The bed was a little lump, ice machine on are floor didn't work, had to go all the way down stairs for ice. The breakfast was ok.

Bed was sagging. Dirty carpet, had to have room cleaning vacuum carpet. Some furniture was worn.

Discounted price was great. Pool that was warm and fun.

At Upon arriving at 5 pm we were told there were no clean rooms. They checked us in and took down our phone number to call in an “hour” when the room was ready. We received no call. We arrived back at 8 pm only to be told they just got our room ready. We went up to the room finding a bag of dollar general possibly cleaning rags. There was no soap, shampoo or wash cloths in the room. Mold and peeling paint in the bathroom. Just a feeling of uncleanliness throughout the room. On the second night we got back to the hotel at 5 pm and they had still not been through the already booked rooms to see if there was anything needed. The hallway was full of trash from the night before and was still there the 3rd morning. We had booked a full week but after 2 nights we had enough. No refund, no apology nothing to even make us feel like they cared. DO NOT BOOK OR STAY HERE AS THE OWNERS AND STAFF DON’T CARE AT ALL. DEFINITELY NOT 4.5 stars as stated on Trip Advisor! You could also hear the cars drag racing up and down O street all night long.

The location

It was dark and dirty. The bathroom had contact paper over the floor and poorly applied caulking, it was bubbling up in the corner.

It was pet friendly and near many stores and attractions.

The room wasn't clean thoroughly. The carpet had been "cleaned" with carpet fresh powder that showed every place where it was wet at some point. It wasn't vacuumed completely either. Plus, there was garbage behind the end tables. The breakfast was limited; cereals, breads, yogurt, waffles, biscuits, gravy, and choice of typical beverages.

Got bed bugs was not fun.. Stayed a few times before was fine. Not this time.

Staff were very nice and friendly. Location was good. For the most part it was quiet.

Used Kleenex on bedside table when I first arrived. Had to ask for toilet paper as no one refilled when cleaning. Burned out light bulb and no shade on lamp. Cigarette smoke in hall and smoking right outside main door.

The staff was very kind, courteous and attentive. They allowed my family and I to check in after midnight, which we appreciated. In addition, hot breakfast was available, which as a plus.

The facility can use improvement. There were construction obstacles getting to the elevator, which we could overlook. However, there was mold on the shower curtains which made the experience poor. Moreover, they charged us $50.00 to have dogs on top of the cost that we already paid, on a 5 hour stay. The hallway also smelled like someone was cooking with curry. We will not be staying here again until they finish their improvements.

Not clean, halls and room had odd smells. Definitely didn't feel like things had been kept up and cleaned to the best of their ability. Hairs left in the shower, stains on walls, couch cushions, and floor.

Breakfast was really good and extended time on the weekends! Pool was clean and heated! Comfy beds, better set two alarms, or you will miss breakfast!

Room had not been cleaned well...crumbs on floor, fingerprints on walls. Trash behind doors. Also room was $80 per night if I would have reserved directly or through priceline and booking.com charged $156.00. Submitted price match claim and they denied saying policies were not same as refundable was one and non refundable was the other even though there was absolutely no difference in price so $160 vs $322 for the same room at the same hotel. I will never use booking.com again.

The room was quite unkempt, featuring unidentified marks on both the couch and curtains. The bed appeared soiled, and the pillows bore stains from what seemed to be drool and lipstick. The carpet felt rather stiff, and the television, lacking its stand, rested directly on a dresser that showed signs of water damage.

crawling on the bed were roaches. It was disgusting. We found leftover food in our fridge and a used bar of soap in the shower. There was dried noodles crusted to the floor all over our room. The room clearly had not been cleaned. The hotel in general was dirty. And with the roaches in the room, clearly the whole entire hotel is infested.

The bed was comfortable and it's close to shopping and eating places.

The T.V. didn't have very many channels for kids to watch. There wasn't very many breakfast choices.

The bathtub wouldn't drain the water so your standing in dirty water from the person before you. The tv had sound no picture. The hallway was under construction which no big deal just wish I would've known before booking.

Swimming pool was empty, no discount for that. Very simple breakfast. Fridge in my room didn't work, ruined 50 dollar's of food. Staff asking me for cigarette. Fridge should have been cold when I arrived!!!!! Should have been discount for not being able to use the pool!!!! Cigarette butts everywhere outside.

The staff was EXTREMELY kind! They were very welcoming and polite.

We are coffee drinkers, so it was a little disheartening to find no coffee available in the room.

the breakfast was lackluster, the room had gnats in it, and the hallways smelled musty. i found a liquor bottle behind the ironing board and the pool was closed to everyone but the staff who obviously let their kids in and other family. if it wasn't for the unbeatable price and a last-minute trip i would have left.

The strong odor of animal urine. And the bedbugs that attacked me as I slept, resulting in painful bites and having to get rid of everything I had in the room with me. And I can’t get a refund!!!!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable. We really like the room size, because it had an extra nook on the end for the sofa bed and table.

The hallway smell. Also the biscuits and gravy was nearly gone by 9:00.

Our room was not clean. The only thing clean in the room was the bedding and linens at least. Surfaces had smudges and were dirty. The side of the bed skirt up by the headboard, appeared to have serious staining. Not sure if it was somebody spilling a drink or something else. Extremely dirty around the nightstands we don’t think anybody even vacuumed before we arrived.

