Чистый отель. Местоположение лучший.

Завтраки могли были болье разнообразной.

التعامل من الموظفين وخاصه الموظف حسن رفض استلامي للغرفه لاكثر من ساعه بحجة التنظيف واطفالي نايمين ع الكنب فالرسبشن واكلمه شايف حاله ومغرور ما يرد الا بعد تكرار السؤال عشرين مره وسلمته الملابس للمغسله ولم يقوم بارجاعها وغادرت بدون الملابس اما بقية الموظين تعاملهم طيب

النظافة للامانة شيء ملفت والموقع قريب من الميدان والفندق وسط حي شعبي جميل جدا وطاقم العمل محترفين ويتكلمون عربي الف شكر لكم وتجربه تنعاد باذن الله.

الشقه جميله مريحة لعائلة صغيره ويوجد بلكون صغير ،، الاطلاله على حاره داخليه ،، الفندق نظيف والموظفين خدومين ،، الموقع يبعد عن الميدان قريب 12 دقيقه مشي ويبعد قريب 7 دقايق مشي عن الاسواق الشعبيه ( مميزه ) ،، الافطار بسيط بالنسبه لي كان مناسب ،، يوجد موقف سيارات خاص بالفندق

Hotel only 4 years old It was very clean Big rooms,,close you all transport links plenty of restaurants cafes kebab shops..Walking distance to centre city walls and some museums excellent location.Breakfast is not buffet when we were there because it wasn't high season yet but it was more than adequate. Good value it wort the price..They can arrange tours and excursions as well .Would stay here again absolutely...

Rooms need some soundproofing, you can hear even footsteps from the street. Breakfast was the worst I have ever seen in any hotels. Extremely limited variety and portions.

Would give 11 points If I could. Very friendly and supporting staff/owners, providing a lot of information about the city, organizing trips, even showing me an old mosque closeby which used to be a church once. I could continue summing up positive things. If I need a hotel again in Trabzon, I will definetly come here.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut, das Geschirr auf den Tischen lag teilweise länger rum, könnte Zeitnah weggeräumt werden.

Səhər yeməyi müxtəlif, bol və çox dadlı idi. Şəhərin mərkəzinə 5 dəqiqəlik yoldur. Yaxınlıqda gözəl parklar yerləşir. Otelin əməkdaşları çox mehriban və diqqətli idilər, turların seçilməsində bizə köməklik göstərmişdilər. Taksinin sifarişi üçün də onlara müraciət edirdik. Çox razı qaldıq!

The staff are kind, and breakfast was very delicious

We stayed for one night, the hotel is located in a historical area close to makets and restaurants. Very clean, the service was excellent, the receptionist was helpful The room was comfortable.

The staff were the only bright side of our stay , always kind, respectful, and doing their best to help, even though they clearly had very limited resources to work with. Their efforts were genuine and much appreciated

We stayed at ALMIRCAN Hotel in Trabzon and unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing compared to the high price we paid (over €2,000 for our stay). The value does not match the cost at all. From the first moment, the hotel failed to meet basic expectations. The ventilation system is very poor, and there is a constant bad smell in the reception, corridors, rooms, and bathrooms. Even after cleaning, the foul smell remains. The cleaning service is only provided if you specifically request it — meaning if you forget to ask, the room will not be cleaned and even the bathroom trash will stay there. The bedding and pillows are of very low quality. The pillows are extremely hard, the covers are rough, and no alternative pillow types are offered. This made it very difficult to sleep and rest during our stay. We had sleepless nights. Another serious issue was the safe. Instead of having a proper safe in each room, the hotel brought us one safe to share between two rooms, and even that was broken. They tried to fix it, but it was never repaired, so we had to carry our passports with us at all times, which is unacceptable for a hotel in this price range. The hotel also does not provide basic amenities such as toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, or conditioner, which you would expect at any decent hotel. We raised our concerns with the hotel manager, Mr. Erol, and requested to cancel and refund our stay (minus the cost of the night we used). Our request was rejected based on hotel policy, without any real effort to address the problems or to make our stay more comfortable. In the end, the price of this hotel is at the level of a 5-star property, but the services and facilities are not even equal to a 2–3 star hotel. While the staff were kind, the management’s unwillingness to help left us with a very negative experience.

Amazing place it is 15 min walk to myidan trabzon, Clean, it feels new , amazing staff, if you came here you will not need a car unless you want to go to places outside trabzon , they can book for a driver to take you outside trabzon, good breakfast, free parking, if i came back to trabzon I definitely will rent here again,

Every thing is amazing, but I wish that they can provide a washing machine as the laundry services charge is very expensive at the hotel ,

Clean, comfortable and spacious rooms with a view of the Black Sea. Location was excellent for us and everything we wanted to see was walking distance. The breakfast choice was very good and there was also a private hotel car park. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful! The room was very clean!!! The breakfasts were delicious, once there was even a buffet breakfast. The hotel has a good location, everything is nearby: a park, cafes, shops. Also it is convenient to work from the room.

It was raining outside and we got wet. We arrived at the hotel at 11.00 and waited for check-in. And we were instantly checked into the room. Ahead of time. Thank them very much.

Breakfast was until 10 am, we arrived at 9:20, and everything had already been cleaned up. They brought us some food separately without a choice.

Otel şehrin tam merkezinde, Rus Konsolosluğu'na 200 metre uzaklıkta yer almaktadır. Çok rahat odalar, modern malzemeler ve sıhhi tesisat kullanıldı.

Breakfast was very good. It is delivered straight from the kitchen to your plate and there is some flexibility if you want something else / if you want extra serving etc. I would recommend some fruit in addition to the cooked food.

Hotel locates close to Russian Federation embassy. In the center of the old town, close to the beautiful park with nice view. Room was ideally cleaned! Turkish breakfast is good

I think price quality ratio is good, overall room and linen were clean, so for a short stay if you have to be in the area this is a good place. Internet connection was good, no problem at all. Personnel was friendly and wellcoming.

I got an impression that whoever organized this hotel did not care very much about guests comfort. The main task, so to speak, was to tick the box. For example, there is a kettle in the room, but you can not use it. I boiled water (from bottle) and smell of plastic was so strong, I could not drink it. Breakfast was disappointment. Officially it starts at 8, however when I arrived around 50% of dishes were ready and at the time when I was leaving 8-30, maid was bringing the last tray. No coffee, only tea. I think selection could be OK if I had a choice of all dishes. Outside and inside noises were a disturbance, the area is not quiet, people speak in loud voices, shout. Inside there is zero sound proof, I coud hear my neighbour turning on the light button ). Overall OK for a short stay, but I can not recommend it for holidays or any longer stays.

This is a nice hotel. Our room had a big balcony with sea view. If you travel with your car, there is a parking space available. Good wifi is in every spot of the hotel. The location is Good, city center is 8 minutes walk and everything is around. The staff is amazingly helpful, always smily and ready to support. We enjoyed our stay

There was only one towel-hanger in our bathroom, it will be more comfortable to have another one as well. This is just only an advise.
