there are three reasons why it’s worth every penny. 1. The people The biggest difference at Ikos is the staff. There is a genuine warmth and authenticity about everyone who works there. A special mention has to go to Anita in Guest Relations. She went out of her way to find us a room close to the pool, which was perfect. This year my teenage daughter wanted a little more independence around the resort, and Anita found the ideal balance - close enough for me to have peace of mind while still giving my daughter some freedom. I arrived feeling exhausted after a really difficult year. I never mentioned that to Anita, but somehow she seemed to sense it. Throughout our stay she checked in to make sure everything was going well. It was such a thoughtful thing to do and I genuinely felt emotional when it was time to leave. Every member of staff deserves recognition. Sofia in the restaurant remembered us from a previous stay and helped us choose wine each evening. Andrea always welcomed us with a smile at breakfast. The housekeeping team kept our room immaculate, and the pool staff worked tirelessly in the heat while always being friendly and cheerful. 2. All-inclusive really means all-inclusive Everything genuinely is included - the minibar, premium drinks, restaurants, many sports and activities, airport transfers and more. We had a late flight home and, instead of our holiday ending at checkout, we were encouraged to carry on enjoying the resort. We had lunch, drinks and snacks, used the pool and were given a courtesy room before we left. It’s those little touches that make such a difference. 3. The quality The accommodation is beautiful and exceptionally well looked after. The rooms, pool areas and attention to detail are all outstanding. Everything feels luxurious but not pretentious in any way. We’re already talking about coming back. I’ll be starting to save for next year because, honestly, I don’t want to holiday anywhere else.
It’s really difficult to find a mix of a luxury hotel with family friendly facilities but this hotel gets it spot on. Restaurants - really good quality food with a menu (or buffet options) suitable for our 15 month old. Clean high chairs with attached tray table (which I find difficult to find when I’m out). Swimming - plenty of pools. Some secluded adults only pools which would have suited us pre-baby and a fantastic family pool, shallow pool suitable for toddler and splash pad that our toddler loved. Beach - not the nicest beach to be honest but perfectly fine for building a few sand castles with our toddler. Park - little park which our toddler liked. I also noticed well kept tennis and football courts. Room - we had a room with a separate bedroom which was ideal for putting toddler to bed but without us needing to also go to bed. Room was massive and very clean. Only slight niggle was that the travel cot had quite loose sheets and our toddler would wake up wrapped in them which might be a bigger problem for a younger baby. Entertainment- we only briefly watched some of the children’s entertainment in the evening but this seemed very good. Hotel transfers - we booked hotel directly with Ikos so qualified for courtesy hotel transfers. Really smart mini bus with table, bottles of water and car seat for our toddler took us to the hotel. Staff were also extremely helpful at every interaction, including before arriving when I had emailed asking some questions and asking for help with restaurant reservations. Well worth the money and we hope to return soon.
Loved it. Would return and I would recommend. We were a 3 generation family. Aged between 15 and 72. We will all return. Party of 7 1. Staff great. Josh, Niamh. Both deluxe were my favourites. 2. Room excellent. 3. Storage and hanger quantity. The best. 4. Checkin and transfer. Fantastic. 5. Food. V. Good. 6. English tv Amazing 7. Showing World Cup games. Great. 8. Food excellent. 9. Car hire excellent. 10. Spa loved. 11. Golf. Hubbie was very impressed. 12. Pools amazing. 13. Sea beautiful. ( beach not great but as expected based on geography of the coast). 14. Table tennis table. Loved by the men in our family. Who had daily tournaments. They had it all to themselves. Nobody else seemed to use it. Plenty of room for a bench or a chair. Which would have been perfect for my mum as she loved to watch and cheer on her grandson. What a shame no lights. Once it got dark they had to stop. Get another table. Add some lights. Put a bench in the area. You’ll find it will be used a lot and really make people happy. 15. Standard of food at Seasons. Incredible. Quality is the best. A few areas for improvement. 1. This is probably my biggest bug. Deluxe pool room. Pool outside patio area wasn’t cleaned once all week. When we arrived. Beds were neatly aligned. Towels rolled up. It looked like a brochure. My son spilt a drink. Not hosed down all week. I watched the ants were the stain was the next day. (I cleaned it with pool water). New Towels just put on outside table - folded. Not nicely rolled. It would have been so nice if somebody had given it a refresh everyday. We had a similar room type in Turkey last year. Every day when room cleaned so was the outside area. 2. Bar staff who came to our pool offering drinks were amazing. It was only on the last day 2 of our party ventured to the deluxe pool. We felt we had missed out. I was offered a sunglass clean and donuts. And fruit. It would have been nice to get these at our pool. 3. In the Caribbean at 5* we have been offered cold towels at the pool. This would have been a nice touch. 4. Pool towels seemed a little tired. 5. 3 people in the room. Only 2 bathrobes provided. Had to ask for a 3rd. Preempting a customer having to ask would be an improvement. 6. On the last day my husband asked via room service for a pot of English tea. It’s his thing. Yes he could have made a cup in the room. But he wanted a nice pot. After 50 min. Nothing. Room phone rang deluxe concierge asking how everything was going. I explained all good and I mentioned tea. He said don’t worry I will chase. Would you like anything else. I said yes actually could I have a pot of green tea. And could we have a toberone. I just fancied a bit of chocolate with my tea. 15 min later a knock on the door. I was given a box of green tea bags and 5 bars of toberone. Another phone call to chase. 1 pot of tea arrives. Another phone call to chase another pot of tea and a pot of green tea arrives. Approx 1.5hrs after our first call. Mistakes happen. But a bit annoying. 7. Wine tasting. Loved it. Really interesting. They served some amazing dark chocolate. I asked concierge in the lobby if it was possible to get some sent to our room. As my husband who spent most of the week on work calls and didn’t make the wine tasting would love some sent to our room. I was told no. Not important. But if you had sent us some it would have taken very little effort and would have been an ikos wow moment. 8. No lunch restaurants serve a burger. One day 2 of the men in our party just felt like a burger. We were all seated at the Beach club. I asked if it would be possible to order one from somewhere. I was told no. They were only served at the pool. 4 yrs ago at Oceania I was at ouzo having lunch. I looked at the menu and casually mentioned to my husband what a shame they didn’t do that amazing dessert we’d had the day before in the beach club. 10 min later a waitress who overheard me delivered the dessert to me. She’d taken it upon herself to go and get my favourite dessert. A true ikos wow moment. What a shame we didn’t get similar service at Andalusia. 9. Other guests. I know this is a hard one for a hotel to manage. But if you advertise a dress code please ask guests to stick to it. Night 1. Anaya. We arrived for dinner at 7pm. All our family nicely dressed for dinner. Couple next to us beach shorts and T-shirts. He wasn’t even wearing shoes. Their Kids still in swimwear. 10. We got bitten quite a bit in Anaya. Asked if waitress had some spray. No which is fine. But maybe having some citronella candles on hand would be a good idea. 11. Anaya. Finger food. Such as duck pancakes. Would be good if you provided water bowls or wipes for sticky hands. 12. We ate out 1 night at Oak restaurant. Food was very good. Allowance was good. Location poor. It’s on a roundabout. Drivers English wasn’t great and we would have been confused about our pick up except one of our party speaks fluent Spanish. Blonde waitress. Very sour. Almost rude. Maybe she was just having a bad day. But service was a sharp contrast to what we’d received inside ikos. We wouldn’t eat out again at an ikos hotel based on this experience. 13. Move the pool table out of the teen room. So teens and dads can enjoy a game together. 14. The very last night we noticed a sign that said Theatre. We decided to follow the sign. To our amazement an amphitheater. We didn’t even realise it existed. The show was great. What a shame we hadn’t noticed before. You need to get the word out verbally. If you got more people to become aware you get a bigger attendance. 15. Main bag. More lighting and seating required. 16. Show World Cup games in amphitheatre. Nobody wants to be in the cramped tiny nightclub with limited seating and viewing. Right I’ve gone on far too long. Loved it. Very happy. A few tiny tweaks and you could really wow me.
