Il personale non sa assolutamente parlare inglese e fanno molta fatica a comprendere i tuoi problemi e non sanno gestirli.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026娘家族と大人3人小学低学年2人で2部屋が内扉で繋がる部屋に宿泊。娘家族とも適度に分かれ、部屋を行ったり来たりができ、素晴らしい部屋間取だった。朝食は安ぽくなく、種類も豊富で大満足。混み合う朝食時にもかかわらずスタッフの方が家族全員で食事が出来るよう、席を用意してもらえ、孫たちも初ホテルビュッフェに目を耀かせ大喜び！最上階にある風呂も景色を見ながらとてものんびりできる。また泊まりたい！ 電車の最寄り駅からは、少々歩くが、それも京都観光として捉えれば満満点。バス停は近くにあり、バスでの利用がこれまた楽しい！良い立地です。

Reviewed Aug 29, 2026I stay here whenever I’m in Kyoto. I love the place. The size of the rooms, comfort, clean and feels very new. The staff are always helpful and friendly and they serve free organic coffee all day, green tea and have that amazing hot bath and gym on the top floor. The location is close enough to everything but not too close to be in the midst of things. I feel relaxed after a week there and miss the place already.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026The hotel was overall just okay. The highlight was definitely the breakfast. There was a large selection of food, and most of what I tried was tasty and enjoyable.
I really did not enjoy the strict seating rules in the breakfast hall. The tables seemed to be arranged almost exclusively for two, four, or other even-numbered groups, which meant that as a solo/odd-numbered guest, I ended up having to share a table with strangers. I found this quite uncomfortable. The atmosphere also made me feel rushed, as though I had to finish my breakfast quickly rather than being able to relax and enjoy it.

Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Lo mejor el baño público, la lavandería y sobretodo el trato de los recepcionistas, siempre muy atentos. Ayuda que hablen inglés. El desayuno estaba bien, correcto.
Las camas y sobretodo cojines no eran muy cómodos. Pero es algo habitual en Japón, una dureza mayor a la que nosotros estamos acostumbrados.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026清潔で気持ち良く過ごせました。部屋にシャワー室、9階に大浴場とサウナがあり、旅の疲れを癒せました。朝食も種類が多く満足です。エレベーター前のコーヒーサービスが個人的に嬉しかった！ 大通りに面してるのでバスを使って移動できます。
廊下に出ると他の部屋から子どもが騒ぐ声が聞こえたくらいで他にはありません。

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026大浴場がついているところ！女子は暗証番号もあり、セキュリティ的に守られているので安心して入れました。 泊まった場所は京都のどこへ行くにもバス、電車に乗りやすい場所でした また、朝早起きして西本願寺、東本願寺を散歩。人が少ない時間に観光もおすすめです。
特にはないです。朝食が時間帯によっては満席で待ちました。

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026Das Hotel bietet einen Spa-Bereich an. Es gibt eine Frühstücksoption, kostet zusätzlich ca. 2200 Yen. Die Betten im Zimmer waren sehr bequem. Als wir uns ausgecheckt haben, brauchte ich eine Kopie meines Ausweises. An der Rezeption hat man meiner Bitte nach, eine Kopie gezogen. Vielen Dank dafür!
Es war nicht sauber... Es lagen Haare auf dem Boden.

Man muss sich am Vortag für eine Frühstückszeit entscheiden, da es viel zu wenig Platz im Restaurant für die ganzen Gäste gibt. Trotz dieser Regelung mussten wir öfter morgens Schlange stehen und warten bis ein Tisch im Raum frei war. Vor allem, wenn man Ausflüge bucht, sollte dieser Umstand mitgedacht werden. Es gibt eine Busstation, allerdings muss man oft eine Treppe/Übergang nutzen, um die Straße zu überqueren, was vor allem für Rollstuhlfahrer etc./ Kinderwagen / schweres Gepäck sehr schwierig sein könnte, da es keinen Fahrstuhl oder Ähnliches gibt.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026Der Empfang war sehr unfreundlich. Der Frühstücksraum unkomfortabel. Im Vorfeld wurde bei der Buchung nicht darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich nicht um einen Pool, sondern um badekleidungsfreie, geschlechter-getrennte Onsen handelt. Das Zimmer war auf 40 Grad hochgeheizt, als wir ankamen und hat unangenehme gerochen. Der Geruch blieb auch während des gesamten Aufenthaltes.

前回5月のとき、清掃が一度抜けたこと、今回、ゴミの捨て忘れが一度ありましたが、細かいことで、それほど気にはなりませんが、一応報告させてください。

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026La habitació es espaiosa i confortable. Tenen un onsen molt agradable i l'esmorçar està bé. Tenen productes d'higiene al lavabo (tot i que també en pots agafar a l'entrada altres productes, incloent raspall i maquineta d'afaitar).
L'ascensor triga molt a primera hora del matí. Vaig estar esperant 15 minuts i vaig haver d'esmorçar amb pressa perque no ho vaig tenir en compte i no vaig veure on eren les escales fins al darrer moment. Et fan reservar hora d'esmorçar quan arribes el qual pot ser una mica agobiant.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Byli jsme tu už podruhé, lokalita je super, cca 20 minut běžky do hlavní části Kyota. V okolí je několik fajn podniků, kam si člověk může dojít na matchu nebo jídlo. Velmi pohodlné a klidné místo s vcelku velkým pokojem.
Fitness je za poplatek, výtah je neskutečně pomalý.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Von hier aus haben wir sehr schön fußläufig Kyoto erkunden können. Und sonst wäre der Bus auch direkt um die Ecke für alle wichtigen Fahrten. Der Tag beginnt hier mit sehr freundlichem Personal am Frühstücks Buffet. Und auch bei irgendwelchen Fragen hilft die Rezeption weiter. Ce serait bien de faire la poussière à fond, 2 ou 3 fois dans l’année. La moquette est un nid à poussière et ne fait pas bon ménage avec la climatisation donc pas bon pour les allergies.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Perfect location to central area. Very clean and had everything we needed. Room was also super spacious and the bathroom was fantastic. Super quiet at night as well
Only thing would be the washer/dryer. The dryer took hours to half dry the clothes so only downfall and note for next time to do smaller loads of washing and not late at night expecting it to be dried quickly like back home Unable to use the spa as my partner and I had tattoos so that was a bummer

As janelas não isolavam o som da forma devida, o que fazia com que houvesse muito ruído dos carros e ambulâncias durante a noite. Apesar de ser cultural, não pude usar o spa por ter tatuagens.

It would have been nice to have a tub inside the room, since tattoos are not allowed on the hotel spa.
