موقعه قريب من الميدان والاطلالة جميلة على البحر

قريب جداً من الميدان ونظيف والطاقم ممتاز بذات الموظف نسيت اسمه متوسط العمر ومتوسط الطول ابو شعر ابيض والموظفه حق تنظيف الغرف جيان ربي يسعدها تجنن لطيفه جداً

لا يوجد عزل مرا مو ححلو لو تكح سمعوك لايوجد بطانيه بس لحاف ولا يسوي شي الاكواب ماهي نظيفه الباقي كلو حلو بس الفطور انا رفضته م احب اكل الفنادق خصوصا برا المملكه

Günü birlik rahatıkla merkezde kalabileceğiniz otoparkı olan güzel bir otel.

Yeri çox yaxın idi. Meydan adlı yerə 3 dq məsafədə idi. Yanında BİM var idi. Lakin nəzərə alın ki, dolu dərə-təpədir. Ordan şəhərin istənilən yerinə avtobuslar ilə gedə bilərsiz.

Hotel nömrəsi çox balaca idi.

El hotel esta muy viejo y falta mantenimiento.la limpieza es deficiente. Es muy ruidoso,pues pasa cerca una carretera y las ventanas no están insonorizadas. El water está dentro de la ducha. El desayuno escaso y malo. Solicite un paraguas, para dar una paseo, xq en ese momento llovia y ,el conserje con bigote,me cobró100 liras turcas. Solicitamos el servicio de lavanderia y nos devolvieron la ropa sin doblar y arrugadisima

My experience at Visa Hotel was extremely disappointing. The rooms, bed linens, towels, and even the bathroom facilities were old and visibly dirty. I was shocked on the very first day by the lack of cleanliness. Unfortunately, we had already paid for a full week in advance, and it was not possible to get a refund or move to another hotel. We requested the management to clean the room and change the sheets, but they insisted the room had already been cleaned, which was absolutely not true. During our 7-day stay, the room was cleaned and supplied with basic hygiene items only once, despite our repeated reminders. The breakfast was very poor, and even the vegetables served were wilted and old. The only positive point is the hotel’s convenient location near the square. As for cleanliness and services, they were among the worst I have ever experienced. I do not recommend staying here at all. تجربتي في فندق فيزا كانت مخيبة جدًا للآمال. الغرف والمفارش والمناشف وحتى المرافق الصحية قديمة ومتسخة بشكل واضح. فوجئت منذ اليوم الأول بمدى سوء النظافة، لكن للأسف كنا قد دفعنا أجور أسبوع كامل مقدّمًا، ولم يكن بالإمكان استرجاع المبلغ أو الانتقال إلى فندق آخر. طلبنا من الإدارة تنظيف الغرفة وتبديل الشراشف، لكنهم أصروا على أنها نظيفة مسبقًا، وهو أمر غير صحيح. وخلال فترة إقامتنا (7 أيام)، لم يتم تنظيف الغرفة أو تزويدها بمستلزمات النظافة سوى مرة واحدة فقط، رغم التنبيه المتكرر. أما وجبة الإفطار فكانت فقيرة جدًا، والخضروات المقدمة كانت ذابلة وقديمة. النقطة الإيجابية الوحيدة هي موقع الفندق القريب من الميدان. أما النظافة والخدمات فهي للأسف من أسوأ ما واجهته. لا أنصح بالإقامة فيه إطلاقًا.

Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve yardım severdi. Odalar temiz ve güzeldi. Fiyatı da çok uygun. Çok memnun kaldık.

Nice place, cheap and cosy, has some parking lots. Perfect location, 3 minutes to sea or city center. Polite and helpful concierge.

Breakfast is not that delightful. Enough to have a quick bite, but if you prefer to start your day with quality food and good coffee you might want to find a cafe or other place to eat on your own.