My husband and I had the most special honeymoon! The hotel was beautiful, but the staff really made it incredible. I have many food sensitivities and everyone was so accommodating. Specially, Lenka, made sure to help us through every meal with care and intention. She made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. We would highly recommend to anyone! Especially those with food allergies, if you want a really fun and delicious stay!
Great guest experience from the day you arrive to when you leave, Fatima was excellent and looked after us throughout the stay. Athenasia and her team of sommeliers were brilliant and helped with wine choices every night. Lastly to Darko and his team at Chiringuito, enjoyed every lunch and an amazing Dinner by the Sea. All in all and wonderful vacation. Thank you.
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday with my parents who are in their 80’s. We have visited the resort many times before but this time everything was perfect. The moment we arrived we were greeted like royalty by Fatima and Karin Fatima is so professional and calm , Karin was our Deluxe concierge and looked after us so well , her warmth and enthusiasm was amazing, every request was dealt with immediately and we could not have asked for more.Karin checked in on us every day and her smile lit up the day. We used the Deluxecpool every day and the mobility chair was fantastic allowing my disabled father to enter the pool safely and with dignity . A special shout out to Dora , Erica and Josh who made sure we were looked after every day with fresh jugs of iced water and of course fabulous cocktails🍸🥂They are so enthusiastic even when they were so busy and it was hot they always made us feel like we were the only guests. The resort looks amazing , the grounds are stunning , the gardeners do a fantastic job the display of colour is fabulous We used the main bar in the evening after dinner and Ivana was so good to us making sure we had a table and remembering our drinks each evening, she was so lovely to us. My parents used Seasons for breakfast and loved Neve who looked after them so well , very friendly and chatted to them each day. Our favourite restaurant was Provence amazing food and service we went there twice as well loved it so much. We used the pool bar for a snack lunch and again were treated like family, Konstantinos and his team welcomed us at lunch like we were great friends , which we are now! Our suites were immaculate the views were stunning and our housekeeper Montse made sure the suite always looked brand new. I love the fact we had so much space and everything could be put away. The transport to and from the airport was first class thank you Ikos for allowing my parents to travel in a saloon car ensuring their safety and comfort was their priority. We will of course be back!
Glorious resort, high service standards and modern facilities. The restaurants were top notch, and the resort was the perfect size for our 2 year old to wonder around. Our child was at home in the heroes crèche and we had the amazing Fatima babysit one evening - who we were at ease with immediately. Highly recommend!
We have just returned from another stay at Ikos Andalusia, and once again it exceeded all expectations. It is remarkable how the resort continues to evolve, as our previous stays already felt so perfect, yet this visit still managed to surpass them. This was our fourth visit, and everything felt elevated, from the quality of the food and service to the small, thoughtful touches that define the experience here. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth. Under the leadership of the recently promoted Mr Tasos, the tone is clearly set for a level of service that is consistently above and beyond. There is a real sense that nothing is ever too much trouble, and the entire team go out of their way to make guests feel at home. It truly feels like returning somewhere familiar rather than staying in a hotel. On the food and beverage side, Poli runs a truly outstanding operation, and his passion and attention to detail are evident throughout. He has played a key role in taking the quality of the food and service to another level, while also expanding the creativity and range across the restaurants. His recommendations are consistently excellent, and his pride in what is being delivered across the resort is unmistakable. In particular, his addition of the black cod at Anaya (easily on a level with Nobu) and the chateaubriand at Seasons were a real masterstroke, reflecting the continued elevation of the culinary offering. In particular, Poli has helped elevate several standout dishes, including: • Fresco: bucatini alla carbonara, cooked in the traditional way with guanciale • Beach Club: chocolate cookies • Seasons: chateaubriand and crème fraiche cheesecake • Provence: beef tartare and sea bass carpaccio • Anaya: black cod and prawn ravioli • Chiringuito: grilled tuna • Evening “Dinner by the Sea”: scallops and beef ribeye Each reflects the consistency, ambition and attention to detail now being delivered across all restaurants. Athanasia, the Head Sommelier, was exceptional. Her knowledge and passion for wine, along with her recommendations from the ever-expanding Ikos cellar each evening, made every dinner special. It was also wonderful to see her back in full health this year. Her warm and engaging wine tastings were such a highlight that even my son now has an appreciation for rosé , which says everything about the experience she creates. Sonia at Provence was equally outstanding, arranging for the children’s favourite chocolate cookies from the Beach Club to be brought over so we could dine together as a family, a perfect example of the thoughtful touches that make a difference. At Fresco, Antonia impressed with her attention to detail, even remembering a dish I had ordered four days earlier, which made the experience feel genuinely personal. At Seasons, Yegir went the extra mile, After mentioning how much we enjoyed cheesecake, he suggested we try the Basque cheesecake at Olivia and arranged for it to be brought over to Seasons, a simple but unforgettable gesture, and absolutely delicious. Vasia and her team at the Spa were consistently friendly, welcoming and professional, with a beautifully calm atmosphere that enhanced the sense of relaxation. At Chiringuito, Darko’s service and attention to detail were consistently outstanding. Juan also added thoughtful touches such as bringing over a fresh beer just as I was finishing my glass. A simple gesture but with a lasting impression. In the evening, Chiringuito doubles up as a dinner venue by the sea, offering a beautiful beachfront setting as the sun goes down. It is a shame it is not open for an adults-only pre-booked breakfast by the sea, which would be a truly exceptional addition. Meriem, who turned down the beds in the evening, was always smiling, friendly and extremely helpful, adding a lovely personal touch at the end of each day. At the pool bar near the spa, the “pit-stop”, Kostas was excellent, serving the coldest beer in the resort and making it a perfect stop on the way to or from the beach or pool. On the beach, David Adam stood out for his exceptional attitude and constant willingness to help, always saying “I’m here if there’s anything you need,” perfectly reflecting the spirit of the team. At the adults’ pool, Thomas also made a lasting impression. He had a tattoo of a cross on his right arm with an initial, and shared that it was in memory of his father, who sadly passed away when he was only four. He spoke about saving for another tattoo, an angel watching over him in his father’s memory. It was a very touching exchange and a reminder of the warmth, openness and humanity of the team here. The standard of food across all restaurants was even higher than previous visits, with outstanding quality and creativity throughout. Having recently read Unreasonable Hospitality by Will Guidara, it is impossible not to see this philosophy brought to life across the entire resort. It is embedded in the culture, from the highest management leadership through to every team member. The attention to detail, anticipation of guest needs, and instinct to create unexpected, memorable moments is exactly what the book describes, and it is delivered consistently and naturally without effort. Once again, a huge thank you to the entire team. We feel incredibly fortunate to return here and are already looking forward to our next visit!
