京都駅から徒歩圏内で、コンビニも食事をするところも近くに沢山あってとても便利でした。スタッフの方が大変親切でした。 備品も整っていたしお風呂も気持ちよかったです。

部屋に窓がなかったのだけが残念でした。部屋の奥の洗面所には窓がありましたが、洗面所とトイレが一緒だったので開けっ放しにできませんでした。

El hotel está a 5 minutos de la estacion por lo que es muy cómodo. El hotel está bastante nuevo con habitaciones en muy buen estado. El onsen es un plus cuando llegas cansado después de todo el dia. Dan 3 opciones de desayuno muy completas.

Tienes que elegir el desayuno el dia antes, no pudiendo hacerlo el mismo dia. El servicio es bastante lento desde que pides el desayuno hasta que lo entregan (unos 20-30 minutos).

El desayuno. No era buffet, son tres menús cerrados y tienes que elegir uno el día anterior. Al cabo de cinco días te resultan repetitivos y además tardan muchísimo en prepararlos, aunque están muy bien preparados, pero si un día quieres salir antes, tienes que prescindir del desayuno. Si no, hasta las ocho u ocho y media no sales de allí. Además, ciertos cafes o infusiones te los cobran aparte y si quieres extra de café también te lo cobran. Yo cogería este hotel sin desayuno.

La habitación grande, con espacio de sobra para las maletas. Personal amable, hablan inglés y te ayudan en lo necesario. Cerca de la estación y alejado del centro. Calidad precio buena.

El desayuno se hizo pesado al tercer día, la encargada de la cafetería no fué muy amable. Las lavadoras casi siempre en uso. Finalmente la pusimos y el personal amablemente la recogió y nos la guardó

Very short walk to Kyoto Station! The staff are kind and helpful, check-in and check-out was extremely easy! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable, they provided nice pyjamas as well. :))) They provide fresh towels daily. We didn't get a chance to go to the onsen, but it's nice to know it was available to us.

CLose to kyoto station and many restaurants, bars and shops. It has a hot spring, coin laundry and a restaurant/cafe for breakfast and coffee during the day. Very comfortable and clean rooms - good facilities and a great base for kyoto

Das Cafe Personal war leider nicht so freundlich, die fixe Frühstück-Menüs sind leider nichts für Kinder. Wir haben auch erst am letzten Tag erfahren dass man für Kinder unter 6 Toastbrot dazu kaufen kann. Wir würden wieder kommen aber kein Frühstück dazu nehmen. Leider könnten wir an keinem Tag die Waschmaschine verwenden, in der früh und am Abend immer besetzt.

Metroya çok yakın yürüme mesafesinde, temiz ve harikaydı. Çalışanları çok yardımcı oldu. Olanakları gerçekten çok tatmin ediciydi. Kyoto’ya gidersem yine kalırım dediğim bir oteldi.

Aunque el desayuno es excelente, tienes que esperar a que t lo sirvan porque no es self service. El café con leche lo tienes que pagar aparte. La habitación tiene muy poca luz.

朝食付きで予約したが提供まで40分程待った。混んでいたから仕方がないが、前日に朝食のメニューを聞くシステムがあるのならもう少しスムーズに回せそうだと感じました。人気エリアで後の予定もある人も多いかと思います。スタッフの方もイライラしていました。改善よろしくお願いいたします。

The building is really nice and it was very clean, beds are confortable.

The bedrooms are tiny all the bed are next to each other we were 3 there is no space for luggage. No water dospenser and the hallways smell like soup.

駅近くのホテルで、利便性が高かったです。 フロントスタッフの方、清掃の方皆さんとても気持ち良い挨拶や対応をしてくれました。 部屋は清潔でとても快適でした。

玄関からロビーにガラスが多く、湿度の多い日にはどんなに綺麗にしていてもガラスの汚れや水蒸気が気になってしまうかもしれません。

とても綺麗で快適でした セキュリティーも万全でした お風呂上がりにミニアイスのサービスがあったり、ルームサービスもあり、とってもお得でよかったです。

大浴場の脱衣所と洗面が少し狭いので、混雑してたのがちょっと残念ですが、仕方ないかなと思います。

To get to the touristy bits of Kyoto need to get a train or a long walk

Molto carina l'idea dell'onsen con vasca d'acqua calda sulfurea (suddiviso per uomini e donne, si entra esclusivamente nudi) e l'area "bagni pubblici"raffinata e esclusiva con tanti prodotti a disposizione per ciascuna postazione (shampoo balsamo bagnoschiuma tonico latte detergente phon spazzola ecc.). Servizio ghiaccioli free. Colazione abbondante. Posizionato a 5 Min a piedi dalla stazione di Kyoto.

Difficoltà nel gestire l'invio dei bagagli, solo tramite app ma con scritte da inserire con caratteri giapponesi. Nella camera con spazi stretti non c'era neanche un piccolo armadio/comodino, solo un asta con appendiabiti. Nel bagno piccolo difficoltà ad appendere accappatoio o altro. All'arrivo, per tutto il primo giorno l'odore presente in stanza è stato sgradevole e forte, poi migliorato il secondo giorno. C'è solo una piccola finestra in bagno che si apre di pochi cm.