Low price. Clean place. Very nice staff. Near to the main square and the sea. Many things to visit around - highly recommended. The only minus was that I was there during low season and because of that the restaurant was closed for example - but it’s better for environment!

Really good hotel for it's price! Clean rooms, good location near the city center, petfect sea view from balcony, nice breakfast and service! Good choice to visit Trabzone on weekend and stay for 1-2 nights. English speaking personnel. Strictly recommend ;)

Management jacked up prices due to public holiday and declined to accept booking if extension of stay made online at lower rates. Not helpful with booking taxi. Some rooms face the highway and are noisy.

-It was the only hotel available at my vacation dates that fits my budget, I booked with a lot of hesitation after reading the reviews. - I was surprised it is not that bad. The hotel is just fine if you are spending the day outside and you come back to shower and sleep. -The room is good and clean enough. -The bathroom is clean but needs renovation. -The staff do their job properly.They helped us get a Taxi to the airport. All in all everything was just fine and I don't regret it.

The room was not only small (which is fine for me) the roof was tilted which means that i can not standup straight especially in the bathroom,i have to bend to be able to use the bathroom.

Stayed here with a friend for 2 nights. The location is pretty good, only a few minutes walk to the main Trabzon square. The rooms are clean and well-lit and the service from staff not bad. The main disappointment was the breakfast. Very limited options, and no coffee! Overall, not a bad option when staying in Trabzon - but perhaps go out for coffee!

Otel lokasyon olarak çok kötü bir yerde yanından Çevreyolu geçiyor ve gürültü nedeniyle sabaha kadar uyuyamadık.Nevresim sanki yıkanmamış gibiydi üzerinde kıl saç vs şeyler vardı. Yatak üzerine örtünmek için konulan pike ıslaktı ve nevresimi de ıslatmıştı ikisini de değiştirttik. Oda süit olmasına rağmen çok küçüktü tuvalet banyonun direk içindeydi duş alırken bütün klozet ıslandı hatta duşakabinin camı olmağı için heryer su oldu mecburen yere havluları atmak zorunda kaldık

A nice hotel in the heart of the city. It is affordable and clean. Maybe a little bit noisy because it has a view to the highway.

Very nice staff, they do their best to make you feel home. Specail thanks to Ahmed and Mustafa who work the extra mile to make your vacation the best and treat you like a friend or a relative.

The location is on point .. near trabzon maydan and the view fantastic toward the black sea .. staff was very respectfull and kind from the owner until the youngest guy there even when they speck little bit of English .. if you didn't find a parking spot they will help u with that .. breakfast contain verity of chosies .. when i go back definitely i will book for this hotel only .. all the love and respect to feza hotel family

The hotel is nice and clean they charged 175 liras per night as I had booked by Agoda. I only booked one night to try the hotel and told them I might book another night. When I decided not to book with them the following night, they kept saying why, and the other hotel you booked is not good just stay here. I did not like their attitude and their unwillingness to help me find the other hotel. The room was small but clean and the breakfast was good with a selection of things to choose from. The main problem was the noise as the hotel is in a place next to restaurants that play music all night so it wasnt until very late that I managed to get any sleep. If you don’t mind the noise, no problem, but I would recommend a different location.

Great location for short visit to Trabzon, Walking distance to central of Trabzon close to to Black Sea, 7 mints from Airport, Basic breakfast , clean , room size not great, good for the price at this time

This hotel has a great view of black sea while you can hear sea's waves and birds singing. In our first night the room was clean and acceptable. We planned to visit Batumi the next day so we checked out in the morning and let our luggage stay there which stuff willingly accept to keep them. When we came back soaked by heavy rain and asking to use a room for 2 hours(we had ticket to go back) they gave us a very very dirty room,actually uncleaned room, without any clean towel and soap or anything. Finally they charged us a full price!!!! For 2 hours in a dirty room. We just needed to changed our clothes but they tooke the advantage ot our situation. I wanted to give them 0 star because of their inhumanity behavior.