We had an amazing experience at Ikos Andalusia. It was a perfect resort for families with kids - the facilities were amazing with so much to do, and the team at Heroes Club / crèche including Mercedes and Maria were so kind and loving with our young son. The food was great and the service everywhere was above and beyond. Our concierge Manuel made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We also loved the spa. I miss it already and we can’t wait to come back!
What an amazing week. This beautiful resort really is outstanding. Immaculately clean and well maintained and the staff are superb. Nothing is too much to ask. Although every single one was excellent I must commend Darko and his amazing team and at the beach side lunch - just superb. Remember to arrive early as it gets very busy. Just the best family holiday you could hope for
This was our first visit to an Ikos hotel after receiving glowing recommendations from friends who had previously visited. Service levels were amazing especially to Sara and Michaelas on reception. We used the free car facility and golf at Los Naranjos which was great and also used the free bikes. The cleanliness of the resort was a 10/10 and food and drinks were fantastic. Will definitely go again, would not hesitate to recommend. I am gluten intolerant and the staff were brilliant and so was the food.
What an incredible week my wife and I have just had at the IKOS Andalusia. We needed to drop and flop to recharge after a very stressful 2 years and that’s exactly what we were able to do. Hats off to the brilliant staff and a big shout out to Darko and his team (thank you to Gisella) at the beach hut where we ate every lunchtime because we were made to feel so special. ILDIKO at reception was excellent from the moment we arrived and ARGYRO, what a special lady you are helping with each restaurant for my wife’s dairy allergy, you were excellent. This is our third IKOS and the staff for me make it a fantastic experience across all of the facilities so thank you for making our holiday so magical 👍
We had a wonderful stay at Ikos Andalusia in June with our daughter and would highly recommend the resort. The beautiful views, accommodation, food and Kids Club were all truly five-star. The team could not have done more to make our holiday special. A particular thank you to Fátima, Karol and Eva from the Kids Club, Dora by the pool, and Eriska in Seasons, who was so kind to our daughter and made us feel very welcome with her excellent recommendations. The spa treatment was also fantastic. We really appreciated the care, warmth and kindness shown to us throughout our stay and hope to return again next year.
Het was in het algemeen heel goed
Laatste twee dagen hadden we jong gezin naast ons met kleine kinderen
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing stay at Ikos Andalusia. The resort is beautiful, the food was excellent, and the service throughout was outstanding. A special thank you to Asia, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help with a smile. Her exceptional service truly made a difference. We can’t wait to come back!
Our third visit to Ikos Andalusia. Last year was an exceptional holiday, however, when you feel it couldn’t be exceeded, I was wrong. We were immediately greeted upon our arrival by a lovely friendly and very dapper gentleman called Matteo. He introduced himself and provided reassurance that we’d have another super stay and he’d be on hand to help (how true that was!). He knew that we were familiar with the resort, so whilst he ensured we knew updates etc he just double checked we were ok with everything. Throughout our stay, Matteo constantly checked in with me that all was going well (which it was). Matteo is without doubt somebody who genuinely cares for his guests, he has amazing retention about his guests. To use a phrase “above & beyond” is an understatement. Thank you Matteo 🙏. The deluxe concierge team who I communicated with via WhatsApp during my stay were excellent, prompt responses and at hand to assist you. I had the privilege to meet them face to face the day before we checked out. Karin, Ana, Ines and Fatima are a super team. Our room was ready earlier than we’d expected, so we went straight there and was able to unpack and start our holiday quicker than we had expected. The resort itself is easy to navigate and great for anybody with limited mobility (of course buggies are on hand if needed). The resort is absolutely beautifully manicured, the garden maintenance team do an amazing job keeping the resort immaculate. I took lots of photographs of amazing plants to hopefully source at home. What makes a really special vacation is its staff, it’s so easy to highlight bad service and quick to shout about it, but without a doubt the whole team work tirelessly to ensure Ikos’ guests have a 5* holiday. It would be remiss of me if I didn’t mention all the wonderful staff who provided excellent service (this is not to stay that the other staff weren’t excellent, these are the staff members who we saw more regularly and stood out). Wine tasting experience and sommeliers - every time we visit any Ikos we always attend the wine tasting and hands down, Andalusia provide the most interesting and fun experience. We were also super lucky to have suggested wines throughout our stay by Sia, Alithia and Jose Antonio. They are all so enthusiastic and you can’t help but enjoy listening to their suggestions and knowledge. They are absolutely brilliant. Fresco (Italian Restaurant) - this restaurant was always a lunchtime favourite of ours - however, it didn’t quite hit the mark this year. I think perhaps more our personal preference, but some signature dishes have been changed and we weren’t fans. Service was of course, spot on (thank you Claudio). Chiringuito - what a pleasure it was to return to this fabulous lunchtime venue - the food here is so delicious, wonderful tapas options. It’s an extremely popular lunch choice and people get there on time (and earlier). It was fantastic to see Darko (Manager) again it’s always a delight. It was also wonderful to see that the team work cohesively and fully support each other as they are exceptionally busy throughout service. Juan has also joined there as a Manger and it was wonderful to see him again - Daniel, Noemi, Paolo, Nadia, Ivan and Elena to name a few who provided excellent service. What a great team. Anaya (Asian) - delicious food as always and a particular shout to Manuel who was exceptionally helpful to us after I had made a mistake with our restaurant booking - he did his utmost to make it work for us, thank you ! also great service from Rocio. Seasons - a wonderful welcome from the team, Cristina at the welcome desk providing a warm smile, professional and friendly as always, Iraklis, great to see him again and as always, on point with service. The team were Johan, Kevin, Niamh and looked after super well (we visited Seasons a lot!). The menu choices have been improved and the fresh fish, oysters and steak were amazing. I’d prefer the lunchtime options to be a little more “relaxed” but that’s personal preference. Deluxe Pool - we spent most of our time around the pool. Again, the team are fantastic, especially seeing Dora again - she’s brilliant and kept us fully hydrated! she’s fun and engaging. Erika we also knew from last year also and was great to see her. We were also looked after by Fernando. Last year’s manager was exceptional, professional, so warm and friendly and took the time to get to know all of her guests. She was definitely missed this year. Pre dinner drinks at the main bar was a joy - a very busy team providing excellent cocktails - big thank you to Maria, Josh, Ivan (Manager), Andreas and Uglijesa. Deluxe Menu @ Chiringuito - a lovely meal, but we felt the menu wasn’t as “special” as it was last year. I’d also expect the seating options to be more flexible. Tables were made up so limited choices (I’m sure if I’d specifically asked they would have accommodated a different table) - also to have the dining areas separated into “family” and adults only which would improve the experience enormously. We visited the spa a couple of times and it was wonderful to see Vasia the Manger again this year. We had relaxing massages, but the highlight was the pedicure! great facilities. We had such a great time, we have decided to return again with our family (teenager and an 84 year old) and we’re looking forward to it already. Thank you Ikos Andalusia, you’ve been amazing 🤩
What a wonderful place - 5 star from start to finish
Best experience ever, how a vacation should be!
