Seda Ayala Center Cebu City

Het personeel was heel vriendelijk.

Het meubilair is gedateerd.

Clean, and staff is nice

Clean

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich

Having our breakfast was fantastic, the staff are accomodating if what you ask , they can give you and make you comfortable. Spotless and well-accessable to AYALA Center

Better they can fix the swimming pool as soon possible

Ok hotell near ayala mall and they have a very good breakfast..

Waiting 1 hour after checkin time due to room not being ready.

location

there's was blocked out , no power but no body explained to me that i have to changed key card so i can regulate back the room temperature. it was almost 10 hours that i was in hot room. till around 3 am i asked about the power outage . then the stuff told me that i should have exchanged my room key card???

The location is very convenient, right next to Ayala Center. Some members of the staff were also friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, the room did not meet the cleanliness standards I would expect from a hotel of this category. There was also an unpleasant smell and significant noise, which made the room uncomfortable to stay in. What was particularly frustrating was having to return to the front desk three separate times and insist quite strongly before my concerns were properly addressed. I was eventually offered an alternative room and ultimately received a full refund after deciding to leave the hotel, which I appreciated. However, the overall experience was disappointing, and guests should not have to repeatedly complain before issues regarding cleanliness and comfort are taken seriously.

Room spacious they have gym I like it a lot because all the equipment they had is one used when I am working out …the dry hot spa room is exclusive for woman only .. loving it the stuff very friendly .

Well Every thing I like food good or need update on their equipment for the gym …

Rooms were nice

No swimming pool

I like the properties proximity to the mall and walking distance to other venues. It’s my favorite hotel to stay.

I’ve been staying at Seda for several years now and am disappointed they’re lowering their standards every year. The room towels are kind of worn out and not being an exchange on a daily basis. The breakfast has improved however, upon asking for coffee, the hosts failed twice to deliver coffee.

Very clean and close to Ayala Center.

Great staff, very very kind And the BED, very very confort

Nn

excillent stay.I ll be back again soon.

Great Location, very bear and walking distance to shopping mall and restaurants. The staffs services are excellent throughout and very attentive.

The pool is close during this time. The breakfast is crowded and you have to wait sometimes to be sitted.

breakfast is okay

taste nothing stand out

Location was excellent

AC was very noisy

I like the breakfast buffet and service of the staff bery friendly

Clean, great location within walking distance of the mall, and a great breakfast buffet. Apparently, they also offer 24/7 in room massages, which is a pretty cool amenity! Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to take advantage of it since we were only there for a short time and were traveling with family.

Breakfast was absolutely wonderful. The entire time staff every day were outstanding. U hope management really jus to much they are the cornerstone to the management if the entire team The corridors to rooms were extremely tired and a disgrace

Very chabby corridors that need a radical overhaul immediately

Near mall

No pool yet

Breakfast spread was amazing! Close proximity to Ayala mall.

Everything was excellent from arrival to checkout. The staff and front desk were efficient and friendly, the room was great, and laundry service was a nice bonus. Breakfast buffet included with the room felt like fine dining — quality was outstanding. Location is perfect, right next to Ayala Mall for easy shopping and close to the port for onward travel. Wish we'd stayed longer to enjoy the pool, gym, and spa.

Honestly nothing stood out negatively — our only regret is not staying longer to fully enjoy the facilities.

アヤラセンター直結は得難い。価格の割に清潔、1Fバーで、気楽にいろいろな酒が飲めるのがよかった。

レストランのディナーバフェはいまいちかも。

Its close to Ayala and to the city.,

The room is dusty, my children were sneezing a lot. For the value, pls clean your room nicely. And prices and charges keep changing. While my sister and children were still eating, the staff stood there and ask impatiently for the payment! The heck! You think people are going to run away? Be professional pls. Let people enjoy their stay, payment can be settled anytime.

nice location and staff was very helpful.

Location

The 12 floor smelled like sewer and leaking that same smell into my room. The breakfast area was full at 9am and I was asked to sit on a high table out side the area

Excellent location just near Ayala mall.

Linens in bathroom were old and worn out - needs to update. Cracked tiles in bathroom and faucet fixtures leaking.

Location, bartender

Cleanliness

All good

Really excellent location and value for money...felt very decent and comfortable, with an excellent gym also. Very accommodating staff.

Nothing...

Close to Ayala Mall.

The breakfast buffet wasn’t quite up par with what we had experienced in the past. Several food items were cold; e.g. scrambled eggs, baked beans and pancakes. Both mornings after being shown to our table no staff members came by to see if we wanted coffee. We had to get our own coffee and refills. Never experienced this before at Seda’s buffet.

clean and near the mall

Location is the best. Staffs are very friendly and accommodating. We love the breakfast served everyday, its always a homey experience and great taste.

Property is quite old especially the rooms but otherwise comfortable. Also there is an ongoing works conducted so the easy access to Ayala Mall is detoured but still accessible.

I will not recommend to others

Everything perfect

The buffet breakfast, friendly staff

Nothing

Everything! Location was great and the staff were the best!

Pool was closed the whole stay (but they gave access to the club house across the street.

The coffee at the lobby cafe was very good

Cool shower only Warm refrigerator... could not store a drink Super loud singer in lobby ... absolutely ridiculous volume ... a lounge bar is to relax , enjoy and have BACKGROUND music ... not a super loud rock concert ithat meant you could not hear each other speak and on more than one occasion drive people straight to the safety of their room ...IDIOTIC MANAGEMENT to allow this ... even reception had to yell at customers checking in ... 100% dumb And the girl singing had only " moderate talent " so this makes the distortion worse. No pool for many years Dirty pillows ( under the pillow slips Noisy ... they allow too many people in the one room Thin walls ...can hear everything next door

The location

There was a wait for breakfast every morning. Also, they don’t have plant based milk available. You have to request it and they do not label the food on the buffet so if you are vegetarian vegan or have any type of allergy, this is really tricky however, they are very hospitable and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Spesielt beliggenheten. Nær Ayala senteret.

Alle e-postene de sender i forkant av ankomsten. Det er stressende.

Directly at the mall. Staff very friendly and accommodating. A lot of choices at breakfast, no lines, because they have an extension when the restaurant is full. Massage at the room very good. Pool across the street at the sports centre is nice and the staff brings you there. Big gym with enough equipment for holiday training. Very fast laundry service. We had a great stay.

When they have their own pool again is even more perfect of course but sometimes renovations are necessary:) and the pool at the sport centre works well too.

Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast

Beds are old, slightly firmer mattresses would be great

Near to a shopping centre and restaurants

The pool wasnt opened

The room was spacious and nice with great staff of people who were very accommodating. Definitely will go back

Staff were well trained and friendly
