Quisiera agradecer al hotel el excelente servicio recibido durante nuestra estancia. La ubicación es inmejorable, ya que permite llegar a prácticamente cualquier punto de interés en pocas paradas de metro o incluso andando. La calle donde se encuentra el hotel cuenta con numerosos servicios y tiendas; hay de todo y resulta muy cómoda para el día a día. El personal es amable y atento, y tanto las habitaciones como las zonas comunes están muy bien cuidadas. Destacaría especialmente la amplitud de las camas en las habitaciones para dos personas, algo que se agradece mucho después de un día de turismo. Otro aspecto muy positivo son las instalaciones de lavandería, que cuentan con máquinas para lavar la ropa, así como servicio de hielo. Son instalaciones muy prácticas, adecuadas y fáciles de utilizar. El desayuno es bastante completo y de buena calidad. Además, las personas encargadas de atenderlo son muy amables y atentas. En definitiva, nuestra experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Estamos muy satisfechos con el servicio recibido y recomendaríamos este hotel sin ninguna duda. También recomiendo encarecidamente visitar Kioto. Es una ciudad especial que deja huella. El hotel está muy bien situado, a poca distancia andando del mercado de Nishiki, de varias calles comerciales y de otros lugares de interés. Al salir del hotel, a la izquierda y a pocos metros, se encuentra la parada del autobús 50, que permite llegar hasta el pabellón de Plata o Ginkaku-ji. En dirección contraria, a pocos metros, se encuentra la estación de metro Gojo, a sólo una estación de Kyoto.Punto base para moverse por la ciudad. En esta estación hay multitud de restaurantes buenos para comer.Destacamos en la ciudad el restaurante Maruman para comer sushi Sin duda, Kioto me ha dejado una huella especial y considero que es una base excelente para visitar otros destinos cercanos como Osaka o Nara, que también son muy recomendables. Una estancia y una ciudad que, sin duda, recordaré con mucho cariño.

The room was very spacious and just the right size. The location of the hotel is really great, you can walk to Kyoto Station in about 15-20 minutes, and there is a Seven-Eleven nearby. Additionally, the breakfast was nice, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. You don't need to bring any personal care products with you as razors, toothbrushes, and various creams are provided in the room. Also, you can easily have your luggage forwarded directly from the hotel to your next accommodation. Thank you so much to all the hotel staff!

付属のレストランが夜営業しているのか分かりづらく、入りにくかった。 飲み物とお酒の自販機は、分けて欲しい｡ 9月8・9日の様に大雨の時など外に出にくい時も増えて来ると思うので､パン等の自販機があった方が良い様に思えた｡

Spacious, next to a pharmacy. Quite central and near train stations. Walking distance so easy to get anywhere. There's coin laundry as well

Ottimo hotel, Abbiamo soggiornato 4 notti 3 persone 2 camere. Camere non grandissime ma molto comode. Gli spazi sono sfruttati alla perfezione. Il bagno comodo, dotato di tutti gli articoli da hotelerie Spazzolino,pettine spazzola coton fioc ecc. Lo staff gentilissimo. SUPER CONSIGLIATO per passare qualche giorno a Kyoto.

Sparkling clean, spacious (we got the king-bed room). Very convenient location. Polite and helpful staff. Beautiful restaurant, which is used for breakfast. City view. Public baths and paid washing machines are available.

The breakfast was simply good. Not a particular variety, with limited Japanese options. During our 5-night stay, the buffet was the same every day.

El hotel está perfectamente ubicado. Las habitaciones son nuevas y muy completas. Tienen un buen tamaño. Si necesita planchas ( pelo o ropa) u otros extras el hotel te los proporciona. El personal es estupendo. Los chicos de recepción son muy amables y procuran ayudarte en lo máximo posible con el tema maletas y traslados.

El hotel están en obras (nos avisaron al llegar) pero no se sentían casi.

The entire hotel was extremely beautiful and felt really elevated. The room was gorgeous; a great size for 2 people, the staff was very forthcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very close to a subway station and one stop (or a ~20 min walk) from the main Kyoto train station.

Sadly, the hotel does not allow tattooed people to enter the onsen (with their tattoos uncovered). They sell cover stickers for small tattoos, but for larger or many tattoos, covering it with the stickers is too tedious / expensive or not even possible.

Se vogliamo proprio trovare una pecca è la posizione, un po’ distante dalla zona turistica bella di Kyoto ( pontocho e gion) e dalla stazione

Très bel hôtel, bien placé et offrant de grandes chambres. Le onsen est un grand plus, surtout après une journée de marche: parfait pour se relaxer.

鄰近地鐵站與便利商店，交通非常方便！房間設備非常齊全，還貼心提供不同規格的充電線，真的很方便。整體環境整潔乾淨，住起來舒適又放鬆，衛浴設備也很棒，功能完善、使用起來很舒服。整體住宿體驗非常愉快，很推薦！

Very accommodating and helpful staff. I loved the room, which came with all the amenities you could need during your stay. The room was very clean, and the bed was really comfortable. After a long day of walking in Kyoto, it was very relaxing to use the in-room bathtub or the onsen spa on the first floor. I used the washing machine (700 yen for a full wash and dry), and the clothes came out ready to wear. I also used the iron and ironing board, which were very convenient for someone traveling here for work. The breakfast was of really good quality with several options. I also liked that the hotel provided to-go cups for guests to take coffee with them.

Four days of the same breakfast menu was a bit too much. I would really appreciate different options between days. Luckily, there were enough choices available that I could rotate them myself. Despite being on the top floor and in the last room, there was still a lot of knocking noise coming from the connecting room.