I don’t generally do reviews but I had to review this spectacular trip.. Along with my husband and three children 17, 15 and 9, we were warmly greeted by the lovely staff including the fabulous Fátima whom remembered us from our recent stay in October 2025. Fátima came running out from her desk with a huge welcome. We were delighted to see her and surprised she remembered us given the amount of guests ikos check in daily. A lovely Irish girl Alexandra brought us out onto the terrace and seated us in a beautiful area and offered us drinks and made us feel so welcome while Fátima took such great care in checking us in and running through our restaurant reservations. She then walked us to our room. The children were so excited to see where we were situated and none of us were disappointed. We were spoiled with the stunning view. The room was so spacious and spotlessly clean. Plenty of space for a family of 5. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Fabulous bathrooms. The mini bar was restocked daily with the children’s favourites and for the adults more than we needed!! Anabel took care of our room for us each morning. The pools were very well staffed, we met a few Irish staff around the resort which was really nice. All staff were so friendly and welcoming. Remik at the central pool was great keeping the kids supplied with vanilla milk shakes and they had a great laugh with David. They enjoyed their nachos and margarita pizzas delivered daily by him. The restaurants were all beautiful. The variety of food and drink is incredible. Seasons was delicious with gorgeous views. Honestly, each one better than the next. My personal favourite is Anaya. I love the atmosphere here. There was one particular staff member here that stood out but her name escapes me. She was so bubbly and sang as she served us. So lovely and my daughter adored her. For lunch we enjoyed the Beach club where Oscar and the staff were all so friendly. The Spanish restaurant was very good. We enjoyed dinner by the Sea on our last night. Our favourite breakfast spot was Seasons where we were taken care of each morning by Jonah, Kevin and Niamh. Beautiful sitting looking out onto the water. Here, the kids enjoyed their fluffy pancakes and the açai bowls were excellent. Fátima checked in with us each morning through a what’s app group to see if we were enjoying our trip or needed anything. We found this very helpful and informative. We were given the times for the entertainment and the sports/ classes taking place. The sports centre is fantastic, plenty of bikes and a super gym including an outdoor gym. We played tennis and the kids enjoyed football daily. We had the countryman booked but the kids didn’t want to leave the resort so we didn’t avail of this opportunity. On our last evening we’re were surprised with a gorgeous delivery of Tatinger, fruit and a beautiful letter alongside olive oil to take home. This was a gorgeous touch. We were very sad to leave Ikos, this trip was even better than our last. Ikos deserves a 10* rating.. The staff are amazing, it’s like one big family. I wish I could mention them all individually, there’s too many to remember, they were all wonderful but Fátima, you were outstanding. Beautiful inside and out. Always smiling and so happy to help. Thank you for taking care of us so well. It was a trip to remember. A big thank you from all of us. We very much look forward to our next visit in October. It’s already booked!!
Le personnel nombreux et très bienveillants Un jardin extraordinaire De très belles piscines nombreuses L emplacement près de la mer avec plage privée et restaurant de plage très agréable

Really cannot praise this hotel enough. The facilities, food and rooms were excellent. However, what really impressed us was the staff who were all extremely helpful and charming - they are undoubtedly IKOS's biggest asset. Unfortunately cannot mention everyone but a special mention for our concierge Ana, Alfonso at the cocktail bar and every single buggy driver.
We have recently returned from an amazing stay at Ikos Andalusia and we could not fault a thing. From the moment we arrived with a glass of champagne on check in until the day we left, everything was exceptional. We went in May half term and the hotel was full although it didn’t feel like it due to all the different pool areas. The food was outstanding, with so much choice and consistently high quality across all of the restaurants. The service throughout the resort was second to none, with every member of staff going above and beyond to make our holiday special. A special mention has to go to Karin the deluxe concierge , who was absolutely fantastic. She truly made our stay unforgettable with her warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and she consistently went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect including wonderful birthday celebrations for my daughter. Karin is a real credit to Ikos and one of the main reasons our experience was so memorable. Second mention was those at the deluxe pool Erica, Dora, Josh and Alejandro ( plus the rest of the team ) working in the heat all day to make sure we were all hydrated and enjoying ourselves. The resort itself is beautiful, immaculately maintained, and offers the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury.
The luxury and the exceptional service from the moment we arrived to the time of our departure
Nothing
We have recently returned from a 5-night stay at Ikos Andalusia in a Deluxe One Bedroom Suite with a Private Pool, and once again there were so many things that reminded us why we continue to return to Ikos. The suite itself was absolutely incredible. The private pool, space, privacy and overall finish were all outstanding and made for a truly luxurious experience. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. The food throughout the resort was exceptional, but Seasons deserves a special mention. Every single dish was perfect and it was easily one of the best dining experiences we’ve had. The quality, presentation and flavours were all outstanding. More generally, the restaurants across the resort are fantastic and remain one of the biggest reasons we love staying with Ikos. The wine selection continues to be one of the brand’s greatest strengths. The range available is excellent and, if there was ever a bottle we wanted that wasn’t available in a particular restaurant, the team were always happy to arrange it for us without hesitation. The Deluxe Pool area was another highlight. The staff there are phenomenal—attentive, friendly and proactive throughout the day. Glasses are never empty, service is effortless, and the whole atmosphere is wonderfully relaxing. One of the things we particularly love about Ikos Andalusia is how compact the resort is. Everything is within easy reach, making it incredibly convenient and allowing you to fully relax from the moment you arrive. The new Deluxe transfers were first class and a noticeable improvement. We felt looked after from start to finish. We also thoroughly enjoyed the new MINI cars, which we personally preferred to the previous Teslas. Having two days included as part of the Deluxe Collection made exploring the area far more enjoyable and removed any pressure to fit everything into a single day. Finally, I want to give special recognition to Karin and Diana. Both were exceptional throughout our stay and are an absolute credit to Ikos. Their professionalism, warmth and genuine care for guests embody everything that makes the brand special. Overall, Ikos Andalusia continues to deliver an outstanding luxury all-inclusive experience. Beautiful accommodation, incredible food and wine, exceptional staff and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere mean we are already looking forward to our next visit.
