The location was very quite clean and private. Also it had a special charm like stepping into a cabin from a storybook. I will recommend this place to my friends and I intend to visit again with my kids in the future.

Excellent! Les chambres sont extra avec un lit très grand et si confortable!

Des fournitures telles que huile, vinaigre, papier cuisson etc aurait été un plus.

Extremely good location, clean and close to the village even by walking distance. The host and experience was amazing and extremely helpful. Managed to bring out my entire family for this weekend trip.

27 min à pieds du village de mont tremblant, chalet très spacieux et confortable, jacuzzi chauffé à notre arrivé, très bien équipé. Lits très confortables, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et reviendrons sans hésiter.

La gentillesse et l’accueil des gérants. Le fait qu’on ait pu récupérer très facilement ce qui avait été oublié.

Un peu plus d’ustensiles de cuisine, tels que chaudrons poêles, verres…

Chalet hyper confortable, propre et très bien équipé. L'accueil a été parfait et les propriétaires ont été très accommodants.

La propreté et l'aménagement du chalet.La cuisine très fonctionnelle,le calme,le spa.

Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de volets dans la salle a manger car même si c'est un endroit très calme on peut être incommodés par le vis-à-vis.

Le Spa sur la terrasse, sous les étoiles. La proximité au centre des activités. La tranquillité, la calme.

Le Chalet manquait d'intimité, nous devions donc garder les rideaux tirés presque tout le temps.

I like the emplacement near all the activities with some at walk distance.The hot tub on the balcony is a must and the staff is really nice and professional.we had an ac issue but they called us in advance and were very accomodating. The chalet itself is really bright, modern and comfortable.

My onlyreserve would be the kitchenware that, if you come with family, is not really practical and pans that need replacement. Next time I will surely ask for another unit thou cause it was on the border of the road , even if it s not passant enough to prevent enjoying the quiet, you need to keep the stores down to have some privacy.

Les prestations: le jacuzzi, le confort du lit ,le bbq ,la clim et les 2 sdbain.la situation géographique un peu excentré du village donc au calme mais accessible tres facilement a pieds et pour des départs de randos

The location of the chalet was very nice. A bit isolated while being 30min walking distance from the Village. Hot tub was taken care of and clean. It was clean and comfortable. Asked for early check-in and got it, free of charge. We would rebook there. Quality for the price was good.

When we arrived at the time of our early check-in, I hadn't received the code for the door. We went to the reception, there was no one there. We finally spoke to an employee, who made us talk to the one in charge of reception through the phone. There was a delay before we could finally enter the chalet. Matter ended up being resolved. Just a weird reception.

Il n’y avait aucun draps, oreiller, couette pour le divan lit. Comme c’est annoncé pour 6 personnes, cela devrait être présent dans un garde-robe ou tiroir Pas d’extra de serviette de bain non plus. Aucun ustensiles de BBQ, aucun bol (exemple pour des céréales ou bol repas)

Le spa beaucoup trop de clore et la propreté laissait à désirer. les deux terrasses ont besoin d amour. La terrasse supérieure chambranle et planche molle nous donnait un sentiment d insécurité. Ce chalet aurait aussi besoin d air climatisé mural car à notre arrivée il y fessais très chaud (30 degrés au rez de chaussée et 33 à l étage).

We like everything! Everything is clean and orderly, its still smells like new. We have everything we need! We called super late in the morning because of confusion and they still answered us. Very good customer service and very easy to reach! For a big house on that process, very very reasonable. We will definitely book again.

We loved the place, it was very comfortable, clean, beautiful location with a fantastic view of the mountain. We loved the fireplace, dishwasher, laundry facilities, big beds, awesome showers, hot tub and big screen TV.

The driveway was quite icy and I had trouble getting up into the parking spots, more gravel on the driveway would help. We couldn't plug in the twinkle lights on the deck where the hot tub was, the cord needed an extension to reach the outlet. The hot tub didn't get very hot and there was a burnt out light in the upstairs bedroom. A few throw cushions on the couch upstairs would make the couch more comfortable.

Beau chalet chaleureux belles grandes chambres et cuisine fonctionnelle et salon avec foyer électrique très apprécié. SPA sur la galerie très apprécié apres le ski . Personnel très sympathique navette pour se rendre à la station de ski .

Manqué de savons dans les distributeurs dans la douche. Manque de crochets dans l’entrée pour faire sécher les vêtements de ski humides. Sinon non tout était parfait

La chalet est très bien situé à 5 min de la montagne en voiture sinon une navette est disponible le matin et le soir à des heures prévues , l’espace est très grand. L'hôte est facile à joindre et accommodant. Chaque chambre possède 2 serviettes de douche, il y a des serviettes supplémentaire pour le Jacuzzi . L'espace cuisine est complet , la vaisselle est suffisante, équipement de cuisine relativement complet etc. L'accès au chalet est très facile. Les environs sont magnifiques. Tout est facile d'accès rapidement.

