Reviewed Mar 13, 2025It was a nice room in a condominium, well maintained. I was able to get food delivered to the building anyway using Grab.
Staff did not have a credit card machine and held my passport, which I understand to not be legal, to compensate for the surprise 1000 php security deposit. I walked a tenth of a kilometer to a 7-Eleven to get some cash and the atms there and at the 2 banks at that intersection were inoperative. Not a tourist area.

Would love a bigger bathroom. It was a squeeze with anything you did in there. I don't think it would be possible to have it any smaller.

The TV system has alot to be desired as only YouTube available on the one we had. The bathroom is the smallest you can get I believe. Sheets for bed are as thin as paper.

The TV we had need to be replace. The speaker of the TV is very static and we could not clearly hear the shows we’re watching. There’s no phone we can use to call in the front desk. The location to get to the property is very traffic.

The property was difficult to find. Is inside another complex. The room was extremely old and dirty. Including cockroaches. The room is extremely small and uncomfortable. Dark and noisy. I went there because it was convenient for one transit night before taking next flight but i would have preferred to sleep on the airport.

Room wasn't serviced despite putting the sign on the door three times. Could have used some new towels. Didn't see staff because I usually arrived back late at night after being with my daughter. Had to buy my own toilet paper from local 7-11.

Lots of ants and cockroaches in our room. Room was beside kitchen which smelt bad. It says its close to the airport, but its actually quite far from the departure terminals, and takes especially long to get to in traffic!

Location. The lady receptionist when I checked in were really unfriendly. Is it really so hard to smile every so often? However the gentleman on checkout was totally different. Helped me get a grab taxi and went out of his way to serve me.

Location, building is too old, not the same as the photos in booking.com. Not accessible to anything especially transport. Rude receptionist last night, when she asked about the security deposit, we asked if we can checked in first then go outside to withdraw since we dont have cash. She said she cant, as she need to follow protocol which we understand. But she gave us a grumpy eyes look when we told her that one of us will stay in the reception area because the other one will go to the atm machine and withdraw the cash. And the entire time I'm with her in the reception, her actions were so rude.