This was our first time at an ikos resort, and we are converted .. is it pricy? Yes it is, but work out your daily rate and actually when you consider room, 3 x 5 star meals a day plus coffees, alcohol, soft drinks, ice cream (all unlimited!), shuttle bus into Estepona and P.Banus . . It doesn't seem so expensive.. any problems ironed out in minutes (no diffuser on my hair dryer, returned to room and it had magically appeared!) ... chilled and relaxed atmosphere on resort with beautiful landscaping throughout... choice of adult only pools and never a problem getting a sunbed, always someone asking if you need a drink/water .. exceptional buffet restaurant and if you dont want that then the choice of food offered at resort restaurants is excellent .. service from all staff could not be faulted (a special mention to Mohammed in piano bar area and Oscar from Ireland and the staff at the cocktail bar who stood out in going that bit extra with service). The only.negative for us was there were alot of preschool age children in the main bar, running around until quite late into the evening, such a shame as it is a beautiful area to enjoy with entertainment .. however there were other places to enjoy a quieter drink ... already planning another ikos holiday, but Andalusia will take alot of beating!
I was disappointed with my stay at Ikos. Based on my experience, I would rate it more as a 3-star plus hotel rather than a true 5-star resort. The food was mediocre and did not meet the standard I expected from a luxury all-inclusive resort. The rooms were also underwhelming. The beds were uncomfortable, and the furniture and interior felt very basic, almost like IKEA-style furnishings rather than a high-end hotel. The service was decent, but overall the quality, comfort, and luxury simply didn’t justify the 5-star reputation. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return, as I expected much more for the price.
Fantastic location with all the staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and luxurious.
The staff are truly amazing at Ikos. We used the Heroes club twice for our 1 and 2 year old and both had a great time. It’s our third time and we’re planning to return again next year.
We have just returned from a week at Ikos Andalusia and had an amazing experience. The standards of service are so high and all the staff made us feel so welcome. We had been to Dassia last year and gave feedback on the difference in wine selection available compared to Dassia.....Atanasia and Jose were brilliant and brought us different wines to try, matching them to our taste preference. This personal touch made us feel special and valued...thank you so much. Nothing seemed too much trouble.....
If we stay in an hotel by the sea it has to be an Ikos Hotel. The standard of service is unsurpassed. Our third visit to an Ikos hotel was Ikos Andalusia. Again superb. The De Luxe Collection team looked after us with patience and efficient attention to detail. Here I must mention Ana and Matteo. Brilliant service from them both. . From Guest Relation Bella was an ever present source of advice and help in sorting out any problems. From the De Luxe Pool Maria, Erica and Dora gave continuous first class service. At the Seasons Restaurant Nainbh was such an outstanding waitress that we kept using that Restaurant rather one of the other nine. Another server that gave an exceptional service was Iannis in the Fresco Italian Restaurant. Finally in Housekeeping Loli kept our Suite in beautiful condition. Would we go back? 100% yes.
Absolute 6 star luxury as always great location food and resort .Second time and won’t be the last . Special thanks to Delores penny and Laura from housekeeping. Lamprini and of course the most fabulous Marcus manager who remembered me and my name just by sight .from the Brunton-Douglas family xxx
Don’t often review but genuinely had a wonderful stay at Ikos Andalusia, largely due to some amazing people who really went the extra mile and made our trip feel so special. The list is not exhaustive but a big shout out to Darko who greeted us each morning and also to his team in Chiringuito where we lunched on most days, the amazing Nadia, Gisella, Samuel, Winston and Paola👏.Eli at Olivia and Nathalia at Provence . Lenka who kept us allergen safe 😉 and not forgetting both Malwina and David who kept us hydrated on the beach 👊🏻. The reception team who were amazing and Lewie who oriented us on day 1. Thank you All . Harry and Marta. Wicklow , Ireland ❤️
People make a hotel great and this hotel has the great people! Special mention to Eloi who started and ended our experience in a professional but friendly manner. Also, the pool guys Victor and Victoria who worked in the heat to serve our drinks. The food and service in all the restaurants are amazing, making each meal special. We made use of the hotels bikes and rode into Estepona which is about an easy 8km but well worth the effort. We also made use of the inclusive car and had an explore up to Ronda.
We had an absolutely amazing experience at Ikos Andalusia last week. The hotel and grounds are beautiful and the staff extremely attentive and helpful. Everything massively exceeded our expectations from start to finish & we couldn’t fault a thing. A special thank you to Lenka from the Food & Beverages Team who went above and beyond to support me with my dietary requirements/intolerances and liaised with every restaurant in advance to arrange options for me & ensure everything was safe. Lenka even met us each evening at dinner to ensure everything was ok for me. We would highly recommend Ikos Andalusia to everyone & hope to return again very soon!!
Maria Sarafi has done an amazing job with organising my proposal, she got everything spot on. I want to really highlight what she has done, the flowers were beautiful, the pictures on the nice paper, the fruit bowl, the positioning of the staff taking pictures and videos, 10/10 service I couldnt ask for more. Nuria and stella who did my 80 minute massages where outstanding, the best deep muscle Massages I’ve had in any spa Panagiotia who works on reception in the spa was super friendly and made sure I got the right therapist for the type of treatment I wanted, again top level service All facilities across the site are superb Toilets clean Restaurants clean Pools clean Gym clean Spa clean Rooms clean The land scaping across the site is Beautiful and spotless The food has blown me away, I didn’t think you could get that level of quality in an all-inclusive resort. The choice of food is also a big plus there is a little bit of everything and it all feels very luxurious. Service in the restaurants is such a high standard, the staff are all dressed well, well mannered, knowledgeable on the food and drink options, very attentive, they clean the table in between starter and main and desert, which is brilliant, they always top up your drinks, once you have finished they takeaway any dirty plates tissues or cutlery The experience I’ve had here has really changed how I want to holiday in the future and we will be back here every year no doubt
3rd time returning to this fabulous resort. Superb as always. Special thanks to F&B Manager Konstantinos & Flavors Manager Razvan for making our stay fantastic! And all the other outstanding, friendly and helpful staff. Both gentlemen provided service far in excess of the already 5* rating this resort holds and Ikos should be most proud of them. We will be returning next year. Having been to a number of Kilos resorts, all of which are great, Andalusia is one of their best. Thank you again.
We have had a wonderful stay and certain staff need a special mention. Alexandra in the Lobby Bar, lovely girl who was attentive and happy to engage in conversation. A true valued member of staff. We spent our days at the scented pool and all staff were amazing. Our star of the week went to Victoria. Nothing was too much trouble and she was so good at her job. Top team member.Equally Victor, Marian and Gabriel were our stand out waiters around the pool. Every restaurant has been amazing! Special shout out to Sofia in Flavors. Great room and facilities. Pillows and mattress superb. Truly magical holiday for 2 people that needed a well deserved break after a hard year. We look forward to returning. Thank you so much 🥰
We have just returned from this lovely resort. After a slightly disappointing start when we were given a garden suite rather than with a balcony and sea view, we were moved to a much larger room with a lovely balcony and sea view which was what we had booked. The deluxe experience was as you would expect from a 5star resort and came up to our expectations. The staff and all amenities, restaurants, pools, bars etc were all excellent. Staff always extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had a medical situation which ended up at the local hospital. A special mention has to go out to Dr Julietta, the hotel doctor, who was kindness itself and also concierge Matteo who was incredibly helpful. Manuel and all the other staff at the deluxe desk were also extremely helpful. This is our fourth deluxe booking with Ikos. Last year we had a couple of issues at one of the Greek Ikos resorts which were not fully resolved. However Ikos Andalusia has restored our faith and we shall definitely return!
