The shower water pressure was awful. My son felt like he had to rinse his hair for an hour. That’s was the only down fall. Other than that it was great.

The check in guy was kind and helpful, room was nice and clean

The tub drain didnt quite work right, some ofnthe room furniture was a bit dated

The hotel was clean and welcome feeling. The staff was friendly.

Parking is limited. Only passenger vehicles. Not many options for a pickup truck with even a small trailer.

No elevator and we couldn’t carry our luggage upstairs. The staff switched us to a ground floor.

Location

This was our 2nd stay. I thought I had requested a downstairs room as one of the people in party has a hard time walking and we both have a difficulty with stairs but nope we couldnt be accommodated but the clerk that checked us in said I can put you in a room at the top of the stairs. We walked expecting to be at the top of the stairs. NOPE had to walk down the ENTIRE hall to the opposite end. The bed was rock hard the pillows too soft and just like every other hotel not enough towels. If you know 2 People will be in the room why not 4 towels instead of 2? The first time we stayed there last year they were very accommodating this time not so much. Since we will be back in the area from time to time it is time to find a different place to stay.

Price was a little high due to local event.

Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Modern furniture. AC was nice and cool. Nice view from the room. Front desk person was friendly. Easy access from the interstate.

Remodeling across the hall but no noise during our stay. We found several random hairs on our bed and in the bathroom so housekeeping could have paid more attention to detail. Also looked like our bed had been sat on after it had been made. All wrinkled.

Parking lot was small Property was Not kept, it look like they had the Lanscaping done last year. It smelled really bad when you walked in as if old moldy socks . At one point, I had to use the bathroom and when I looked at the wall in front of me, it looked like somebody “came” on the wall I took pictures . This place was very filthy. Even the bedsheets had stains. They smelled like they didn’t get changed. The bathroom had mold in the handles and such. The ceiling in the bathroom was failing same with the caulking.

Great staff -- friendly and helpful. Love that it's pet friendly and they put us near the door so it was easy to take our doggo out for breaks. Room was very clean.

It could use an update (e.g., deep scratches in the paint), although that's certainly not a deal-breaker. Just minor wear and tear.

The best breakfast that I have had in years of travel!

I was double booked and no AI could figure it out and I paid for two rooms even though we only used one. The manager said he couldn’t do anything about it. He said to take it up with booking to take care of it. Neither one did and the manager denied it happened.

Good location, the breakfast was pretty decent.

The toilet seat wobbled a lot and the shower head couldn't be moved without making a terrifying noise. There were only two bath towels. I also found a tiny frog in the hallway.

The clerk was very friendly and welcoming. The bedding was clean and comfortable.

One of the bath towels had dust bunnies on top of it. The shower curtain had spots of mold. The room felt very humid so not sure when the last time it was rented out.

We get a motel room every week just to get away staycation the thing we liked about the hotel was it was something different a change.

Part about the hotel that sucked no elevator couldn't get a room on the ground floor walk with a cane so that was tough and one ice machine in the entire building clear down by the office. What a joke. No grab rails in the shower either. We will never go back again not even if it was free

Food was good for a continental breakfast

Front desk clerk was kind, efficient and personable. The room was perfect… quiet, clean and comfortable. Quiet area, near store gas and restaurant.

The sink handle was a little loose but worked fine.

The room I ended up in needs serious declogging of the bathtub drain. Tub was almost halfway full of water by the time I finished taking a shower and took a good 5 minutes to fully drain after I finished.

Clean, quiet and the facilities are well-kept. The receptionist was very kind, and the entire facility felt very secure- it was a good place to sleep and have breakfast the next morning!

The room I was in smelled like urine- but only at the entrance. The actual room where I slept was odor free, but being greeted by the urine smell when I opened the door was always a shock

The staff was great. Location was good off the highway. Breakfast was normal breakfast with eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc.

My only complaint was that I arrived late, almost midnight, and the room was insanely hot and humid. Turned on the air full blast but took hours before it cooled down. Planned to leave early, by 7 am. Did not sleep well because of the temp so made 10 hr drive that day difficult.

I was standing by the sink in my Robe and I noticed something on my hand. I shook it and a tick landed on my leg. I grabbed a tissue and threw it in the garbage. Fortunately it didn’t bite me. But I am deathly afraid of ticks because of Lyme Disease.

Quiet and right off the highway

It was clean. It looks like they do well with the upkeep. There are obvious renovations going on in some rooms but they did an excellent job of minimizing the effect.

Queen beds are small for traveling with 3 people you have two adults in one bed and the bed is more like a double or something.

Towels were dirty. TV remote didn't work well. Musky smell in room. Not all lights worked in room. Staff was preoccupied with smoke breaks

The rooms are very large. The fridge had a separate freezer for our cooler ice packs. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. Walking distance to several restaurants. Staff was friendly. Better rate on booking.com. Right off the highway. They seem to be remodeling some of the rooms on the first level but the hotel was very clean. Breakfast was great. Hot eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cereal, juice, etc.

Nothing really to complain about. We do have trucks with trailers so parking was on the street for us. No elevator for those who need it, we are capable. Rate was better on booking.com. Not sure why. Would have been great to relax in a hot tub after driving all day but no pool or hot tub.

Same as all of the hotels, so so or powdered eggs and bagels and such, not a good feature for me

Room keys getting deprogrammed which was a pain. Must be an issue since a housekeeper let me in my room to save a trip downstairs again

Bed was hard, asked for top floor tried to give us a bottom room, breakfast was cold and tight quarters. Asked for a receipt and was told no.

No shelving in toilet/shower area for personal items needed when or after showering. No sink in toilet area. Closet rod was so close to shelf that getting personal hangers in and out was challenging.

The room had an odd odor. The shower head could not be adjusted…the water came out way too hard. Cost of the room was not worth the stay.

The room was clean and comfortable. Checking in was easy and quick. The lady who helped us checking out was phenomenal.

My issue was mostly my fault. I didn't do enough of a deep dive before getting to the site. Both my knees and hips are messed up and I didn't realize that there wasn't an elevator. We arrived pretty late and ended up on the upper level so getting our bags in and out was very difficult for me.

Very easy access from highway. Room was clean. Check in was easy.

Room was very stuffy upon arrival, but air conditioner brought temp down fairly quickly. The LED lighting is a bit cold and harsh.

I thought the property was great. They are currently renovating and it still looked clean and put together.

Continue to work on the renovations, making sure to get the peeling paint in some areas - everything is coming it great.
