First of all, we were upgraded free of charge to a bigger room. The room had a washer and dryer in addition to ample living space. We were only at the hotel one night, but it would a great home base to visit explore the area.

I loved how I could see the Mountains even when having a room toward the hotel view.

There was no pool and the hallway to my room only had lanterns on the doors. I looked dark and scary when it should look more homey.

This is the best hotel I've been in, the room was perfect, staff was nice, helped with any requests. The room was amazing! They also have BBQ on the balcony! The hot tub is an additional entertainment! We would definitely come back again!

Everything was amazing, room was clean and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as best they can. Jessica and Camille were great and did everything they could to make it great. We had a mountain view room and the views were spectacular. Lots of great extras, laundry, movies to watch and popcorn. Would highly recommend staying here!

The location was perfect. Was our base for exploring, hiking, eating out. The rooms view was exceptional! Very clean and comfy.

We casually mentioned at check-in that we were enjoying our wedding anniversary. To our surprise, a bottle of wine and some "bear paw" chocolates arrived at our room! And this after we were given a complimentary room upgrade! The hotel staff's friendly and thoughtful service made a lasting impression. If we come back to Canmore, this is where we'll stay.

Falconcrest Lodge is in a beautiful location, surrounded by mountains and trails with the Town of Canmore and shopping in walking distance. Our room was lovely with all the amenities you need for a long or short stay and it was so nice to have a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The hotel is peaceful and quiet in the evening and the room has lots of comfortable space to relax, especially after a long day hiking the trails. Check-in was quick and easy with lots of access to parking spaces in the underground parking area. The staff in reception/guest services were friendly, professional and helpful with any questions you may have. Special thank you to Jessica in Guest Services. I was inquiring about a return stay yo Falconcrest Lodge next year with friends and she provided me with a lot of information about the different types of rooms available, all the amenities and different room views. Our only regret was that we didn’t book a longer stay. 3 nights were great but 4 would have been perfect since the area holds so much to explore. We will definitely make plans to be back to Falconcrest Lodge next year!

The location is great. You can walk to town and restaurants. The value of this place is outstanding. The rooms are big with lots of bathrooms. The outdoor hot tubs are a great bonus.

Clean quiet accommodation, walking distance to downtown Canmore.

The room is well appointed with a double bed and kitchen facilities. The fridge is a bar sized fridge which is a bit small for a week’s stay. There is above ground and underground parking so parking was never an issue. The support staff was very helpful. The location is great, with easy access to numerous restaurants and shops.

We had a lovely stay at Falcon Crest Lodge. The location is excellent to visit all attractions at Banff. The service was excellent and would specially like to mention Jessica for taking care of all of our needs.

We stayed off season and it was very quiet. The one bedroom unit was very nice and comfortable.

Camille was amazing staff and Daniel as well. Everyone went above and beyond. Camille though went above and beyond she deserves a raise clique hotels

The suite was very clean, exceptionally prepared, and overall BEAUTIFUL. Kamille was the absolute best, she was very kind and spoke French, her service was very prompt and attentive. GREAT JOB!

Great facilities and rooms. I stayed in 3 hotels while in Canmore and Banff, two of the others are popular in Banff and all I can say is that we should’ve stayed in Falcon Crest for our whole stay and skipped the other two.

It is a bit of a walk to the main town but I do not mind the walk with the views that Canmore offers.

This resort made check in easy, room was clean, restaurant on premises, hot tub and exercise room were nice. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Canmore. Plenty to see in Canmore and just a short drive to Banff and the other attractions in the National Park.

Our room was directly looking at outdoor hot tub. We would not have sat on patio due to the proximity to the hot tub. It was a bit strange.

Amazing place to stay and would highly recommend it. Facilities are excellent. Theres a beautiful hot tub which is worth a visit. Staff on Reception cannot do enough for you especially Camille and Jessica. Seamless Customer Service with attention to detail. The hotel is well placed for the main resort of Canmore within walking distance. Banff is on the main bus route. The hotel is immaculate and I would highly recommend.

The room was very well laid out and the kitchen was set up well with everything required to make your own meals. The bathroom was very nice and clean and well laid out. Great to have housecoats to wear when coming from the outdoor hot tub.

The only thing that could have been better was that possibly the fitness area could have had a multi gym or a few dumbbells.

We loved how clean the rooms were and the view. The kitchen was nicely cleaned, and the amenities were lovely. Parking was easy (we parked outside for ease of access)

To be honest, it was pretty good; the only tiny thing was the pillows, but that's really it. And others may like the pillows; we just found them to be on the harder side.

Always great to have underground parking in snow country! The kitchen in this unit was top notch. We loved the gas fireplace.

The location to downtown Banff was close; roughly about a 20 minute drive. The hotel itself is ok; I would rate it a 3/5.

We have stayed at several Clique hotels in the past, and unfortunately, this was by far our most disappointing experience. During our stay, we discovered a bug on one of the robes after it had already been worn. When we reported this to reception, the response was underwhelming, and we were directed to follow up with the manager, Libby, via email. Management advised that this is typical for this time of year; however, we have stayed at other hotels in Banff during the winter and spring months and have never encountered a similar issue. Given that we were celebrating my wife’s birthday, the situation was particularly disappointing. No form of compensation or reassurance was offered (apart from they checked the room and couldn’t find anything) which left us concerned about potentially bringing something home with us. While we understand that no hotel is without flaws, the manner in which guest concerns are addressed speaks volumes about the overall level of service. Additionally, the lighting throughout the property could be improved. The hallways off the elevators are very dimly lit, with little to no natural light, creating a rather somber atmosphere. The lighting in our suite’s bathroom was also inadequate, requiring my wife to apply her makeup in the bedroom where the lighting was slightly better. We also experienced issues with the television in the living room, which was barely functional. We were only able to play music, and when we contacted reception, we were advised that the television is only compatible with Android devices. There were no cable services or streaming applications available, aside from Samsung TV channels, which significantly limited its usability. Lastly, the parking situation presents some challenges. The outdoor spaces are quite small, and the underground entrance is tight and not well-suited for larger vehicles such as pickup trucks.

Falcon Crest Lodge is a wonderful place to stay. It is clean and comfortable. We had a nice view and the room had all of the amenities that we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is a short walk to the central area and Canmore is a beautiful place to stay.
