L'hôte a été hyper agréable et accueillant. Nous avons été surclassé dans un chalet magnifique. Dommage de n'être resté qu'une seule nuit. Le petit déjeuner était correct. Le cadre était sublime et calme. Vraiment nous recommanderons cet hébergement.

The breakfast was small yet had enough nice touches like real plates/cups/silverware,, wonderful croissants, coffee (available all the time), teas, milk, cream, fruits, cereals, bagels, muffins and a common microwave. The keeper really put this place over the top. Always answered his phone (he is running seven separate buildings) and helpful. We extended our stay by a phone call easily and he gave us great advice that allowed us to see and do everything we wanted in a short stay. Not being in the resort itself was a plus for us. Parking was plentiful, the wifi was great and access was easy with just a short walk from the car.

The floors are a bit noisy, but overall the stay was nice and quiet as expected.

C'est un bel endroit calme et bien situé avec un propriétaire très aimable et serviable. Un déjeuner continentale avec différante sorte de café ou thé, des jus des yogourts, muffins, croissants et fruits est compris dans le prix. Il y a une terrasse avec balançoire, divan, chaise et table et on peux y apercevoir des chevreuils qui viennent manger dans les arbres.

Tout et surtout le petit dej où on se gère et on débarrasse notre table , range notre vaisselle.

Le lit trop souple pour notre dos de vieux.

The place is well situated, it's 20 minutes walk to downtown and they have a bus stop near by which is free. The place is calm and you can park you car without any inconveniences. The family who run the place was very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful.

The place is beautiful but, they need to improve their cleaning and repairs the doors. The door from my room was very hard to open. The door is touching the floor which is getting destroyed. The shower wasn't well clean. You can see the soap accumulation that have become pink around the shower. I decided to showered with my shoes that, I uses to go to the beach, because I didn't feel comfortable showering there, I stayed 2 nights and the room wasn't made. The Spa, was dirty inside. I really wanted to use which. I put my feet inside the water and I didn't stay long. The night before someone used, they should it take a look and checked if, that was clean. Those things can be improved easily.

Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich und hat auch auf Veranstaltungen hingewiesen. Zum Hotel gibt es ein kostenloses Shuttle. Außerdem war das Frühstück inkludiert und es gibt Porzellangeschirr. Der Preis ist wirklich fair!

Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und es gibt kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Aber für ein, zwei Nächte passt das schon.

Location incantevole, e soprattutto pulito. Camera e letto ampi. Appena 15 minuti a piedi dal centro raggiungibile con una passeggiata piacevolissima. Siamo stati benissimo e lo consigliamo assolutamente.

If u are a lite sleeper this isn’t the place for you. From the squeaky stairs and floors to the noisy doors, to the noise coming from the lobby (music, people talking, dishes from breakfast, people using the kitchen). You wont sleep until the last guest reaches his room and until the first one goes down for breakfast… the doors are not at all soundproofed. Beds were really too soft.

The bed was fine. Liked the fact that they used real dishes & cutlery. The person at the desk, Dominic, was amazing, he gave us a lot of information that help our stay much easier by telling us about buses and recommended restaurants. Very helpful and curtious.

Its in a very good locations next to the free bus stops and walkable 20-25mins to mont Tremblant free gondola. The room is basic but we didn’t need anything more as we always out exploring or swimming in the lake. The staff there are lovely and super helpful and are usually accomodating if you communicate and explain to them first. There is also a hot tub guests can use :). Not much amenities but if you use alot bring your own shampoo and body soap and tooth brush and tooth paste. We got 3 towels( face, spa and shower towel) to use

I wouldn’t say I disliked about it. It’s just a note the rooms we stayed in were on the older classic bnb side.

The location is great. Very central to the mountain and the shops. Amazing potential for a group adventure.

Obviously the hotel wasn’t in its peak season. We went in July on a Monday, but there wasn’t a customer service personnel till 11am. Breakfast was super basic. No coffee. Breakfast was more like an after thought of the B&B experience. The bathroom shower had mold in it. All-around, the problems were more from neglect than with the property itself.

Le seul point positif de mon expérience a été l’emplacement, qui était pratique pour l’événement du 70.3 de Mont-Tremblant.

La chambre ne correspondait pas à l’annonce (espace beaucoup plus petit que sur les photos, lits différents de ce qui était indiqué). Chambre très inconfortable et inadéquate pour un séjour sportif : aucune climatisation, seulement un vieux ventilateur fourni, chaleur difficile à supporter pour dormir. L’expérience a été grandement affectée par le manque d’espace, le confort limité et une communication peu professionnelle.

Hello, I am extremely disappointed with my stay at Auberge Sauvignon in Mont-Tremblant. I travelled here specifically to participate in a race this weekend and booked this property through Booking.com expecting a hotel experience based on the listing photographs and description. Upon arrival, I discovered that I had been assigned what was described as an “economy room,” however I do not feel that the listing clearly communicated the significant difference between this room and the accommodations shown in the photos. My room has no television, no air conditioning, and the Wi-Fi is either non-functional or unreliable. In addition, the walls are extremely thin, making it very difficult to rest and recover before my race. The overall experience is far below what I expected for a stay costing approximately $600. To the hotel’s credit, the manager apologized and provided my final night free of charge. However, this does not change the fact that the accommodation delivered is substantially different from what I believed I was booking through the Booking.com listing. This trip was intended to be an important race weekend and instead has become a very stressful and disappointing experience. I am requesting that Booking.com review this property listing, particularly the way the room categories and photographs are presented, as I do not believe they accurately set expectations for guests booking economy rooms. I am also considering discussing this matter with American Express and requesting that they review the transaction and circumstances surrounding the booking. I would appreciate a response regarding what options may be available and whether Booking.com can investigate this listing. Thank you,

It shows on booking site that there is AC per room, this is not true. There is AC central to the building but not adjustable per room. We visited during hot weather and the room got crazy hot. Staff helped us with a fan, but still not comfortable.

free breakfast in the morning was delicious and convenient for getting out to ski as fast as possible. the private shuttle to the slopes was an unexpected bonus and the driver was a lovely man, so helpful.

the room was smaller than it appeared in photos but it was an okay space for a weekend stay, if you were staying longer, a room with a bit more storage and space would be more suited.

