On nous a fait changer de chambre sans nous prévenir à l'avance et sans notre accord sous prétexte que c'est un plus de l'hôtel mais c'était plus déstabilisant pour nous. L'hôtel à un parking payant alors que les hôtels voisins ont des parking gratuit pour leurs clients

The room looked very nice, it was clean and maintained well. We had a small kitchenet in the room, the breakfast was included in the room rate- it was very nice breakfast and exceeded our expectations.

The AC was very noisy and turned on and off during the night, it did made a lot on noise by turn on and shut off.

Great location if you want to be at the quiet part of the pedestrian village and only a 2 minute walk to the free chairlift that takes you to the centre. It only takes 2 minutes though operates approximately 9 to 7.Outside of those hours there is a hilly street to walk up. 5 minute flat walk from a free carpark which always had spaces on my visit. Luggage can be dropped easily at the hotel before parking. I had a very spacious room with a settee small dining tableand a working fireplace with TV. I was on the 4th floor. Excellent fast lift.

The breakfast experience could be improved. It's a little soulless and not a large choice . I stayed 3 nights and was tempted by the 3rd breakfast to check out a local cafe. Seating is limited at busier times. You can take food back to your room if you prefer.

We only stayed for a very short time and afterwards regretted not booking a longer stay, as we would have loved to enjoy more of the hotel and the surrounding area. The room was spacious, and we were lucky enough to receive an upgrade, which was very much appreciated. The staff at the reception were extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a quiet area, and the breakfast was good and perfectly adequate. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would have happily stayed longer.

We would have liked to use the swimming pool, but there was an activity taking place with a team, and it was quite busy with many people hanging around the pool for quite some time. So instead, we went for a lovely walk and explored the surrounding area.

Bel hôtel super bien situé dans le petit village de Mont-Tremblant. On nous a surclassé gratuitement donc on a eu droit à tout un appartement complet avec cuisine, salon, chambre et salle de bain. Tout était hyper propre et le personnel était fort sympathique aussi. Le parking est payant mais bien sécurisé. Le petit-déjeuner est offert mais ne vous attendez pas à grand-chose. Sinon en résumé, très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Dommage qu'au petit déjeuner il n'y ait pas de produits locaux : sirop d'érable, pancakes. La piscine venait de fermer : on aurait aimé être informé.

Location was good, quieter than most accommodations in the village. Room was tidy and well maintained. Car park (paid) was spacious and easy to access. We haven't had a chance to try the outdoor pool, but it looked new and rather appealing from our room's balcony.

Except the lady working night shifts who was super nice and friendly, the rest of the staff was rude and non-accommodating; don't even get me started on the kitchen staff during breakfast 😒

Das Zimmer war bedeutend besser als erwartet (separates Schlafzimmer, separates Wohnzimmer und grosszügiges Bad. Die Distanz zur Fussgängerzone und zum Strand am Lac Tremblant betrugen nur wenige Minuten. Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausreichend. Die Brotauswahl hätte etwas ausgiebiger sein können (ist aber generell ein "Kanadaproblem"). Das gesamte Hotel und das Zimmer sind auch behindertengerecht.

Etwas mehr Freude an der Arbeit wäre für einige Mitarbeiterinnen an der Reception nicht schlecht...

Peut-être un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner, il a été parfois compliqué de trouver de la place, il n’est pas très diversifié

Price , way they have to freezing on the credit card much more money then the invoice itself , on top of that you charge 1 night a week before arriving...

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel, direkt am See gelegen mit Pool, tolles Frühstück und die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön. Mit Kochecke und Kühlschrank, so dass man sich auch mal selbst verpflegen kann. Direkt angeschlossen an die Einkaufsstraße. Man kann sehr viele Aktivitäten machen, wir haben eine Kajak Tour gemacht. Es war wunderbar. Das Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen! Tiefgarage im Haus.

When we arrived, we received a wonderful free upgrade to a suite! How great! We were so happy!

El baño era moderno y adecuado. La cama cómoda y el personal agradable.

Las almohadas demasiado blandas. El Desayuno no tenía comida caliente y muy pocas plazas para sentarse. No se podía ir al gimnasio antes de las 09:00 porque se molestaba a los huéspedes de la habitación junto al gimnasio.