Everything was excellent. We chose this hotel primarily for its convenient location and the cleanliness of the rooms, and it exceeded our expectations in every way. It made our Kyoto experience even more enjoyable. A big compliment to the entire staff. They were always kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was delicious, the location made it easy to get around the city, and our room was comfortable, quiet, and well maintained. We even used the hotel's laundry service, which was very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.

The room could have been a bit bigger, but we understand that this is very typical in Japan.

Sehr zentrale Lage, super Anbindung an Busse und Bahnen. Viele Restaurants, Konbinis und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Gegenüber ein schöner Tempel. Nebenan gleich ein immer geöffneter Family Mart. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schön gestaltetes Hotel. Hotel und Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Täglich frische Handtücher und Müllabholung. Reinigung haben wir zwischendurch nicht in Anspruch genommen. Der Onsen im Hotel war sehr entspannend. Die drei Waschmaschinen haben gut funktioniert, man muss jedoch mit Wartezeiten rechnen. Auf den einen Aufzug muss man manchmal etwas warten. Unser Zimmer hat uns wirklich sehr gefallen, obwohl man keinen weiten Ausblick hatte, aber das wussten wir vorher. Das Zimmer hatte eine für Japan sehr gute Größe und einen gut funktionierenden Grundriss. Wir konnten unsere 5 Koffer auf dem Boden öffnen und dennoch noch durchs Zimmer gehen. Das Zimmer war modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Es hatte eine angenehme warme Atmosphäre durch eine schöne und vielfältige Beleuchtung sowie moderne Holzmöbel. Die Dusche war schön groß. Auch das Bad war sehr schön und modern. Es war insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt und wir würden hier sehr gerne noch einmal übernachten.

Es war nur etwas störend, dass die Toilettenspülung anging, sobald man an der Toilette vorbeiging. Aber das ist nur eine Kleinigkeit. Wir hätten uns mehr Möglichkeiten gewünscht, um Sachen aufzuhängen oder abzulegen - Haken an den Wänden und Regale.

- male la lavanderia: hanno 3 lavatrici/asciugatrici che però non asciugano per nulla: abbiamo dovuto fare 3 cicli di asciugatura e i vestiti erano ancora bagnati

Check out was at 10 am for the entire hotel! The elevators were jammed and wait time was very long. Also as a traveler, I felt penalized for having to pay a "city tax" for my hotel reservation & stay. In reality, I shouldn't have to pay that fee since I'm not a citizen of Japan.

The laundry- the staff needs to check the waiting area before removing clothing items from the laundry. I was in the waiting area and staff didn’t bother to check and ask me if my cloths were in the laundry. They just took it out. I get your policy but I wasn’t even that far from the laundry. I was right next to it in the waiting area. The cloths were still damp when the staff took it out. The staff was kind enough to dry my cloths over night. But I still think staff should at least scan the area before removing items from the laundry. The room- the room is too small for a family of 4.

Frühstück war Menü. Man hatte kaum Auswahl. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht, das wurde übersehen. Wenn wir nicht in unserer Buchung geprüft hätten, hätten wir doppelt bezahlt.

Loved the design and thoughtful detail of every aspect of the hotel. Very organic and natural but with Japanese influences. It was close to Kyoto train station too! Don Quixote was 2 minutes walk away and a Family Mart on the corner. I rented a free bike for a few hours one afternoon to go and see Kiyomizu-dera Temple which was so lovely! Also the hotel has an onsen which is ever done before. Totally100% recommend this hotel!!

Only Japanese tv, no CNN but that was ok. No complimentary breakfast but Family Mart just outside of hotel so not a problem.

We loved the onsen and the icy poles after the onsen! The beds were also very comfortable and our bathroom!

The breakfast was not very nice. We had breakfast included and we tried it for two mornings and could not keep eating it for the rest of our stay.

外国人を意識して造られているので施設や設備が今まで泊まったホテルに比べて広々していてゆったりできた。 部屋のつくりがよかった。建物の設計、構造がよかった(エレベータのイン、アウトを考えられた構造等)

お風呂が静かすぎる。何故か？湯の流れの音がない。窓が無いから密閉された感じ。違和感があった。何だ無機質な感じでリラックスできなかった。 シャワーキャップかヘアゴム(女子用)があると助かります。

The location was excellent, very close to the Kyoto station where we arrived on the Shinkansen, and where we took the train to visit other parts of Kyoto for sightseeing. It is located on a street with many restaurant options and a few minute walking distance to a main area for shopping and more food options. The hotel is very clean, with a modern but traditional Japanese feel and aesthetic. The room was pretty spacious for the two of us with a duffle bag each. We used the luggage forwarding service to our next hotel destination so we didn’t have to carry our large suitcases from Tokyo to Kyoto. The breakfast was good, it was a yummy western breakfast, with healthy balanced portions. The best thing about the hotel was the clean and modern onsen. We used it every day to relax after a day of walking and sightseeing. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kyoto.