Beautiful hotel—great pools—magnificently landscaped grounds—very good, friendly service—unfortunately, the Seasons Restaurant was only open to VIP guests, but the staff member Darkos impressed us beyond measure during breakfast in the Main Restaurant and at the Chiringuito (beach restaurant), making our stay a truly special experience! We’d like to take this opportunity to thank him especially for that and look forward to seeing him again on our next stay!
This was a wonderful experience. The service , dining and ambience were all excellent . Ikos caters well for all age groups and were very accommodating with our large family , particularly with dining bookings before we arrived . We are already planning our next trip !
Year after year, the Ikos Andalusia maintains the very highest of standards. As always, it was the staff who really made our holiday special. Nothing is too much trouble, and all requests are fulfilled with a smile and genuine care. Over the years we have stayed in both the standard (although outstanding compared to most other hotels) and the deluxe collection. We have debated in the past whether staying deluxe was really worth the extra cost. I think the Andalusia is now trying (successfully) to address that. The deluxe pool, service, room offerings and exclusive use of the Seasons restaurant (the best in the resort in our opinion) have convinced us that it really is worth the additional cost if you can afford it. We will certainly be booking again next year.
This is our 2nd visit to Ikos, we recommended to our daughter and son in law as thier first family holiday with their 11 month old baby. We were nervous that perhaps our first visit may have been fluke - but we needed have been anxious as it was perfect ! The staff are so friendly and happy, the food is great, the drinks great and it’s spotless. We are looking to go back again.
We have just returned from an incredible family holiday at Ikos Andalusia and can honestly say it exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. A special thank you to Asia at check-in, who made us feel so welcome from the very start. She took the time to show us around, explained everything beautifully, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the perfect start to our holiday. We were also delighted to receive a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The resort itself is stunning, with beautiful grounds, fantastic pools, excellent restaurants, and an incredible choice of activities for both adults and children. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to making guests feel cared for. A particularly heartfelt thank you goes to Maryam, our housekeeper. She was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. Every evening she greeted us with warmth and kindness, and she took such great care of our room. By the end of our holiday, she felt like a familiar friend, and we were genuinely sad to say goodbye. What makes Ikos Andalusia stand out is not just the luxury facilities, but the people. The staff consistently go above and beyond to create unforgettable experiences and make guests feel valued. A special thank you once again to Asia and Maryam, whose kindness, warmth and genuine care made our stay even more memorable. They are a credit to Ikos Andalusia and played a big part in making our family holiday so special. We left with wonderful memories and are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for families looking for a truly special luxury all-inclusive holiday.
Wonderful hospitality from the Ikos Team, a high standard all round from guest rooms to pools to bars and restaurants. A particular shout out for Darko and the team from the Chiringuito restaurant on the beach, great food, service, location. Can't think of a better place to have lunch!
We absolutely loved our stay at Ikos Andalusia. We visited for a week in early June, and as a couple with a young toddler it was perfect (and the hotel didn’t feel at capacity). Our son (3.5 at the time of visit) went to the Heroes Crèche for half of our stay. He’s an emotional and shy child, so took a while to warm up (cried first visit etc), but the staff were so kind and patient with him. In particular a big thank you to Mercedes and Sofia at the Crèche who were stars in looking after him and ensuring my husband and I enjoyed some child free sunbathing!
We had the best time! We were able to enjoy our time as a family and also as a couple during the day for a couple of hours, thanks to the lovely staff in the kids crèche. Maria in particular was amazing and made me feel at ease and my son had a great time. Overall experience was incredible! So many pools to choose from from relaxing to playing in the pool with the kids. Thank you so much for having us. We will be back for sure!
Booked few days in advance for 5 nights. Enjoyable break .... Seasons restaurant is outstanding far superior to others we have eaten at within Ikos resorts. Big mention to our guest host Bella who was fabulous from the moment we arrived nothing to much trouble and kept checking in with us personally.
Recently returned from a cracking break at the IKOS Andalusia - Having been very disappointed at Porto Petro last year we thought we would give Andalusia a try for 5 days. Superb staff, set up and wonderful al la carte restaurants - the pools were not too busy but lively atmosphere and room was always clean (Block 1, 2nd floor). Couple of staff to highlight who were "over & above" the excellence seen throughout were Azhara, Ivana & Alexandra. A wonderful trip and we'll be returning next year
Hotel 100000% Staff Especially( BELLA) are so professional, friendly and helpful 10000% Food Sooooo Good Accommodation 1000000%
We have just returned from an amazing stay at Ikos Andalusia and honestly couldn’t fault it. From the moment we arrived, the level of service was exceptional. Every member of staff went above and beyond to make our stay special, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was absolutely outstanding. Every restaurant offered incredible quality, fantastic variety, and some of the best meals we’ve had at any resort. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks throughout the day, everything was consistently excellent. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. The entire resort is maintained to the highest standard, and the swimming pools are stunning, offering plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sunshine. What truly sets Ikos apart is the people. The service is genuinely world-class and creates such a welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. A very special shout-out to Bella, who was absolutely amazing throughout our stay. She was friendly, professional, attentive, and always had a smile on her face. She genuinely helped make our holiday even more memorable and is a real credit to the Ikos team. Thank you to everyone at Ikos Andalusia for such a fantastic experience. We can’t wait to return!
We had a really special stay at the Ikos Andalucia, we were made to feel special as soon as we arrived, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The food is particularly amazing for an all inclusive resort, I would definitely recommend booking some dinner reservations before your stay and then booking the rest of your dinners as soon as you check in as it was a bit hard to get reservations otherwise. However, Bella from guest relations was really helpful with helping us get a good reservation at the restaurants we wanted. You don’t need a reservation for breakfast/ lunch and being able to have à la carte breakfast and lunch as well as the buffet was really lovely. The hotel is decorated beautifully and everything is clean and modern. The pool facilities are amazing too especially for families but there were adult only options too. They really have everything you need here. A special shout out to Bella and her team for making our stay extra special, we requested some milk for our toddler in our room and they made that available right away & replenished this with our mini bar. We also had a small problem with some ants in the room and they were on it straight away and sorted the problem, then kept great communication with us to ensure everything was resolved and okay. This was an extra special trip for us as we got engaged, big thanks to Maria who helped him plan the perfect proposal. We will be returning as soon as we can!
