Very quaint. We got in late as had air flight issues. Staff was very accommodating and had made arrangements for our late arrival which went very smoothly

Very cozy and romantic. Staff extremely nice. Breakfast brought to room and tasted great. Fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere, nice garden outside the room.

It would be nice to have coffee and tea facilities in the room. There is a coffee machine available to guests in the hotel, but it was not very convenient.

Rapport Q/P très mauvais 376 € pour une nuit - une prestation pas du tout à la hauteur de notre attente - baignoire dans la chambre avec un rideau pour la douche que nous n'avons pas prise - lavabo dans le WC - Horaire de PD pas avant 8:15 à choisir et service en chambre sur plateau : une astuce qui permet encore d'optimiser la rentabilité. Banff n'est pas loin, on est en pleine saison mais quand même à ce prix on est en droit d'attendre mieux.

Breakfast was substantial inconsistence with cleaning routine We ran out of shower gel and had to wait for it to be replenished on our third morning there so unable to shower until after breakfast

1 breakfast could be offered over a wider time periods I had an early start one day so no breakfast that day although it was included in the price of the room no alternative was offered 2 with no table in the room we had limited space to eat breakfast was eaten on our laps There was a generator noise intermittently throughout the night that kept my husband awake we got used to-it after the second night 3 the spar bath and the hot tub could not be used after 9pm so after returning in the evening following daily activity and dinner out there was no-time to take advantage of these facilities

Breakfast was a bit of a dissapointment, although it was freshly prepared individually per person. It wasn't just what we usually like to have for breakfast.

The staff is truly amazing and full of local area tips. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and literally compare to professional golf course beauty. The breakfast is top notch. The hot tub comes in very handy after a day of local physical activities. Lonnie will give you any advice of whatever questions you have about anything in the are.

Sehr nette Gespräche mit dem Besitzer, der sich persönlich um alles gekümmert hat. Sehr freundliches Personal. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück, ins Zimmer gebracht, jeden Morgen abwechslungsreich. Das Hotel ist mit Liebe zum Detail schön im Stil des Landes eingerichtet.

Beautiful, charming Inn in Canmore. Exceeded our expectations! Staff were wonderful, great value for money! We felt we were treated like royalty and family. We will be back! It was hard to leave. Also would be a beautiful location for a wedding ;)

That it was located on a busy street. Did not affect our stay, but thought it may be a problem if getting married outside there.

Beds were ok but the bedding felt like I was wrapped in a cardboard box? The price was definitely in the higher range. I don’t think I would stay again unless I got a better rate. $400 a night seemed pretty steep for the quality of hotel. But other than that it is a nice quiet little spot if you like peace and quiet and price is not an issue, then this place is for you.

It wad a beautiful room and the breakfast was fantastic. They accommodated all my food sensitivities and provided a kettle so I could make my own hot drinks. The area was nice and quiet (no trains).

It was farther from town than I thought so we pivoted our plans. There were stairs to get to the various areas so if you have trouble climbing them you may want to ask for a room on the main floor.

Fantastic everything! Breakfast, (only available to your room)was one of the best breakfasts we have ever had. Scone, mixed fresh fruit, bacon, egg , mushroom croissant served with bernaise sauce, tea and coffee, orange juice.

A very minor point. Lack of tea and coffee facilities in the room, (but were available down the corridor. )

We stayed one night at Bear and Bison Inn to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The inn has a very cozy, romantic atmosphere, and Anna especially loved how beautifully quiet and peaceful it was throughout the stay. The room was exceptionally clean and well cared for. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and spending time by the fireplace, which made the evening feel extra special. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, with a mattress that provided a great night’s sleep. In the morning, breakfast was excellent and felt thoughtfully prepared. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. A nice little highlight was watching a chipmunk outside in the morning. Having Iron Goat Pub and Grill right next door was also a big plus—the food and atmosphere there were awesome and very convenient.

The only minor downside was that the path to the street sidewalk could use a bit more lighting.
