The property location is convenient to walk downtown. Views were great, as was hot tub and sauna. Rooms are quiet and spacious.

This property is nestled beneath a beautiful mountain range, the view is lovely. The furnishings are very comfortable. It has good safety features, including underground parking.

Far from village center , swimming pool was not heated although it was very cold outside so it wasn't useseful, Hot tub was quite small and crowded. Our room had an extra sofa bed which was not that comfortable and was in the middle of the room so it was hard to sleep there.

The location was good for getting on and off Hwy 1.

The parking was lacking. The parking garage would not fit any vehicle over 6 ft 6 in which is too low to accommodate any vehicle with a carrier on top (which most vehicles will have when going on vacation). Street parking was offered but could only handle maybe 8 vehicles at most. The housekeeping during the stay was bare minimum. Beds made and towels refreshed but counters were not cleaned. Beds were okay; not super comfortable and pillows not great. The trees near the deck were too tall to see the mountains. When making requests, customer satisfaction did not seem to be a priority

It’s very clean and located by 2 very good breakfast restaurants.

I wish we were closer to the center but that didn’t matter that much since we had a car. But parking can be tough in the center of town.

The property was a short walk to Iron Goat a popular pub/ restaurant with delicious local food. Also short drive to Banf.

Please do not come here if you are expecting a luxury resort like the website claims. I will try to give a fair and balanced account of my experience here so far. Pros—The rooms are spacious. If you are staying with a kid who sleeps on the pull out couch and you plan to cook for yourself in the kitchen then the price might be worth it. Jeff at the front desk was also very nice and helpful. Cons—when my husband and I went to check in the first thing the manager asked us was if we were in two separate rooms. Really not very LGBTQ friendly and things did not feel welcoming right off the bat. The parking garage is very dimly lit and feels like a horror film. In fact, the entire hotel feels dim and dark. The quality of the hotel honestly feels like a Holiday Inn. The pool is much smaller than in pictures. There is nothing luxurious about it. It feels like a pool from an apartment complex that really doesn’t want you to be there. The room was a huge disappointment. We were given a “mountain view” room. One window was entirely covered by trees and the other window in the bedroom was directly next to a busy road and looked out onto…a car dealership. We were so disappointed we asked if we could switch rooms. The front desk staff was nice and did switch us. Our new room now looks onto a parking lot instead. The hotel is filled with children who are noisy. That cafe and wine bar they advertise having is only open 7-2 (who doesn’t love a breakfast wine?) and it is a room in the basement directly across from the locker room. They claim that they have a concierge. They do not. It is just the front desk staff. I am not exaggerating, this is one of the worst hotels I have been in. It is not a luxury hotel. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

This unit has a well outfitted kitchen for four people. Being able to get up and make a breakfast and to pack a lunch is a great benefit. Included were cold packs for our lunch bags, sandwich bags, plastic wrap and aluminium foil which were touches that we greatly appreciated. No quick stops at Shoppers Drug Mart or Safeway were needed. For those of us who use VRBO, BOOKING and other rental sites this is a real plus. There was a lovely basket of goodies to greet us, which we throughly enjoyed and the bathroom gift bag was extremely thoughtful. There is no doubt that we would stay at the Raven Suite again. It goes on our top three rental unit list for the Canadian Rockies. AND, it is by far, for peak summer season, a very affordable place in a great location.

Not a thing. We didn't get to the pool, mostly because we were exhausted but from what we could see it was lovely.

Brilliant and spacious suite. Very well appointed, and well maintained. A little way out of Canmore, so didn’t make full use of the town, but as a base for exploring the Rockies it was perfect. Only reason for the 4 not a 5 is the location being out of town, and the limited on site amenities- but if you’re happy to use a base and to explore the area it’s perfect

We had a family vacation at the resort. The beds were comfortable and the space was great. What was not okay was that one of the bedrooms could not been darkened. Some of the rooms on the 4th floor had high peeked windows that had no curtains to cover the light that flooded into the room. When asked about it at the desk we were told it was a problem and the solution was on the “ wish list”. Not an acceptable answer. Another suite it would have been great.

Parking was somewhat challenging but ok.

Clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Great location with a wonderful view and an easy walk into town. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and communicative.