Just returned home from Ikos Andalusia. I travelled with my mum for a weeks stay at this beautiful 5* Resort. I honestly cannot fault the resort at all. I have been fortunate enough to have stayed in lots of 5* hotels but this one is on another level completely. The food and cleanliness is outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. From check-in to check-out, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Their exceptional service truly made all the difference. I want to give a special mention to Bella (head of customer relations). She was exceptionally helpful during our stay, making sure everything was ok and checking in on us when she saw us around the resort. She also spent time talking to us about the other ikos hotels which we are interested in visiting next year. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Exceptional service!I
This was our third trip to Ikos Andalusia and, although not the best trip out of the three, it was still very lovely. Pros: - The service was outstanding, as always. - Spotless and calm environment. - The grounds are kept beautiful by very hardworking gardeners. - The movie night menu is an excellent addition to the room service. - The buffet and restaurants were exceptional. Anya and Fresco were a real high light for us. - New use of QR codes around the pool really speeds up service. - The cocktails were perfection. Cons - Unfortunately our room was located in a place where we had a large tree right in front of our balcony. This meant we didn’t use our balcony at all as we had no sun on it all day and the noise from the birds was a little too much for us. - The pool food is not at all what is used to be. Lacks flavour and substance. - Sun bed policy was not being enforced. Sun beds were being reserved for hours on end as soon as the pools opened. - Rooms are in need of a slight touch up. The bottom part of our door was held together with tape, the mirror in the room was cracked and the air con was very temperamental. One night it did not work at all.

Everything was ten out of ten! Stellar hotels and can't wait to return.
Fabulous property
Nothing
The room, amenities, stunning grounds and gardens, the staff cannot do enough for you personally if you ask. Spa is amazing
Some timing issues at breakfast meant that we were waiting more than is acceptable for a table at the Buffet area and the frustration was the food here was excellent. Also the beach wasn’t the nicest beach we’ve experienced it’s not the nicest sand and quite rocky, the area I feel is run down either side of you venture out
This was our second stay at Ikos (first stay was at Ikos Corfu), this time Andalusia. Compared to Corfu it was overall pretty much the same. Same (almost) perfect service, heated pools (very warm for us in end of April), We had a Junior Suite with sea-view, which did have quite a good sea-view, was pretty private (room 7112, where 7 means main building with most restaurants and main bar, 1 means floor 1 and 12 means room 12). Service was really good, everyone took time to ask what you would like to drink/eat, if you wanted more, if everything was okay during any breakfast/lunch/dinner. Woman at the pools walking around and asking if you'd want anything, where there is also availability to just scan a QR and order online drinks/pool-food (burger was pretty good!). Room towels changed atleast 1 time per day, sometimes even 2 times. Turn-down service which means beds are made when you return for sleep and cookies are ready on the pillows. They even called on the phone half-way the booking and asked if everything was okay. So they are really trying in every way to make it a 10/10 experience. I have seen around 50 different people who are all smiling, greeting and are friendly. There was not one person who had a 'bad day'. Parking spaces were just enough, they have to many disabled spots (like 10 out of 50) so sometimes you just had to take such a spot because the other ones were full. From parking to resort walk was 1 minute. Parking spaces itself were big enough (as comparison, in Corfu parking was a disaster). Balcony was big, a nice bed to sleep/lay on and a hanging chair (fun for kids) and some seating area. Only downside was some little silly walking bugs on the balcony, but they don't do any harm, and i think they are only getting on floor 1 on the seaside view rooms because of the roofs there which have plants and are on the same level as the balconies). Food was overall 9/10, buffet great. Unfortunately booking.
Sometimes an order was wrongly serviced, for example i ordered an Espresso Lungo and got a double espresso. I ordered cappuccino with hot milk and got plain espresso with hot milk. Food was 10/10 correct. Drinks were 9/10 correct.
We stayed with our daughter and granddaughter and all thoroughly enjoyed the resort. At every turn the service was of a very high standard - from the moment we drew up outside - the restaurants - poolside -at all sports and facility centres . We were impressed with the quality and variety of the food and the focus on guest experience. (- particular shout out for Sophia in Flavors and Martina by the pool !) The all-inclusive was a cut above many other we have experienced. We made use of cycles, tennis , kids club , gym and the nearby golf facility - all worked well . The number and variation of swimming pools meant that there is something perfect for every age group (and height!) There was always some type of entertainment in the evening, from a small show at the outdoor theatre, to piano in the bar , or live singers in the cocktail bar. I would really recommend this resort for a family holiday - we will certainly be back!
Ikos Andalusia was amazing from start to finish. We were a family with a 3 and 1year old. The kids swimming area and splash pad are fantastic. All the food is insane. I am a coeliac - and have never felt more looked after that this holiday. Lenka, who overseas all guests with allergies, was accessible all day via WhatsApp for any questions or to assist gluten free adaptations to meals, and she made sure to inform me off all meal options /adaptations prior to each booking, and came to each meal to ensure no traces etc and food was prepped appropriately. This was truly above and beyond and made it so so easy to eat as a coeliac/with an allergy, I felt very looked after. Thank you!
At Ikos every meal is good. At El Chiringuito a meal becomes great thanks to the personal touch of general Manager Darko and his team. Located at the sea-front El Chiringuito sparks the holiday-vibe even further. The service is professional, the kitchen acing all traditional dishes. Thank you!
This resort is stunning. The main thing we loved were the staff. All trained to the highest level is service. In particular on arrival we were made to feel very special indeed. The beverage package is the best we have ever had at an all inclusive. The food in the Spanish, Asian and Beach restaurants was delicious. Sadly and I am only saying this to give balanced feedback the main course dishes in the Italian restaurant were not very tasty and were cold. The Greek restaurant also served cold. We sis say and the feedback was well received - maybe a long way from the kitchen and not in hot plates. That said the starters were delicious. A shout as well for Flavours buffet who handled the crowds really well. Darko and Winston in the restaurants were brilliant thx. Shout out to the aqua aerobics team who were hilarious- especially Pablo
The Ikos experience Andalucía is exceptional this was our second visit and our little piece of paradise… from start to finish our stay is flawless food delicious, choices aplenty and the changes made from October 2025 a welcome addition further encouraging guests to revisit (us being some of them) We would like to express special recognition for some specific team members we had the pleasure meeting who helped to make our stay just amazing from the team at the Deluxe Pool especially Dora, Erica, Fernando and Josh from the Greek Restaurant Ana, Guest services Bella and Fatima and the Spa special thanks to our masseuses Nikolaev’s and Jirawin - This does not exclude any of the other team members we equally had the pleasure of meeting Exceptional and beyond words truly cannot express how much we love this place see you all again in October Thank You :-)
We had a lovely trip. Matteo made the experience feel very personal and was always on hand to help. The pools, food and service were excellent. We’ll go back.
We enjoyed our stay a great deal. Your staff were incredibly warm, welcoming and helpful at all times. The service was perfect. Our spa treatments were incredible, especially Anastasia. The women at the spa front desk couldn’t have been nicer. Fresco was our favourite restaurant but they were all excellent. Our rooms were kept clean and lovely and we never felt anything was missing. The pool side staff were wonderful. It was so reassuring to have a lovely doctor on sight. We cannot fault this resort, we had a wonderful time and are so grateful for the care and effort you all put into ensuring that we had a wonderful stay. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.