Cela reste une opinion personnelle ABSOLUMENT RIEN DE MAJEUR mais à notre avis les lits et oreillers ne sont pas tres confortables, trop durs . Le chalet ne possède aucune télévision intelligente au moins une sur les 2 aurait été apprécié ( ex: Netflix , Apple TV ou autre pour le soir etc ) . Le Chalet a un très beau potentiel mais il aurait besoin d’être rafraîchi légèrement ( peinture , mobilier , luminaires etc . ) pour le rendre encore plus attrayant. L’ensemble était propre mais le plancher aurait eu besoin d’un passage de balayeuse supplémentaire à plusieurs endroits.

Great views and free shuttle to the ski hill. Hot tub under the snow and the stars is a big bonus and we loved having our own kitchen.

Le service de l’hôte était impeccable. Il est très rapide à répondre à tous les besoins.

We had a two bedroom condo w a steep hill driveway so the weather was an issue. However, the reps made sure someone was there to sand the driveway. The condo itself was fabulous! Excellent French restaurant a stones throw from the property and down the block from lake tremblant

El precio es bastante elevado. Y la wifi era muy mala la televisión se congelada frecuentemente. No quisimos usar la conexión en los celulares para no atrofia más señal.

The chalet was great… it would be better if it would have a few basic items like salt pepper sugar which we usually find in any of our bookings

Getting checking information was painful. By 11am that day there was still nothing and booking could not reach them either . It was a very stressful day and weeks prior to booking as property info on site is incorrect … voicemails full… very poor info

Nous avons aime l’emplacement, le chalet avait été décoré pour Noël ce qui rendait l’expérience encore plus chaleureuse

Nous ne pouvons pas dire que nous n’avons pas aimé quoi que ce soit, il y a juste la connection internet qui était saturée mais le propriétaire a réagis tout de suite

Chalet à la fois fonctionnel, calme, une très jolie décoration moderne. Les petites attentions comme quelques filtres à café, quelques tablettes pour le lave vaisselle.. sont très appréciées. Voir le chalet en automne donne encore plus envie de le découvrir en hiver. Les petits plus : chaque pièce à son thermostat, la literie est très confortable, la cheminée au gaz ( doit être bien agréable l’hiver) Nous avons adoré notre séjour

si je dois parler d’un point négatif ça serait la proximité avec la route qui est très fréquentée mais nous y étions pour le we d’action de grâce qui est une fin de semaine particulière achalandée. En revanche, pas d’inquiétude car le chalet est très bien insonorisé !

Chalet abbastanza sporco in termini di polvere e senza possibilità di culle per i bambini. Proprietà per niente disponibile su Booking e anche sul posto era difficile trovarli. Le finestre non si potevano aprire perché i meccanismi erano tutti rotti

Tuvimos un problema con la.wifi que no funcionaba pero entiendo que fue puntual.

The location was good, the interior design was modern, it had a barbecue, a jacuzzi, and a TV, as mentioned in the property's description, and all the kitchen wares that we needed.

The Wi-Fi was not working. When we called the management, they said it was a problem with the internet company, and because we were there during the weekends, they could not fix it. The sheets were not clean before our arrival, so we did them. The dryer did not work. The main issue that we had during our stay was the cleaning issue, and I hope the management of the property considers asking the cleaning crew to change all sheets to clean sheets to get a 10 of 10 score.

wunderschönes Haus, tolle Betten, tolle Ausstattung!

Great location outside of the mountain base station but close to groceries and restaurants. Only half an hour to the Park entrance and 5 min from the mountain great village. This village recently developed is plentiful of restaurants, shops and beautiful gardens. many activities for the whole family. Also as I had some small problems at the property, I found Roger really helpful and pleasant to deal with, He had no problems fixing things for us

The property was an excellent base to explore Tremblant. The chalet is excellent great for a family of 4 adults. The hot tub is great for relaxing after a hard day of activities. Ample parking right outside the chalet.

Not really a thing that bothered us as the walk is very very pleasant with some superb views however it is 30mins walk into the centre of Tremblant.

- No mobile shower heads - Rotten egg smell in the chalet - Faulty BBQ ignition mechanism - Empty shower gel containers

Operators had the air con on for us when we arrived which was considerate. Hot tub was on also (though we later realised we couldn't switch it off !!).

Chalet had a musty smell. Washing Machine was not working - if we had known in advance, we could have done our laundry at previous location.