The property is quite old and sound travels easily b/w rooms, wifi was very unstable for me. No kitchen to use and tiny fridge in the main area for everyone to share.

We went to check in but no one was there. I called 10 times and left a note at the desk and phone messages. I was unable to stay there due to no one at the desk and they were not there all day. They said they were at their other properties. I finally got someone at 8 pm but it was too late to check in because we made other arrangements.

The staff and lack of it.

Fabulous location close to the ski hill and the village shuttle. Walking distance to the xc ski trail. This is a very well managed inn which is great value for money! They offer an informal continental breakfast which is not advertised in the listing. Staff are very helpful and responsive. There is a huge parking lot which is well maintained.

I can see there being problems with guests at certain times of year like reading week because staff do not stay onsite at night. The first night I was there neighbours were rowdy. Ideally there could be boot trays, small bar fridges, and a folding tray table in each room. Because not all rooms have bar fridges, some guest (?) had packed the kitchen bar fridge full of leftover take out food and packages of sliced vegetables etc. These items may have been abandoned since there were there all week. That fridge is meant for the Inn's supplies. The Inn does have a shuttle, but it leaves at 8:30am (when it is available) even though the lifts ooen at 8:30am, so I will probably just drive every day next time.

Location is great, very close to Tremblant ski (5 min drive)

Very run down and small rooms. Check-in instructions were sent via text, but even when arriving within the extremely limited check in hours, there was no one at reception. When following up by text, reception mentioned that the ski shuttle service was unavailable for the weekend. Skipped an unappetizing looking continental breakfast

Habitación muy incómoda, desagüe de bañera estaba cerrado, no bajaba el agua, en la publicación dice salida a las 11 am, y a las 10 nos bloquearon los accesos a las habitaciones. El Wi-Fi no funcionaba. Edificio antiguo y con muy bajo o nulo mantenimiento. Todo suena.

Chambre économique porte bien son nom elle est minuscule . Pas de patere dans la chambre ni dans la salle de bain. Nous avons mis notre valise par terre en bloquant le petit placard. Cuillère à café petit déjeuner compris certes mais machines à café en panne le deuxième jour. Les viennoiseries étaient de trois jours emballés dans du cell au frais les deux pommes restantes étaient pourries.. nous avons attendu le gérant pendant 20 minutes et après nous ne l'avons plus vu. Par contre heureusement que les femmes de ménage étaient là pour nous faire du café et pour l'accueil de l'auberge.

Awesome location! Walking distance to the village, free parking. There’s a nice porch at the back of the property to hangout. Some breakfast stuff and drinks in the fridge.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’hôte était très accueillant et serviable. La chambre était propre et confortable, avec un cadre idéal, à environ 30 minutes à pied du centre de la station, ce qui évite les embouteillages et les difficultés de stationnement. Bonne surprise également : le petit déjeuner et l’accès au spa étaient inclus, alors que cela n’était pas clairement indiqué au moment de la réservation sur Booking.

En revanche, il serait utile de préciser plus clairement ces informations sur le site. De plus, les horaires d’arrivée indiqués (16h-18h) nous ont posé quelques difficultés, car nous avons essayé de joindre l’auberge avant notre arrivée mais sans succés. Heureusement, une fois sur place, un numéro était disponible pour signaler notre arrivée, et la personne est venue immédiatement.

L'emplacement rend l'auberge idéale pour découvrir le mont Tremblant et ses environs (12min à pieds de la station) . Le propriétaire est très sympathique et chaleureux. Le spa offre un vrai moment de détente après une bonne randonnée. Bonus, le petit déjeuner offert en plus de la réservation. Excellent séjour garanti !

There was a jacuzzi, which was nice. Rooms arent huge but have everything you need and beautiful view! Facilities (including jacuzzi) were beyond expectations! The only single flaw was that the towels provided had a slight mildewy smell from humidity and lack of air drying. But considering the humidity in the area, that may have been unavoidable! Other than amazing facilities, the staff were also really helpful whenever we needed any support. And despite a mild smell, the towels as well as everything else were very clean! Location is good because its only a 20 minute walk to the village, and there is a free bus- albeit not a very reliable one.

Déjeuner continental pourri, bagels passés dates et autres aliments manquants. Machine à café hors service et l'autre en manque de café. Il n'y avait que 2 fruits pas ragoûtant. Spa à 108 fereinight la première journée et impossible de diminuer la chaleur. Réparé la journée suivante.

L'emplacement est très bien. C'était une belle surprise d'avoir le jacuzzi et de pouvoir utiliser un barbecue. C'etait calme. Le gérant est arrangeant.

Chambres assez vétustes. Le petit déjeuner n'était pas approvisionné certains jours. Il n'y avait plus de fruits, de yaourts...

Ryan room shower needs regrouting to remove mold, lacks climate control. Continental Breakfast is extremely meager. Staff hospitality could be better. Great location, nice patio.