This was our second holiday to this hotel and it did not disappoint. This is our favourite Ikos from the other ones we have stayed. We love the additional options of bars and restaurants and proximity of everything being walkable vs needing golf buggies. A few staff shout outs who made our holiday extra special, Martina, Jack from Ouzo, and Alejandro the life guard in the kids splash pool who went above and beyond to not only help look after my severely autistic son Charlie but also played with him We can’t wait to come back hopefully again soon
We had a fantastic stay at Ikos Andalusia. We really enjoyed all the restaurants, with great variety and quality throughout, and service-wise everything was perfect. Housekeeping was also excellent, keeping everything spotless and comfortable during our stay. The team truly made the difference. Stefanie at reception was warm and efficient, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Michael, the Duty Manager, was always present and very helpful, ensuring everything ran smoothly. Darko at the Chiringuito was friendly and attentive, adding to the relaxed atmosphere, and Matteo in the Deluxe area provided excellent, professional service throughout. Overall, a wonderful experience with great people and outstanding service
We throughly enjoyed our second stay at Ikos Andalusia having last visited in 2023. The majority of our stay was perfection- the staff, the service and the cleanliness. Every time I went to the pool or reception loos there was a cleaner inside! Nothing is ever too much trouble for the staff when you make a request. Our only slight disappointment this time round was with some of the food which is why I took off a star. In particular, the Oliva restaurant which was our favourite the last time we came. For dinner we ordered the paella which was the standout dish last time- it came in a huge paella dish and every part of it was fresh. Sadly this time the paella was just a thin layer of burnt, dry rice and I got a gritty prawn that hadn’t been deveined which I found horrible. The portion sizes were nowhere near as big and we found in the first two days the food at Fresco was cold but for the rest of the week it was fine so maybe just an off couple of days as the resort was very busy. Chiringuito was the standout food wise and the only place which was consistent and the wine tasting was definitely the best activity! Overall, I would recommend this resort for families looking for convenience, great service and value for money. I think we will try a different Ikos resort for our next stay.
This is our second visit to an IKOS resort. Last September we visited IKOS Porto Petro and had a truly memorable holiday. This time was equally as good. What sets it apart? As with most things, it's the people. Generally young, attentive, not overly stuffy, with a genuine desire to help. They are clearly trained very thoroughly in the 'IKOS way', and even though they've only been open a few weeks this season, the management have done a great job getting their staff ready. The food is Michelin Star standard, the whole resort is spotless, and the overall ambience is excellent; having someone come round to clean your sunglasses is pretty cool. Our one bedroom suite in the Deluxe Collection isn't cheap, but nor should it be - it's great value for money. If we were to pick out a member of staff for a mention, we would have had to make a note of everyone we spoke to, so we'll limit it to mentioning one person. Our Deluxe Collection contact was Matteo! Wow! What an example to those around him. Of course, it's a family resort, so at various times of the year you'd expect to see more families, even when they should be at school! Our biggest problem? Choosing which IKOS resort to go to next.
This was our second time at Ikos Andalusia. A family with two kids (3+7) it works great for us. Child care is fantastic, the crèche and kids club team being so good meant we got some respite and our girls thoroughly enjoyed themselves (even if the first drop off was a bit painful!). The resort is spotless, staff super attentive, food across the restaurants is fantastic but the buffet for the kids is really high quality too. We used their car for a day to go to Gibraltar which was certainly a highlight. We also borrowed the bikes for a morning ride to Estepona (45 mins each way) with kids on seats and the back. A lovely route. Lots of services we didn't really use (tennis/football/spa/aqua aerobics/gym) but for noted they were there and always nice to have the option!
Top hotel! Special thanks to mister Darko for the excellent service!
We had the most amazing time here over Easter holidays. The facilities are fantastic, food is superb, but the service is what makes this hotel stand out so much. They aim and succeed at making you feel like part of a family, nothing is ever too much. Not at any point did we experience anything other than professionalism, patience and dedication. Very professional team throughout the resort! Our son has dozens of allergies (literally) and they have made the experience of ordering so very easy for us. We were looked after exceptionally well. We were so very lucky to have Elena as our kids nanny for the duration of the stay and we only wish we could bring her back to London with us. She was incredible with our kids, like a member of the family who is so loving and dedicated. We couldn’t thank her enough. Thank you team Ikos Andalusia.
This was my second visit to IKOS Andalusia with my 10 yo son. We had an amazing, fun and relaxing time. The staff really go out of their way to help you, and ensured we were having a good holiday. I’d like to highlight Bella in particular who was so warm, friendly and helpful. My favourite thing to do was to relax by the pool with a book and watch my son happily enjoying himself for hours in the pool. I’d like to also mention the kids club. He usually hates kids club but went to a session happily every day because the staff made it a fun, welcoming and safe experience for all kids.
The staff were excellent - friendly, helpful and always smiling. The resort is modern and stylish with beautiful outdoor areas and lovely pool facilities. The restaurants were very good with a nice variety. Special thanks goes to Sofia at Flavors restaurant for her warm and cheerful service, always in such a good mood - smiling brown eyes and bright smile. I still miss that smile. Highly recommended !
We had a fantastic holiday at Ikos Andalusia. It was our very first all-inclusive experience, as we were quite skeptical about the food on offer. However, after reading the reviews about Ikos, we were convinced to give it a try. We have nothing but praise for the hospitality, the atmosphere, the delicious cocktails and snacks, the wide selection of restaurants with high-quality food, and so much more. A special thanks to Alexandru, who made us feel welcome right away and for whom no request was ever too much.
Our second visit to Ikos Andalusia certainly didn’t disappoint—we’re already planning our third! From the moment we arrived, every member of staff we encountered was warm, friendly, and attentive. A special mention must go to Darko at Chiringuito and Flavors, as well as Victoria at the Scented Pool. They both went above and beyond to make our stay feel truly personal and memorable. The quality of the food was outstanding, the resort was immaculate throughout, and the level of service was consistently exceptional. We can’t wait to return!
Amazing resort, with very attentive staff and beautiful details. We visited with family and three young children. The staff were incredible. The delux area was a very special addition, with a beautiful pool and additional restaurants. Highly recommend adding the delux for a luxury experience. Manuel took care of us from start to end, and nothing was ever too much for the pool and restaurant staff. Great variety of restaurants and top quality wines and food choice. We have already planned our return to another Ikos resort. There is something for everyone ☺️
Stunning hotel. My husband and I stayed here for 7 days for our mini moon having got married near the hotel. We have stayed in some very nice hotels over the years, mostly in the Caribbean and this hotel surpassed them in almost every way. The staff in particular are exemplary. Every single person we interacted was of a high standard. More so the whole hotel is incredibly polished We had reservations about it not being adult only but we need not worry I would 100% recommend and we will return
Just returned from IKOS Andulasia. We spent eight nights in The Resort. It was a wonderful experience. What makes it so special is the staff. They are truly outstanding. A huge shoutout to Fatima. She could not do enough for us. Wonderful Ambassador for the resort. Many thanks to all for looking after us so well. We will be back.