First night I stayed I fixed the toilet because the chain was under it so I adjusted the chain so it wouldn't go under the flange the flange needs to be replaced. The next morning I am formed the staff that was on duty that a lady burned her finger and that he should go talk to her and potentially write an incident report he said. Very snooty I was like I can do his give her a band-aid there's nothing else I can do for her. I thought it was just poor customer service. I ended up writing the Room 2 more nights as my mom is in the hospital I thought that it was a different name. So my bad for picking a twice. I will not make that mistake again. My sister stayed Last night Some men were working in the building and we advised that the room had an odor he said no it doesn't. Same guy. Also in the morning my sister went to get breakfast the The breakfast mini donuts were hard The juice was not filled. As well as some other things that were also stale. And apparently the gentleman yelled at her saying no it's not. She tapped the Mini cupcake On the counter so that it would make the tinting tink sound. We have to stay some more nights as we have family in the hospital. Just overall unfriendly. And creepy vibe

I would like him to apologize I would like him to care about his customers you know like tell them I'm sorry that something happened to them and you know offer something. And maybe post a sign beware very hot And replace food if it is stale or hard as a rock ridiculous. Some basic customer service. Water main broke. No water, toilets for over 4-5 hours. Told would be two. Then told total 2 night stay would be refunded but he told booking.com he was not refunding anything after leaving the hotel at 5pm with it still not working.

Pool wasn't heated. Room extremely cold and took long time to heat up. No coffee maker no extra pillows blankets for hydabed hallway had horrible smell workers weren't pleasant

I have actually requested a refund because the moment I walked in the door I got my key to my room and was absolutely disgusted when I walked in the door. Which, you would think as I booked a king suite that I would have a nice relaxing evening, however, that was not the case. There were a lot of things spilled on the walls. It seemed that were never cleaned ever, a large bug crawling on the wall and into the air-conditioning unit, the furniture looked like something that was handed down three generations in marketplace, and the carpet was wet with a bad odor. I called my husband right away and asked him to come get me and my bag, and I turned around and gave my keys back to the front desk clerk who asked me if something was wrong, and I politely declined to answer since I did not want to make a scene in front of other guests. I have since then requested a refund and have heard nothing at all from the staff.

Horrible paint job, black paint all over the carpet. The manager checking me in was rude and barely spoke to me...just snapped commands to me... the elevator was rickety, and I was afraid I was not going to make it to the second floor. I was staying there because my mother was in the hospital...I was already stressed, and this stay did not help the situation...

Looked like a drink splattered on wall. Bed sheets soiled. Toilet was running wasting water. Had to lift tank to fix each time after flushing. Window was partially opened when entering room. The street traffic was very noisy. Could hear bikes racing up and down street all night. Ice machine didn’t work on second floor. Tv remote was dead. Keys didn’t work to enter room. Had to get maintenance to let us back in. The building had excess weed growth 3ft high around building. Trash in parking lot. Dead mouse near entrance.

Honestly nothing. If I were to say anything positive about this place it would be that the older lady behind the front counter seemed nice, very roll with the punches kinda lady, someone who’s worked customer service for years. But is low key kinda checked out due to management.

Everything! The first floor hallway by the lobby, pool and elevator smelled like dog pee. The first room I was put in the deadbolt lock was broken, I requested a new room, I was put in a room that hadn’t been clean yet, I requested a new room, and was given a key to someone else’s room! I was finally placed in a fourth room that was clean and at first glance seemed to be in order. However the tv remote was broken and the only button that worked was the channel up button and at night the room smelled very wet and gross.

From the moment we arrived I was uncomfortable. The handicapped door buttons did not work. There was no one at the desk. Employee was instead sitting in the lobby and started me. The lobby area smelled of smoke/pot and they had an oil diffuser on counter to try and mask it. Checking in the employee did not know how to update my c.c. Info to the card I wanted.Going into the elevator you will notice graffiti on the door. Looks like someone tried to paint over it but it was still readable. The room itself smelled musty. It advised that it was newly renovated but it appears the only update was the paint. Speaking of paint, it was everywhere. On the wall hone, on the plate covers of lights, switches, on the bathtub. The wood furniture was all warped and the pillows were gross, yellows sweat stains, and lumpy. A $3 pillow from a big box store would have been better. The carpet was severely stained and the drapes were old, stained, and dated. When you sat on the edge of one bed it made a collapsing sound. Bed skirts were a complete mess. Not even remotely applied correctly. The couch had seen better days. Saggy, dirty, and scratched up. There was no shower curtain liner either. Had it not been a quick stop over as we traveled I would have been out of there. Breakfast was a joke. Waffle batter was thin and did not cook thru. The only serving utensils available was a ladder for gravy so everything else you needed to use your hands for. You could choose from white toast, chocolate mini muffins, instant oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and off brand sugar cereals. Looking for anything that doesn’t involve starch/carbs just forget it. They advertise coffee and cookies available in the lobby but it was not there. When I inquired I was sent thru a door to a dark breakfast area with coffee. I suspect it had been sitting all day. As far as environmentally friendly this is not the place styrofoam plates/bowels/cups, plastic cutterly, single use toiletries.

I liked the location. Parking was well lit although rather shady patrons were around.

The first room had bugs which I smashed on my finger and took to the desk. 2nd room appeared bugless but in poor repair. It appeared bugless but I saw a bug by morning. The carpet needed vacuumed. The fitted sheet corner came loose in the night and the mattress pad looked like there was blood on it. Breakfast room, altho not busy had gravy on the counter and dried gravy on the ladle. Pool was advertised but out of order It looked green alth pump was running. I kept all of my belongings zipped up tight and couldnt get out of there fast enough.
