The room was spacious and had everything you could need - we appreciated the washing machine a lot !! Everything was clean and we also had a great view from the windows.

Location, clean, easy process

Air-conditioning was sensor activated which meant it switches off over night, it got hot. I asked the hotel to disable the sensor, slept better

Staff are friendly and the property looks amazing. There’s also convenience store downstairs which is very helpful. Washing machine in the room is really good. Rooms are spacious and very clean!

There’s no breakfast provided in the property. We booked two rooms and requested one week before if they can accommodate us being in the same floor at least but they put us on different floors.

Lack of towels in the kitchen

Service of the housekeeping was not satisfactory. Failed to clean room thoroughly

The regular cleaning was excellent. The gym facility was great. The kitchen was efficient and sufficiently stocked.

The gym had a machine that pumped in synthetic scent. It was unbelievabley noxious.

Excellent amenities. Comfy beds, great and helpful staff, the all day coffee / infused water in the common area were helpful to rejuvenate us after being in the heat outside.

Not exactly near MRT but bus stop is directly outside.

Loved the little apartment vibe. Very cozy and felt like home for the week. Was super useful to have a washing machine and stove during our stay. It was also really private and quiet, and the gym was basic but sufficient.

It's just a little far to get around but the bus stop right in front of the hotel worked for us. It just takes a bit long to get home after a long day out.

Carpark is not complimentary for guest, aircon is not working and annual power and water maintenance has created inconvenience for guest. Cannot accept total shutdown

Great location, excellent modern facilities and friendly, helpful staff. Light with commanding views and well air conditioned. Adequate size for a short stay.

the freezer of the mini fridge didn't work. good thing my frozen stuff didn't spoil.

Maybe because we were on the high floor, the water in shower sometimes was not enough.

This is not my first stay at this hotel, and it’s always a pleasure to return to Singapore. The place is amazing and the staff is incredibly service-oriented and kind, as always. However, I would have appreciated it if the room was cleaned and organized every single day without exception. Consistency in housekeeping would make the experience truly perfect. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and the wonderful hospitality

Nice apartment with all amenities. Bonuses like swing chair on the terrace and pool downstairs.

I liked the room, staff and pool, everything was clean and modern. HOWEVER, in Singapur all the attractions are close to Mariana Bay. So it's not the BEST location. I would chose a hotel closer to Marina Bay as a tourist.

a bit far away from Marina Bay where all the attractions are. It's good but not optimal place for tourists in my opinion.

No early check in and asked to book a day earlier for a 2 hour early checkin which is kinda ridiculous.

Easy apartment living, good size for 2 people. Good building security and nice reception. Good to have washing machines to use with fridge & tea making facilities. Pool was great b

Our apartment faced the sun which made it very hot even with blinds closed & a/c set at 18 degrees it was still too warm.

The apartments are small but comfortable. The lounge is light and relaxing. Nice swimming pool too. Close to novina hospital. Next door is a nice small Vietnamese restaurant. Downstsirs a 7 eleven. Very convenient

Loved price, and the simple yet modern design of the room

Didn't like the motion control - sensor flow technology fitted to the air conditioners. This is frustrating, especially at night, when the system seems to require some movement from guests while they sleep, which if not received slows down the air conditioner. This got frustrating and one night I even had to turn on both air conditioners and sleep with the bedroom door open so it didn't get too warm. Also didn't like that requesting a queen bed was essentially two singles pushes together. Due to the break in the mattresses, it kills the ability to sleep in the centre of the bed, basically rendering it a single bed.

L’emplacement est super, en face du bus. Un magasin est dans le building, open 24h. Super confortable, très bien isolé et la climatisation ne fait pas de bruit et est très bien placée. Le personnel nous a accueillir chaleureusement et a réussi à combler notre demande d’être placé le plus haut possible ! Merci beaucoup 🙏🏼

Ein schönes Hotel mit einem kleinen Pool, einer tollen Aussicht und sehr nettem Personal. Die Sauberkeit war ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Die Ausstattung ist super und es gab sogar einen Kleiderschrank, was für Singapur nicht immer üblich ist.

Die Lage war in Ordnung, da man mit dem Bus, der direkt vor der Tür abfährt, überall hingelangt. Allerdings braucht man zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten schon eine Weile (35-45min) und auch die nächste U-Bahn-Station ist ein ganzes Stück weit weg.

I would suggest shower hooks inside shower for bath towel Cleaning out the outlets from dust I would hate for a fire to start because of that

everything is great with citadines balestier. i like design of each room, gym, t&b, everything is perfect.

i just wish they offer meal services or breakfast buffet.

Дешевый по меркам Сингапура отель. Неплохой район, недалеко от аэропорта. Умопомрачительно удобные кровати, прекрасно выспался. В номере есть стиральная машина.

Максимально дефолтный номер, ничем не примечательный. Уборка не каждый день.