Resort is located on outskirts of town. If you want to walk into Town Center, it's approx 1.5km (~20 minute walk). My family booked a 2br suite, which was more than enough room for the 4 of us. Rooms are nice and clean, with garage parking. The room had a full kitchen, and was stocked with basic items. Staff was friendly. Our room, as with many, overlooked the center courtyard & pool. Pool closes at 10pm, so we heard guests/kids splashing around until closure. Not too bad though. Our overall experience was disappointing because of noise & poor soundproofing. Voices from the adjacent room & the hallway resonated into ours throughout our stay. Even worse, we were on 3rd floor & could hear every footstep from the room above. Mostly, the footsteps were just a nuisance. But on 2 nights, it sounded like a herd of elephants wrestling in the room above us...incessant stomping, banging, dropping things on floor. The first night, it stretched into the early morning hours. The second night, we had to call front desk to lodge a complaint. Apparently, hotel staff responded. Regardless, we lost sleep as a result. We walked away feeling like Stoneridge was more like high-priced dormitory, as opposed to a high-end resort hotel. Although we intend to return to Canmore, we wouldn't consider rebooking at Stoneridge. For what we paid, I'm sure there are better options.

The suite was beautiful, well maintained and well equipped. View from the balcony was good. The host was very friendly and responsive and provided all the information we needed well in advance of our stay.

Hot tub jets didn’t work properly.

It was clean and staff was terrific. Location was quiet.

The only thing I'd recommend is to put a mirror in the bedroom or some other place near an outlet so that the tenants have another mirror available to them when the bathroom is occupied.

We liked everything about the Raven Suite! It was immaculate. The rooms had everything we needed for our week long stay. The views were incredible! Lovely large bathroom with walk in shower. Bed comfy. Host responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing location and facilities! We had a baby and a toddler and the room with the den was spacious and perfect for our needs. Great having the BBQ available too and the kids loved the swimming pool. Very calm and peaceful stay.

One small thing - because we stayed “only two nights” they don’t come and clean your room, even if you ask for it. The room only has a broom and with two young kids, you need to be able to clean up messes. Also for the premium price I’d have expected a daily cleaning service, should you ask for it. But our stay was still delightful and would stay again!

Exactly as expected, spacious, generously appointed. Even spare batteries for the remotes!

Excellent Area Loved the Sauna

The hospitality, the cleanliness of the rooms, the pool was an amazing experience. The people were awesome & other travellers. Was an excellent experience, we will be back with our kids & parents next time!

The cafe was a little frustrating, they seem to choose their own times. Only down fall which isn’t the priorities fault, but I’d like to mention it. As I’m sure others have experienced this also.

Room appointments, underground parking, cleanliness, friendly staff

There was no firestick as advertised. The dryer didn’t work during our stay. Reported but unable to repair. An offer of $30 was rejected as this was to go to a laundromat. There is no games console in the property, again this is advertised. The cleaning brush for the BBQ really needs replacing and is not fit for purpose. Made having a BBQ a bit more difficult. I wish we were given the option to have either a balcony or terrace. As the one we were allocated faces the main road passing the complex, so not at all private. We would have never have chose this and see it as a downgrade to other equivalent properties. The pool, hot tub and sauna good but are shared for the complex so not private as described in the accommodation listing. The hot tub is listed as a room amenity but this is not true as it is in the shared complex. The original listing was described as having 2 living rooms, again this is not true for this property. As we had two teenage boys, we hoped to use one of those rooms as a separate space utilising the sofa bed. We chose to put both boys together as we also needed the living space

The condo itself was a great, with all amenities that were stated. Host was very attentive through booking.com portal as well. The condo could do with better knife to cut food with. Lived the fireplace! Great partial views of the beautiful mountains. Though the resort appeared full, you could not hear your neighbors at all.

There were always a lot of people in the pool and hot tub. Those were smaller in real life than what they look like in pictures. If you don’t mind over 5 or 6 people in the hot tub with you it fine but not if you want to relax after skiing or snow hiking.

Stoneridge is a perfect spot to stay. So close to everything.

One suggestion. Bathroom lighting is very poor and a makeup mirror would be so helpful. Not everyone has young eyes.🤭 Thanks@

Absolutely beautiful space! The suite was clean and spacious. The hosts were very pleasant and great communicators. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were lovely. The location is around lots of restaurants, shops, and attractions. We will definitely be back!!!