Ubicación y limpieza excelentes. Nos dieron una habitación superior a la solicitada y eso mejoró la estancia. Habitación muy completa y al lado del funicular gratuito.

Lavandería limitada a una lavadora y una secadora, de pago. La zona desayuno limitada pero se puede subir el desayuno a la habitación con unas bandejas que dejan expresamente para ello. Piscina muy, muy pequeña

The included continental breakfast was very complete, fresh, healthy, and yummy. A+. The bed was comfy. Our room was large enough for floor exercises without blocking the other person.

Some of the infrastructure was dated. Internet connectivity was not good in our room!

This hotel is in a great spot right in the village with easy access to all the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a great start to the mornings.

Everything was great aside from cleaning being a little more of a surface maintenance, we noticed this because after seeing a retainer on the floor in the bathroom under the lip in the bathroom on our final day

Das Frühstück war lieblos hergerichtet und in der Auswahl sehr beschränkt! Es gab kaum Sitzmöglichkeiten, vernünftig zu essen! Wir hatten ein Zimmer für drei Personen bestellt, es waren nur zwei Betten bezogen, die Ausziehcouch mussten wir selbst herrichten

Les deux piscines, dont une piscine chaude, sont vraiment agréables. L'hôtel bénéficie également d'une excellente localisation, en plein centre tout en restant au calme. Le petit-déjeuner est simple, sans fioritures, mais tout à fait correct.

L’hôtel semble actuellement en rénovation et certains éléments restent vieillissants. Dans notre chambre, le tapis était ancien et taché, et le canapé-lit des enfants assez bruyant. Nous avons également remarqué un léger bruit de fond continu provenant du système général de ventilation/climatisation de l’hôtel.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable.

The body soap in the shower and the hand soap bottle near the sink were both empty. I used shampoo instead of bath soap until it was refilled. There should be a better system for checking the amount left in the containers. Finally, one night we slept on the pull-out of the adjoining room due to lack of AC. The receptionist was very kind and came in to make sure it wasn't due to user error. She made a note and the following morning a technician came and fixed it.

Location is the best thing about the hotel.

Breakfast buffet was not that great ; no diversity The staff was not very friendly and not accommodating, especially at reception during check-in. Her attitude was take it or leave it when we complained about the room. We booked a room with a good view overlooking the garden; she ended up placing us in a room overlooking a building justifying that she upgraded to a larger room which was never a concern for us in the first place. Our belongings she refused on check in and check out to place them in a storage claiming there was no space and left them by her side at the reception. They were the only guests belongings left by her desk.

We got upgraded which was amazing. The location was great - close to all restaurants and main attractions. It was quiet and very clean. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Parking lot available for a daily fee. Free swimming pool and hot tub though we didn’t use them.

Breakfast could be better and more options provided. Not very comfortable area to sit and have breakfast - however, one could take their breakfast to the rooms (there were dinning table and chairs in the room).

Overall, I had a very nice trip to Mont-Tremblant and enjoyed staying at your hotel. I only have one recommendation. I understand that the dishes are cleaned in a dishwasher, but if the machine is not cleaned regularly, dishes, glasses, and cutlery can sometimes develop an unpleasant smell, similar to eggs. I have experienced this at home, and I noticed the same smell on some of the dishes, glasses, and spoons at the hotel. This was the only issue I noticed during my stay. Everything else was very enjoyable.

Nach Anreise waren die Bettcouch für die Kinder nicht vorbereitet. Nach Anfrage wurde uns erklärt, wo die Kissen und Decken liegen und wir mussten es selbst machen. Das kennen wir so nicht aus anderen Hotels. Der Platz beim Frühstück ist sehr beschränkt. Wir saßen dann auf einer Couch. Klimaanlage laut. Generell etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

It was about 100 yards from town centre, which made the hotel quieter than those on main road. It was very clean, very large room and staff were very friendly and helpful.

No gym..there is a room with non working piece of running equipment. There is an electrical cabinet(locked) in the room. It mess noisy and humming in and out most of the night.