房間超級乾淨！讓我驚訝的是浴室蓮蓬頭上完全沒有水痕！為了響應環保，不提供瓶裝水，但每層樓都有飲水機，有冰水，非常的方便。房間空間比京都其他飯店寬敞很多。走路到地鐵站也很近，交通便利，飯店樓下就有便利商店與藥妝店。

Adorei o hotel!!! Super perto da estação de trem (3 quadras) e com várias konbinis em volta (7-eleven, family mart, etc). Além disso não fica muito longe do "centro" de kyoto. A equipe do hotel foi super simpática e atenciosa. O quarto era bem espaçoso e super limpo. O hotel também possui máquina de lavar, o que foi ótimo para a gente (mesmo sendo paga) e algumas outras coisas que acabamos não utilizando por falta de tempo (banheiro público (provavelmente sauna) e etc).

位置雖然不是在最熱門的位置，但是交通方便，去到京都各大景點都很方便。房價性價比高，房間乾淨舒服，還有個大浴場，非常舒適。

部屋が広くてきれい。 ホテルに専用の駐車場はないが、近隣の駐車場を案内する地図が分かりやすかった。

9階の部屋からの景色が、ビルの壁面で圧迫感があった。 朝食に和食メニューがなく、みそ汁・焼きのり・納豆・焼き魚などがなく残念でした。 部屋のエアコンが冷房のみで寒かった。

Fidèle à l'annonce. Propreté, emplacement idéal proche de commerces, métro et gare. Distributeur d'eau fraîche et glaçons. Machine à laver commune facilement utilisable. Petit déjeuner très copieux surtout pour le salé.

Non possibilité d'entrer dans l'espace bain à cause de nos tatouages et ce même si couverts, idem pour les soins proposés sur place.

A great hotel with fantastic reviews! It's in a quiet and safe neigborhood , only a 5 minutes walk to the subway, Very clean with a premiun vibe. Love their public bath onsen and self- service laundry. The 4 -bedroom , 2 bathroom suite, which was perfect for our family.Staff were polite and attentive.

La posizione è comoda, vicino alla metropolitana di Gojo. Questo permette di spostarsi facilmente nonostante Kyoto non abbia una rete di trasporti pubblici così avanzata. L'hotel è moderno, reception 24h, possibilità di ricevere/spedire bagagli. Buon public bath per passare un oretta dopo la passeggiata.

Veniamo alle note dolenti. La stanza era piccola, ma in centro a Kyoto si può anche accettare. Il problema più grande era la finestra non apribile. Impossibile cambiare l'aria. Ci si doveva affidare solo all'impianto di climatizzatore e ad un deumidificatore, il che era totalmente insufficiente (infatti quando si entrava in camera si sentiva odore di umido, oserei dire di piedi). Sbloccate per favore le finestre!! Anche l'illuminazione in camera secondo me non è studiata granché bene.

とにかく綺麗で、必要なものは全て揃っていた印象を受けました。スタッフの対応は無駄がなく、凄く良い意味で「適当」だと感じました。私が、過剰な説明や、丁寧すぎる話し方に違和感を感じてしまう方なので、私にとってスタッフの対応は完璧でした。大変お世話になりました。

Es comodísimo y tiene muchos servicios. La experiencia del onsen es muy guay.

La ubicación no es la ideal para mi gusto. Está bien comunicado, pero andando a la zona que tiene más ambiente son 20 minutos un poco pesados, y más con el calor.

La struttura è su una via piuttosto trafficata con diverse fermate del bus e a 10 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Nella zona ci sono diversi posti dove cenare. Abbiamo usato le lavatrici fornite ai diversi piani e non abbiamo mai avuto problemi a trovarne una libera. La camera era pulita e ben arredata, letti comodi . Dimensioni nella media degli standard del Giappone.

Poco insonorizzate le finestre, essendo su una strada abbastanza trafficata anche di notte si sentivano le sirene dei mezzi della polizia/ambulanza e i motori di auto sportive

Hotel muito confortável, os funcionários são super simpáticos e o pequeno almoço é ótimo. A localização é excelente.

部屋も評価通り清潔でした。以前他のホテルで隣の部屋の音が聞こえるくらいに薄い壁のホテルもあり心配していましたが全くそんなことも無く快適でした。朝食も和食はありませんが、それでも十分満足できる内容でした。

ベッドの硬さが私たちには相性が良くなかった。冷蔵庫が中々冷えなくて困ったのと、夏はアイスかも食べたいから冷凍庫とかあったらなぁと思った。

En relación a la habitación de hotel que contratamos en Tokio, la de este hotel de Kioto era más grande y permitía moverte por el espacio con más comodidad. El precio era barato en relación a la calidad del hotel y su emplazamiento, que era bastante céntrico.

Que no había armario en la habitación, pero creo que es algo habitual en Japón.

Location was very good - either to explore Kyoto center by foot or to take a bus or metro. Rooms are spacious, it was great to have a king-size bed.

It was not possible to open a window in the room, therefore, the air was really dry, sticky, and generally bad. Temperatures were not too high so it would have been nice to get some fresh air rather than through the AC. Overall, we did not feel welcome by the employees. There was no attempt to give us an early check-in, not even trying or saying that it would be subject to availability - the answer was right away no. Breakfast lasts until 10am, however, the waiters start clearing away already 10 minutes before - without even asking if we wanted something else. One afternoon, we wanted to eat our sandwiches (not smelly) in the lobby but were requested to leave. When we asked where we could sit and eat, the answer was: nowhere.

Las camas son grandes y la habitación también. El desayuno está bien, pero occidental sin ser de muy buena calidad. Si no te gusta la comida asiática está bien, pero si lo que buscas es inmersión en cultura Japonesa, mejor otros hoteles.

El onsen es bastante simple. Me faltó piscina de agua fría.