When only there for one night, the cleaning fees were excessive.

Beautiful hotel, rooms were big for our family. Enjoyed looking out our window at the mountains. Nice having 2 bathrooms and a kitchen with dishwasher. Loved having a washer and dryer in our room so we could dry our bathing suits.

Price was a bit high for one night stay.

The location was terrible. The price was ridiculously expensive for a motel that was metres off the main road and nowhere near nature. We felt cheated and the ratings on booking.com were ridiculous. We ended up moving hotel which cost us £3000 for 3 nights. This place is a rip off and I would never advise anyone to go there

Just one thing. I did not really have a mountain view ( which I booked) . I guess these were the rooms on the other side.

The property is beautiful and spacious, and was as nice as the pictures on the site. 20mins’ drive to Banff downtown.

No reception staff, though there were someone at the lobby to assist if you have questions. Room doesn’t get serviced during stay, and need to take out trash, which we didn’t know about. Not a huge issue though, have instructions for everything.

We booked our stay for December 1st, and it was an experience our family will never forget. From the seamless booking process and warm arrival to the checkout and beautiful welcome amenities, everything provided a 'wow' factor. Thank you, Stoneridge, for such a wonderful stay. The resort was clean, comfortable, and a joy for my family. My family from Texas were so happy and will always cherish the memories. The rooms and the facilities!

The price was a little high. $700/ night + taxes. We would choose a less expensive place next time.

Immaculately clean and every amenity needed. Even children's dishes.

The only negative I would have is that we had to take care of bringing away trash before leaving- while in reality not a HUGE deal, the elevator is dreadfully slow and you have a lot of things to take with you already- not to mention you pay a lot for your stay so you would think final trash could be part of maid service. (I'd understand trash from mid multi day stay.)

We stayed for a week in the Raven Suite at the Stoneridge Resort. It was a wonderful experience. The suite has everything you need, comfortable king bed, bathroom with large shower and bathtub, well equipped kitchen, cozy living room, TV’s in both the living and bed rooms and above all else breathtaking views of the mountains. It is located on the top floor of the resort and the resort is about 1/2 mile outside of town which we appreciated since it kept us out of the middle of the tourists but close enough to walk if we wanted to. Thank you Troy and Jayne!

Everything was wonderful!

The room is gorgeous, super clean, cozy and well equipped for the kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay. The instruction is very clear. If I have a chance, I will book this place again.

Hot tub

The resort was great—we had a one bedroom condo that had everything we needed. Having a complete kitchen and laundry was awesome. Everything was clean and very nice at the resort. The pool and hot tub were nice after a day of hiking. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the area. Canmore is less busy than Banff and we enjoyed the area very much.

A wonderful hotel with friendly front desk personnel. Location is just slightly away from town but we have a rental car so that was not an issue getting to downtown. We had the 2 bedrooms apartment and the apartment was very clean and modern and kitchen was equipped with essentials.

最后一天住宿选择了坎莫尔小镇，确实价格要便宜很多。我们订的两室套房面积也很大还有阳台，可以远眺雪山；厨具设施相当齐全，很遗憾没有时间在这里做一顿饭。床很舒适，其他设施也很齐全，有洗衣机和烘干机。即使没有早饭，旁边就有咖啡店或者开出去一公里到坎莫尔小镇的繁华商业区去吃（推荐一间Chez Francois）。

Stone Mountain is the management company here for the individually owned condos and we really didn't have interaction with them. See my Airbnb review for Grotto Mountain Guesthouse. That aside, this whole thing is a fabulous property, well-taken care of. Be sure to visit the ladies at The Black Dog Cafe, located 15 feet from the front of the condos.

A great spot to stay in Canmore. The staff were exceptionally friendly. Our family stayed in a two bedroom unit which ended up being much larger than expected.

Big family suite with fire place and balcony to the courtyard was exactly meeting our expectations. Smooth and fast check-in and very friendly and helpful staff.

Parking lots in the garage are quite small.

Beautiful property and location.

Good location.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had all the amenities to make the stay feel almost like a short term rental/apartment with the kitchen and living room. The bathroom was also large with a very large shower and great water pressure. The fireplace was also a big plus on the chilly nights. We didn’t end up using the hot tub or pool but they looked clean and spacious.
