Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The location is great: near the city centre, bus station and highway. Beds are comfortable, good amount of water pressure in the shower. Parking in front of the hotel was avaliable. Very nice staff; one of which even was from the Netherlands as well 😊
The airconditioning was a bit noisy, the room could have been a bit cleaner overall, and you might get woken up early because of the mosque: the sound level seems to be different each day.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Πολύ καλός και εξυπηρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης και ο γιος του επίσης και το προσωπικό ήταν πάντα πρόθυμη να βοηθήσουν εξαιρετική τοποθεσία κοντά σε όλα τα αξιοθέατα και εύκολη πρόσβαση αυτοκίνητο και πάρκινγκ.
Μεγάλο πρόβλημα το ασανσέρ ειδικά όταν μένεις στον τρίτο όροφο.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026معاملة الريسبشن الذي استقبلني(واحد من بينهم على الاقل ) رائعة مراية الحمام مكسورة، وتحطمت عندما كنا نائمين ولم يحملنا قيمتها، ذهبنا للفطور متأخرين ولم يمانعوا من احضار الفطور
لا يوجد مصعد بالفندق! وكانت صدمة كبيرة لنا، وقبلنا عرضهم بغرفة اخرى صغيرة بالدور الاول مقابل حجزنا لغرفة كبيرة في الدور الثالث، وكان التكييف سيئ، وهيتر الماء وسخ ومليئ بالقهوة، وحين طلبنا منهم تنظيفه وخرجنا، عدنا لنجد الشخص نظف الهيتر ودخل الغرفة ووضعه بالداخل حين كنا نحن بالخارج

Petit plus pour İbrahim, qui a été de très bon conseil et d’une aide exceptionnelle tout au long de notre séjour. Un grand merci à lui pour sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité !
Point à améliorer : le petit déjeuner, avec un peu plus de choix et davantage de spécialités locales. Sinon, vraiment top, rien à redire !

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026I loved the location of Uzer hotel as it is a 3 min walk from a beautiful embankment and a 1 min walk from a busy city bazar. Also, the staff were friendly and helpful: Faruk, a young man at the reception, was always there for us, another gentleman at the reception gave us all the advice needed regarding local restaurants, the householders met all our requests with a smile and the lady supervising the hotel's restaurant taught me quite a bit of Turkish. The room had a little fridge which was very useful as Trabzon in summer offers lots of delicious fruit.
I would get new towels for the hotel as the ones provided were clean but very thin. Everything else was great.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Персонал очень дружелюбный. Всегда помогали. В семейном номере шикарный вид на набережную и Черное море, хорошо видны садящиеся в аэропорт Трабзона самолеты. В определенные часы утром громко слышен азан из рядом стоящей большой мечети, но мы не всегда просыпались. В номере был тропический душ. На завтраке менемен, яичница с колбасой, картошка тушеная были очень вкусными. Также были овощи, сыр твердый и мягкий соленый, колбаса, оливки. Месторасположение превосходное. В пешей доступности старый город, красивая набережная, рядом продуктовые магазины BIM, A101, Şok, рынок с сырами, рыбой, овощами, вещами и т.п.
Не хватает крючков для одежды в ванной и в номере.

Reviewed May 2, 2026Отличный отель в самом центре города около новой мечети. Побыть пару ночей (а в Трабзон обычно едут как раз на 2-3 дня) самое то. В номерах чисто, есть чайник, чай в пакетиках, растворимый кофе, кровать удобная. Завтрак хороший. Прям через дорогу большая станция маршруток в любую часть города. В округе несколько сетевых супермаркетов.
В боковых номерах вид не на мечеть и море, а на небольшой переулок.

Reviewed Jan 5, 2026Я приехал в 3 часа ночи и меня сразу заселили, без всяких доплат. Так же, пригласили на завтрак с 8 до 10 утра ( завтрак я проспал, но было приятно, что пригласили) Понравилось местоположение. Рядом рынок, есть возможность погрузиться в атмосферу города
Были проблемы с регулировкой напора и температуры воды в душевой. Пришлось применить подручные средства, чтобы организовать удобную для меня работу душа.

I was blessed by being given my room key card when I dropped my bags off. Great cafe next door. Lovely home made chips each morning. Night security chap helped translate for me re. bus tickets.
The final breakfast was missing the scrambled eggs which had been lovely. Also no fruit juice on final day.

We have faced a disgusting clean issue in the bathroom were we find a very bad smell and discovered later the source of it which was unfortunately worms everywhere in the ground came from a ground opening and I have filmed it and showed to them in the reception but we have a very bad night before we leave as my small childlren were sleeping and we can't change the room so we have to use this awful bathroom. Breakfast as well was very poor I can't find any variety to eat for me or my family.

Это не отельный номер, а какое-то служебное помещение, замаскированное под комнату. Всё вокруг в грязи и пыли, стены зашпатлеваны кое-как, будто там недавно ремонтировали и забыли доделать. Вместо уюта — ощущение, что нас заселили в кладовку или подсобку. Окно выходит в глухую стену — никакого вида, света или воздуха. В ванной — ржавчина, неприятный запах, всё очень старое и запущенное. За такую цену мы ожидали хотя бы базовый комфорт, но получили абсолютное разочарование. Настроение было испорчено с первых минут. Это сильно повлияло на общее впечатление о Трабзоне и нашей поездке в Турцию. Не рекомендую этот отель никому, особенно тем, кто ценит чистоту, уют и хоть какой-то уровень сервиса.

Some maintenance needs to be done in the washroom. The shower was leaking. I also saw some hair on the towel.
